KOLABORASI STAKEHOLDERS DALAM PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
The quality of Islamic education is a strategic issue in facing the challenges of globalization and people\u27s demands for quality educational services. This article discusses the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) as a strategy to improve the quality of education in madrasas by emphasizing the principles of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, teamwork, and the involvement of all stakeholders. This study uses a library research approach by analyzing literature, regulations, and previous research results that are relevant to the quality management of Islamic education. The results of the study show that quality development in madrasas requires the active participation of all parties, both internally (madrasah heads, teachers, staff) and externally (parents, community, government). The implementation of TQM in Islamic education includes strengthening organizational systems, setting clear quality standards, fact-based management, and a collaborative work culture oriented towards continuous improvement. Madrasas that successfully implement the principles of TQM are able to improve the quality of learning, stakeholder satisfaction, and competitiveness of graduates. This study confirms that the success of the development of the quality of Islamic education is highly dependent on collective commitment, visionary leadership, and awareness of the importance of maintaining the relevance of education to the needs of society.Mutu pendidikan Islam menjadi isu strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan tuntutan masyarakat akan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Artikel ini membahas penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan di madrasah dengan menekankan prinsip kepuasan pelanggan, perbaikan berkelanjutan, kerja sama tim, dan keterlibatan seluruh stakeholders. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) dengan menganalisis literatur, regulasi, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan manajemen mutu pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan mutu di madrasah memerlukan partisipasi aktif semua pihak, baik internal (kepala madrasah, guru, staf) maupun eksternal (orang tua, masyarakat, pemerintah). Implementasi TQM dalam pendidikan Islam mencakup penguatan sistem organisasi, penetapan standar mutu yang jelas, manajemen berbasis fakta, dan budaya kerja kolaboratif yang berorientasi pada perbaikan berkesinambungan. Madrasah yang berhasil menerapkan prinsip-prinsip TQM mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, kepuasan stakeholders, serta daya saing lulusan. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pengembangan mutu pendidikan Islam sangat bergantung pada komitmen kolektif, kepemimpinan visioner, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga relevansi pendidikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat
RELASI PERSEPSIONAL KODRAT TERHADAP GENDER PERSPEKTIF AL-QURAN
Gender, which is understood as a status formed by social and cultural, is different from nature that is perceived as innate in creation. Thus, gender equality can be built as the truth of total cooperation between men and women in social and domestic roles. In fact, the perception that tries to build the totality of equality between men and women, has a gap. If the total integration of the two is still carried out, it is tantamount to imposing an idea on reality. Women have different physical biology than men, so there are certain parts of the role that are not possible for her to do so, such as the heavy and high-risk work that men do. Efforts to unravel and research these problems use a type of library research. The step is to examine the verses of the Qur\u27an and relevant literature on the relationship between nature and gender with an analytical-thematic approach through a psychoanalytic-biological approach. As a result, the totality of gender equality integration between men and women is impossible, because nature binds and limits gender. The equality that can be obtained is the equality of obtaining rewards, becoming a caliph on earth and both as slaves. Other equality is certain areas that can be borne by nature so as not to harm and damage women, such as writing, services, secretarial work, parenting and care or in executive and professional circlesJender yang dipahami sebagai status yang dibentuk oleh sosial dan budaya, berbeda dengan kodrat yang dipersepsikan sebagai bawaan penciptaan. Maka, kesetaraan jender dapat dibangun sebagai kebenaran atas kerjasama laki-laki dan perempuan secara total dalam peran sosial maupun domestik. Padahal, persepsi yang mencoba membangun totalitas kesetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan, memiliki kesenjangan. Jika integrasi total keduanya tetap dilakukan, itu sama dengan memaksakan ide pada realitas. Perempuan memiliki fisik biologi berbeda dengan laki-laki, sehingga ada bagian peran tertentu yang tidak memungkinkan baginya untuk melakukannya, seperti pekerjaan berat dan beresiko tinggi yang dilakukan laki-laki. Upaya mengurai dan meneliti persoalan tersebut, menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Langkahnya adalah meneliti ayat-ayat al-Quran dan literatur-literatur yang relevan tentang relasi kodrat dan jender dengan analitis-tematik melalui pendekatan psikoanalisis-biologis. Hasilnya, totalitas integrasi kesetaraan jender antara laki-laki dan perempuan adalah mustahil, karena kodrat mengikat dan membatasi jender. Kesetaraan yang dapat diperoleh adalah kesetaraan memperoleh pahala, menjadi kholifah di bumi dan sama-sama sebagai hamba. OPTIMIZING TEACHER QUALITY THROUGH INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP: A STUDY OF PDCA-BASED TQM STRATEGY BY SCHOOL PRINCIPALS
The quality of education is closely related to the quality of teaching staff at all levels of education. Teachers play a central role in shaping a superior and competitive generation. This research aims to explore the strategies of school principals to improve the quality of teachers and other education personnel. To better understand the actions taken by school principals to optimize the quality of teaching through the implementation of Total Quality Management based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, this study uses a qualitative approach with a case study methodology. Based on the findings of the research, Insan principals have implemented a structured and sustainable approach to improving teacher quality through various strategies, including selective teacher recruitment, teacher personality, and competency development, involvement in training and workshops, and awarding outstanding teachers. The implementation of the PDCA cycle in each strategic step allows school principals to monitor, evaluate, and make necessary improvements on a regular basis. The implications of this study enrich the study of education quality management in the form of learning quality, teacher effectiveness, and a culture of continuous improvement in schools. In addition, strategies (Palan, Do, Check, and Act). Then provide recommendations to education policymakers, both at the school level, the education office, and the government.Kualitas pendidikan erat kaitannya dengan kualitas tenaga pengajar di semua jenjang pendidikan. Guru memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk generasi yang unggul dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya. Untuk lebih memahami tindakan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas pengajaran melalui penerapan Total Quality Management berbasis siklus Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodologi studi kasus. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, kepala sekolah Insan telah menerapkan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru melalui berbagai strategi, antara lain rekrutmen guru selektif, pengembangan kepribadian dan kompetensi guru, keterlibatan dalam pelatihan dan lokakarya, serta pemberian penghargaan kepada guru berprestasi. Penerapan siklus PDCA dalam setiap langkah strategis memungkinkan kepala sekolah untuk memantau, mengevaluasi, dan melakukan perbaikan yang diperlukan secara berkala. Implikasi penelitian ini memperkaya kajian manajemen mutu pendidikan berupa kualitas pembelajaran, efektivitas guru, dan budaya perbaikan berkelanjutan di sekolah. Legume-Grass Intercropping in Indonesian Pastures: A Systematic Review on Soil and Forage Nutritional Improvements
The productivity and quality enhancement of tropical pastures in Indonesia faces critical constraints from soil degradation and low forage nutritional value. This study evaluates the potential of legume cover crop integration to simultaneously improve grass biomass, forage quality, and soil physicochemical properties. Through comprehensive analysis of 42 peer-reviewed articles from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, we demonstrate the multifunctional benefits of legume-grass systems across Indonesia\u27s diverse agroecosystems.
Research findings reveal consistent improvements in both productivity and soil health parameters. Legume integration enhances biomass production by 30-65% and elevates crude protein content by 40-50% compared to conventional grass monocultures. Particularly effective species such as Leucaena leucocephala and Centrosema pubescens contribute to measurable soil quality enhancements, including increased organic matter content (0.5-1.5%), improved cation exchange capacity (2-5 cmol(+)/kg), and superior water retention capacity (15-20% improvement), while concurrently reducing soil erosion rates. Despite these demonstrated benefits, practical implementation faces several challenges. Rhizobia inoculation requirements present technical barriers for some farming communities, while species-specific soil adaptation needs necessitate careful selection of appropriate legume varieties. Economic constraints further complicate adoption among smallholder farmers, particularly in resource-limited settings. This study underscores legume integration as a sustainable intensification strategy for tropical pasture systems. The findings hold significant implications for developing sustainable livestock policies in Indonesia, offering pathways to reduce chemical fertilizer dependence while simultaneously addressing food security concerns and improving smallholder livelihoods. Application of Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) Method and Just in Time Method (JIT) in Bread Raw Material Inventory Control
Retno bakery Bread Shop is one of the shops that produces various types of bread. This bakery has not used a inventory control system in the production process so it cannot meet customer needs. For this reason, Retno Bkery Bakery needs to control inventory so that the company\u27s performance and profits are more optimal. This study discusses the control of the inventory of each bread raw material such as flour, sugar, milk, yeast, salt, butter and eggs. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the total cost of bread raw material inventory using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method and the Just in Time (JIT) method as well as the comparison of the two methods used. The methods used are the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) and Just in Time (JIT) methods. Based on the results of the study, the percentage difference in cost for each raw material was obtained using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method and the Just in Time (JIT) method, namely for flour raw materials of 42.05%, sugar 47.31%, milk 51.63%, yeast 51.83%, salt 47.65%, butter 51.38% and eggs 51%. Thus, the Just in Time (JIT) method results in a smaller total cost than the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method
STRATEGI GURU DALAM PENGELOLAAN KELAS PADA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 1 LAMONGAN
This research aims to describe the classroom management strategies carried out by teachers in class VIII PAI learning at SMPN 1 Lamongan with the research subject being the class VIII PAI teacher. This research uses the research method that the author uses is a qualitative method. Interviews, observation, and documentation are the methods used to collect data. The results of this research show 1. The teacher also has a special strategy in organizing the class, namely by taking notes in a small book. This book is used by teachers to record every detail of class management needs. The teacher also applies one learning technique that is suitable for use in PAI learning, namely a problem-based learning system. The management strategies applied are different for each level and subject, as well as extensive PAI learning management. 2. Factors that help in classroom management are optimal school curriculum, adequate classroom facilities, teachers, students and class dynamics. The inhibiting factors in classroom management are teachers and students. 3. The solution to overcoming obstacles to classroom management in class VIII PAI learning at SMPN 1 Lamongan is for teachers to hold seminars on how to increase teacher creativity in classroom management. Students can be given sanctions if they make mistakes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran PAI kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Lamongan dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1. Guru juga memiliki strategi khusus dalam pengorganisasian kelas yaitu dengan mencatat dalam buku kecil. Buku ini digunakan guru untuk mencatat setiap detail keperluan pengelolaan kelas. Guru juga menerapkan salah satu teknik pembelajaran yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI yakni sistem pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Strategi pengelolaan yang diterpkan berbeda untuk setiap jenjang dan mata pelajaran, serta pengelolaan pembelajaran PAI yang bersifat ekstensif. 2. Faktor yang membantu dalam pengelolaan kelas yakni kurikulum sekolah yang telah maksimal, fasilitas kelas yang memadai, guru, siswa, dan dinamika kelas. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan kelas yakni guru dan peserta didik. 3. Solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran PAI kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Lamongan yakni bagi guru dapat menyelenggarakan seminar tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. THE ROLE OF PAI TEACHERS AS MOTIVATORS IN ONLINE LEARNING DURING THE PANDEMIC
This research aims to explore the transformative role of Islamic education in strengthening religious moderation in contemporary society. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing the perceptions of Islamic education practitioners, religious leaders, and community stakeholders regarding the integration of moderation values into the teaching and learning process. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, which were then validated using triangulation techniques to ensure credibility. These findings reveal that Islamic education contributes significantly to shaping moderate attitudes among students and society by emphasizing the values of inclusiveness, tolerance, and balance in religious understanding. In the context of a digital society, Islamic education is not only challenged to provide a counter-narrative to intolerance and extremism disseminated through social media, but also to develop critical thinking skills and digital literacy that empower students to navigate online information responsibly. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of curriculum innovation, teacher capacity building, and community-based collaboration in encouraging sustainable moderation practices. This study concludes that Islamic education can be a strategic medium to promote religious moderation, social cohesion, and resilience to ideological polarization. These findings offer theoretical insights and practical implications for policymakers, educators, and scholars in designing values-based education frameworks that align with the global peace and sustainability agenda.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran transformatif pendidikan Islam dalam memperkuat moderasi beragama di masyarakat kontemporer. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis persepsi praktisi pendidikan Islam, tokoh agama, dan pemangku kepentingan masyarakat mengenai integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi ke dalam proses belajar mengajar. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan analisis dokumen, yang kemudian divalidasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan kredibilitas. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan Islam berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk sikap moderat di kalangan siswa dan masyarakat dengan menekankan nilai-nilai inklusif, toleransi, dan keseimbangan dalam pemahaman agama. Dalam konteks masyarakat digital, pendidikan Islam tidak hanya ditantang untuk memberikan narasi tandingan terhadap intoleransi dan ekstremisme yang disebarluaskan melalui media sosial, tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan literasi digital yang memberdayakan peserta didik untuk menavigasi informasi online secara bertanggung jawab. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya inovasi kurikulum, peningkatan kapasitas guru, dan kolaborasi berbasis masyarakat dalam mendorong praktik moderasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan Islam dapat menjadi media strategis untuk mempromosikan moderasi beragama, kohesi sosial, dan ketahanan terhadap polarisasi ideologi. THE ROLE OF MORALS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION
The purpose of this study is to explore the role of morality in creating religious harmony and tolerance, in addition, the challenges and opportunities faced in the implementation of morality in the context of diversity. This approach focuses on interfaith dialogue that builds bridges of communication and mutual understanding, as well as respect for differences as elements that enrich social life. The methods applied in this study include literature review to explore relevant theories and concepts, as well as interviews with religious leaders and various members of society. Through this interview, it is hoped that a comprehensive perspective can be obtained regarding the application of morals in the practice of religious moderation, including the challenges faced and the successes that have been achieved. The results of the study show that the role of morality not only strengthens religious moderation but also encourages active community involvement in building a harmonious community. By prioritizing mutual respect and understanding, individuals from various religious backgrounds can work together in various aspects of social life. These findings emphasize the importance of moral education in the religious education curriculum as a foundation for sustainable moderation so that future generations are able to face the challenges of diversity with a constructive and inclusive attitude. This research emphasizes that morality plays an important role in religious moderation, encouraging tolerance, social harmony, and inclusive attitudes, so as to create a peaceful and balanced religious life in society.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran moralitas dalam menciptakan kerukunan dan toleransi beragama, selain itu tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam penerapan moralitas dalam konteks keberagaman. Pendekatan ini berfokus pada dialog antaragama yang membangun jembatan komunikasi dan saling pengertian, serta menghormati perbedaan sebagai elemen yang memperkaya kehidupan sosial. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tinjauan pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi teori dan konsep yang relevan, serta wawancara dengan tokoh agama dan berbagai anggota masyarakat. Melalui wawancara ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh perspektif yang komprehensif terkait penerapan moral dalam praktik moderasi beragama, termasuk tantangan yang dihadapi dan keberhasilan yang telah dicapai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran moralitas tidak hanya memperkuat moderasi beragama tetapi juga mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam membangun komunitas yang harmonis. Dengan mengedepankan rasa saling menghormati dan pengertian, individu dari berbagai latar belakang agama dapat bekerja sama dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan moral dalam kurikulum pendidikan agama sebagai landasan moderasi berkelanjutan sehingga generasi mendatang mampu menghadapi tantangan keberagaman dengan sikap konstruktif dan inklusif.
