The Influence of Religiosity and Social Support on Students' Attitudes toward The Arabic Language
The main questions asked include: (1) How religious are the students at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman? (2) What is the social support system for them? (3) How are students' abilities in Arabic? (4) How big is the influence of religiosity on students' Arabic language attitudes? (5) How much influence does the social environment have on students' Arabic language skills? (6) How do religiosity and social support influence Arabic language skills simultaneously? The method used was quantitative analysis with a sample of 223 students from classes VII, VIII and IX. Data was collected using religiosity, social and attitude scales in Arabic, then analyzed using multiple regression via SPSS version 23. The results showed that: (1) 35% of students were classified as minorities in terms of religiosity. (2) The students' social environment is in the medium category (37.2%). (3) Students' Arabic language skills are relatively low, with 43.5% of students in this category. (4) Religiosity has a positive correlation with Arabic language attitudes with a contribution of 28.9%. (5) The social environment has a positive effect on Arabic language skills with a contribution of 33.4%. (6) Simultaneously, religiosity and social support have a positive effect on Arabic language skills with a contribution of 39.8%. This research shows the important role of religiosity and social support in influencing students' Arabic language skills at MTs Negeri 3 Sleman
Problematika Penggunaan Google Translate dalam Penerjemah Arab-Indonesia pada Mahasiswa PBA di UIN Datokarama Palu
This study reveals that the use of Google Translate among students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program (PBA) at UIN Datokarama Palu has become a common practice in the process of translating Arabic-Indonesian texts. Although this tool offers convenience and speed, the results of the study show that Google Translate faces various limitations, especially related to translation accuracy and contextual understanding. The two main problem formulations in this study, namely the use of Google Translate among PBA students and the obstacles faced when using this tool, have been answered through qualitative methods involving observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collected from PBA students of the 2021 intake, as well as interviews with the Head of the Study Program and lecturers, identified that students often experience problems such as inaccurate translation results, the inability of the tool to capture contextual meaning, and difficulty in understanding grammatical structures and the use of appropriate diction. The implications of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of more effective translation teaching strategies in academic environments, especially in the Arabic Language Education Study Program
KETERAMPILAN ABAD 21 DALAM PEMBELAJARAN
The purpose of this study is to analyze 21st century skills in learning. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review. Data was collected by documenting and reviewing literature in the National Library of Indonesia and Google Scholar databases related to 21st century skills in learning in the 2020-2021 period as many as 520 literatures. A total of 20 literatures were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model by collecting data, reducing data using thematic analysis techniques, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The findings provide insight into the methodology and results of research on 21st century skills, namely 21st century skills that are positively and significantly correlated with perceptions, technology, learning outcomes, and self-efficacy. The use of inquiry learning models, Blended Learning, PBL, and project-based learning are effective in improving 21st century skill
PROFIL PEMAHAMAN KONSEP BANGUN DATAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR BERDASARKAN TEORI PIRIE KIEREN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan profil pemahaman siswa Sekolah Dasar terkait konsep Segiempat dengan mengacu pada delapan tahapan perkembangan pemahaman seseorang yang dikemukakan dalam Teori Pirie Kieren, yaitu: 1) Primitive Knowing; 2) Image Having; 3) Image Making; 4) Property Noticing; 5) Formalising; 6) Observing; 7) Structuring; dan 8) Inventising. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SD, dengan melibatkan siswa laki-laki dan perempuan sebagai subjek. Kedua kelompok siswa tersebut dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan matematika yang relatif setara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang didasarkan pada teori Pirie dan Kieren yang dilaksanakan dengan mengggunakan triangulasi waktu. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, sesuai dengan teori Pirie Kieren, antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan terdapat perbedaan dalam pemahaman konsep segiempat. Dari hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa siswa laki-laki mampu mencapai tingkat formalising hingga pada tahap penerapan metode (method applying) dan pembenaran metode (method justifying). Sementara itu, siswa perempuan juga mencapai tingkat formalising, namun hanya sampai pada tahap penerapan metode (method applying). Sehingga kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh terkait pemahaman konsep segiempat adalah bahwa meskipun terdapat perbedaan dalam pencapaian tahap metode tersebut baik siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan berada pada level formalisin
ANALISIS BERPIKIR KRITIS DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH GEOMETRI PADA SISWA VISUAL SPASIAL DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN
Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis berpikir kritis siswa laki laki dan perempuan dengan kecerdasan visual spasial dalam memecahkan masalah geometri. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 siswa kelas VIII yang terdiri dari 1 siswa perempuan dan 1 siswa laki-laki yang memiliki kecerdasan visual spasial. Hasil penelitian Analisis berfikir kritis Siswa Visual Spasial Perempuan Pada kategori klarifikasi (clarification), inferensi (inference), strategi (strategies), klarifikasi (clarification), penilaian (assesment) mampu memecahan masalah melaksanakan semua tahapan pemecahan masalah Polya dengan kategori cukup sedangkan Siswa Visual Spasial Laki-laki mampu memecahkan masalah melaksanakan semua tahapan pemecahan masalah Polya dengan baik
ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS’ SPEECH DELIVERY IN PUBLIC AND ACADEMIC SPEAKING CLASS OF THE FIFTH SEMESTER TBI STUDENTS 2023 BATCH AT STATE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF DATOKARAMA PALU
This is qualitative research to analyze speech delivery of 26 fifth semester students of English Tadris Study Program 2023 Batch at State Islamic University of Datokarama Palu. There are two research questions: (1) How did the students deliver speeches in public and academic speaking class? and (2) What difficulties the students face in delivering speeches? The researchers applied observation and interview as the instruments. The observation was conducted for five meetings, while the interview is a structured interview consisting of five questions. From the observation, several points are highlighted. The students opened their speeches with greetings, questions, quotes, statements, rhymes, and jokes. Eye contact maintenance improved as they could maintain nervousness. Facial expressions and hand gestures also become their attention in every meeting. At first, they still performed hand crossing on chest, pointing, scratching, and hand lifted on hips. However, they did better on the next meetings. They could adjust their voice tone with the content of speech. The students ended up their speech with quotes, questions, poems, jokes, and persuasive statements. Some errors in pronunciation and repetitive words occur while the students deliver speeches. From the interview, the students found it hard to remember key points in their speech script. The students state that nervousness is their biggest problem besides lack of confidence when delivering speeches. However, they could perform well and reduce their nervousness whenever they prepare and practice well
Implementasi Perlindungan Hukum Anak di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Khusus Anak Telaah dari Sudut Pandang Hukum Islam
Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak, sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Pasal 1 ayat (2), bertujuan memastikan dan melindungi hak-hak anak agar dapat hidup, tumbuh, berkembang, dan berpartisipasi optimal sesuai martabat kemanusiaan. Ini melibatkan upaya melindungi anak dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Dalam konteks hukum Islam, perlindungan hukum anak juga diterapkan sesuai prinsip-prinsip Islam. Aspek-aspek tersebut mencakup memberikan pengetahuan akidah untuk memperkuat iman anak, memberikan pemahaman tentang ibadah di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Khusus Anak (LPKA), serta membentuk akhlak baik melalui latihan berbuat baik, taqwa, kejujuran, pemenuhan janji, dan usaha ikhlas dalam aktivitas anak. Teori Keberlakuan Hukum Islam Di Indonesia Dan Implementasinya Dalam Legislasi Nasional
Hukum Islam adalah bagian dari sistematika ajaran agama Islam yang keberadaannya bersamaan dengan agama itu sendiri. Dalam konteks ke-Indonesiaan, keberlakukan hukum Islam telah mengalami proses sejarah panjang yang diikuti dengan ragam pandangan dan peraturan yang menjadi bagian dari pencegahan terhadap berkembangnya di Indonesia yang di tandai dengan ragam teori keberlakukannya. Selain itu, hukum Islam belum sepenuhnya terakomodir dalam proses legislasi nasional. Bagaimana teori keberlakukan hukum Islam di Indonesia dan bukti implementasinya ke dalam legislasi nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui teori-teori yang menjelaskan tentang keberlakuan hukum Islam dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat di Indonesia. Jenis penelitiannya kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan sumber pustaka. Pengumpulan datanya melalui dokumen berupa buku atau referensi dan hasil riset yang dipublikasi melalui jurnal dan makalah ilmiah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa teori keberlakukan hukum Islam melalui syahadat adalah yang paling mengikat oleh setiap umat Islam. PROFIL PEMECAHAN MASALAH POLA BARISAN BILANGAN DITINJAU DARI GAYA KOGNITIF FIELD DEPENDENT DAN FIELD INDEPENDENT DI SMPN 6 PALU
The examination approach utilized is engaging subjective which intends to portray the problem solving profile of understudies at SMPN 6 Palu using FI and FD cognitive styles regarding number pattern sequence material. The research subjects were 2 students from class VIII of SMPN 6 Palu, comprising of high capacity understudies who had a field subordinate kognitif style and high capacity understudies who had a field free kognitif style. Information assortment techniques in this research were assisted by the GEFT test, number sequence pattern test, and interview guide. Information examination methods incorporate information buildup, information show, and reaching determinations. The validity’s data using time triagulation is carried out by collecting data at different times. ANALISIS GAYA MENGAJAR GURU DALAM MEMOTIVASI UNTUK BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS V SDN BANJARPANJI KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
There are still many students who have difficulty understanding, completing, and lack interest and motivation in Indonesian lessons taught by teachers, so that Indonesian learning outcomes are not optimal. These factors can arise from the teacher's teaching style, the use of learning methods, the implementation of learning models, and so on. This research aims to find out how the teacher's teaching style motivates students in Indonesian language learning in class V SDN Banjarpanji. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. While the data instrument is an observation sheet,. Based on the description of the data, it states that the teacher's teaching style in motivating students in learning Indonesian in class V SDN Banjarpanji is the delivery of material in detail and using clear language, applying question and answer methods and lectures, the teaching style used is personalization and interactional, conducting questions and answers, giving rewards or praise, evaluations in the form of homework or LKS assignments. Supporting factors experienced by teachers include the availability of complete infrastructure. The inhibitory factor is student enthusiasm and is only guided by the package book, it can be concluded that the teacher's teaching style given to students is able to motivate students in learning mathematics in class V SDN Banjarpanji
