Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Melalui Partisipasi dan Implementasi Kebijakan dengan Efektifitas Pembangunan Program Dana Desa sebagai Variabel Intervening
The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of community participation, implementation, and effectiveness on community welfare, both directly and indirectly. The population in this study were the head of households in Siburbur Village, Subdistrict of Dolok, North Padang Lawas Regency, totaling 132 Household Heads. The sampling technique was carried out using Proportional Random Sampling method, the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 101 household heads. Path Analysis used to analyze data, Data processing is assisted with the AMOS program. The results showed that all hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between community participation, implementation of policies and the effectiveness of project on the welfare of the community, both directly and indirectly on the welfare of the community. The path coefficient of community participation has the greatest influence on welfare. This means that community participation is a very important factor in improving community welfar

DGT in terms of issuing Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 which is a revision of PP No. 46 of 2013 is valid July 1, 2018 with different time limits for various tax subjects and returns to the general PPh imposition when the policy ends. The final PPh rate for MSME players has a lower turnover of Rp4.8 billion per year to 0.5% down from 1%. This policy aims to stimulate MSME business, encourage community participation and taxation knowledge. The implementation of this policy can grow the number of MSME taxpayers (WP). In 2017, the taxpayers of MSME was 2.3% (1.4 million of the 60 million SMEs). On the other hand, the implementation of the policy has a negative impact on state revenues, estimated to decrease by Rp1-1.5 trillion during July-December 2018. In order to be effective, the Government must assist MSME players in their utilization and prepare strategies to deal with various policy barriers, through bookkeeping socialization simple and easy-to-understand and affordable taxation applications, especially micro-entrepreneurs spread across Indonesia
EVALUASI PERFORMANSI STREAMING VIDEO MELALUI JARINGAN IP/MPLS
Streaming video is a technology to play video files directly and can be run immediately without having to wait for download. The video continues to "flow" without interference taken through the server on the network. This study attempts to evaluate the performance of video streaming over an IP / MPLS network using a Mikrotik RB941 router, PC server, and PC client. The network uses the data forwarding method through a network that uses the label information attached to the IP packet that is MPLS. The QoS performance testing parameters are delay, throughput, jitter, packet loss, and use the standard UU-T G.1010 and ETSI 1999-2006 on the client side, with variable number of clients, bandwidth width on the router and video resolution. The video sent consists of 6 kinds resolution. The test results show that the best category of Quality of Service in video testing with 144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p resolution which is done in this study is the condition of 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps bandwidth with 2 clients
IMPLEMENTASI MESIN GERABAH ERGONOMIS MENGURANGI SAKIT AKIBAT KERJA
Carat coblong pottery has been around for a long time, it is said that since Hinduism began to be adopted by Balinese. Carat is a ceremonial tool that has a design like a jug, only in a small form, while coblong resembles a jar. In its use, both are filled with water, complementing the fire and flowers which are usually always present in every offering of Hindus in Bali. The technology of making carat and coblong pottery is very traditional and has not been touched by modern technology. The manufacturing process, starting from material treatment, formation and finishing, is carried out in a conventional way, namely using the feet and hands. Elements of skills and experience play an important role to achieve the carat coblong pottery. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of technological touch on the process of making pottery on occupational pain. Technological touch in the form of ergonomic and anthropometric multi-function work station work tools. The method that will be used in this study is experimental with the same subject design. Involves 7 sample people who conduct activities in conditions before and after treatment. Environmental conditions data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney test. Occupational pain data observed were musculuscellal complaints and fatigue. Data on musculoskeletal complaints were tested by Two Pair Sample t-test, while fatigue data was tested with the wilcoxon signed rank test at a significance level of 5%. Kenyamanan Lingkungan Termal Ruang Kuliah (C4) Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo
Kenyamanan termal suatu ruang kuliah diperlukan untuk mendukung proses penerimaan pembelajaran oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kenyamanan lingkungan termal pada ruang kuliah (C4) Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo dengan menggunakan sistem penghawaan buatan (AC). Kuisioner dibagikan kepada 30 mahasiswa Teknik Arsitektur dengan menggunakan sensasi termal ASHRAE, penerimaan kondisi termal serta preferensi termal. Bersamaan dengan itu dilakukan pengukuran lapangan untuk mengetahui temperatur udara (Ta), kelembaban relatif (RH), Mean Radiant Temperature (MRT) dan kecepatan udara (Va). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 50% mahasiswa memilih agak dingin pada sensasi termalnya sedangkan 97% dapat menerima keadaan termal ruang, dan hampir 70% mahasiswa tidak menginginkan perubahan kondisi termal pada ruangan tersebut
ANALISIS LAJU/KETAHANAN KOROSI PADA BAJA KARBON RENDAH AKIBAT TEGANGAN DALAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE C-RING
Corrosion is one of the issues that concerns today because it can lead to destruction of metal.Low steel carbon is one of metal types that has been widely used in industry, such as motorcycle component (fuel tank), and fuel shelter. However, low carbon steel use is highly suceptible to corrosion. The corrosion of motorcycle components (fuel tank) can decrease strength, tank life, that will harm the safety of motorists. In addition, corrosion in fuel shelters (premium and pertalite) can result in leakage of the container. The leakage is very vulnerable to fire. This research aims to analize corrosion rate of low carbon steel speciments that immerse in fuels, premium and pertalite. Method of research includes preparation, cutting and weighing of specimens before immersing the specimen in the fuel. Every 384 Jam the specimens were removed from the fuel then cleaned from the impurities andre-weighed.Weight loss wass used in calculating the corrosion rate occurring in the speciments. The result showthat pertalite and premium corrode the speciments, low carbon steel. Corrosion rate of speciments immersed for 1536 Jam in premium was faster than in pertalite. The speciments immersed in premium experienced with weight reduction 0,081 gram. Meanwhile rate of corrosion of the speciments immersed in pertalite was 0,073 gram

KONSEP PENGENDALIAN MUTU PADA PEMBUATAN PERMEN JELLY NANAS (Ananascomosus L.)
In the process of processing jelly candy pineapple requires supervision related to food safety and quality assurance. food quality control is one way to get safe and healthy products according to panelists' requests. The aim is to determine the effect of gelling agent on jelly pineapple candy products, to determine the process of making jelly pineapple candy by applying the concept of quality control, and knowing the level of product preference and quality from organoleptic testing. The method used is quantitative qualitative descriptive where the results of the analysis obtained will be described. The results obtained are gelatin is the best gelling agent in making pineapple jelly candy products. Control control point in the manufacture of jelly pineapple candy is the selection of raw materials, standard weighing material, processing temperature, and drying. The results of chemical analysis of pineapple jelly candy for water content of 15.30%, ash content 0.89%, protein content 1.49%, carbohydrate 82.03%, crude fat 0.79%, fiber 1.25%, and vit C 13.10 mg / 100 g sample. Microbiological analysis, there are 1.3x10-3 colonies / g and E.coli bacteria analysis is <3 APM / g. The results of organoleptic analysis from the level of preference of panelists in pineapple candy are rather like the color, aroma, taste, while liking the texture. The hedonic quality test for pineapple candy is rather not bright yellow in color, chewy and elastic in texture, slightly pineapple-flavored, and sweet. The results of chemical and microbiological analysis are in accordance with SNI for jelly candy, while organoleptic tests require modification to get the best product according to consumer demand
Perancangan Dan Implementasi DC-DC Bidirectional Converter Dengan Sumber Energi Listrik Dari Panel Surya Dan Baterai Untuk Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Daya Listrik Beban
Perkembangan teknologi di bidang energi terbaharukan semakin berkembang mengingat kebutuhan energy listrik terus meningkat. Salah satu yang berkembang adalah Pembangkit Listrk Tenaga Surya (PLTS) yang menggunakan panel surya. Perkembangan PLTS tersebut tidak lepas peran dari Power Electronic Converteryang digunakan untuk proses pengolah energi listrik dari panel surya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan daya listrik beban. Salah satu sistem yang digunakan adalah beban langsung bersumber dari PLTS. Dengan system tersebut ada kondisi dimana PLTS mampu menyediakan daya listrik ke beban bahkan memungkinkan daya dari PLTS bisa lebih dan kondisi dimana PLTS tidak mampu menyediakan daya listrik ke beban dikarenakan kondisi dari energi dari sinar matahari. Pada saat daya dari PLTS berlebih maka akan disalurkan untuk proses penyimpanan pada baterai. Pada saat PLTS tidak mampu memenuhi daya listrik beban maka sumber energi listrik akan diambil dari baterai. Pada proses tersebut memerlukan converter sehingga dapat mengolah daya listrik. DC–DC Bidirectional Converter digunakan dalam sistem ini untuk memenuhi proses pengaturan daya hasil dari PLTS. DC–DC Bidirectional Converter merupakan 1 konverter yang bisa menjadi 2 fungsi Mode Buck dan Mode Boost Mode Buck digunakan pada saat ada daya lebih untuk proses pengisian baterai. Identifikasi Potensi Pangan Lokal untuk Penganekaragaman Produk Pangan Kota Balikpapan
The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of superior local food in the Balikpapan City. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques using the location survey and institutional survey methods. The identification of local food potential in the Balikpapan City in this study in terms of the food sector in terms of availability. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the city of Balikpapan, there are about 12 (twelve) types that are widely cultivated by farmers, namely: sweet corn, papaya, banana, cempedak, lai / durian fruit, dragon fruit, sweet potato / wood, pineapple, salak, and rambutan. Although some other plants are also found, but relatively few in number, such as tomatoes, cucumber, guava, and others.
