Perancangan Pengontrolan Overhead Crane Menggunakan Kabel dan Nirkabel Berbasis Arduino
Overhead Crane is a heavy equipment which is very much found in various industries, factories, and workshops that are used to transport material. In general, controlling the Overhead Crane is operated by using a Push Button that is hung together with a cable on the top frame of the Overhead Crane. in this case, humans must also be able to maintain a distance when controlling Overhead Cranes that are working to transport memterials to avoid the use of Overhead Cranes. To provide security and comfort in the use of Overhead Cranes, the authors designed an Overhead Crane controller using Arduino based cable and wireless. The design of Overhead Crane control using a cable consists of several series of Push Button arranged in a plastic box and then hung on the side of the Girder Crane. for the input foot the Push Button is given a voltage 12 VDC, while the output of the Push Button is connected with contact points of the Relay 12 VDC to execute electrically mechanical Overhead Crane. While the Overhead Crane control design using wireless consists of several components, including: Arduino Mega 2560 which is combined with USB Host Shield. Bluetooth csr 4.0 Dongle is connected to the USB Host Shield port for data communication media between Arduino Mega 2560 with Bluetooth Joystick PlayStation 3 (PS3). The signal pin of the Relay modules is connected with Arduino Mega 2560 pins according to the program designed. Contact NO points Relay modules are connected with 12 VDC Relay point contacts to execute electrical mechanical Overhead Crane
Pengetahuan Wisatawan Mancanegara atas Kehadiran Patung Garuda Wisnu Kencana sebagai Ikon Pariwisata Indonesia
In 2018, Indonesia has a new tourism icon, namely Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue, which located in Bali, the most famous tourist destination in Indonesia. The presence of this tourism icon is certainly expected to support increasing numbers of tourists to Bali and Indonesia, especially for foreign tourists. One year has passed but there still no tourism improvement from the presence of this tourism icon, there are no major activities that can invite tourists to visit and there is no research on this tourism icon. Therefore, descriptive research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through online media to foreign tourists from five continents in the world to find out whether foreign tourists knew about the presence of the Indonesian tourism icon Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue. The results of this study show that 87.5% of respondents from 28 countries in various parts of the world did not know about the presence of this new tourism icon, and of course, there was no significant impact resulting from the tourism icon. The low level of knowledge of the presence of tourism icons surely related to the marketing method both carried out by the local tourism government and the central tourism government. Discussion of marketing methods certainly requires further complete research but the results of questionnaires show that according to respondents one of the best marketing media to promote a new tourism icon is social media and the internet/website.
Pemanfaatan Limbah Kulit Singkong untuk Produksi Oligosakarida melalui Hidrolisis Kimiawi
Cassava peels are biomass wastes that is rich of polysaccharides. Polysaccharides can be hydrolyzed chemically under control to produce oligosaccharides. The aims of this research are to study the suitability of the type of acids and the concentration of acids to hydrolyze, and analize the hydrolysis product using spectrophotometer and thin layer chromatography (TLC). The acids used in the hydrolysis were chloride acid, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, and citric acid, in concentration 0.3; 0.4, 0.5; 0.6; 0.7 molar. Total sugar was determined using phenol method. Analysis of reducing sugar was performed by the DNS method. The ratio of total sugar to reducing sugar was used to predict the degree of polymerization (DP). Almost all of acids with each concentration produced DP 2-6. ANALISIS GEOMETRI HASIL BORING ID EYE ROD AS REAR SUSPENSION 777 PADA MESIN HORIZONTAL MILLING CNC HAAS EC1600
The repair process Rod As Rear 777 Suspension in PT.SSB one of them is the id eye repair process. The work of boring id is the process of enlarging the desired size hole and usually does not pay attention to the geometry deviation from the boring process, even though it is very influential with the quality of machining results. The research objective is to find out the geometry of the results of boring id bore Rod as Rear Suspension 777 on Horizontal Milling CNC Haas ec1600 machine. The independent variables in the study were cutting depths of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, spindle rotation 300 rpm, 400 rpm, 500 rpm. The dependent variable is the geometry deviation resulting from boring id bore Rod As Rear Suspension 777. The control variable is the CCMT 120408 tool, feed speed 0.1 mm / rev, diameter of eye 158 mm, coolant damin water and ecocool 2700T. The measurement method uses a bore gauge / cylinder gauge to determine the effect of variations in machining parameters on boring geometry with a tolerance of ± 0.02 mm and takes 4 measuring axes namely X, Y, X ', Y'. From the research that has been done that the parameters with the smallest geometry deviation obtained at the cutting depth (ap) 1mm and spindle rotation (n) 500 rpm, is the expected result because the geometry deviation is 17µm still within the tolerance limit of ± 0.02 mm. The greater the value of the cutting depth (ap), the greater the geometry deviation that occurs. Whereas the greater the cutting speed value (Vc), the smaller the geometry deviation will occur
REGULATOR TEGANGAN MENGGUNAKAN INVERTER SATU FASA BERBASIS DIRECT DIGITAL SYNTHESIS DENGAN PENGENDALI PI DAN PWM
Electricity consumers who are far from the power plant at the end of the distribution channel are susceptible to a decrease in electric voltage. This results in consumer electrical equipment that is sensitive to electrical voltage fluctuations damaged. Based on these problems, equipment is needed that can improve the quality of customer electricity voltage. The inverter is one of the tools that can be utilized to increase the voltage. Direct digital synthesis (DDS) is an approach used to generate SPWM signals on an inverter. The inverter output voltage is monitored by adjusting the modulation index magnitude of the SPWM generator. This research uses dsPIC30F4011 microcontroller as a system control and SPWM signal generator with feedback using PI control. The results of the study showed that the shape of the sinusoidal waveform output voltage. To produce a voltage of 225 volts ac when turned on the first time required is 3.6 seconds with a value of Kp = 0.00125 and Ki = 0.004 in the response time PI control closed loop. While the single-phase inverter output voltage of oscillates at 47 volts or 20.9%

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KEKUATAN VARIASI FRAKSI VOLUME KOMPOSIT SERAT IJUK TERHADAP SIFAT MEKANIS KOMPOSIT DENGAN MATRIKS RESIN EPOKSI
Natural fiber composites are one way natural ingredients can be used as production staples and artificial synthetic fibers. By using palm fiber as a composite making amplifier we can develop palm fiber to replace artificial fibers used now. The purpose of this study was to determine the strength ratio of the composite volume fraction of palm fibers with epoxy resin matrix. He object of research is ASTM D5942-96 and ASTM D638-01 fiber composite with variations in fiber volume fraction 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, using epoxy resin and catalyst matrix, then look for the comparison of strength of fiber volume variation when impact tested and tensile tested. The results of the analysis of the palm fiber composite material obtained a conclusion on impact testing with ASTM D5942-96, maximum impact strength occurs at 9% fiber volume with an impact price strength of an average of 0,092 J/mm² and shows the minimum impact strength is in the 0% fiber volume composite with an average impact strength of 0.070 J/mm². And in tensile testing with ASTM D638-01 the maximum tensile strength occurs in composites with 0% fiber volume with an average tensile modulus value of 2,913.708 N/mm² and shows a minimum strength in composites with 9% fiber volume with tensile modulus value average 1,548.916 N/mm²
IMPLEMENTASI METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MECHINE DAN K-MEANS CLUSTERING DENGAN SUPPORT VECTOR MECHINE TEMA KARYA ILMIAH PADA STMIK WIDYA CIPTA DHARMA
Trends in research topics are useful for building an institutional research roadmap. The classification of themes of scientific works is very much needed to evaluate the vulnerability of research topics of an institution. The implementation of the text mining classification for the theme of scientific works uses the Vector Mechine supprort method and K-means Clustering with Support Vector Mechine (SVM) support. The results of this study are to measure the accuracy of each method used. Support Vector Mechine method at the level of accuracy is 93.33% while the K-means Clustering method with Support Vector Mechine (SVM) accuracy is 99.33%
PENGARUH VARIASI SUDUT SERANG DAN KECEPATAN ANGIN TERHADAP PERFORMANSI TURBIN ANGIN SUMBU HORIZONTAL
THE EFFECT OF ANGLE OF ATTACK AND WIND SPEED TO HORIZONTAL AXIS WIND TURBINE PERFROMANCEWind energy is a new renewable energy which has great potential to produce electrical energy. Wind technology development is constrained by unstable wind speed. Horizontal wind turbine have several advantages: simple manufacturing processes, easy maintenance, high efficiency, and have blades which always move perpendicular to the direction of winds produces stable power. The efficiency can be improved with the variation of angle of attack and wind speed. This study using wind speeds 3.8 m/s, 4.3 m/s, and 5.8 m/s with angle of attack 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300. The test results shows that the higher wind speed will increase rotation speed. On Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine testing with wind speed 3.8 m/s, the largest power in the 250 angle of attack is 46.43 mW. The test with wind speed 4.3 m/s, the largest electrical power obtained at angle of attack 250 is 99.14 mW. While the largest power with wind speed 5.8 m/s at angle of attack 300 is 107.91 mW. The best coefficient of Power is 11.6% with the wind speed 5.8 m/s and angle of attack 300.Keywords:coefficient of power, power, blade, horizontal axis wind turbin
Modal Intelektual, Budaya Perusahaan dan Kinerja Keuangan pada Sektor Perbankan Indonesia
This study examines whether intellectual capital and corporate culture affects financial performance in Indonesia. Data are drawn form 34 sample of publicly bank that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Intellectual capital using VAIC method and the four type of corporate culture (collaboration oriented/COL, control oriented/CON, competition oriented/COM, dan creation oriented) using ATLAS.ti following the bag of words by Fiordelisi & Ricci (2014). We find evidence that intellectual capital, collaboration oriented - culture (COL), creation – oriented culture (CRE) are positevely related to financial performance. Competition – oriented culture (COM) is negatively related to financial performance, while the last type of corporate culture: control – oriented culture (CON) is not relayed to financial performance
