    Rancang Bangun Prototipe Kapal Elektrik Dengan Sistem Kendali Jarak Jauh

           Sejalan dengan penguatan untuk pengawasan wilayah yang sangat luas serta terdiri atas pulau – pulau, diperlukan media transportasi perairan dengan dilengkapi sistem peralatan yang mampu mengatasi segala bentuk ancaman maupun gangguan yang dapat terjadi setiap saat. Untuk memenuhi upaya tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian dan pengembangan prototipe kapal listrik yang tahan di segala medan. Dalam pembuatan prototipe kapal listrik ini menggunakan sistem penggerak elektrik. Sistem penggeraknya menggunakan Motor DC Brushless dengan sumber tenaga dari baterai. Energi listrik ini dapat menjadi alternatif pengganti energi fosil. Sistem kendali pada prototipe kapal listrik ini menggunakan sistem kendali jarak jauh. Proses pengukuran kecepatan kapal dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan sensor Accelerometer dan GPS pada smartphone. Kedua sensor ini di akses dengan menggunakan aplikasi NMEA Tools. Prototipe kapal listrik berhasil dikendalikan dari jarak jauh dengan uji garis lurus sejauh 50 meter pengukuran mencapai kecepatan rata-rata 23,16 Knot, uji gerak zigzag lintasan berukuran panjang 16.910 meter penguuran kecepatan rata-rata 3.1 Knots, dan uji gerak melingkar dengan radius putar adalah 2.638 meter dengan rata rata kecepatan kapal 4.25 Knots

    KARAKTERISTIK BRIKET LIMBAH KULIT PISANG PEREKAT TEPUNG TAPIOKA

    Kulit pisang merupakan limbah rumah tangga yang sangat banyak di hasilkan, selain limbah rumah tangga limbah kulit pisang mudah ditemui di kedai gorengan yang ada di kota Balikpapan. Limbah kulit pisang dapat digolongkan sebagai limbah biomassa, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk dibuat menjadi bahan baku briket. Limbah kulit pisang yang digunakan yaitu jenis kulit pisang kepok. Proses pembuatan briket dimulai dengan pembuatan bioarang limbah kulit pisang, limbah kulit pisang melalui proses pembakaran menggunakan tungku hingga berubah menjadi bioarang. Limbah kulit pisang yang telah berubah menjadi arang kemudian dihaluskan menjadi serbuk dengan melakukan penyaringan menggunakan mesh 50 dan mesh 80. Setelah dilakukan penghalusan bioarang kemudian dilakukan pencampuran dengan menggunakan perekat tepung tapioka. Variasi dari perekat tepung tapioka yaitu 5% dan 15%. Briket yang telah jadi akan dilakukan pengujian di laboraturium untuk mengetahui kadar kalori, kadar abu, dan kadar air. Hasil penelitian briket terbaik yaitu dengan mesh 50 dan prosentase perekat 15%, yaitu dengan kadar nilai kalori sebesar 5216,48 kal/g, kadar abu sebesar8,42%, kadar air sebesar 7,9%. Dapat disimpulkan briket dengan bahan baku limbah kulit pisang dapat dijadikan sebagai energi terbarukan dengan terus melakukan perbaikan dari komposisi bahan baku briket.Kata kunci: Briket, limbah kulit pisang, nilai kalor, kadar abu, kadar air ABSTRACTBanana peels are a household waste that is produced a lot, apart from household waste, banana peel waste is easily found in fried food shops in the city of Balikpapan. Banana peel waste can be classified as biomass waste, so it can be used to make raw materials for briquettes. The banana peel waste used is the Kepok banana peel type. The process of making briquettes begins with making biochar from banana peel waste. The banana peel waste goes through a burning process using a furnace until it turns into charcoal. The banana peel waste that has been turned into charcoal is then ground into powder by filtering using mesh 50 and mesh 80. After grinding the biochar, it is then mixed using tapioca flour adhesive. Variations in tapioca flour adhesive are 5% and 15%. The finished briquettes will be tested in the laboratory to determine the calorie, ash, and water content. The best briquette research results were with a variety of mesh of 50 and an adhesive percentage of 15%, namely with a calorific value of 5216.48 cal/g, ash content of 8.42%, and water content of 7.9%. It can be concluded that briquettes made from banana peel waste as raw material can be used as renewable energy by continuing to improve the composition of the briquette raw material.Keywords: Briquettes, banana peel, calorie value, ash content, water conten

    Taxes play an important role in increasing Indonesia's economic growth which is indicated by 82.85% of funds for the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget originating from state tax revenues. The Directorate General of Taxes as the most important institution in Indonesia issued an e-filing tax administration system (Electronic Filing System). DGT is assisted by ASP in implementing e-filing to facilitate tax services to taxpayers. However, ASP's e-filing portal continues to decline, this attracts the author's attention to examine the existence of ASP's e-filing in the next few years. This study aims to find out the gaps in future application development so that it becomes an opportunity for e-filing taxes which Application Service Providers compare to e-filing at the Directorate General of Taxes. The research method used interviews. The results of this research indicate that the opportunity for ASPs e-filing is high for the next few years, this is indicated by the consultants who continue to use ASPs e-filing because there are several advantages of ASP's e-filing that DGT does not have

    The Reformation Era has led changes in government system in which people demand a good and clean governance indicated by transparency and accountability of state financial reports. Bogor City Government since 2016 until 2021 able to obtain and maintain a WTP opinion assessment from the BPK on the Regional Government Financial Reports which it made from 2006 to 2015 has never received a WTP opinion assessment. The purpose of the reseach to analyze quality of  financial reports of Bogor city, and to formulate a strategy of quality improvement and maintain on financial reports. This research use primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data sources are related to the method of rating scale analysis to measure the quality of LKPD, SWOT analysis in determining strategy alternatives and the use of QSPM in determining priority strategy. The research result shows quality the financial reports on Bogor city falls into a category of fairly good. The prioritized strategy in improving and maintain the quality of LKPD of Bogor city is leadership reinforcement

    Hubungan Frekuensi Menonton Drama Korea dengan Pemilihan Makanan Remaja Di Balikpapan

    Korean dramas are currently the craze of teenagers, including among students. This allows for behavioral changes due to seeing what is in the drama, one of which is about food selection. This study aims to determine the relationship between the frequency of watching Korean dramas with food choices for students in the Hospitality Department, Poltekba. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study method. Data collection includes demographic data on students such as age, gender, education level and student income. Additional data are the frequency of watching Korean dramas, food selection and a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire to obtain student consumption data. The population in this study were Poltekba students with a sample of 79 students. Data analysis method using Pearson correlation. The results of the descriptive data obtained were 83.5% women with an age range of 20-23 years as many as 60.8%, the level of education in the second year was 68% and the dominant income was classified as moderate at 48.1%.. While the results of food selection, students chose snacks and Korean main meals by 40% and 48%, respectively. Based on the Pearson Correlation test, which is equal to p-value 0.018 and p-value 0.015, it proves that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of watching Korean dramas and food choices for Catering students at Poltkba.

    Ancaman Terorisme dan Strategi Penanganannya: Studi Pustaka Strategi Kontra-Terorisme di Kamboja

    Berbagai upaya kontra-terorisme telah dilakukan pemerintah Kamboja, hingga akhirnya Kamboja berdasarkan Global Terrorism Index menempati peringkat 135 negara terdampak aksi terorisme dengan skor 0,00 artinya tidak ada lagi ancaman maupun aksi terorisme di Kamboja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya kontra-terorisme yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kamboja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Kamboja tercatat ada 7 (tujuh) kelompok teroris baik dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri yaitu : Khmer Merah (the Khmer Rouge); Pejuang Kemerdekaan Kamboja (Cambodian Freedom Fighters / CFF); Gerakan Front Khmer (Khmer Front Movement); Front Persatuan Nasional Khmer (the Khmer National Unity Front / KNUF); Front Pembebasan Nasional Khmer (Khmer National Liberation Front / KNLF); Gerakan Kekaisaran (Empire Movement) dan Jamaah Islamiah (the Jemaah Islamiah / JI) melalui Yayasan Om Al Qura (the Om Al Qura Foundation). Strategi yang telah diambil oleh Pemerintah Kamboja untuk menanggulangi terorisme meliputi: pembentukan undang undang penanggulangan terorisme, pembentukan pasukan khusus penanggulangan terorisme dan menutup akses pendanaan terorisme. Selain itu, pada tingkat regional ASEAN, pemerintah Kamboja membentuk kerjasama dengan negara – negara ASEAN dalam menanggulangi terorisme melalui pertukaran informasi, latihan bersama dan ekstradisi. Sedangkan pada tingkat internasioanl Kamboja juga melakukan kerjasama penanggulangan terorisme dengan Amerika Serikat dan Australia

    ECO CUTTING FLUID: SEBUAH ANALISIS AKURASI PENGEBORAN PADA ALUMINIUM ALLOY 6061

    Proses fabrikasi komponen otomotif dan alat berat adalah proses yang paling banyak memakan biaya. Penggunaan cutting fluid yang tepat diharapkan mampu mengurangi gaya gesek yang ditimbulkan pada proses pemotongan dan pengeboran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif cutting fluid yang dapat digunakan pada proses fabrikasi dalam hal ini dalam proses pengeboran (drilling). Cutting fluid yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berbahan dasar minyak kelapa. Selain untuk membantu dalam efesiensi proses fabrikasi, tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah cutting fluid yang ramah lingkungan dan sesuai dengan karakteeristik material yang umum digunakan pada proses pembuatan komponen otomotif dan alat berat Alumunium Alloy 6061 (T6). Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan uji eksperimen terhadap proses pengeboran material alumunium alloy 6061 (T6) dengan memperhatikan tingkat akurasi diameter dan roundness hasil pengeboran. Data hasil pengukuran tingkat akurasi pengeboran menggunakan eco cutting fluid berbahan dasar minyak kelapa kemudian dibandingkan dengan data hasil pengukuran tingkat akurasi pengeboran menggunakan cutting fluid konvensional. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah tidak ada perbedaan signifikan hasil pengeboran dari segi tingkat akurasi pengeboran, hasil akurasi yang didapatkan adalah sama.Kata kunci: cairan pemotongan, aluminium alloy 6061, pengeboran ABSTRACTThe automotive and heavy equipment component fabrication process is the most expensive process. Using the right cutting fluid is expected to reduce the friction force generated during the cutting and drilling process. This research aims to provide an alternative cutting fluid that can be used in the fabrication process, in this case the drilling process. The cutting fluid used in this research is made from coconut oil. Apart from assisting in the efficiency of the fabrication process, another aim of this research is to create a cutting fluid that is environmentally friendly and in accordance with the characteristics of materials commonly used in the process of manufacturing automotive and heavy equipment components, Aluminum Alloy 6061 (T6). The method used is to carry out experimental tests on the drilling process for aluminum alloy 6061 (T6) material by paying attention to the level of accuracy of the diameter and roundness of the drilling results. The data from measuring the level of drilling accuracy using eco cutting fluid made from coconut oil was then compared with the data from measuring the level of drilling accuracy using conventional cutting fluid. The results obtained were that there was no significant difference in drilling results in terms of the level of drilling accuracy, the accuracy results obtained were the same.Keywords: cutting fluid, aluminium alloy 6061, drillin

    Nowadays, anxiety disorders are experienced by many individuals, making a significant impact on one's quality of life. Some people are unaware of the symptoms of anxiety disorders, making anxiety disorders trivial. This situation can cause serious physical and emotional discomfort, in some cases, leading to more severe impacts if not treated appropriately. One of the first steps in overcoming anxiety disorders is early detection. The earlier the disorder is detected, the better the chances of providing effective treatment and reducing its impact. The development of artificial intelligence technology has opened up new opportunities to address this problem. This research proposes an innovation in the form of a chatbot. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and acceptability of a chatbot to identify and provide information related to symptoms of anxiety disorders. The research methodology includes Data Collection, conversation formation, model formation, implementation using Dialogflow, testing and results. The results of UAT testing on respondents consisting of students and psychologists obtained results of 84% and 74%, respectively

    Customer loyalty shows behavior related to products or services for the company. Customer loyalty as a customer mindset holds a favorable attitude towards the company. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and store atmosphere on loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were customers of jimbe drum crafts with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data with data sources from the results of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence between product innovation and customer loyalty, there is a significant effect between store atmosphere and customer loyalty, and there is a significant effect between product innovation and customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis also show that there is a significant influence between store atmosphere on customer satisfaction. There is a significant influence between satisfaction on customer loyalty. Satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable in the relationship between product innovation and store atmosphere and customer
