    pdf【Objective】 This study is intended what kinds of image for care workers the students ,who major in social welfare, have and how they recognize care workers’ job contents. 【Method】 We conducted the oneself─style questionnaire survey for our university freshmen who study the care welfare outline subject. 【Result】 Before the students start the study subject, their images for care worker’s job roles are quite vague. After their study, they have defined care worker’s job roles as ‘provision of services for customers based on special knowledge and skills’, ‘provision of unique services customer by customer’ and ‘leadership for care staff’. 【Conclusion】 The image of the students for care workers has changed ‘their quite vague feeling’ before their study’ into those of ‘care workers provide added─value services for customers who require daily life help while the students understand customers more detail profile and care workers’ more concrete job contents.’ after their study.     pdf大学での学習過程において、ウェブでの検索を行う機会が増えている。ウェブ検索での情報取得では、従来の紙媒体を用いた学習とは異なり、目的とする情報源に到達するまでの方法や取得した情報内容・情報発信者の信憑性を確認する方略など、適切な情報を獲得するまでに複数のスキルが必要とされる。このような学習環境において、学生の検索スキルを把握し、スキル獲得のための適切な教育プログラムを提供することが重要となる。 本研究では、一般市民を対象として作成された「ウェブアクセスリテラシー尺度」を用いて、本学さいたま岩槻キャンパス初年次生の検索スキルの測定を行なった。また,ウェブ検索についての受講経験と検索スキルとの関連性を検討した。結果から、本尺度が検索スキルの測定尺度として有用であることが示唆された。ただし、「信憑性判断時に生じうる認知バイアスへの耐性」については、さらに精査する必要性が示された。departmental bulletin pape

    Study on diverse psychiatric nursing practicum in preparation for emergencies: Psychiatric nursing practice in FY2020 under the influence of Covid-19 and its issues

    pdf《目的》2020年度の精神看護学実習を振り返り、代替実習における課題を明らかにし、臨地実習が困難な非常時に備えた多様性のある精神看護学実習を検討する。 《方法》代替実習内容は、コミュニケーション動画、紙上事例の看護過程の展開、実力確認テスト、社会復帰施設の調べ学習、家族体験談レポートを行った。臨地では病院見学、社会復帰施設3日間を行った。精神看護学領域の教員間で、代替実習内容を実習目標と学習目標および学習目標の細項目に齟齬がないように調整した。 《結果》学習目標到達度は、2019年度と2020年度において割合は異なるが、2020年度においても一定の学びがあった。学習目標1、2では、2019年度の方が目標到達度は高く、学習目標3、4では2020年度の方が高かった。 《結論》 1.2020年度の代替実習は一定の学びはあった。 2.教育方法においての課題は、治療的な対人関係への発展に向けた指導と、アセスメント力と看護技術の修得に向けた指導であった。 3.非常時においても学習目標に沿った学びができるよう、臨地実習の受け入れ状況に応じて、効果のあった学習方法を活用することが重要である。Purpose: To report on alternative training for the purpose of exploring the ideal way to conduct psychiatric nursing training in cases where on-site training is difficult and to identify issues and points to be improved in the future. Methods: The contents of the alternative training consisted of a communication video, development of the nursing process based on case studies, a test to confirm ability, an investigation and study of social rehabilitation facilities, and a report on family experiences. For the on-site training, students visited hospitals and spent three days at a rehabilitation facility. The content of the alternative practice was adjusted by faculty members in the field of psychiatric nursing so that there would be no discrepancies between the practical goals, learning goals, and detailed items of the learning goals. Results: Although the percentage of learning goals achieved differed between FY2019 and FY2020, there was a certain amount of learning in FY2020 as well. For Learning Objectives 1 and 2, the achievement level was higher in FY2019, and for Learning Objectives 3 and 4, it was higher in FY2020. Conclusions: 1. There was a certain amount of learning from the alternative training in FY2020. 2. There were issues regarding the development of therapeutic interpersonal relationships, assessment, and the enhancement of nursing skills. 3. It is important to consider the use of effective learning methods according to the acceptance status of onsite training so that students can learn according to their learning goals in an emergency.departmental bulletin pape
