Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Penguatan Kemandirian dan Ekonomi Desa Berbasis Potensi Lokal
Program pengabdian di RT.03 RW.02 Desa Semambung Kecamatan Wonoayu Sidoarjo bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penguatan kemandirian dan ekonomi desa. Fokus kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terletak pada pengembangan potensi lokal yang telah menjadikan RT ini juara kategori Mandiri Sejahtera. Metode deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya meliputi pelatihan ecoenzyme, pengajaran di sekolah, pembuatan website, pemetaan lokasi, dan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) untuk usaha kecil. Program ini menunjukkan temuan penting terkait peran aktif aparat desa dan warga dalam memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Dampak dari program ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, mengelola lingkungan, dan mengembangkan usaha ekonomi mandiri.

Akuntabilitas Progam Jimpitan: Perancangan Laporan Keuangan melalui Adaptasi Teknologi sebagai Peningkatan Gotong Royong Masyarakat
Program jimpitan, sebagai tradisi gotong royong, memainkan peran penting dalam penguatan solidaritas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, di Dusun Payan Buntaran, implementasi jimpitan belum maksimal karena kurangnya akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana. Artikel ini membahas pengabdian mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk merancang laporan keuangan berbasis teknologi guna meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Dengan penerapan Google Spreadsheet sebagai alat pencatatan, diharapkan masyarakat lebih termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam program jimpitan, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat budaya gotong royong di dusun tersebut. Hasil penelitain menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi warga dalam program jimpitan meningkat sebesar 25%. Namun ada beberapa kendala seperti akses internet yang terbatas dan keterampilan warga dalam menggunakan internet. Google Spreadsheet berhasil meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan partisipasi warga.
The jimpitan program, as a tradition of cooperation, plays a crucial role in strengthening community solidarity and well-being. However, in Payan Buntaran Hamlet, jimpitan implementation has not been optimal due to a lack of accountability in fund management. This article discusses student community service aimed at designing technology-based financial reports to improve transparency and accountability. By implementing Google Spreadsheets as a recording tool, it is hoped that the community will be more motivated to actively participate in the jimpitan program, ultimately strengthening the culture of cooperation in the hamlet. Research results show that community participation in the jimpitan program increased by 25%. However, there are several obstacles such as limited internet access and community skills in using the internet. Google Spreadsheets successfully increased community accountability and participation
Strategi Pendampingan UMKM Arang dalam Proses Pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha melalui Online Single Submission
Kecamatan Porong, Kota Sidoarjo, memiliki banyak usaha mikro yang berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi, namun minimnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) menjadi hambatan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pelaku UMKM dalam proses pembuatan NIB guna melegalkan usaha mereka serta membuka akses ke berbagai fasilitas dan bantuan pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi, pemberian edukasi, sesi tanya jawab, persiapan dokumen, hingga pendampingan pendaftaran NIB melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasilnya, pelaku UMKM yang berhasil memperoleh NIB memungkinkan mereka untuk memperkuat posisi di pasar dan meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber daya. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya sosialisasi dan pendampingan dalam meningkatkan legalitas usaha, dengan kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Wedang Uwuh sebagai Upaya Pemberdayaan UMKM Berbasis Herbal di Desa Wates, Kabupaten Kediri
This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of residents in Wates Village, Kediri Regency, in processing traditional herbal beverages, specifically wedang uwuh, as an effort to empower local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Wedang uwuh is a traditional Javanese drink made from a mixture of spices such as ginger, cloves, cinnamon, secang wood, pandan leaves, and rock sugar, which not only carries cultural value but also contains bioactive compounds such as flavonoids and phenolics that act as antioxidants. The potential of Wates Village as a herbal center, supported by its jamu tradition and diverse MSMEs, provided the foundation for this training program. Methods included initial observation, coordination with village officials and student volunteers, counseling on the health benefits of herbal ingredients, demonstration of hygienic preparation techniques, and training in packaging and labeling products. Evaluation was conducted through pretests and posttests with 27 participants to measure improvements in knowledge and skills. Results showed an increase in average scores from 56.30 to 59.26, although not statistically significant, while qualitative observations indicated greater confidence and interest among participants in developing herbal beverage businesses independently. This training had a positive impact on community understanding, skills, and motivation, serving as an initial step toward establishing herbal-based MSMEs in Wates Village

Intense competition among higher education institutions and weak institutional differentiation in student admissions have become challenges for STIE Bakti Bangsa. Admission practices that lack integration of sustainability values are considered insufficient to attract prospective students. Therefore, the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM),particularly through Green Recruitment and Green Selection, is viewed as a necessary environmental-based differentiation strategy. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Green Recruitment and Green Selection on prospective students’ Institutional Attractiveness. The study employs a quantitative associative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Green Recruitment and Green Selection simultaneously have a significant effect on Institutional Attractiveness, while partially Green Selection shows a more dominant influence. These findings confirm that GHRM practices play a strategic role in enhancing institutional attractiveness and strengthening sustainability-based student admission competitiveness
Eksplorasi Penggunaan Warna Biru dalam Membangun Brand Tone Museum Radya Pustaka di Instagram
This study examines the visual communication strategy of Museum Radya Pustaka Surakarta in the digital era, focusing on the consistency of blue as the main brand tone element on the museum’s official Instagram account. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of three selected posts that represent persuasive elements, interactivity, and visual strength. The findings indicate that the implementation of two-way communication through interactive content, the consistent application of blue color psychology, and the optimization of Nudge Theory are effective in increasing engagement and participation within the museum’s digital community. The use of blue not only strengthens the museum’s visual identity and credible image but also creates a positive emotional experience for the audience. These results underscore the importance of adaptive, participatory, and color psychology-based visual communication strategies in building engagement and maintaining the museum’s relevance amid digital transformation. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other institutions in developing effective visual communication on social media.Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi visual Museum Radya Pustaka Surakarta di era digital, dengan fokus pada konsistensi penggunaan warna biru sebagai elemen utama brand tone pada akun Instagram resmi museum. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif terhadap tiga postingan terpilih yang merepresentasikan unsur persuasif, interaktivitas, dan kekuatan visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan komunikasi dua arah melalui konten interaktif, konsistensi psikologi warna biru, serta optimalisasi Nudge Theory mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan partisipasi komunitas digital museum. Warna biru tidak hanya memperkuat identitas visual dan citra kredibel museum, tetapi juga menciptakan pengalaman emosional yang positif bagi audiens. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi komunikasi visual yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan berbasis psikologi warna dalam membangun engagement serta relevansi museum di tengah transformasi digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga lain dalam mengembangkan komunikasi visual yang efektif di media sosial
Optimasi Persediaan Produk Perishable dengan Mempertimbangkan Penurunan Kualitas dan Emisi Karbon: Studi Kasus Cabai
Produk perishable memiliki masa simpan terbatas, sehingga diperlukan metode tertentu untuk mempertahankan kualitasnya. Tantangan utamanya adalah menentukan jumlah pasokan yang dibutuhkan sebelum produk tersebut kedaluwarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaksimalkan keuntungan dengan mempertimbangkan penurunan kualitas produk. Model yang digunakan melibatkan dua fase persediaan: fase pertama untuk menyimpan cabai segar, dan fase kedua untuk menyimpan cabai kering. Sumber pasokan hanya berasal dari satu jenis, yaitu cabai segar, yang digunakan untuk memenuhi dua jenis permintaan berbeda. Proses yang disebut renewal process dilakukan melalui pengeringan, yang dapat memperpanjang masa simpan produk. Sisa produk dari fase pertama dapat diproses lebih lanjut melalui renewal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan kendala emisi karbon selama penyimpanan cabai segar. Terdapat dua skenario yang merepresentasikan kondisi sistem nyata: skenario pertama dengan permintaan tetap dan skenario kedua dengan permintaan fluktuatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua skenario dalam hal efisiensi dan adaptabilitas. Skenario pertama lebih hemat biaya karena total biayanya lebih rendah, terutama pada biaya inventori (Rp 185.593 dan Rp 204.784), dan jumlah inventori lebih kecil, sehingga cocok untuk permintaan yang stabil. Sebaliknya, skenario kedua lebih adaptif terhadap permintaan yang fluktuatif meskipun total biayanya lebih tinggi
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Materi Siklus Air Melalui Penggunaan Media Assemblr Edu di Kelas V
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar materi siklus air melalui penggunaan media augmented reality Assemblr Edu pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan PTK dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan subjek 20 peserta didik kelas V. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aktivitas guru dan peserta didik. Pada Siklus I, aktivitas guru mencapai 67,3% dengan keterlaksanaan 84,6%, dan aktivitas peserta didik 76,6% dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar 60% (12 siswa tuntas, 8 siswa belum tuntas). Pada Siklus II, aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 94,23% dengan keterlaksanaan 100%, dan aktivitas peserta didik 95% dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar 90% (18 siswa tuntas, 2 siswa belum tuntas). Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa media Assemblr Edu yang dipadukan dengan strategi kooperatif TGT efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siklus air, keterlibatan, dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media AR efektif sebagai pembelajaran interaktif untuk memahami konsep abstrak, dan penggunaan Assemblr Edu terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas V SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo pada materi siklus air.
This study aims to improve learning outcomes of water cycle material using Assemblr Edu augmented reality media for fifth-grade students of SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo. This study uses a two-cycle CAR approach, each including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, with 20 fifth-grade students as subjects. The observation results show a significant increase in teacher and student activities. In Cycle I, teacher activity reached 67.3% with 84.6% implementation, and student activity reached 76.6% with 60% learning outcome completion (12 students completed, 8 students did not complete). In Cycle II, teacher activity increased to 94.23% with 100% implementation, and student activity 95% with 90% learning outcome completion (18 students completed, 2 students did not complete). This increase indicates that Assemblr Edu media, combined with the TGT cooperative strategy, effectively increases students\u27 understanding of the water cycle concept, involvement, and self-confidence. This study confirms that AR media is effective as interactive learning to understand abstract concepts, and the use of Assemblr Edu has been proven to improve the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo on the water cycle material
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas 5 Pada Materi Norma dalam Kehidupan Bermasyarakat Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning
Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo pada materi Norma dalam Kehidupan Bermasyarakat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aktivitas guru, aktivitas peserta didik, dan ketuntasan belajar. Pada siklus I, keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru mencapai 61,5%, aktivitas peserta didik 60,7%, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar 64%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 92%, aktivitas peserta didik menjadi 85,7%, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 92%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model PBL efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi norma karena meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan pemahaman konseptual peserta didik sekolah dasar.
This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SDN Pucang 4 Sidoarjo on the material of Norms in Community Life through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle includes the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments used included observation sheets of teacher and student activities, as well as learning outcome tests at the end of each cycle. The results showed a significant increase in teacher activities, student activities, and learning outcomes. In cycle I, the implementation of teacher activities reached 61.5%, student activities 60.7%, and learning outcomes completion 64%. After improvements were made in cycle II, teacher activities increased to 92%, student activities to 85.7%, and learning outcomes completion increased to 92%. These findings indicate that the PBL model is effective in implementing Pancasila Education learning on norms because it increases active involvement, critical thinking skills, and conceptual understanding of elementary school students
Penggunaan Media Visual Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Rambu-Rambu Lalu Lintas Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Kelas 4
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media visual interaktif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi rambu-rambu lalu lintas di kelas IV SDN Karangtanjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan satu siklus, terdiri atas pra-siklus dan siklus I. Hasil pra-siklus menunjukkan rendahnya ketuntasan belajar, di mana sebagian besar siswa belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) 75. Setelah diterapkan media visual interaktif pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar, aktivitas guru, dan keaktifan peserta didik. Ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat secara klasikal, aktivitas guru meningkat dari kategori cukup menjadi baik, dan keaktifan siswa meningkat dari kategori rendah menjadi tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media visual interaktif efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi rambu-rambu lalu lintas pada siswa sekolah dasar.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of interactive visual media in improving student learning outcomes on traffic sign material in grade IV of SDN Karangtanjung. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with one cycle, consisting of pre-cycle and cycle I. The results of the pre-cycle showed low learning completeness, where most students had not met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) 75. After the application of interactive visual media in cycle I, there was a significant increase in learning outcomes, teacher activity, and student activity. Student learning completeness increased classically, teacher activity increased from sufficient to the good category, and student activity increased from low to high category. These findings indicate that interactive visual media is effective to be used as an alternative learning strategy to improve understanding of traffic sign material in elementary school students
