Pengembangan Skill Enterpreneur Santri melalui Pelatihan Business Plan Studi Kasus Ponpes An-Nahdloh Malaysia
No full textPengangguran usia muda menjadi tantangan utama di Asia Tenggara, termasuk bagi santri Pondok Pesantren An-Nahdloh Malaysia yang menghadapi keterbatasan akses pendidikan dan ekonomi. Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo menyelenggarakan pelatihan penyusunan business plan untuk membekali santri dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan yang aplikatif. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup teori, praktik kelompok, presentasi, dan evaluasi, program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman santri tentang kewirausahaan dan kepercayaan diri mereka dalam merancang rencana bisnis. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu dan variasi tingkat pemahaman, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dan potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut melalui peningkatan durasi pelatihan serta fasilitas pendukung.
Youth unemployment poses a significant challenge in Southeast Asia, including for students of Pondok Pesantren An-Nahdloh Malaysia, who face limited access to education and economic resources. Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo conducted a business plan training program to equip students with practical entrepreneurial skills. Using a participatory approach involving theory, group practice, presentations, and evaluations, this program successfully improved students\u27 understanding of entrepreneurship and boosted their confidence in designing business plans. Despite challenges such as limited time and varying levels of understanding, the program yielded positive outcomes and offers potential for further development through extended training durations and enhanced facilities

No full textKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan Bank Sampah RT 14 RW 11 Bluru Kidul Sidoarjo. Bank sampah adalah metode pengelolaan sampah di mana sampah rumah tangga dikumpulkan, dipilah, dan kemudian di jual ke pihak ketiga, sehingga sampah dapat diubah menjadi barang yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Sistem pengelolaan bank sampah mirip dengan sistem perbankan namun dalam bentuk yang lebih sederhana. Warga setempat, sebagai nasabah bank sampah, menyetor sampah yang kemudian dicatat sebagai saldo sesuai dengan nilai ekonomisnya. Saat ini, pengelolaan bank sampah di sini sedang menghadapi beberapa tantangan. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan bank sampah dengan konsep 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle). Meliputi pemilahan sampah, lalu dikumpulkan, ada juga yang di daur ulang dan ditabung yang output-nya diharapakan dapat menciptakan lingkungan bebas sampah dan sampah tidak akan menjadi masalah yang krusial di masing-masing lingkungan tersebut. Bank Sampah Gemilang 14 diharapkan dapat melakukan pengembangan seiring berjalannya waktu. Pengembangan dalam bidang jasa yang ditawarkan maupun pelayanan yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan kesan positif terhadap masyarakat desa adat RT 14 RW 11 Desa Bluru Kidul maupun menjadi contoh desa lainnya.
This community service activity aims to improve the management of the RT 14 RW 1 1 Bluru Kidul Sidoarjo Waste Bank. Waste banking is a waste management method in which household waste is collected, sorted, and then sold to third parties, so that waste can be converted into goods that have economic value. The waste bank management system is like the banking system, but in a simpler form. Residents, as waste bank customers, deposit waste, which is then recorded as a balance according to its economic value. Currently, waste bank management here is facing several challenges. This service program is implemented to improve waste bank management with the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle). This includes sorting waste, then collecting it, some of which is recycled and saved, the output of which is expected to create a waste-free environment, and waste will not be a crucial problem in each of these environments. It is hoped that the Gemilang 14 Waste Bank will be able to develop over time. Development in the field of services offered and services which will ultimately give a positive impression to the RT 14 RW 11 Bluru Kidul Sidoarjo traditional village community and become an example for other villages
Pemanfaatan Quiziz sebagai Inovasi Media Pembelajaran dalam Menumbuhkan Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter
No full textPenggunaan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan memberikan peluang besar untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan, termasuk dalam membangun pendidikan karakter. Platform seperti Quiziz menawarkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis game yang tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi belajar, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini akan disajikan mengenai penerapan Pendidikan Karakter di MINU Kedungcangkring Jabon menggunakan media pembelajaran Quiziz. Pada tahap persiapan, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah berkoordinasi dengan pimpinan Sekolah tentang rencana pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan di MINU Kedungcangkring Jabon, survey lokasi, serta mendata jumlah Guru yang menguasai penggunaan Quiziz sebagai pemetaan awal dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran Quiziz untuk memberikan pendidikan karakter kepada Siswa. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Quiziz di MINU Kedungcangkring Jabon berdampak positif terhadap keterlibatan siswa dan pembentukan karakter mereka. Siswa menjadi lebih jujur dalam mengerjakan tugas karena adanya fitur pembatasan waktu dan pertanyaan acak, yang mengurangi peluang terjadinya kecurangan.
The use of technology in education provides a great opportunity to overcome various challenges, including in building character education. Platforms such as Quiziz offer a game-based learning approach that not only increases learning motivation but also encourages the development of character values. In this community service, the implementation of Character Education at MINU Kedungcangkring Jabon using Quiziz learning media will be presented. In the preparation stage, the activities carried out were coordinating with the school leadership regarding the plan for implementing Community Service (PkM), which was carried out at MINU Kedungcangkring Jabon, location surveys, and recording the number of teachers who mastered the use of Quiziz as an initial mapping in implementing Quiziz learning media to provide character education to students. The results of the community service show that the implementation of Quiziz at MINU Kedungcangkring Jabon has a positive impact on student engagement and the formation of their character. Students become more honest in doing assignments because of the time limit feature and random questions, which reduce the opportunity for cheating

Optimal Portfolio Formation of SRIKEHATI Index Stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2019-2023 Period)
No full textThe stable economic conditions in Indonesia have had a positive impact, leading to an increase in the number of investors in the Indonesian capital market. One of the key instruments in this market is stocks. The aim of this research is to create an optimal portfolio that can be recommended to investors. The study utilizes the CAPM and Markowitz models and involves the use of secondary data. The research sample selection process makes use of non-probability sampling techniques, specifically purposive sampling. This research focuses on the SRI KEHATI Index for the period from January 2019 to December 2023. Using the CAPM method, 7 efficient stocks have been identified, namely BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, JSMR, KLBF, and UNTR. The combination of 7 stocks using the Markowitz model forms two preferences. The first preference generates an allocation proportion with a formula that results in an annual portfolio expected return of 40.55% and an annual portfolio risk of 30.33%. The second preference generates an allocation proportion with a solver that results in an annual portfolio expected return of 46.79% and an annual portfolio risk of 32.91%
The Role of Digital Financial Literacy in Moderating the Relationship between Digital Payment Usage and Students\u27 Financial Management Behavior
No full textThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of digital payment systems on student financial management and to examine the function of digital financial literacy as a moderating factor in the connection. The quantitative method employed in this investigation uses a survey technique, which was given to STMIK Pontianak pupils as the population examined. Thirty participants chosen as samples were drawn using a purposive sampling method. A closed questionnaire based Likert scale was used to gather the data, which was next examined using a straightforward linear regression test and moderated regression analysis (MRA) facilitated by IBM SPSS software version 26. The study\u27s findings show that students\u27 financial management is positively and significantly affected by the use of digital payments. Driven by characteristics like automatic recording and direct transaction monitoring, students using digital payment methods more frequently exhibit superior financial management conduct. Put another way, the advantages of utilizing digital payments for pupils\u27 financial conduct apply broadly irrespective of their degree of understanding of digital financial literacy. The results of this study have management ramifications that suggest digital financial service providers and universities can promote the use of digital payment technology as a tool to enhance student financial management
Pemanfaatan Eco Enzyme dari Limbah Organik Rumah Tangga sebagai Solusi Pupuk Cair yang Ramah Lingkungan
No full textPengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan rogram pembuatan ecoenzyme di Desa Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, untuk mengatasi akumulasi sampah organik. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan warga tentang pengelolaan limbah organik dan pemanfaatan ecoenzyme sebagai pupuk cair ramah lingkungan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pengelolaan limbah organik dan manfaat ecoenzyme. Peserta dapat memproduksi ecoenzyme dari bahan organik rumah tangga seperti kulit buah, sayuran, dan gula merah, yang efektif meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, pertumbuhan tanaman, serta mengurangi limbah organik. Implementasi ecoenzyme di kebun dan lahan pertanian lokal juga terbukti meningkatkan kesehatan tanah dan hasil tanaman. Upaya ini dapat diadopsi untuk memajukan praktik pengelolaan limbah ramah lingkungan di RT 23 RW 04 sehingga warga menjadi tahu bagaimana proses pembuatan ekoenzim dan dapat mengurangi limbah organic yang menumpuk.
This study evaluated an ecoenzyme production training program in Sukodono Village, Sidoarjo Regency, to address the accumulation of organic waste. The goal was to educate residents about organic waste management and the use of ecoenzyme as an environmentally friendly liquid fertilizer. The training successfully increased participants\u27 understanding of organic waste management and the benefits of ecoenzyme. Participants were able to produce ecoenzyme from household organic materials such as fruit peels, vegetables, and brown sugar, which effectively increased soil fertility, plant growth, and reduced organic waste. The implementation of ecoenzyme in local gardens and agricultural lands was also shown to improve soil health and crop yields. These efforts can be adopted to advance environmentally friendly waste management practices in other communities
Mewujudkan UMKM yang Berlegalitas: Pendampingan NIB bagi UMKM Rera Nastar di Desa Ental Sewu
No full textThe assistance program for obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) was conducted to assist Rera Nastar, a pastry business owned by Mrs. Ulfatun Ni\u27mah, which has been established since 2019 in Ental Sewu Village, Buduran, Sidoarjo. This assistance was motivated by the low understanding of MSMEs regarding the function and procedures for submitting a NIB through the OSS-RBA system. The assistance process was carried out through several stages, namely planning, preparation, and direct registration practice. However, there were obstacles when filling out the AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment) which could not be submitted, so the registration had to be repeated several times. After conducting several evaluations and data adjustments, Rera Nastar\u27s NIB was finally successfully issued on November 27, 2025. The assistance results showed an increase in business understanding, as well as the successful completion of the legality process. This activity provided significant benefits in raising awareness about business legality and preparing MSMEs to officially develop their businesses

Penerapan Pembelajaran Discovery Learning sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Pemahaman Gaya Dorong dan Gaya Tarik pada Siswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual serta merumuskan model penerapan pembelajaran Discovery Learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman konsep gaya dorong dan gaya tarik pada siswa kelas II sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) melalui analisis konseptual terhadap literatur ilmiah, dokumen kurikulum, dan kajian teoretis yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sintaks Discovery Learning yang meliputi tahap stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, verification, dan generalization secara teoretis selaras dengan kebutuhan belajar siswa kelas rendah dan efektif dalam mengonkretkan konsep gaya melalui pengalaman fisik dan eksplorasi objek nyata. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penyusunan kerangka penerapan Discovery Learning yang terintegrasi dengan karakteristik perkembangan kognitif siswa kelas II pada materi gaya dorong dan gaya tarik.
This study aims to conceptually analyze and formulate a model for implementing Discovery Learning as an effort to improve the understanding of the concept of push and pull forces in second-grade elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method through conceptual analysis of scientific literature, curriculum documents, and relevant theoretical studies. The results of the analysis indicate that the syntax of Discovery Learning, which includes the stages of stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization, is theoretically aligned with the learning needs of lower-grade students and is effective in concretizing the concept of force through physical experience and exploration of real objects. The novelty of this study lies in the preparation of a framework for implementing Discovery Learning that is integrated with the characteristics of second-grade students\u27 cognitive development on the material of push and pull forces
