    Menjaga Keindahan Lingkungan dengan Kampung Asri sebagai Model Pemberdayaan Lingkungan

    Program Kampung Asri merupakan kegiatan pemberdayaan lingkungan di Desa Sidokepung yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan lahan kosong dan barang bekas untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang asri, indah, dan produktif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat melalui kerja sama dalam penataan taman, pemanfaatan botol dan galon bekas sebagai media tanam, serta penanaman tanaman hias dan tanaman konsumsi seperti kemangi, pokcoy, dan terong. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas estetika lingkungan, tersedianya sumber pangan skala rumah tangga, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis partisipasi warga mampu menghasilkan manfaat lingkungan yang berkelanjutan sekaligus bernilai ekologis dan sosial. The Beautiful Village Program is an environmental empowerment program in Sidokepung Village that focuses on utilizing vacant land and used materials to create a beautiful, green, and productive environment. This program involves active community participation through collaboration in landscaping, utilizing used bottles and gallon jugs as planting media, and planting ornamental plants and edible crops such as basil, bok choy, and eggplant. The program\u27s implementation results in improved environmental aesthetics, the availability of household-scale food sources, and growing community awareness of the importance of cleanliness and environmental sustainability. This program demonstrates that a collaborative approach based on community participation can produce sustainable environmental benefits that are both ecologically and socially valuable

    Forecasting Corn Production in Indonesia Using Holt–Winters Exponential Smoothing

    Corn is a strategic agricultural commodity in Indonesia due to its important role in national food security and the livestock feed industry. However, national corn production exhibits strong seasonal fluctuations that pose challenges for production planning and policy formulation. This study aims to forecast national corn production in Indonesia using the Holt–Winters Triple Exponential Smoothing method. Monthly corn production data from January 2020 to October 2025 obtained from the Central Agency of Statistics (BPS) were analyzed. A multiplicative Holt–Winters model was applied to capture level, trend, and seasonal components in the data. Forecasting accuracy was evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results show that the proposed model achieved a MAPE value of 18.64%, indicating reasonable forecasting accuracy. The forecasting results for the period November 2025 to December 2026 reveal a stable seasonal pattern in national corn production. These findings demonstrate that the Holt–Winters method is a practical and effective approach for short- to medium-term forecasting and can support agricultural planning and decision-making related to national food security

    Implementation of Lean Office and Industry 4.0 Technologies to Enhance Administrative Efficiency, Productivity, and Organizational Sustainability: A Case Study in a Public Valuation Office

    This study explores how the integration of Lean Office principles and Industry 4.0 technologies specifically IoT, AI, and Big Data for enhances administrative efficiency, productivity, and sustainability in professional service firms. A mixed-methods approach was adopted through surveys and interviews with 44 respondents from a public valuation office in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple regression (R² = 0.908), revealing that Lean Office (β = 0.281, p = 0.016) and Industry 4.0 (β = 0.253, p = 0.020) significantly improved productivity. 93.18% of respondents acknowledged a reduction in process time after implementation, while 95.45% reported increased productivity. Furthermore, 98% agreed that interdepartmental collaboration improved after digital transformation. These findings suggest that lean-digital integration in administrative settings fosters adaptive work culture, reduces waste, and contributes to organizational sustainability

    Posyandu remaja merupakan inovasi layanan kesehatan yang dipersiapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan remaja secara komprehensif, meliptui pemeriksaan kesehatan, bimbingan psikologis dan edukasi pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Semambung RT 03 RW 02 Kecamatan Wonoayu Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pencegahan dan cara menanggulangi darah tinggi. Selain itu, memberikan edukasi pola hidup sehat untuk remaja sepert olahraga 3 kali seminggu yang ditindaklanjuti di puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan kehadiran peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja yang berkorelasi dengan hipertensi. Selain itu, ditemukan juga beberapa kasus yang mengalami gejala tekanan darah tinggi yang akan ditindaklanjuti di puskesmas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa demonstrasi edukasi pola hidup sehat yang dilakukan terbukti efektif. Posyandu Remaja nyatanya terbukti efektif yang tidak hanya berfunsi sebagai sarana pemeriksaan kesehatan, tetapi juga sebagai media strategis dalam menanamkan kesadaran dan kebiasaan hidup sehat pada generasi muda. Keberlanjutan program diharapkan dapat dilakukan secara rutin dengan dukungan kader posyandu remaja sebagai agen perubahan di lingkungan masyarakat. The adolescent integrated health service post (Posyandu) is a health service innovation designed to comprehensively meet the needs of adolescents, including health checks, psychological counseling, and healthy lifestyle education. This community service activity was conducted in Semambung Village, RT 03 RW 02, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. This service focuses on preventing and managing high blood pressure. Furthermore, it provided education on healthy lifestyles for adolescents, such as exercising three times a week, which was followed up at the community health center. The method used in this service was a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and recording participant attendance. The results of this activity showed an increase in adolescent knowledge correlated with hypertension. In addition, several cases of high blood pressure symptoms were also found, which will be followed up at the community health center. The results of this activity also showed that the demonstration of healthy lifestyle education was proven effective. The adolescent integrated health post (Posyandu) has proven effective not only as a means of health checks but also as a strategic medium for instilling awareness and healthy lifestyle habits in the younger generation. It is hoped that the program will continue to be carried out routinely with the support of adolescent Posyandu cadres as agents of change in the community

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas 3 sekolah dasar pada materi perkalian dan pembagian melalui penerapan model Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Permasalahan penelitian berangkat dari rendahnya ketuntasan belajar, di mana 59% siswa belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), yang menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan bermakna. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 27 siswa kelas 3 SDN Pucang IV Sidoarjo. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas guru dari 64,8% menjadi 89,1% dan aktivitas siswa dari 61,6% menjadi 83,8%. Ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 37% pada siklus I menjadi 74,07% pada siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME efektif dalam memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dan pemahaman konsep operasi hitung. This study aims to improve classroom learning activities and mathematics achievement of third-grade elementary students in multiplication and division through the implementation of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model. The study was motivated by low learning mastery, where 59% of students failed to reach the minimum mastery criterion, indicating the need for more contextual and meaningful instructional strategies. The research employed a Classroom Action Research design conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were 27 third-grade students of SDN Pucang IV Sidoarjo. Data were collected through teacher and student activity observations and learning outcome tests. The results show an increase in teacher activity from 64.8% to 89.1% and student activity from 61.6% to 83.8%. Learning mastery improved from 37% in Cycle I to 74.07% in Cycle II. These findings indicate that RME effectively enhances student engagement and conceptual understanding of arithmetic operations

    Design and Implementation of a Web-Based Course Schedule and Task Reminder Application Using the Waterfall Method

    This research develops a web-based task management application to support the productivity of students and professionals. The Waterfall method is applied through the stages of requirements analysis, system design (DFD, ERD, CDM, PDM), implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system uses a database with three main entities (Users, Tasks, Schedule) that are integrated for data accuracy. The result is a responsive application with a simple interface that centralizes recording, sorting, and monitoring of tasks and schedules. All functions have been validated through Blackbox Testing and operate according to specifications. This application effectively manages academic and personal activities in one platform and has the potential to form the basis for developing more complex productivity systems in the future

    Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik melalui Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Teams Games Tournament pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas II

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mengenai simbol dan sila Pancasila dengan menerapkan model Cooperative Learning tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada siswa kelas II SDN Karangtanjung. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing mencakup langkah-langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data diambil melalui pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Di siklus I, aktivitas guru tercapai pada 73% dan aktivitas siswa pada 66,7%, sedangkan ketuntasan belajar baru mencapai 28% dengan 8 siswa yang tuntas. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 91,67% dan aktivitas siswa mencapai 89,58%. Ketuntasan hasil belajar juga meningkat menjadi 83%, dengan 24 siswa dinyatakan tuntas. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran TGT efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dan hasil belajar di mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Model ini bisa digunakan sebagai pilihan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, serta dapat mendorong siswa untuk berkolaborasi dan bersaing dengan cara yang positif. This study aims to improve students\u27 learning outcomes regarding the symbols and principles of Pancasila by applying the Cooperative Learning model of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type to second-grade students at SDN Karangtanjung. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), carried out in two cycles, each including the steps of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities and tests to measure learning outcomes. The results of the study showed a significant increase in both aspects. In the first cycle, teacher activity reached 73% and student activity 66.7%, while learning completeness only reached 28%, with 8 students achieving mastery. After improvements were made in the second cycle, teacher activity increased to 91.67%, and student activity reached 89.58%. Learning completeness also increased to 83%, with 24 students declared to have achieved mastery. These findings indicate that the use of the TGT learning model is effective in increasing student participation and learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject. This model can be used as a more engaging and interactive learning option, and it can encourage students to collaborate and compete positively

    Materi peran air dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan dan lingkungan merupakan salah satu topik penting dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Materi ini tidak hanya memiliki dimensi ilmiah, tetapi juga memiliki potensi besar untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islam seperti tauhid, amanah, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan potensi integrasi nilai- nilai Islam pada materi peran air dalam pembelajaran IPA MI. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, survei kebutuhan guru dan siswa MI, analisis konten buku teks IPA MI, serta observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa membutuhkan pembelajaran IPA yang lebih kontekstual dan bermakna melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Islam. Buku teks IPA MI umumnya masih menekankan aspek kognitif dan belum mengintegrasikan nilai Islam secara eksplisit. Materi peran air memiliki potensi besar untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islam melalui pengaitan ayat Al- Qur’an, hadis, serta pembiasaan sikap menjaga dan melestarikan sumber daya air. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan pembelajaran IPA MI yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam secara sistematis

    Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada materi perkalian melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media papan perkalian pada siswa kelas III SDN Karangtanjung. Permasalahan penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep perkalian dan rendahnya ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 28 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, wawancara, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 54% menjadi 86%, rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 70 menjadi 82, aktivitas guru meningkat dari 78,41% menjadi 94,32%, dan aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 77% menjadi 96%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TGT berbantuan media papan perkalian efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perkalian dan keterlibatan belajar siswa.This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in multiplication through the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model assisted by a multiplication board for third-grade students of SDN Karangtanjung. The research problem is motivated by students\u27 low understanding of the concept of multiplication and low classical learning mastery. The study used the Classroom Action Research approach of the Kemmis and McTaggart model which was implemented in two cycles including planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 28 students. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The results showed a significant increase from cycle I to cycle II. Learning mastery increased from 54% to 86%, the average student score increased from 70 to 82, teacher activity increased from 78.41% to 94.32%, and student activity increased from 77% to 96%. These findings indicate that the application of the TGT model assisted by a multiplication board effectively improves students\u27 understanding of multiplication concepts and learning engagement

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas II melalui pemanfaatan media papan jurang. Penelitian menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang melibatkan 25 peserta didik dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 42% pada tahap prasiklus menjadi 60% pada siklus I dan mencapai 84,96% pada siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media papan jurang efektif membantu visualisasi nilai tempat dan proses meminjam serta menyimpan angka, sehingga meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta didik. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi media konkret papan jurang dengan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam konteks operasi hitung bersusun di sekolah dasar. This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes of second-grade students through the use of the gap board media. The study used a Classroom Action Research design involving 25 students and was carried out in two cycles, each including planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and student activity observation sheets. The results showed that the learning completion rate increased from 42% in the pre-cycle stage to 60% in the first cycle and reached 84.96% in the second cycle. These findings indicate that the gap board media effectively helps visualize place value and the process of borrowing and storing numbers, thereby increasing student engagement and understanding. The novelty of the study lies in the integration of the gap board concrete media with a problem-based learning approach in the context of stacked arithmetic operations in elementary schools.
