    Ecoenzym dan Ecobrik sebagai Solusi Kreatif Pengurangan Sampah Plastik dan Organik di Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa

    Permasalahan sampah plastik dan organik merupakan isu besar yang memerlukan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Program pengabdian masyarakat di RT 03 RW 05 Desa Ngampelsari menerapkan dua inovasi utama, yaitu Ecobrik dan Eco-enzyme, sebagai langkah kreatif dalam pengelolaan limbah. Ecobrik memanfaatkan botol plastik bekas yang diisi dengan limbah plastik kering menjadi “bata ramah lingkungan” untuk konstruksi, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran dan kebersamaan masyarakat. Eco-enzyme adalah cairan hasil fermentasi limbah organik rumah tangga yang berfungsi sebagai pupuk organik, pestisida nabati, dan pembersih alami, mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode partisipatif melalui observasi, wawancara, pelatihan, dan implementasi berhasil menekan volume sampah sekaligus memperkuat kesadaran lingkungan di masyarakat. Kombinasi kedua inovasi ini mendorong penerapan prinsip circular economy dan memberikan dampak ekologis, sosial, serta ekonomi yang positif di tingkat komunitas. The problem of plastic and organic waste is a major issue that requires innovative and sustainable solutions. The community service program in RT 03 RW 05 Ngampelsari Village implemented two main innovations, namely Ecobrik and Eco-enzyme, as a creative step in waste management. Ecobrik utilizes used plastic bottles filled with dry plastic waste to become "eco-friendly bricks" for construction, while simultaneously increasing community awareness and togetherness. Eco-enzyme is a liquid resulting from the fermentation of household organic waste that functions as an organic fertilizer, botanical pesticide, and natural cleaner, supporting sustainable agriculture and community empowerment. Participatory methods through observation, interviews, training, and implementation have successfully reduced waste volume while strengthening environmental awareness in the community. The combination of these two innovations encourages the implementation of circular economy principles and provides positive ecological, social, and economic impacts at the community level

    Desa Pagerngumbuk yang terletak di Kecamatan Wonoayu, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur dikenal memiliki lingkungan yang bersih, asri, dan tertata dengan baik sehingga menciptakan suasana nyaman bagi warga maupun pendatang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yaitu pendekatan yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai pelaku aktif dalam merumuskan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi solusi secara bersama. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya upaya pengembangan potensi desa sekaligus peningkatan citra wilayah sebagai desa yang peduli terhadap pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan. Selain memberikan dampak sosial bagi masyarakat, kegiatan ini juga mendorong tumbuhnya kepedulian sosial, keterampilan komunikasi, serta pengalaman pembelajaran kontekstual bagi pelaksana kegiatan, sehingga berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter sosial yang lebih kuat dan berkelanjutan. Pagerngumbuk Village, located in Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province, is known for its clean, beautiful, and well-organized environment, creating a comfortable atmosphere for both residents and visitors. This community service activity uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, an approach that positions the community as active actors in formulating, implementing, and evaluating solutions together. The results of the community service demonstrate efforts to develop the village\u27s potential while simultaneously improving the region\u27s image as a village that cares about education, health, and the environment. In addition to providing social impacts for the community, this activity also encourages the growth of social awareness, communication skills, and contextual learning experiences for the activity implementers, thus contributing to the formation of a stronger and more sustainable social character

    Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut transformasi pembelajaran menuju pendekatan yang bermakna, reflektif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Model pembelajaran deep learning dipandang relevan untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, namun praktik implementasinya di sekolah dasar masih menunjukkan dinamika yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dan tantangan penerapan deep learning dalam Kurikulum Merdeka berdasarkan pengalaman guru sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci “deep learning” dan “kurikulum merdeka”, yang menghasilkan sepuluh artikel terpilih untuk dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi deep learning memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru, penguatan pembelajaran reflektif dan kontekstual, peningkatan keterlibatan aktif siswa, serta pengembangan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan karakter. Di sisi lain, tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman konseptual guru, minimnya pelatihan dan pendampingan profesional berkelanjutan, kendala infrastruktur dan literasi digital, serta meningkatnya beban administratif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan sistem pelatihan guru berbasis praktik reflektif, penyediaan sarana pendukung yang memadai, serta kebijakan institusional yang adaptif untuk menjamin keberhasilan implementasi deep learning secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum demands a transformation of learning toward a meaningful, reflective, and learner-centered approach. The deep learning model is considered relevant to address these needs, but its implementation in elementary schools still exhibits complex dynamics. This study aims to analyze the impact and challenges of implementing deep learning within the Independent Curriculum based on the experiences of elementary school teachers. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA protocol. A literature search was conducted through the Google Scholar database using the keywords "deep learning" and "independent curriculum," resulting in ten selected articles for thematic analysis. The synthesis results indicate that the implementation of deep learning has a significant impact on improving teachers\u27 pedagogical competence, strengthening reflective and contextual learning, increasing student active engagement, and developing critical thinking, creativity, and character. However, key challenges include teachers\u27 limited conceptual understanding, lack of ongoing professional training and mentoring, infrastructure and digital literacy constraints, and increasing administrative burdens. These findings emphasize the need to strengthen teacher training systems based on reflective practice, provide adequate supporting facilities, and adopt adaptive institutional policies to ensure the successful and sustainable implementation of deep learning in elementary schools

    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPAS Materi Rotasi dan Revolusi Bumi di Kelas VI

    This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve students\u27 learning achievement in the field of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) related to the topic of Earth\u27s rotation and revolution by implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model supported by the Paroreb media (Earth Rotation and Revolution Board). The subjects involved in this study were 25 students from grade VI of SDN Pucang 4. The research was conducted in two cycles, which included the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. From the observations in the pre-cycle, it was found that the learning mastery level only reached 45%, indicating students\u27 low understanding of the concepts of Earth\u27s rotation and revolution. In cycle I, after implementing the PBL model with the support of Par media, the learning mastery level increased to 60%. Improvements made in cycle II resulted in a better mastery level, namely 88%. This increase indicates that the use of the PBL model together with the mediaPenelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang didukung media konkret Paroreb. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan dua siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi pada 25 peserta didik kelas VI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas belajar dari 45% pada pra-siklus menjadi 87,5% pada siklus II, serta peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 60% pada siklus I menjadi 88% pada siklus II. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi PBL dan media konkret efektif membantu peserta didik memahami konsep abstrak melalui pengalaman visual dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang didukung media manipulatif dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar.This study aims to improve learning activities and outcomes through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) supported by concrete media Paroreb. The study used the Classroom Action Research method with two cycles covering planning, action, observation, and reflection on 25 sixth grade students. The results showed an increase in learning activities from 45% in the pre-cycle to 87.5% in the second cycle, as well as an increase in learning completeness from 60% in the first cycle to 88% in the second cycle. These findings indicate that the integration of PBL and concrete media effectively helps students understand abstract concepts through visual and collaborative experiences. This study provides implications that the use of problem-based learning models supported by manipulative media can be an effective strategy to improve the quality of science learning in elementary schools

    Penerapan Model Teams Games Tournament dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila pada Materi Norma dan Kehidupan untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Belajar Siswa Kelas IV

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik kelas IV SDN Banjarbendo pada materi Norma dan Kehidupan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Permasalahan awal menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang memahami materi karena pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru dan bahan ajar yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari pra-siklus, Siklus I, hingga Siklus II. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 62,00 menjadi 75,54 pada Siklus I, dan mencapai 82,50 pada Siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar juga meningkat dari 17% menjadi 58%, dan akhirnya mencapai 92%. Peningkatan hasil belajar, aktivitas siswa, dan kinerja guru menunjukkan efektivitas model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi Norma dan Kehidupan. This study aims to improve the understanding of fourth-grade students of Banjarbendo Elementary School on the material of Norms and Life through the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. Initial problems showed that students did not understand the material because learning was still centered on the teacher and limited teaching materials. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, which was implemented in two cycles, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were 24 students. Data were collected through observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The results showed an increase from the pre-cycle, Cycle I, to Cycle II. The average student score increased from 62.00 to 75.54 in Cycle I and reached 82.50 in Cycle II. The percentage of learning completion also increased from 17% to 58% and finally reached 92%. Improvements in learning outcomes, student activities, and teacher performance demonstrate the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model in improving understanding of Norms and Life material

    Transformasi Digital dan Dinamika Budaya Kerja Karyawan di Era Hybrid Workplace

    Transformasi digital yang semakin cepat telah mengubah pola kerja organisasi dan memunculkan isu penting terkait pergeseran budaya kerja serta menurunnya koneksi sosial karyawan dalam hybrid workplace. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana transformasi digital memengaruhi nilai budaya kerja, pola perilaku, dan keterlibatan karyawan di lingkungan kerja hybrid. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis tematik, penelitian ini menggali pengalaman mendalam dari karyawan yang bekerja dalam sistem hybrid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga temuan utama, yaitu adaptasi teknologi dan pola kerja baru, pergeseran nilai budaya kerja, serta dinamika keterlibatan dan hubungan sosial yang berbeda antarindividu. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada pendekatan multidimensional yang mengintegrasikan aspek teknologi, nilai budaya kerja, dan dinamika psikososial karyawan, yang menghasilkan implikasi penting bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi manajemen perubahan dan penguatan budaya kerja digital yang lebih manusiawi. The increasingly rapid digital transformation has changed organizational work patterns and raised important issues related to shifts in work culture and the decline in employee social connections in hybrid workplaces. This study aims to explore how digital transformation affects work culture values, behavioral patterns, and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews, observations, and thematic analysis, this study explores the in-depth experiences of employees working in a hybrid system. The results show three main findings: adaptation to new technologies and work patterns, shifts in work culture values, and different dynamics of engagement and social relationships between individuals. The novelty of this study lies in its multidimensional approach that integrates aspects of technology, work culture values, and employee psychosocial dynamics, which yields important implications for organizations in designing change management strategies and strengthening a more humane digital work culture

    Studi Kinerja Distilasi Packed Kolom dan Adsorpsi Silika Gel dalam Pemisahan Etanol–Air

    Pemurnian etanol dari campuran alkohol dan air merupakan tahapan penting dalam produksi bioetanol, terutama untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pemisahan etanol melalui kombinasi proses distilasi menggunakan kolom berkemasan dan adsorpsi menggunakan silika gel. Variasi rasio refluks distilasi sebesar 1,36; 2,86; dan 3,00 mL/min serta temperatur adsorpsi 80°C, 90°C, 100°C, dan 110°C digunakan untuk menentukan kondisi operasi optimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan rasio refluks meningkatkan konsentrasi etanol hasil distilasi, dengan nilai tertinggi diperoleh pada rasio refluks 3,00 mL/min. Pada tahap adsorpsi, temperatur 80°C menghasilkan konsentrasi etanol tertinggi dan persentase penyerapan air terbesar. Selain itu, penggunaan pelarut octanol memberikan kinerja pemisahan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dodecanol. Purification of ethanol from alcohol–water mixtures is an essential step in bioethanol production to improve the quality of the final product. This study aims to evaluate the performance of ethanol separation using a combination of packed column distillation and adsorption with silica gel. Variations in distillation reflux ratios of 1.36, 2.86, and 3.00 mL/min, as well as adsorption temperatures of 80°C, 90°C, 100°C, and 110°C, were applied to determine the optimum operating conditions. The results indicate that increasing the reflux ratio enhances the ethanol concentration in the distillate, with the highest value obtained at a reflux ratio of 3.00 mL/min. In the adsorption stage, an operating temperature of 80°C produced the highest ethanol concentration and the greatest water adsorption efficiency. In addition, the use of octanol as a solvent resulted in better separation performance compared to dodecanol

    Analisis Kualitas Udara Menggunakan Metode Passive Sampler Berdasarkan Kawasan

    Pencemaran udara merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang berdampak luas terhadap kesehatan manusia, ekosistem, dan perubahan iklim. Pencemaran ini disebabkan oleh berbagai polutan seperti sulfur dioksida (SO2) dan nitrogen dioksida (NO2) yang dominan disebabkan oleh aktivitas industri dan pembakaran bahan bakar kendaraan bermotor. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pemantauan kualitas udara agar bisa menentukan strategi dalam menjaga stabilitas kualitas udara. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas udara di Kabupaten Mojokerto dan mekanisme pemantauan kualitas udara dengan metode passive sampler. Pemantauan dilakukan di 4 titik yang mewakili kondisi wilayah perkantoran, pemukiman, industri, dan transportasi. Titik pemantauan kualitas udara berlokasi di kawasan pemukiman, perkantoran, industri dan padat tranasportasi Kabupaten Mojokerto. Hasil dari pemantauan kualitas udara adalah rata-rata konsentrasi SO2 dan NO2 Kab. Mojokerto masih berada dibawah baku mutu sesuai dengan Permen LHK no 27 Tahun 2021. Air pollution is one of the environmental issues that has wide-ranging impacts on human health, ecosystems, and climate change. This pollution is caused by various pollutants such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), which are predominantly generated by industrial activities and motor vehicle fuel combustion. Therefore, air quality monitoring is necessary to determine strategies for maintaining air quality stability. This research aims to determine the air quality level in Mojokerto Regency, the air quality monitoring mechanism using the passive sampler method, and the efforts undertaken to maintain air quality stability in Mojokerto Regency. Monitoring was conducted at four locations representing office areas, residential areas, industrial areas, and transportation zones. The air quality monitoring points were in residential areas, office areas, and dense transportation areas in Mojokerto Regency. The results of the air quality monitoring showed that the average concentrations of SO2 and NO2 in Mojokerto Regency were still below the quality standards stipulated by the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 27 of 2021

    Pendampingan Digitalisasi Berbasis Katalog Museum Alas Trik Desa Kedungbocok Kecamatan Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo

    Alas Trik Museum, Kedungbocok Village, has adopted catalog-based digitization as a step to facilitate public access to its historical collections. With the rapid advancement of digital technology, this change allows museums to overcome some of the limitations of traditional collection management. Catalog-based digitization creates opportunities for museum collections to be widely accessible through the internet, allowing people from various countries to explore and learn about local history and culture without having to physically visit the museum. This paper discusses in detail the implementation of catalog-based digitization at Alas Trik Museum, which not only increases the effectiveness of collection management and presentation, but also opens up new avenues for education and information dissemination. With digitization, historical collections can be presented more engagingly and interactively, fostering a deeper understanding and respect for the cultural and historical values contained therein. However, the process of implementing this digitization also faces various challenges, such as the need for appropriate technological infrastructure, educated human resources, and adaptation to ever-changing technological developments. This article also discusses these challenges and how efforts to overcome them can have a positive impact on the growth of museums and the preservation of cultural heritage. With this discussion, it is hoped that readers can better understand the significance of digitalization in the context of museums and how this innovation can enrich the visitor experience and expand publications on history and culture, so that the Alas Trik Museum remains relevant and contributes to the preservation of culture globally

    Workshop Ecoprint sebagai Media Pemberdayaan Ibu-Ibu PKK dalam Pemanfaatan Tanaman Lokal

    Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan mahasiswa kesempatan untuk menerapkan teori yang dipelajari dalam praktik langsung di masyarakat, dengan fokus pada pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian. Pada RT 33 Desa Kepuhkemiri, Sidoarjo, sivitas akademika UNUSIDA melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan tanaman lokal melalui workshop ecoprint. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan tanaman di lingkungan desa, meningkatkan kesadaran tentang wirausaha, serta mengembangkan keterampilan baru bagi masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan ekspositori dan demonstrasi, peserta belajar teknik ecoprint yang ramah lingkungan, yang dapat menghasilkan produk dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi seperti taplak meja dan aksesoris lainnya. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, tetapi juga menciptakan peluang usaha baru yang mendukung ekonomi lokal dan menghasilkan produk yang ramah lingkungan, sambil mengurangi limbah tekstil. Community service activities provide students with the opportunity to apply the theories they learn in direct practice in the community, with a focus on education, research, and community service. In RT 33, Kepuhkemiri Village, Sidoarjo, the UNUSIDA academic community carried out community service focused on the utilization of local plants through an ecoprint workshop. This activity aims to optimize the use of plants in the village environment, raise awareness about entrepreneurship, and develop new skills for the community. Through an expository and demonstration approach, participants learned environmentally friendly ecoprint techniques, which can produce products with high economic value, such as tablecloths and other accessories. This initiative not only improved community skills but also created new business opportunities that support the local economy and produce environmentally friendly products, while reducing textile waste
