    Pekerjaan pemolesan logam chrome merupakan aktivitas yang berulang dan memerlukan postur tubuh yang kurang ergonomis, sehingga berisiko tinggi menimbulkan gangguan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi postur kerja pekerja divisi pemolesan logam di CV. Jaya Makmur menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), serta merancang alat bantu berupa meja kerja ergonomis untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko tersebut. Data dikumpulkan dari data yang sudah ada di perusahaan dan melalui observasi langsung terhadap tiga pekerja dan dianalisis berdasarkan pengukuran sudut tubuh saat bekerja. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa skor RULA berada pada tingkat 6, yang mengindikasikan perlunya intervensi segera terhadap kondisi kerja. Keluhan pekerja yang dominan dirasakan meliputi nyeri pada punggung dan leher. Sebagai solusi, desain meja kerja ergonomis dengan menyesuaikan postur tubuh pekerja, sehingga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki postur kerja, mengurangi keluhan MSDs, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas kerja. Chrome metal polishing is a repetitive activity and requires a less ergonomic posture, thus having a high risk of causing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study aims to evaluate the working posture of workers in the metal polishing division at CV. Jaya Makmur is using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method and designing an ergonomic workbench to reduce risk. Data was collected from existing company data and through direct observation of three workers and analyzed based on measurements of body angles while working. The assessment results showed that the RULA score was at level 6, indicating the need for immediate intervention to address working conditions. The dominant complaints from workers included back and neck pain. As a solution, an ergonomic workbench design that adjusts to the workers\u27 posture is expected to improve work posture, reduce MSD complaints, and increase work comfort and productivity

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi hak dan kewajiban melalui penggunaan media interaktif PowerPoint di kelas III SDN Gelam 1 Candi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi, dengan melibatkan 10 peserta didik sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada tiga aspek utama. Aktivitas guru meningkat dari 50,32% pada siklus I menjadi 88,67% pada siklus II. Aktivitas peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan dari 45,57% menjadi 86,29%. Selain itu, ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dari 54,69% pada siklus I menjadi 86,51% pada siklus II, yang berarti telah melampaui indikator keberhasilan klasikal yaitu 80%. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif powerpoint efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik. This classroom action research aims to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject of rights and obligations through the use of interactive PowerPoint media in class III of SDN Gelam 1 Candi. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages, involving 10 students as research subjects. The results showed a significant increase in three main aspects. Teacher activity increased from 50.32% in cycle I to 88.67% in cycle II. Student activity also increased from 45.57% to 86.29%. In addition, the completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 54.69% in cycle I to 86.51% in cycle II, which means it has exceeded the classical success indicator of 80%. Overall, these findings indicate that interactive PowerPoint media is effective in increasing student activity and learning outcomes

    Meningkatkan Membaca dengan Media SIMABA (Simulasi Membaca Bahagia) Kelas II SD Negri Ketegan

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II menggunakan SIMABA (Simulasi Membaca Bahagia). Penelitian ini muncul sebagai respon terhadap rendahnya kemampuan membaca yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa, termasuk keterbatasan pengenalan kata, kesulitan membaca suku kata, dan keterbatasan pemahaman kalimat sederhana. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 siswa (7 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan). Proses penelitian terbagi menjadi dua siklus, yang memuat perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes membaca, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa yang signifikan. Penguasaan membaca meningkat dari 53% pada Siklus I menjadi 87% pada Siklus II. SIMABA membantu meningkatkan minat, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman siswa selama kegiatan membaca. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SIMABA merupakan media yang efektif dan menyenangkan untuk mendukung pembelajaran membaca awal di kelas-kelas dasar. This classroom action research aims to improve the reading skills of second-grade students using SIMABA (Happy Reading Simulation). This research emerged as a response to the low reading skills demonstrated by students, including limited word recognition, difficulty reading syllables, and limited understanding of simple sentences. The subjects in this study were 15 students (7 boys and 8 girls). The research process was divided into two cycles, which included planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, reading tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students\u27 reading skills. Reading mastery increased from 53% in Cycle I to 87% in Cycle II. SIMABA helped increase students\u27 interest, engagement, and comprehension during reading activities. These findings indicate that SIMABA is an effective and enjoyable medium to support early reading learning in elementary grades

    Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Operasi Penjumlahan Siswa Kelas I SD Negeri Ketegan Dengan Menggunakan PAPINKA (Papan Pintar Matematika)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan partisipasi aktif siswa kelas I SD Negeri Ketegan pada materi operasi penjumlahan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) yang diintegrasikan dengan media konkret PAPINKA (Papan Pintar Matematika). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model DDAER (Diagnosis, Design, Action and Observation, Evaluation, Reflection) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus terhadap 19 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Siklus I, dengan penerapan Problem-Based Learning tanpa media PAPINKA, tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa baru mencapai 68,42%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan tindakan pada Siklus II melalui penerapan model STAD berbantuan media PAPINKA, ketuntasan klasikal meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 89,47% dengan nilai rata-rata evaluasi 86,32, disertai peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes and active participation of first-grade students of Ketegan State Elementary School on the material of addition operations through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model integrated with the concrete media PAPINKA (Mathematics Smart Board). This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with the DDAER model (Diagnosis, Design, Action and Observation, Evaluation, Reflection) which is implemented in two cycles on 19 students. The results of the study show that in Cycle I, with the application of Problem-Based Learning without PAPINKA media, the level of student learning completeness only reached 68.42%. After corrective actions were carried out in Cycle II through the application of the STAD model assisted by PAPINKA media, classical completeness increased significantly to 89.47% with an average evaluation value of 86.32, accompanied by an increase in student active participation in learning activities

    Organic waste can be reprocessed into compost. Compost can be made using several methods. One composting method is the Takakura method. This method has advantages compared to other methods, namely 1) it is practical, does not require a large location, the basket can be placed anywhere as needed, 2) it is easy because the waste is only put and buried in the composter, 3) it does not smell, because the process is through fermentation, not rotting. The aim of holding this training is to increase students\u27 knowledge and skills in managing organic waste into compost so that they can reduce the amount of waste and create a cleaner andhealthier environment. The activities carried out include socializing waste sorting and making compost, handing over trash bins, making compost, maintaining compost, applying compost to planting media and monitoring the results of compost applicationto planting media

    Education on HACCP conducted at CV. Pawon Ibun Tuban, East Java aims to provide basic capital in the implementation of HACCP. The activity was carried out from August to November with several stages of implementation. The methodology of implementing this training activity is by using a qualitative analysis in the form of a quiz given to CV. Pawon Ibun employees to measure the success rate of education that has been conducted. The steps taken to facilitate the implementation of educational activities on HACCP start from the preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage and mentoring stage. The results of the methodology stages carried out in the form of questionnaire are the need for assistance in the intensive implementation of HACCP because there are several aspects that still need to be improved

    This article discusses assistance in writing scientific work for Religious Counselors at the Ministry of Religion of Mojokerto City, which was held on 13 – 14 May 2024 with a total of 27 people. Scientific writing is writing that discusses a problem based on the results of investigations, observations, data collection obtained from research (in the field or in the laboratory) or literature review which is based on logical and empirical scientific thinking (methods). Religious instructors have an important role in providing religious guidance to the community. The 2024 Religious Counselor Award is the right momentum to appreciate and encourage increasing the capacity of religious counselors in this matter. Therefore, this scientific writing assistance program was held to facilitate and guide religious instructors so that they can produce quality scientific papers. This mentoring methodology is carried out through several stages, namely: Basic Training: Providing basic training regarding scientific writing techniques, use of references, and the structure of scientific writing. Intensive Guidance: Provide intensive guidance through individual and group consultation sessions, discussing concepts, methodology and data analysis. Periodic Evaluation: Conduct periodic evaluations of the development of scientific papers being prepared by religious instructors. Completion of Work: Providing final input and corrections to improve scientific papers before submitting them in competitions. The activity of assisting scientific writing for religious instructors at the Mojokerto City Ministry of Religion is part of strengthening careers and performance which will later be prepared for the Extension Counselor Award level in 2024. From this mentoring process, religious instructors are expected to be able to strengthen soft and hard skills in the field of writing scientific paper

    The culinary industry is one of the assets that is developing nowadays along with changes in lifestyle and consumer preferences. One of the culinary industries that is developing at the moment is geprek Jhon HK which is unique with its geprek chicken. The aim of this research is to determine the level of service quality and comfort that influence customer satisfaction at Geprek John HK. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and the respondents in this research are 45 Jhon HK geprek consumers. The results of this research are that there is a linear relationship between comfort and customer satisfaction, and there are no multicollinearity, autocorrelation or heteroscedasticity problems in the regression model. And the conclusion is that service quality and comfort have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.Industri kuliner menjadi salah satu aset yang berkembang pada zaman sekarang seiring dengan perubahan gaya hidup dan preferensi konsumen. Salah satu industri kuliner yang berkembang pada saat ini yaitu geprek Jhon HK yang khas dengan ayam gepreknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui  tingkat kualitas pelayanan serta kenyamanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Geprek John HK. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif dan yang menjadi objek responden pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen geprek Jhon HK sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan linear antara kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta tidak ada masalah multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, atau heteroskedastisitas dalam model regresi. Dan kesimpulannya yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan kenyamanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan
