Get PDF1920年から24年にいたる時期は、中国社会にとって「国民革命への過渡期」であると考えられている。そうであるならば、政治の場ではなおも軍閥支配が続くこの間も、社会の底流では人々の意識の変革に向けて様々な運動が続けられていたということができよう。とりわけ五四運動以後に際立ってきた近代的マスメディアの盛行が、そうした意識変革に与えた影響は無視し難いものであった。1920年に馬千里が中心となってすすめた『新民意報』の発刊は、まさにそうした運動のひとつであったということができる。本稿は、その発刊から停刊に至る間の同報について「馬千里日記」をもとに明らかにしたものである。そこでは専らこの新聞を対象として、その経営について、論説について、副刊について、更にはこの新聞が当時の社会にどのような影響を与えたかについて論述した。また馬千里周辺の若い知識人たちが、それぞれに、その後どのような方向に進んだかについても言及した。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本論では、カナダおよびヨーロッパと中国の博物館を調査して、先住民（中国では少数民族）に関する展示の類似点と差違点を明らかにした。カナダでは、先住民の歴史と現代が明確に呈示され、過去の植民地支配に対する謝罪の意が展示に示されている。北欧の博物館では、先住民の歴史と現代が展示されているが、旧植民地的な状況に関する展示はごく少ない。北欧以外のヨーロッパでは、多くの博物館において先住民というカテゴリーもなく、旧植民地を肯定的に展示するスペイン以外の国では植民地は展示の対象とされていない。中国では、展示構想と内容は博物館によって異なっていることが判明した。departmental bulletin pape

Evaluation of Educational Support Tool by Connecting Experiment Kit using Simulator
Get PDF工学を学ぶ学習者（特に初学者）にとって，工学的モデルの「動き」を直感的に理解させることが重要である。そこで，著者らはアニメーション効果を用いたWWW（World Wide Web）シミュレータ教材と実際の「もの」に触れることが可能な実験キットを連携したiCASS（interactive Circuits And Systems Seminar）を開発してきた。本稿では，WWWシミュレータのみの教材と，実験キットとWWWシミュレータを連携させた教材の両方を実際に学習者に使用してもらい，アンケートによる主観評価を行う。この結果，iCASSは実際に「もの」に触れることができ，実験学習のように工学的モデルの「動き」を体感することで，学習者の理解向上を促す教材であることを示す。また，本稿で提案するiCASSは，実験キットに計測器を接続可能であり，その時に得られた回路特性と，実験キットとWWWシミュレータを連携した時の回路特性がなるべく同等となるようにしている。このことで，シミュレーション教材の「うそ臭さ」を解消している。iCASSはhttp://www.sia.co.jp/~icass/index.htmlで閲覧可能である。It is difficult for a student (beginner) to intuitively understand the “Movement” of the engineering model as it is a complex technological issue, which obstructs the students’ learning of scientific and technological subjects. Learning through experiments and simulation is being encouraged to facilitate the understanding of the “Movement” of the engineering model. In the experiment, however, a lot of on-duty hours because of the purpose is work changing elements and element values, and plotting a characteristics etc. On the other hand, because the learner can’t touch practicable equipments by simulation, it becomes virtual circuit. Therefore, this learning doesn’t feel that it is real and, thus, we are deciding that to influence learning effect. In this paper, we describe an educational support tool of iCASS (interactive Circuits And Systems Seminar). iCASS might be able to avoid “whiff of lie” of the simulation by connecting WWW (World Wide Web) simulator and experimental kit. Developing of Lecture Movie Database by Synchronizing Lecture Movies and Slides
Get PDFインターネットやコンピュータの利用環境が整うにつれて，大学等で，講義映像のデータベース化やWeb配信が行われるようになってきた。このような講義映像データベースでは，映像を検索する場合にメタデータが必要となる。しかし，このようなメタデータをすべて手動で付与するのは困難であり，メタデータ付与の自動化が必要となる。このため，本稿では，画像検索技術を用いて講義映像とスライドの同期を行うことで，講義映像へのメタデータ付与の自動化を実現した。具体的には，講義映像に対応するスライドを画像検索により選び出し，そのスライド中の文字情報を，メタデータの一種であるRSSへと変換することで，講義映像の検索を実現した。また，評価実験を行い，講義映像とスライドの同期を99.7％の精度で行えることを明らかにした。By the improvement of internet and computer environments, many universities have started Web delivery of lecture movies. To retrieve such movies, metadata are indispensable. But, manual extraction of metadata is difficult, if the number of movies is large. Therefore, automatic metadata extraction method of lecture movies is proposed in this paper. In the proposed method, at first, synchronization between lecture movies and slides is carried out. Then, retrieval of lecture movies is realized using text information described in slides. Experimental results revealed that the accuracy of the synchronization between lecture movies and slides using the proposed method is 99.7%.departmental bulletin pape

ICT-based educational system to promote knowledge sharing of science and technology in higher education
Get PDF自学自習向けのeラーニングシステムや対面授業向けの授業支援ポータルシステムなどのICT教育システムを活用した理工系学部教育の知識共有の取組事例を紹介する。事例では，入学前教育や入学後初年次基礎教育などの知識定着に向けた自学自習（宿題・課題）でのeラーニングの有効性を述べる。また，知識の展開を図る専門教育等での授業支援ポータルの活用事例も紹介する。その上で，理工系全体で教授すべき知識のデータベース化を図り，授業と自学自習の取組状況を知識レベルで一元管理する新たなICT教育システムを提案する。We show a case study for knowledge sharing of science and technology in higher education using ICT-based system such as e-Learning for self learning and learning portal for face-to-face education. Through the case study, we indicate the effectiveness of self learning using e-Learning to regain basic learning knowledge in the fundamental course and pre-entrance education in higher-education institute. We also show the learning portal system to support face-to-face education in the specialized course of higher education. Furthermore, we propose ICT-based educational system to manage both status of lectures and self learning on basis of the knowledge base required in the science and technology of higher education.departmental bulletin pape
