Development and Management of a Website Which Offers Tips and Hints for Faculty
Get PDF大学教員を対象とした授業改善のための，ビデオ集，およびテキストが主体となるQ&A集を制作し，それを提供するWebサイトを構築した。必要なトピックを手軽に閲覧できるように，ビデオは１本３分程度とした。Q&Aは，一問一答形式のWebページであり，１つの質問でA4用紙１枚相当以下の分量とした。それぞれ，該当分野の専門知識を持った教員が出演，または執筆している。独立性が高いトピックを幅広く取り扱っており，興味を持った部分のみを閲覧できるようにした。本サイトの運用を行い，閲覧者のニーズやサイトの問題点を分析した。We created a Website to offer video modules and a series of Q&As for faculty members of universities to improve their classes. Each video module is about 3 minutes long to allow visitors to watch them easily. A series of Q&As is released on Web pages, each of which contains one question and one answer. The volume of each Web page is less than an A4 sheet of paper equivalent. All of the contents were produced by experts of each field. The offered contents consist of a variety of highly independent topics, and this enables visitors to watch and read only the content they need. Open-boundary cluster model implemented in first-principles calculations for electronic excited states of an adsorbate-surface system
Get PDFOur recently developed open-boundary cluster model (OCM), which allows us to calculate electronic states of a semi-infinite adsorbate-surface system with a finite-small cluster, has been implemented in first-principles calculations to investigate excited states of a real system of a low-coverage Cs/Cu(111). The first-principles calculations are based on a real-space density functional theory (DFT) approach, and the Cs/Cu(111) system is reasonably represented in terms of a cluster of CsCu13 within the OCM approach. An absorption spectrum and the lifetime of excited states of the system are calculated successfully within the linear-response approximation, and the computed results qualitatively agree with experimental observations. Such excited properties are difficult to calculate by using a conventional cluster model (CCM) approach. Despite these advantages, the OCM-DFT approach requires a computational cost almost identical to the cost of CCM.journal articl

Get PDF本研究は、「精神保健及び精神障害者福祉に関する法律」（以下、「精神保健福祉法」という）上で想定されている強制入院に関し、精神障害者の権利擁護の現状と課題を、精神障害のある方への調査（第１調査）および支援者への調査（第２調査）から明らかにし、権利擁護に関して現在の法制度において可能なこと、および今後必要な政策について考察することを目的とする。
現代においても、いまだに精神障害者本人の同意を得ない強制入院（本稿においては、精神障害者の同意によらない措置入院、医療保護入院および応急入院を強制入院と言う）の制度は残されたままになっている。強制入院の制度による隔離収容が必要な理由として、自傷他害のおそれのある状態の精神障害者を放置しておくことが精神障害者の医療と保護の見地から望ましくないという観点、また一方で、精神障害者のみならず近隣への重篤な影響を生じる可能性があるという社会的防衛の観点があげられている。
しかしながら、精神科病院入院という社会から隔離された状況においては、家族との関係も徐々に希薄となると同時に、日常生活における数々の経験不足から自立した社会生活を送れないと判断され、精神症状の治療のためではなく、環境やその他の要因のため退院できずに入院が長期化する傾向があるのではないかと考えられている。だが、精神科治療のためにやむをえず行われる以外の強制入院は、人権擁護の観点から許容されるべきものではない。
本稿では、「精神保健福祉法」上の、いわゆる「強制入院」に関し、現行法上の問題点と運用上の課題を洗い出し、今後の政策的課題を提示することとする。departmental bulletin pape

There are three aspects of students mobility; bilateral, multilateral and transit ones, and it is determined by the political, socio-cultural, economical, and geographical factors. User Experience and Satisfaction : Toward the Concept and Measurement Method of Student Satisfaction
Get PDF機器やシステムの設計における人間中心設計(HCD)の枠組みは、教育におけるインストラクショナルデザイン(ID)の枠組みときわめて類似している。近年、HCDの分野においては、ユーザエクスペリエンス(UX：User Experience)という概念が注目されており、著者も、購入前の期待感、購入時のインタラクションによる印象形成、購入後の実利用による評価という3フェーズに分けたモデルを提唱している。特に3番目のフェーズにおいては満足感が重要な指標とされ、それをどのように測定するかが課題となっている。本稿では、この考え方を学生の学習経験(LX：Learning Experience)と学生満足度(Student Satisfaction)にも援用しようと試みた。ただし、IDにおいては教育場面特有の事情を考慮しなければならない。本稿では学生満足度に関する概念構造とその測定法を、このようなHCD分野との比較において論じた。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF大学図書館では，インターネットの進展により，コミュニケーション手段として電子メールやチャットを使用するバーチャルレファレンスの導入が進んでいる。バーチャルレファレンスは，利用者の遠隔学習を支援するサービスとして，利用者の学習活動における情報資料探索を支援する重要な機能を提供するものである。電子メールによるレファレンスとチャットによるレファレンスの内容とその範囲は，コミュニケーションの同期性の有無により異なり，レポート作成という学習課題においては，問題やテーマの設定の段階におけるチャットレファレンスによる情報探索支援が求められる。また，バーチャルレファレンスでは，情報源の紹介や探索法を案内する間接サービスとしてパスファインダーの作成が重要である。このパスファインダーの作成にあたっては，学習階層理論に依拠しつつ，専門性から見た利用者の知識状態と情報源の系列との関係を考慮する必要がある。This paper describes the function of the virtual reference as learning support service. The synchronicity of virtual reference influences the way how the direct service is provided with the user as the learner. While the e-mail reference that is asynchronous communication supports the user whose information need is specific, the chat reference that is synchronous communication supports the user whose information need is not specific. In the early stage of information seeking where the user cannot specifically describe information need, the chat reference is preferred to e-mail reference. One of the indirect services in virtual reference is the online pathfinders that help the user seek information, learn about library and information resources, and develop research strategies. It is important that the online pathfinder is designed based on the learning hierarchy theory, the sequence of information resources and the user’s state of knowledge.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF役者の演技の在り方については、対立する二つの見解が存在している。より正確に言えば、一つの意見と一つの理論が存在しているのである。その一つの意見によれば、役者は、演じている芝居の登場人物の役のなかに自己を没入させるべきであり、心で演じるべきである。その一つの理論によれば、役者は、演じている芝居の登場人物の役を、意識的・自覚的に演技するべきであり、多大な判断力をもってして、演じるべきである。
『俳優についての逆説』と題された著作において、ディドロは、この理論を見事に確立した。彼は、凡庸な、つまらない大根役者を作るのが、極度の感受性であり、無数の幾らでもいる下手な大根役者を作るのが、ほどほどの感受性であり、卓越した役者を準備するのが、感受性の絶対的欠如である、と述べているのである。
この理論は、ディドロのミーメーシス美学に基づいている。感受性の絶対的欠如の理論は、彼の理想的モデルの美学に根拠をもっているのである。
ディドロは、スタニスラフスキーの先駆者である。但し、そのスタニスラフスキーは、真のスタニスラフスキーであって、ソ連の社会主義リアリズムのスタニスラフスキーではなく、演技の実践についての演劇理論のスタニスラフスキーである。

Digitization of Textbooks and Development of Prototype Systems
Get PDFカリフォルニア州では、公立学校での教科書配布に必要な、印刷や製本にかかる多額の費用を削減するため、教科書の電子化とオープンソース化の検討を行っている。また、日本国内でも、「すべての小中学生がデジタル教科書を持つ」という環境の実現を目指す民間主導のコンソーシアムが発足した。このような教科書の電子化は、電子化の方向性から、「書籍の電子化」と「アプリケーションの書籍化」に大別することができる。このため、本稿では、まず、これまでの教科書の電子化の試みを「書籍の電子化」と「アプリケーションの書籍化」に分類し、それぞれの動向について述べる。次に、教科書や映像、それらの検索機能などを組み合わせたプロトタイプシステムの開発について述べ、「書籍の電子化」と「アプリケーションの書籍化」の観点から議論する。departmental bulletin pape
