Cooperative is an attempt to improve the welfare of members, therefore the service factor was instrumental in motivating members to participate in a cooperative effort to increase the amount of innovation and creativity that will benefit the business and at the same time improving the welfare of the People.By using primary data and secondary data is to support the achievement of these goals. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents made in the sample. In this study, used field research is the data collection techniques performed by providing a set of questions or statements in writing to the respondent to answer. Questionnaires conducted by the respondents who are the sample to fill out questionnaires are complete and intact so the results of this research can be fit with what is expected.From this insturmen questionnaire created by five indicators, in the first trial to some respondents then tested the validity and reliability to be a valid and reliable questionnaire. Once the data is collected data will be analyzed to determine how the effect of taking a participation of members and services to increase the number of cooperatives by using Multiple Regression Analysis, Test-T, Test-F, Determination Test and Test of Hypothesis, selanjunya will be able to a conclusion. Keywords : Participation, Service, Increas

Get PDFAbstrak : Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan jasa service terhadap kepuasanpelanggan, Penulis menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahuiapakah ada pengaruh Pelayanan Jasa Service terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada PT. ASTRAMOTOR PALEMBANG dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh sebagai berikut : v = 4.124 +0.774X. Persamaan regresi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai a sebesar 4.124 dimana apabilaperusahaan tidak melaksanakan Pelayanan Jasa Service maka kinerja sebesar 4.124sedangkan nilai b sebesar 0.774 menjelaskan bahwa Pelayanan Jasa Service berpengaruhpositif terhadap kinerja Pegawai, nilai tersebut menjelaskan jika perusahaan mengadakanPelayanan Jasa Service yang baik maka kinerja Pegawai akan meningkat sebesar 77.4 %.Menurut hasil perhitungan uji-t (tes koefesien korelasi) diperoleh variabel Pelayanan JasaService sebesar 12.863 sedangkan nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,560 Maka Ho ditolak sedangkanHa diterima ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara Pelayanan Jasa Service terhadapkinerja Pegawai pada PT. Get PDFThis research aims to know influence of Inflation, BI Interest Rate, World Oil Price and Foreign Exchange Reserves to Composite Stock Price Index at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)Raised hypothesis “ There are positive influence of Inflation, BI Interest Rate, World Oil Price and Foreign Exchange Reserves to Composite Stock Price Index. The results showed that Inflation, BI Interest Rates, World Oil Prices, and Foreign Exchange Reserves affect the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). 51.03% of Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) influenced by inflation, Bank Indonesia interest rates, oil prices, and foreign exchange reserves, while the remaining 48.97% influenced by other factors not examined. From the analysis of partial turns all variables significantly influence the level of the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), and the most dominant influence is inflation, whereas the smallest effect is the BI interest rate. Kajian Eksperimental Sistem Pemanasan Penampungan Air Menggunakan Cermin Datar Sebagai Reflektor Energi Matahari
No full textAbstrak : Kebutuhan akan air panas dalamkehidupan sehari-hari saat ini sangatdiperlukan, banyak cara untuk memperoleh air panas, baik mempergunakanbahan bakar, energi listrik, ataupun dari bahan bakar kayu. Tapi sekarang inimasalanya adalah bagaimana cara mendapatkan air yang mudah dan efisien lebihekonomis sekaligus ramah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu disini akan dikaji suatusistempemanas air dengan energi surya denganmengunakan cermin datar sebagaireflektor.Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat sebuah kontainerpenampung air yang terbuat dari bahan alluminium dengan volume air 30 Liter,dengan ukuran panjang ( 30 cm ) x lebar ( 20 cm) x tinggi ( 50 cm). Dan padasetiap sisi kotak kontainer dipasang cermin datar untukmenangkap radiasi energimatahari. Cermin datar dipasang berdiri sejajar dengan membentuk sudutterhadap dinding kontainer.Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa temperatur air di dalamkontainertanpa menggunakan cermin dari suhu awal 27.3 oC mampu meningkat menjadi37.8 oC pada puncak kenaikan, dan secara rata-rata kenaikan yaitu menjadi35.8 oC. Sedangkan pada pengujian denganmenggunakan cermin suhu puncakmencapai 41.6 oC, sedangkan rata-ratanya menjadi 40.3 oC.Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, dapat diberikan kesimpulan bahwa cermin datardapat dipergunakan sebagai reflektor radiasi energi matahari untuk pemanasair buat keperluan air panas buat keperluan rumah tangga, karena di dalampengujian diperoleh kenaikan suhu pada pengujian dengan dan tanpa cermindatar sebesar 11.59%.Kata Kunci : Reflektor, cermin datar dan System Pemanas Ai

Get PDFAbstrak : Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kualitas penerimaansiaran televisi adalah field strength atau kuat medan, yaitu kekuatan sinyal pancaran yangditerima oleh TV receiver di suatu tempat. Kelayakan penerimaan siaran pada receiverdapat diuji dengan cara mengukur field strength. Berdasarkan Keputusan MenteriPerhubungan Nomor : KM. 76 Tahun 2003 tentang rencana induk (master plan) frekuensiradio penyelenggaraan telekomunikasi khusus untuk keperluan televisi siaran analog padapita ultra high frequency (UHF). Get PDFThis research to assess The influence of advertising appeal and frequency of ads impact the intention to buy Happy Call Lejel Home Shopping (case study on Kelurahan Paku Sengkunyit. Population and sample in the study on Kelurahan Paku Sengkunyit, the sampling is determined by its own researchers use sampling techniques simple random sampling totaling 98 people, the analysis method used is Quantitative Methods using regression logistic analysis. Results of the analysis explains is = -8.612 + 1.338 + 1.363. The coefficient of determination Nagelkerke R Square of 0.833. The value show total contribusy follow explain independent variabel various dependent variabel. So this variation totaling can explained means that 83,3 %  actually influenced by the independent variable on advertising appeal and frequency of ads (who for detection or no). The calculations show that the regression coefficient for the variable Motivation ( X1 ) 0.173 , Leadership ( X2 ) 0.376 , and also produces a constant value of 23.916 so that multiple regression equation of this study are as follows : Y = 23.916 + 0.173 X1 + 0.376 X2 + e means constant for 23.916 states that if you ignore the Motivation and Leadership Performance score is 23.916 . Regression coefficient of 0.173 X1 states that each additional ( for + sign ) one unit scores Motivation ( X1 ) will improve performance score of 0.173 to keep the score Leadership ( X2 ) constant . X2 regression coefficient of 0, 376 states that any additions ( due to the + sign ) one unit of Leadership score ( X2 ) will improve performance score of 0.376 to keep the motivation score ( X1 ) constant. There is also a correlation coefficient of 0.676 and Koefien of determination ( R2 ) is 0.457 . This means that 45.7 % variation in the value of the variable performance score can be explained jointly by Motivation and Leadership in the regression model. The remaining 54.3 % is explained by other variables ( e ) among others, Oversight, workculture, workenvironment,discipline, communication.Test results hypothesis test F above can be seen that the F value is 13.052 and 0.000 sig . From the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05 which means that there is an influence motivation and leadership together to Performance . Of Linear Regression Analysis table it can be seen that the value for the variable sig Motivation is 0.036 , the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05 which means that there is an influence on the Performance Motivation and Leadership sig for variables is 0.000 , the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05, which means there is a leadership influence on performance .  Keywords : Motivation , Leadership , Performance ÂÂ
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) TIRTA MUSI PALEMBANG
Get PDFABSTRAK .This research was carried out by quantitative analysis approach , the study variable quality of service ( independent variable ) and customer satisfaction ( dependent variable ) . Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to customers PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang , and library research . Sampling was conducted using a sample region or area probability sample . This research instrument using deferensial Scale Semantics and analysis of data in this study were univariate , bivariate analysis using Chi-square and multivariate analysis using the Multiple Logistic Regression .From the results of this research is that of the 100 respondents who gave ratings are not satisfied by 43 people ( 43 % ) and there were 46 people ( 46 % ) who give bad ratings to the quality of service . There is a significant relationship between the dimensions of tangibles, reliability , and responsivness to customer satisfaction as its p value < α ( 0.05 ) and was not a significant difference between assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction as its p - value > α ( 0 , 05 ) . Responsiveness dimension is the dimension of service quality the most influence on customer satisfaction .It is suggested that excellent service quality should be improved by the General Board of the State -wned enterprises in particular taps as water processing , with the goal of satisfying the customer as the result of research that states there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service ÂÂ

Get PDFAbstrak : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan suatu metodepengambilan keputusan terhadap masalah penentuan prioritas pilihan dariberbagai alternatif, termasuk dalammenentukan urutan prioritas UKMpenerimapinjaman modal kerja. Penggunaan AHP dimulai dengan membuat strukturhirarki. Matriks perbandingan berpasangan digunakan untuk membentukhubungan didalam struktur dan akan dicari bobot dari tiap-tiap kriteria. Nilaivektor eigen normalisasi akan diperoleh darimatriks ini. Pada prosesmenentukanfaktor pembobotan hirarki maupun faktor evaluasi, uji konsistensi harusdilakukan (CR<0,100). PenerapanAHP dalampenelitian ini adalahmenentukanurutan prioritas UKM penerima pinjaman modal kerja. Hasil dari analisisAHPdiperoleh kesimpulan bahwa UKM Percetakan menjadi prioritas pertamapenerima pinjaman modal kerja (0,529), diikuti UKM Pempek (0,381) danterakhir UKM Pedagang Sembako (0,172).Kata Kunci : AHP, UKM, Penerima Pinjaman Modal Kerj
