PENGARUH DAU, DAK, JUMLAH PENDUDUK DAN LUAS WILAYAH TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Get PDFThis research aimed to analyze the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Population and the landmass of the regional capital expenditure district/city in South Sumatra province. Data in this research is regional Government Budget at 15 districts/cities in South Sumatra province in 2012-2013 time period. Model analysis in this research is using multiple regression. It can seen that in total General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Population and the landmass has positive effect to capital expenditure in district/city in Sumatra Selatan Province, meanwhile partially General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Population has no effect to capital expenditure but the landmass has positive effect. PENGARUH KEWIRAUSAHAAN, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM DI PALEMBANG
Get PDFThis research is intended to analyze the influence of enterpreneurship, leadership and trainning to micro, small, and middle business (UMKM) performance in Palembang city. This research is focused manufacturing industry sector and has gotten training from Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan dan Koperasi kota Palembang in 2012. UMKM that has gotten training are 51 units and only 41 unit that are choosen to be samples. The data is collected by giving questionnaire by using Likert scale and has been through validity and realibility test before. Data Analysis Method uses Multiple Regression Analysis with Ordinary Least Square.The result of this research shows that : Y= 15.246 + 0.221X1 + 0.238 X2+0.369X3, where X1= Entrepreneurship, X2= Leadership, X3= Training. Entrepreneurship influences the performance for 22.1 %, leadership influences the performance for 23.8%, and training influences the performance for 36.9%. From those 3 variables, training influences the performance the most. According to F-test is 14.143 and it’s bigger than F-table which is only 4.08. It shows that entrepreneurship, leadership, adn training influence the performance of UMKM simultaneously for 14.143%. And according to Determination Coefficient Test, it shows 0.475 which means that those three variables contribute to the dependent variables of UMKM performance for 47.5% and the rest for 52.5% is influenced from another variables that are not discussed in this research. From three variables are enterpreneurship, leadership and trainning, most influence to UMKM performance is trainning 36,9 percent. No full textAbstrak: Analisa kegagalan adalah suatu metode atau usaha untuk menyelidiki sebab-sebab kegagalan suatu komponen peralatan. Suatu komponen dikatakan gagal apabila komponen tersebut tidak dapat berfungsi seperti yang dirancang. Sucker Rod Pump sebagai salah satu dari metode produksi artificial lift memiliki beberapa keuntungan, beberapa diantaranya yaitu efisien dan mudah dalam pengoperasian di lapangan, masih bisa digunakan untuk mengangkat fluida pada sumur yang mengandung pasir, dapat dipakai pada sumur bengkok (directional), dapat digunakan untuk sumur yang memiliki tekanan rendah, fleksibel karena kecepatan pompa dan stroke length dapat disesuaikan, Dapat digunakan pada berbagai ukuran tubing. Namun tak jarang pula Sucker Rod Pump ini mengalami masalah yang menyebabkan berkurangnya kemampuan berproduksi suatu sumur minyak, bahkan menyebabkan terhentinya produksi (off). Masalah yang terjadi kebanyakan disebabkan oleh kerusakan yang dialami oleh ball, seat and cage yang merupakan salah satu bagian vital dalam operasi sucker rod pump. Ball, seat dan cage yang dipergunakan martensitic stainless steel. Dalam klasifikasi AISI termasuk dalam AISI 440. Banyak alternatif penanggulangan kerusakan ball, seat dan cageyang dapat dilakukan, namun perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi sumur atau lapangan dimana sumur tersebut berada. Uap yang diproduksi digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya pada siklusdiatas. Sebagian kecil expansi terjadi pada tingkat pertama turbin diperlukan untuk diextractuntuk meningkatkan air pengisi. Semakin tinggi temperatur air pengisi, semakin kecil heatboiler area. Penambahan daya yang dibangkitkan pada siklus kombinasi pada power plant,sebagai hasil dari recovery panas buang adalah : 27,5 MW dan peningkatan efisiensi thermalsebesar 30% hingga 41 %

This research has been conducted in the VillageDistrict of Sembawa Sembawa Banyuasin, with a height of 10 m above sea level. Thisstudy was conducted from September 2014 to November 2014. This study used aRandomized Block Design (RBD), at 4 (four) experimental media store, with longstorage consists of 8 (eight) level and repeated three (3) times. Each experimental unitconsisted of 5 (five) buds and require 480 trial plants. Parameters observation that thepercentage of successful grafting after 30 days (%), shoots mentis (stalk/day), shootheight (cm), number of leaves (strands). The results showed Media store sawdust (M1)show that is capable of storing entres for 1 day resulted in grafting success rate after 30days by 80%, bud stalk mentis 0.19 stalk/day, shoots as high as 18.16 cm high, and thenumber leaves as much as 41 strands. Media store coco (M2) shows that is capable ofstoring entres for 1 day resulted in a success rate of grafting after 30 days at 100%, budstalk mentis 0.29 stalk/day, shoots as high as 13.3 cm high, and the number of leaves of30 strands. Media store banana (M3) indicates that is capable of storing entres for 1 dayresulted in a success rate of grafting after 30 days at 100%, bud stalk mentis 0.37stalk/day, shoots as high as 18.33 cm high, and the number of leaves as much as 49strands. Media store newsprint (M4) show that is capable of storing entres for 1 dayresulted in grafting success rate after 30 days by 70%, bud stalk mentis 0.14 stalk/day,shoots as high as 10.2 cm height and number of leaves as much as 42 strands.Keyword : Long storage, Media store, Entres PB26
PENGARUH ABSENSI FINGER DAN TIPE KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BISMA SUPER MITRA PALEMBANG
Get PDFThis research aims to know the influence of finger attendance and leadership type on employee’s job performance of PT. Bisma Super Mitra Palembang. The population of this research is all of the 30 employees. Due to the relatively small number of population, the 30 employees are made into sample as well. The independent variables are finger attendance (X1) and leadership type (X2), while the dependent variable is employee’s job performance (Y) of PT. Bisma Super Mitra Palembang. The collection of data is obtained by delivering questionnaires to all the respondents; furthermore the data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. The result shows that the variable frequency distribution of employee’s job performance, finger attendance, and leadership type, all of them is normal distribution. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.713a indicates of high correlation. The determination coefficient (Adjusted RSquare) is 0.472 which gives the sense that the 47.2% of job performance variable (Y) can be explained or influenced by the variables of finger attendance (X1) and leadership type (X), while theremaining 52.8% is influenced by factors not examined. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam City.Mechanical sampling using simple random sampling with a sample of 133 people. The technique used is quantitative and qualitative techniques that use the questionnaire as a means of collecting data and using multiple linear regression analysis technique to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The data in this study assisted by the Statistical program For Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22. The design used in this study using associative method is research that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variablesThe results of this study stated that Corporate Social Responsibility Goal, Corporate Social Issue and Corporate Relations Program jointly effect on the welfare of society at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pagaralam City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression equation: Y = 25 833 + + 0,239X3 0,063X2 0,395X1 + + e and has a coefficient (R) of = 0.631 and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.398 it is clear that the welfare of society (the dependent variable) explained by Goal Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Issue and Corporate Relations Program (independent variable) amounted to 39.8%. And the balance of 60.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the influence of the quality of human resources, communications, organizational commitment, motivation and compensation to the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province either simultaneously or partially. The method used is descriptive method with multiple regression analysis. In this study using Proportional Random Sampling as a sampling technique. Sources of data and population in this study is a Civil Servant in 4 (four) Unit of Local Governments of South Sumatra Province, among others: Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda), the Agency for Promotion and Licensing Investment (BP3MD), SERVISE community and village authorities (BPMPD) and the Department of Trade and Industry (Industry and Trade) who have qualified education Strata 1 (S1), Strata 2 (S2), Tier 3 (S3) as many as 79 employees. Simultaneously factors Quality of Human Resources (HR), Communication, Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Compensation amounting to 50.0% have influence on the performance of Civil Servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province.Partially Human Resources quality factors have an influence by 24.8% to employee performance, and communication factors have an impact of 23.5% on employee performance, further factors influence organizational commitment have amounted to 23.5% of the employee's performance, while the motivational factors work has amounted to 26.0% influence on employee performance, and compensation factors have an influence of 21.7% to the performance of Civil servants in the Environment Government of South Sumatra Province. Penerapan Konsep Islam Pada Fasilitas Thaharoh Masjid (Studi Kasus : Masjid Raya AtTaqwa di Palembang)
Get PDFKeberadaan masjid sebagai pusat kegiatan umat Islam mendorong pembangunan masjid yang tumbuh dengan pesat, namun pembangunan masjid-masjid tersebut tidak disertai dengan perencanaan yang matang. Tidak sedikit pembangunan masjid yang dilakukan secara bertahap, menyebabkan perubahan pada tata ruangnya. Dalam proses pembangunan masjid, tentunya tidak terlepas dari permasalahan arsitektur terutama dalam konsep Islam. Masjid memiliki program ruang yang khusus sesuai dengan fungsinya. Pada pembangunan masjid ada aturan Syariah yang harus diterapkan dalam desain layout ruang masjid, sehingga tata ruang dan sirkulasi masjid tidak sama dengan bangunan publik lainnya. Ada aturan yang berlaku seperti pemisahan ruang ibadah antara pria dan wanita yang mempengaruhi jalur sirkulasi dan letak pintu masuk yang berbeda antara jamaah pria dan wanita, hingga pemisahan fasilitas thaharoh. Salah satu masjid yang terdapat di kota Palembang adalah Masjid Raya At Taqwa yang terletak di Jalan Ki Ronggo Wiro Santiko, Kambang Iwak Kecil kelurahan 20 ilir Palembang. Dengan penelitian ini dapat diketahui penerapan konsep Islam pada layout fasilitas thaharoh pada Masjid Raya At Taqwa Palembang menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan analisa deskriptif. Sehingga hasilnya akan memberikan kontribusi konsep desain fasilitas thaharoh yang dapat digunakan dalam perancangan masjid khususnya di kota Palembang.Kata kunci: Konsep Islam, Fasilitas Thaharo
