Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Menulis cerita Pendek (Cerpen) Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 OKU
No full textABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk bahan ajar yang efektif digunakan oleh siswa kelas X SMU Negeri 2 OKU. Bahan ajar yang akan dikembangkan adalah bahan ajar berbentuk modul yaitu Mari Menulis Cerpen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode reserch and development dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Jolly dan Bolitho. Untuk memperoleh informasi kelayakan bahan ajar, dilakukan validasi ahli dan uji lapangan terbatas. Validasi dilakukan terhadap kelayakan materi, kebahasaan, penyajian dan kegrafikan dengan menggunakan angket sekala 5 oleh dosen dari Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan PPS Unsri dan Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Data yang diperoleh untuk melihat efek potensial diperoleh melalui tes tertulis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 26 siswa. Berdasarkan analisis hasil validasi ahli, bahan ajar Mari Menulis Cerpen yang dikembangkan dapat dikategorikan baik atau layak. Hasil tes menulis sebelum dan setelah menggunakan strategi mind mapping memperlihatkan peningkatan rata rata nilai 68,53 menjadi 87,07 (selisih 18,53). Dengan demikian, bahan ajar Mari Menulis Cerpen hasil pengembangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis dan layak digunakan di SMU Negeri 2 OKU.Kata-kata kunci: pengembangan, bahan ajr, menuli
KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN USAHATANI PADI LEBAK TERHADAP TOTAL PENDAPATAN KELUARGA Kasus di Desa Arisan Musi Timur Kecamatan Muara Belida Kabupaten Muara Enim
No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Pendapatan Usahatani Padi Lebak Terhadap Total Pendapatan Keluarga di Desa Arisan Musi Timur. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi langsung. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung dilapangan dan data sekunder diperoleh dari Sekretaris Desa Arisan Musi Timur dan Penyuluhan Pertanian. Hasil dan pembahasan terhadap kontribusi pendapatan usahatani padi lebak terhadap pendapatan total keluarga yang dilakukan petani di Desa Arisan Musi Timur dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani padi di Desa Arisan Musi Timur Rata-rata total penerimaan yang diperoleh petani dari hasil penjualan produksi padi sebesar Rp. 15.340.500,00 per luas garapan dan Rp. 17.805.165,91 per hektar. Rata-rata pendapatan petani padi di Desa Arisan Musi Timur dari hasil kegiatan usahatani padi sebesar Rp. 10.775.316,67 per luas garapan dan Rp. 12.015.712,93 per hektar. Rata-rata pendapatan petani dalam usaha jualan kue, jualan kemplang, pedagang pakaian, buruh bangunan, membuat songket dan berwarung sebesar Rp.815.432,73 per bulan. Kontribusi pendapatan usahatani sebesar 64,95 persen dan dari non usahatani sebesar 35,05 persen
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK GRANULTERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KAILAN (Brassica oleracea. L ) DI POLYBAG

This research is expected to be useful for science and technology, and canbe used as a guide for people who want to cultivate crops kailan. This research has beencarried out in the yard area Kertapati Palembang, starting in December 2014 to February2015. Research using experimental methods randomized block design (RBD) consistingof 6 treatments and each treatment was replicated 4 times. The treatment under study isthe application of fertilizer granules P1 = 125 g / polybag (5 ton / ha) P2 = 187.5 g /polybag (7.5 / ha), P3 = 250 g / polybag (10 tons / ha), P4 = 312.5 g / polybag (12.5 / ha),P5 = 375 g / polybag (15 tons / ha), P6 = 437.5 g / polybag (17.5 tons / ha). The variablesmeasured were: plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), plant fresh weight (g) and plantdry weight (g). Based on the results of the study showed that the giving of granularfertilizer with a rate of 312.5 g / polybag or equal to 12.5 tons / ha gives a good effect onplant height, stem diameter, wet weight of plant, plant dry weight and leaf consecutive30.48 cm; 0.72 cm; 86.79 g; 8,73 g; 6.95 g and 881,82 cm².Keywords : Kailan, organic fertilizer, growth and yiel
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP KOPI BUBUK DI KOTA PALEMBANG.
Get PDFABSTRACT This study aims to find the factors that affect customer satisfaction with coffee in Palembang and know the level of customer satisfaction with coffee consumed in Palembang. The research was conducted in Palembang which took place in two places, JM Supermarket cabang Kenten and Diamond Supermarket determined by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect customer satisfaction with coffee that is based on the results of a factor analysis of the packaging, brand factors, aroma factors, price factors ,  factors of motivating and perception. The level of customer satisfaction with coffee in the city of Palembang is, of the 45 respondents, 19 (42.22%) were very satisfied, 15 people (33.33%) were satisfied and 11 (24.45%) were not satisfied . Keywords : consumer satisfaction, coffee, brand,aroma, price, motivating,and perception

No full textAbstrak: Angkutan kota atau biasa disingkat Angkot adalah sebuah moda transportasi perkotaan yangmerujuk kepada kendaraan umum dengan rute yang sudah ditentukan. Tidak seperti bus yangmempunyai halte sebagai tempat perhentian yang sudah ditentukan, angkutan kota dapat berhentiuntuk menaikkan atau menurunkan penumpang di mana saja. Data-data didapat dengan wawancara(interview) dengan pemilik kendaraan dan juga kuisioner dengan penumpang angkutan kota trayekAmpera – Tangga Buntung kemudian data di analisis , hasil analisis data untuk mengetahui tarifoptimum dan tingkat pelayanan angkutan kota trayek Ampera – Tangga Buntung. Sebelumdilaksanakan survei dilapangan harus disusun suatu tahapan, adapun tahapan-tahapan tersebut yaitusurvei pendahukuan, persiapan survei dan pelaksanaan survei ( pengumpulan data ). Dari analisa danpengolahan data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa tarif optimum sebesar Rp.4.200, angkutan kota masihsangat diperlukan oleh semua kalangan masyarakat dan jumlah kebutuhan armada pada jam sibuk pagidibutuhkan 16 trip kendaraan, pada jam sibuk siang dibutuhkan 9 trip kendaraan dan pada jam sibuksore dibutuhkan 12 trip kendaraan.Kata Kunci: Biaya Operasional Kendaraan, Tingkat Pelayanan Angkutan Kota, Jumlah Armada,Tarif
ANALISIS PEMASARAN BAHAN OLAH KARET (BOKAR) DAN PENDAPATAN PETANI KARET (Studi Kasus di Desa Surya Adi Kecamatan Mesuji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem pengolahan, sistem pemasaran Bahan Olah Karet (Bokar) dan menghitung serta menganalisis pendapatan petani karet di tingkat petani yang dilakukan petani di Desa Surya Adi Kecamatan Mesuji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat berguna bagi pihak terkait terutama bagi petani sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan masukkan dalam mengusahakan usaha tani karet, agar mengetahui Sistem Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Bahan Olah Karet (Bokar) serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani karet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey, pengumpulan data yaitu dilakukan dengan mengambil sebagian sampel dari populasi yang cukup besar dan dilakukan wawancara serta pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian dari survei dan pengamatan di lapangan diketahui pengolahan yang dilakukan petani karet di Desa Surya Adi Kecamatan Mesuji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dilakukan dengan cuka parah, pupuk SP 36 dan tawas sebagai pembeku lateks, pemasaran bokar belum terorganisir dengan baik hal ini sebabkan oleh rantai pemasaran yang panjang dan mutu bokar yang rendah.Kata Kunci : Karet, BOKAR, Pengolahan dan Pemasara

Get PDFThis study basically discusses on the influence of price, quality products and promotion toward OPPO Smartphone consumers’ purchasing decision at International Plaza area in Palembang. The population of the study were consumers of Oppo Electronic Indonesia Ltd. International Plaza branch in Palembang. The sample of this study were 60 consumers using the technique of non-probability sampling. There are significant research results price, quality products and promotions simultaneously toward OPPO Smartphone consumers’ purchasing decision at International Plaza area in Palembang with sig F 0,000 <α (0.05). Multiple linear regression equation y = 6.716 + 0.778 X1 + 0.238 X2 - X3 + e 0.331. The independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable means that the higher price, product quality and the higher the Promotional Product Purchasing Decisions of Smartphone OPPO Area International Plaza Palembang. There is the influence of price, quality products and promotions partially (alone) toward OPPO Smartphone consumers’ purchasing decision at International Plaza area in Palembang. Correlation (R) of 0.821 has the sole means to show a very strong relationship and be positive (unidirectional). The determination coefficient R Square of 0.674 or 67.4%. Variable Price, Quality Products and Promotions can be explained or there are significant variables Purchase Decision while the remaining 32.6% influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Price, Quality Products and Promotion
PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN PASCASARJANA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI PALEMBANG
Get PDFThis study aims to: (a) analyze the influence of work motivation to the lectures performance, (b) analyze the influence of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, (c) analyze simultaneously the influence between work motivation, job satisfaction to the performance of the lecturer. This study was conducted to tenured lecturers of Private Colleges Graduate in Palembang. The population in the study were 94 respondents from 8 graduate faculty of Private college Masters in Palembang. The research sample using saturated sample technique but the questionnaire is returned only 73 of 7 Graduate faculty of private college. Test of data validity used validity and reliability. Test of requirements analysis used multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, and linierity test. Data analisys Technique used descriptive analysis, and multiple linier regression. The calculations used SPSS for windows. The results of the research was value of Fcount (37 693)> Ftable (3,127) and it can be seen that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 This meant that the independent variables of motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence to the lecturers performance of the Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang. Partially tcount motivation variable (4.834)> t table (1.994) and it is known that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 means that the null hypothesis is rejected, the conclusion that motivation (X1) has positive effect to the lecturers (Y) Of Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang . Tcount job satisfaction variable (3.384)> t table (1.994) and it showed that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 means the null hypotesis is rejected, the conclusion that Job Satisfaction (X2) has positive effect to the lecturers performance (Y) Graduate faculty of private college.In this study concluded that motivation and job satisfaction lecturer has positive and significant effect to the performance of the Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang. The research method used were descriptive and verificative , and analysis method used multiple regression, multiple correlation and determination method. This study shows that the Leadership, Motivation and Working Discipline has significant influence toward employee performance, but partially leadership also identifies dominant variables to influence the employee performance.
