Get PDFABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of compliance of Article 21 Income Tax Payers at Palembang Ilir Timur Tax Office. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation.Data analysis is done quantitatively by using data tabulation. Qualitatively, namely explaining the results of quantitative analysis and the results of evaluation of the socialization of the new tax law that has been carried out by Palembang Ilir Timur KPP Pratama.The results of the study concluded that: 1) Compliance with taxpayers, Palembang Ilir Timur Pratama KPP in making PPh 21 payments in a timely manner for 2013-2014 can be categorized as non-compliant taxpayers and taxpayer compliance in the delivery and completeness of 21-year PPh SPT 2013-2014 can be categorized as a compliant taxpayer. 2) Dissemination The new tax law by Palembang Ilir Timur KPP Pratama has been quite good but has not been routinely carried out due to the size, costs needed for the socialization activities. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DPRD OGAN ILIR
Get PDFABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Work Discipline and Its Implications on the Performance of Ogan Ilir DPRD Secretariat Staff. Considering the population is only 50 people, the entire population is used as the research sample, which means that the sampling uses saturated sampling. Based on data analysis carried out with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the following results were obtained: First hypothesis: leadership (X1) had a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Z). the result of t-Statistic value is 5.008 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership on work discipline. The second hypothesis: motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Z). the result of the t-statistic value is 6.760 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of work discipline on work discipline. The third hypothesis: leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). the results of the T-Statistics value are 8.554 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership on performance. The fourth hypothesis: motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). the results of the T-Statistics value are 4.265 ≥ 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of motivation on performance. The fifth hypothesis: work discipline (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). the result of the T-statistic value is 2.576 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of work discipline on performance. Leadership towards the performance of the Ogan Ilir DPRD Secretariat Staff has an indirect influence on work discipline as a mediating variable or an intermediary variable proven by looking at the table above with a T-statistic value of 2.476 ≥ 1.96. Motivation on the performance of the Secretariat Staff of the Ogan Ilir DPRD has an indirect influence with the work discipline as a mediating variable or an intermediary variable proven by looking at the table above with a T-statistic value of 7.907 96 1.96. From the analysis obtained can be seen the magnitude of the effect produced by exogenous variables on endogenous variables can see the value of R2 for latent variable work discipline as a mediating variable of 0.998, which means that the value identifies that variations in work discipline can be explained by exogenous latent variables (leadership and motivation ) amounting to 99.8% while the remaining 0.2% is explained by other variables and the R2 value for the performance latent variable is 0.995, which means that the value identifies that variations in performance can be explained by exogenous variables of 99.5% while the remainder is 0, 5% is explained by variables not found in the study. Get PDFABSTRACT Advertising is one form of promotion that is most widely used by companies in promoting their products. Packaging is the activity of designing and producing containers or packaging of a product. Purchasing decisions are a person's buying behaviour in determining a product choice to achieve satisfaction according to the needs and desires of consumers which include problem recognition, information seeking, evaluation of purchasing alternatives, purchasing decisions, and behaviour after purchase. The objectives discussed in this study were to find out the simultaneous and partial effects of advertising and packaging on the purchasing decisions of Mie Sedaap Instant products at Giant Plaju Palembang. The population in this study were all consumers using Mie Sedaap Instant products at Giant Plaju Palembang. The sample technique used in accidental sampling. The samples in this study were 50 consumers who bought Mie Sedaap Instant products at Giant Plaju Palembang. The analytical method used in Multiple Linear Regressions. The results of the study explain the effect simultaneously (F test) shows that the variable Ad (X1) and Packaging (X2) jointly influence the Purchase Decision (Y) with a calculated Fcount (68,827) > Ftable (3,195) so that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and null hypothesis rejected. The results of the partial effect (t test) Ad variables (X1) have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with a tcount (4.083) > ttable (1,678), so the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. Packaging variables (X2) have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with a value of tcount (6.656) > ttable (1,678) so the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG PALEMBANG
Get PDFThe research basically discusses the effect of Career Training and Development on employee Productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) Branch. This study uses a correlation coefficient analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study used a saturated sample of 45 people who were employees of the Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS) Palembang Branch.From the results of research between training (X1) and career development (X2) on employee productivity (Y) the value of correlation (R) is 0.685 because the value of multiple correlation is in the range 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that there is a positive relationship between training (X1 ) and career development (X2) together towards employee productivity (Y), where the equation obtained from the results of multiple linear regression is Y = 4.176 + 0.193 X1 + 0.899 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.470 or equal to 47%, which means that 47% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by career training and development. While the remaining 53%. influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as work environment, education, income, social security, employment opportunities, capacity building, and production facilities. The results of the F test show the influence of career training and development on employee productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) Branch. The results of the t-test of Training have an effect on employee productivity at the Palembang Branch of the Social Security Agency (BPJS) and career development has an effect on Employee Productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) of the Palembang Branch.Keywords: Productivity, Training and Career Development
PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN WATER INJECTION TERHADAP EFISIENSI TURBIN GAS
Get PDFPembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap Keramasan (PLTGU Keramasan) merupakan salah satu unit pembangkit listrik yang terletak 3 km dari pusat kota Palembang. Selain karena letak PLTGU Keramasan yang dekat dengan Unit Pengatur Beban (UPB) dan pusat kota, PLTGU Keramasan juga dapat menjadi pilihan utama pada saat terjadi krisis beban pada sistem 150 kV dikarenakan proses start-up PLTGU yang relatif lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan unit pembangkit yang memiliki daya yang besar seperti PLTU. Dari hasil analisa ini didapatkan bahwa efisiensi thermal turbin gas pada PLTGU Keramasan Unit II dengan pengoperasian water injection adalah 42,37 % dan efisiensi thermal turbin gas pada PLTGU Keramasan Unit II tanpa pengoperasian water injection adalah 39,18 %. SISTEM MANAJEMEN KOORDINASI RELE ARUS LEBIH PADA FEEDER ‘A’ DARI SS#14 SAMPAI KE SS#15 PLAJU
Get PDFUntuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem kelistrikan serta meminimalisir adanya gangguan di PT.Pertamina (Persero), diperlukan peralatan proteksi.Salah satu proteksi yang terdapat pada feeder ‘A’ SS#14 sampai ke incoming SS#15 merupakan rele arus lebih.Pada bulan Maret 2018 kemarin, rele arus lebih tersebut tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik. Dikarenakan hal tersebut, sehingga distribusi listrik ke bagian perumahan komperta Plaju menjadi terganggu. Setelah dilakukan analisa, didapatlah bahwa untuk koordinasi antar rele arus lebih yang terdapat pada feeder ‘A’ tidak berdasarkan urutan kerja rele tersebut. Pada rele arus lebih pengaman fasa RST, untuk rele yang paling jauh letaknya dari titik gangguan (Incoming SS#14 sisi 12 kV) bekerja lebih cepat yaitu 0,88 detik dibandingkan dua lokasi rele yang paling dekat dengan titik gangguan yaitu 1,36 detik (Incoming SS#14 sisi 6,9 kV) dan 14,6 detik (Outgoing SS#14 to SS#15).Dari hasil perhitungan didapatlah koordinasi rele arus lebih pada feeder ‘A’ tersebut.Sehingga rele arus lebih yang paling dekat dengan titik gangguan bekerja lebih dahulu dibandingkan rele arus lebih setelahnya. Untuk rele arus lebih yang paling dekat dengan titik gangguan mempunyai waktu kerja sebesar 0,3 detik dan untuk rele arus lebih yang paling jauh dari titik gangguan mempunyai waktu kerja 1,5 detik. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar koordinasi rele arus lebih dapat berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci: proteksi, rele arus lebih, koordinas

Salah satu alat bantu yang di perlukan adalah alat bantu pasangplafon. Dengan menggunakan alat bantu ini pengerjaan pemasangan plafon lebih efektif dan efisien. Perancangan danpembuatan alat ini menggunakan pendekatan metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment) yang berfungsimenerjemahkan permintaan konsumen ke dalam sebuah disain produk. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PRESENT TENSE MASTERY AND THE WRITING ABILITY OF DESCRIPTIVE TEXT OF NINTH GRADE STUDENTS AT SMPN 19 PALEMBANG

The population was the ninth grade students with the total 253 students from 9 classes at SMPN 19 Palembang. To select the sample of this study, purposive sampling technique was implemented. There were 111 students as sample. The data were selected from students’ present tense score and their writing descriptive text score. In analyzing the data, correlation analysis was used. Based on the statistical analysis, it was found that the correlation coefficient or the r-value (0.609) was higher than r-table (0.186). Then, the level of probability (p) significance (sig.2-tailed) was 0.000. It means that p-value (0.000) was lower than 0.05. THE INTEGRATION OF WEB-BASED LEARNING MEDIA INTO ELT: USING WEBQUEST TO ENHANCE STUDENTS’ WRITING ACHIEVEMENT
Get PDFIn recent decades, the integration of web-based learning media into English Language Teaching (ELT) has become an ideal choice for the educators to support students’ success in learning English. This research presents the use of a web-based learning medium (Webquest) to enhance students’ writing achievement. It involved sixty-two of eleventh grade students which divided into two groups; experimental and control groups. The researchers applied Webquest in experimental class to investigate whether the integration of Webquest into teaching and learning activities was effective or not to improve students’ writing achievement. To collect the data, writing test in form of essaywas administered to both groups. The data were analyzed by using independent and pair t-tests. The results revealed that the experimental group students’ writing achievement outperformed the control group students’ writing achievement. In a nutshell, it is believed that Webquest is an effective learning tool to improve students’ writing achievement

The purpose of this study was to determine the added value and profits of cassava as raw material for cassava chips produced Household Industry in Tanahmas Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin District. This research is a case study with a case object is the home industry in Tanahmas Village, Talang Kelapa District. The data processing method used in this study was the Hayami method to analyze the added value of cassava and profit analysis, and the R / C to analyze the business of cassava chips in the home industryin Tanahmas Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyasin District. The results were obtained, the added value of cassava in Ibu Rama's Home Industry in fifteen times the production process per month, was Rp. 9,622 per kg, while the analysis of the business of home industry of Mrs. Rama obtained a business profit of Rp. R / C as fast as 2.28
