Get PDFTherefore, this research aims to explain: the influence of service quality and location simultaneously on buying decisions at Angkringan Semar Palembang, the influence of service quality partially on buying decisions at Angkringan Semar Palembang, and the influence of location partially on buying decisions at Angkringan Semar Palembang. The sample in this research were consumers of Angkringan Semar Palembang amounting to 93 people using probability sampling (simple random sampling). Data were collected by questionnaire method and data analysis used was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of this research indicate that service quality and location simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on buying decisions at Angkringan Semar Palembang, service quality partially have a positive and significant influence on buying decisions at Angkringan Semar Palembang, and location partially have a positive and significant influence on buying decisions at Angkringan Semar Palembang. PENGARUH KONFLIK DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SUNSHINE FOOD GROUP INTERNATIONAL PALEMBANG
Get PDFABTRACT This study examines conflict and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Sunshine Food Group International Palembang The purpose of this research is to find out and prove whether there is conflict and career development on the performance of the employees of PT. Sunshine Food Group International Palembang, both simultaneously and partially. Research site on POM IX street, Palembang Square Mall area (Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital) Palembang. The population in this study were 35 employees and the census sampling method or saturated sample of the total population was 35 employees. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires that are closed. Significance level of 5%, data processing media through the SPSS program version 20.0. The results of the analysis of the data obtained correlation (r) between conflict with career development with employee performance of 0.762 which means that the relationship of conflict with career development has a strong and significant relationship, and R2 is 0.581 or 58.10%, while Adjusted (R2) is 0 , 554 or 55.40% variation in Employee Performance and the remaining 44.60% is explained by other factors such as, coordination, education and training and work climate. Multiple linear regression equations: Ŷ = 4.087 + 0.280 X1 + 0.869 X2 + e, F-Test results obtained Fhit value 22,148 with Sig. 0,000, because the value of Sig, F <0.05 proves that conflict and career development affect employee performance. T-test results obtained thit value of 2.081 with Sig.0.045 <0.05 for conflict, thit value of 5.161 with Sig.0.000 <0.05 for career development partially influencing employee performance. PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT FASTFOOD INDONESIA Tbk. (KFC CABANG DEMANG LEBAR DAUN) PALEMBANG
Get PDFABSTRACTThe Effect of Organizational Culture and Communication on Employee Performance at PT.Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. (KFC Demang Lebar Daun branch) Palembang with a population of 59 employees, the sample in this study was a saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaire distribution and processed statistically using the multiple regression analysis method with Y = a + b1 X1 + b2X2 + e processed with the SPSS program 17. From the results of the validity test obtained r count> r table for each item statement and the reliability test questionnaire obtained the value of each variable which is 0.757 for variable X1, 0.771 for variable X2, and 0.765 for variable Y. The value explains the value of reliability> 0.60, meaning that the value of research instruments are reliable and can be used as a measuring instrument analyzed further. Data analysis of each variable obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.694 + 0.313 X1 + 0.732 X2 + e. Obtained R Square value of 0.410, which means X1 and X2 explain the effect on the Y variable by 41%, while the remaining 59% is explained by other variables outside the study. From the results of the calculation of simultaneous test as large as 21,166 with F table of 3.16 which means Fcount> F table with a significant value of 0.005, which means that Organizational Culture and communication together influence simultaneously on the performance of employees at the KFC Demang Lebar Daun Palembang branch. From the partial test generated, each independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, with Organizational Culture having a significance level of less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted while the Communication variable also has a significance of research smaller than 0.005 so that the hypothesis is accepted. No full textThis study aims to examine the Effect of Internal Control and Audit Committee on Fraud Prevention at PT TDC KISEL in Ogan Ilir Regency. In this study the authors used data analysis techniques namely qualitative data and quantitative data. To collect data from this study, the Survey Questionnaire was used by selecting the sample using the Random Sampling method. Based on the results of the calculation of the F test for the two independent variables Internal Control (X1), and the Audit Committee (X2) obtained a significant value of the dependent variable Prevention of Fraud (Y), namely the Fcount is greater than the Ftable (4.302> 3.260). Then the results of t-arithmetic shows that of the two independent variables namely Internal Control (X1) with a t-test value of 2,279 for the Audit committe (X2) is 1,792 this proves a significant effect on fraud prevention with a significant level of 0.05. KISEL must always detect fraud through prevention, by improving internal control systems, such as the control environment, risk assessment, information and communication systems, control and monitoring activities, and the audit committee must carry out its duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations. ANALISIS KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DENGAN KEBIJAKAN SUNSET POLICY DAN TAX AMNESTY
No full textABSTRACT Sunset policy and tax amnesty are efforts made by the tax authorities to provide opportunities for taxpayers who have been disobedient to report their assets and income honestly. These two policies are carried out as an effort to increase the taxpayers' willingness to pay so that tax optimization can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of taxpayers after the implementation of the sunset policy and tax amnesty. The author uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that taxpayer compliance increased by 50% through the tax amnesty Volume III (2017) while taxpayer compliance through Sunset Policy volume II was only 42.9% (2015).Keywords: Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, and Tax Complianc

No full textABSTRACK This research was conducted aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the efficiency of production costs consisting of the efficiency of raw material costs, efficiency of direct labor costs, efficiency of factory overhead costs to provit margins on the CV. Main Baby Indoscots. The research period began from January 2014 to June 2016. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (statistical test F) and partially (statistical test t) with α = 5%. The management of the researcher data is assisted by using SPSS version 18.00. Significant F (simultaneous) test results Fcount> Ftable (5.568> 2.96) address the variable version of production costs consisting of the efficiency of raw material costs, the efficiency of direct labor costs, and the efficiency of factory overhead costs together positively and significantly impact on profits margin. The results of the t test (partial) showed that the efficiency of the cost of raw materials was significant tcount> ttable (1,895> 1,706), the efficiency of direct labor costs was significant tcount> ttable (1,919> 1,706), the efficiency of factory overhead was significant tcount <ttable (-1,354 <1,706) ), significantly influences profit margin.Keywords: Cost Efficiency of Raw Materials, Efficiency of direct wages, Factory Overhead Cost Efficiency
OPTIMALISASI RADIASI SINAR MATAHARI TERHADAP SOLAR CELL
Get PDFAbstrak: Pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) tergantung pada efisiensi konversi energi dan konsentrasi sinarmatahari yang diterima sel surya. Keadaan alam kota Palembang merupakan daerah tropis lembah nisbi, dengan suhurata-rata 21o– 32o C, curah hujan 22 – 428 mml/tahun mempunyai potensi energi matahari sangat besar dengan insolasiharian rata-rata 4,5-4,8 KWh/m²/hari. Dari hasil pengukuran intensitas matahari selama 4 minggu menggunakan cell 50Wp pada jam 08.00 WIB rata-rata cuaca cerah. Pukul 08.00 WIB intensitas matahari 398,05 Wp/m, tegangan 16,45Volt dan arus 0,73 Amper. Semakin cerah matahari dan selama tidak tertutup awan peningkatan intensitas mataharipada puncaknya jam 14.00 WIB intensitasnya 540,18 W/m nilai tegangannya 18,425 Volt dan nilai arusnya 0,81Amper. Perubahan nilai semakin kecil dimana jam 17.00 WIB intensitasnya 384,75 W/m dan untuk tegangannya 15,7V dan arus 0,59 A. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada waktu tersebut rata-rata cuaca sangat cerah, dan matahari tidaktertutup awan.Kata kunci: optimalisasi, solar cell, radiasi, matahar
ANALISIS SISTEM ANTRIAN DENGAN METODE SIMULASI
Get PDFAntrian merupakan sebuah bagian yang penting dalam manajemen operasi baik di sektor jasa maupun industri, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering ditemukan sistem antrian yang sangat panjang. Membahas antrian yang sangat panjang masalah yang dihadapi pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang yakni khususnya pada pelayanan klaim pelanggan. Penentuan jumlah server pelayanan merupakan hal yang tepat guna mengatasi masalah antrian pelanggan, dalam hal ini metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simulasi, dimana simulasi ini didukung oleh software promodel guna mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kegunaan fasilitas dengan menambahkan satu server pelayanan yang di simulasikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis skenario 1 jumlah peserta yang dilayani sebanyak 238 orang, dengan rata-rata waktu dalam sistem 40,83 menit dan utilitas sebesar 99,87 % sedangkan skenario 2 jumlah peserta yang dilayani sebanyak 339 orang dengan rata-rata waktu dalam sistem 36,05 menit dan utilitas sebesar 99,80 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa skenario 2 adalah skenario terbaik.Kata Kunci: kantor BPJS ketenagakerjaan, simulasi pro mode
BUILDING STUDENTS’ DIGITAL LITERACY SKILL THROUGH WEBLOG-LIBRARY CENTER APPROACH
Get PDFIn connection with today’s digitalization era,the integration of ICT into English literacy learningneeds more concern from educators. Teachers are encouraged to explore the use of ICT and develop students’ digital literacy skill as well. This study used weblog-library center as one of alternative to use in literacy learning. This study involved forty students of the eleventh grade divided into experimental and control group. Both groups were given digital literacy questionnaire in the beginning and at the end of the studycovering four digital literacy components; basic ICT skills, information sources, digital competencies, andattitude and perspective toward digital usage and digital transformation. In addition, observation was conducted in experimental group to obtain clear information about students’ digital literacy progress. The questionnaire was analyzed by using paired and independent sample t-tests. Meanwhile, observation results were calculated using percentage analysis. The results indicate that weblog-library center could improve students’ digital literacy not only as the students perceived, but also as the teacher percieved. The experimental students could use digital tool properly and appropriately so that their ICT skill developed, the knowledge about getting information sources increased, digital competence enhanced and attitude and perspective about digital usage and transformation were positive.
WACANA BERITA DAN KOMENTAR PEMBACA PADA MEDIA DARING KOMPAS.COM: STUDI KASUS BERITA DEBAT CAGUB DKI JAKARTA 2017
Get PDFPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan wacana berita dan komentar pembaca pada media daring Kompas.com dengan studi kasus berita debat cagub DKI Jakarta 2017 putaran pertama. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari wacana berita debat cagub DKI Jakarta pada media daring Kompas.com dan 120 komentar pembaca yang menyertai kesembilan wacana berita tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik agih. Pada wacana beritanya dilakukan analisis struktur wacana ideal yang terdiri atas bagian awal (abstrak), isi (orientasi) dan akhir (koda) dan analisis kohesi dan koherensi. Pada wacana komentar pembaca dilakukan analisis kohesi dan koherensi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diidentifikasi dari dua hal. Pertama, berdasarkan struktur wacana ideal, wacana berita debat cagub DKI Jakarta 2017 putaran pertama mencakup bagian awal (abstrak), isi (orientasi) dan akhir (koda). Kedua, dilihat dari keutuhan wacana, wacana berita dan komentar pembaca pada media daring Kompas.com memiliki hubungan kohesi dan koherensi.
