PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, SKEPTISME PROFESIONAL DAN INDEPENDENSI AUDITOR TERHADAP PENDETEKSIAN KECURANGAN KLIEN PADA KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK (KAP) DI KOTA PALEMBANG
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of work experience, professional skepticism and independent auditors on client fraud detection. Primary data is the result of a questionnaire from the Palembang City Public Accountant Office. The statistical method uses multiple linear regression. The sample method uses convenience sampling. Hypothesis testing of the coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results of the multiple linear regression test can show that there is a significant positive effect of the work experience, professional skepticism and independence variables on the detection of client fraud, where Y = 1.575 + 0.036X1 + 0.586X2 + 0.542X3 + e. The result of the coefficient of determination stated that 89.5% of the detection of fraud by this study. The F test (simultaneous) shows that work experience, professional skepticism, and independence jointly influence fraud detection with Fcount> Ftable (79.686> 3.19) and the significant level is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) . The results of the t test (partial) show that professional and independent skepticism has a significant effect on fraud detection with the statistical results for the variable professional skepticism, namely tcount 2.847, which means tcount> ttable (2.847> 2.048) and the level of sig. below 0.05, which is 0.008. As for the independence variable, the t-count value is 3.841, which means that tcount> ttable (3.841> 2.048) and the significant level is below 0.05 (0.001 <0.05). Work experience has no effect in the detection of fraud with the results of statistical data tcount of 0.300, which means that tcount <ttable (0.300 <2.048) and a significant level above 0.05 is 0.766> 0.05.Keywords: work experience, skepticism, independence, cheatin

Get PDFThis research is engaged in printing. This printing company before the Covid-19 pandemic was in conditions that generated optimal profits. The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic make company profits always decline. This is closely related to the cost behavior and break-even of multiple products in planning short-term profits. The population used in this study is the cost behavior and break-even of multi-products in the short-term profit planner in 2020. The sampling used is purposive sampling. The type and design of the research is descriptive research. Based on the results of the research, the company has not implemented the concept of cost behavior which separates variable costs and fixed costs with the income statement in the multi-product breakeven calculation has not been prepared by variable costing. The conclusion from this study states that companies must apply the concept of cost behavior that separates fixed costs and variable costs. PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN ALAT PENGADUK BUBUR SUMSUM DENGAN PENGGERAK MOTOR LISTRIK UNTUK INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA
Get PDFAbstrak: Dalam pembuatan bubur sumsum secara manual memerlukan banyak proses, banyak tenaga kerja dan menggunakan macam-macam alat. Untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan bubur sumsum dilakukan penelitian dengan merancang dan membuat suatu alat yang dapat mempercepat proses pembuatan bubur sumsum secara otomatis dengan menggunakan bantuan tenaga motor listrik sehingga menghemat waktu dan tidak memerlukan banyak tenaga dalam proses produksi bubur sumsum tersebut. Bahan material yang digunakan pada pengaduk adalah stainless steel 304. Material SS 304 yang digunakan untuk poros pengaduk bubur sumsum dinyatakan aman, karena tegangan geser yang terjadi lebih kecil dari pada tegangan geser yang diizinkan, yaitu : = 0,383 kg/ s = 7,65 kg/ . Dari hasil perhitungan maka di dapatkan nominal sabuk-V yaitu 33 inchi dengan tipe sabuk A. Kecepatan yang terjadi pada sabuk adalah 454,7 m/detik. Dari hasil pengujian untuk kapasitas bahan 5 kg membutuhkan waktu 82 menit sedangkan menggunakan motor listrik membutuhkan waktu 57 menit. Kata Kunci: bubur sumsum, pengaduk, motor listri
ANALISIS GAYA BAHASA DALAM LIRIK LAGU CITA CITATA DALAM ALBUM KOMPILASI SAKITNYA TUH DI SINI KARYA DJAHJADI ISHAK
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa yang digunakan dalam lirik lagu Cita Citata dalam Album kompilasi Sakitnya Tuh Di Sini karya Djahjadi Ishak. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang di peroleh peneliti ialah dari Album kompilasi Sakitnya Tuh Di Sini karya Djahjadi Ishak yang dipopulerkan oleh Cita. Hasil Penelitian terdapat sebelas gaya bahasa dalam album kompilasi Sakitnya Tuh di Sini karya Djahjadi Ishak yang dipopulerkan oleh Cita Citata adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Gaya bahasa metafora ada dalam lirik lagu Perawan atau Janda dan Aku Mah Apa Atuh.(2) Gaya bahasa alegori ada dalam lirik lagu Goyang Dumang. (3) Gaya bahasa pleonasme ada dalam lirik lagu Sakitnya Tuh Di Sini.(4) Gaya bahasa tautologi ada dalam lirik lagu Aku Mah Apa Atuh. (5) Gaya bahasa hiperbola ada dalam lirik lagu Goyang Dumang dan Sakitnya Tuh Di Sini. (6) Gaya bahasa paronomasia ada dalam lirik lagu Perawan atau Janda.(7) Gaya bahasa alusio ada dalam lirik lagu Perawan atau Janda. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and work discipline on the work of employees of PT. Surya Prima Sejahtera Palembang, The population in this study were all employees and a research sample of 20 employees (saturated sample). Multiple regression analysis aims to calculate the magnitude of the effect of a change in events. In this study, multiple regression analysis acts as a statistical technique used to test whether there is an effect of work ethic and work discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Surya Prima Sejahtera. Simultaneous F significant test results. From the results, it shows that the independent variables together do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, this is because the significant value f 0.135> 0.05. This proves that Work Ethic (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have no influence on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial), it is known that the value of t count is 2.375, this means that the value of t is greater than the value of t table 2.365 (based on t table). As for the significance value of work ethic (X1) 0.049 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN GRAMMAR MASTERY AND WRITING ABILITY ON MIDWIFERY STUDENTS OF STIKES PEMBINA PALEMBANG IN 2019
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between grammar mastery and writing ability on midwifery students at STIKES Pembina Palembang. The population in this study was 22 of fourth semester students of the midwifery study program, STIKES Pembina and study sample were all the population that using total sampling. The data were obtained by using 2 tests, namely the TOEFL (structure and written expression) test and the English writing test. To verify the hypothesis, the data were analyzed by using correlation analysis and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 21.00. Based on data analysis the correlation coefficient on grammar mastery and writing ability was 0.790, this showed that the relationship had a very high relationship and the value of r- is higher than the critical value of r null hypothesis table (Ho) was rejected and consequently, the research hypothesis (H1) received.Keywords: Grammar Mastery, and Writing Abilit
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATERI SEJARAH SASTRA
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Small Group Discussion berbasis multimedia terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa semester 2 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Unversitas PGRI Palembang pada materi sejarah sastra. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ekperimen yang perhitungannya menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thitung 5,887> t tabel 1,980. Pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Small Group Discussion berbasis multimedia nilai rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata 81,02 sedangkan kelas kontrol yaitu hanya diberikan metode ceramah sebesar 68,42 dengan kategori cukup.Kata Kunci: Small Group Discussion, multimedia, hasil belaja
HUBUNGAN MEMBACA TEKS WAWANCARA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KARANGAN NARASI SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 32 PALEMBANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara membaca teks wawancara terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 32 palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode deskriptif dengan korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian kelas VII.2 berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket) untuk membaca teks wawancara dan tes tertulis untuk kemampuan menulis karangan narasi. Validitas yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis item. Reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan formula Alpha Croanbach dan diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,653. Hasil tersebut termasuk dalam koefesien korelasi 0,600—0,800 yang berarti instrumen penelitian memiliki tingkat reliabilitas cukup. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Analisis data dihitung menggunakan program SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) membaca teks wawancara siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 32 Palembang berkategori baik dengan frekuensi 25 (83,33%); (2) kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 32 Palembang berkategori baik dengan frekuensi 25 (83,33%); dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara membaca teks wawancara terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 32 Palembang, yaitu sebesar 0,66 yang termasuk dalam interval koefesien 0,60 — 0,799 dengan tingkat hubungan kuat dan signifikan dengan kontribusi 43,5%.Kata Kunci: Korelasi, Teks Wawancara, Karangan, SMP
