HUBUNGAN MINAT BACA DAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA DENGAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS PROSEDUR SISWA KELAS VII SMP YAPI AIR BATU BANYUASIN
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuhi adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara: (1) minat baca dengan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur; (2) penguasaan kosakata dengan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP YAPI Air Batu; (3) minat baca dan penguasaan kosakata dengan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP YAPI Air Batu. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data adalah korelasi Product Moment dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Yapi Air Batu. Koefesien korelasi (rx1y) sebesar 0,405 dan nilai lebih besar dari pada rtabel, yaitu 0,361 pada taraf kesalahan 5% (0,405>0,361); (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan kosakata dengan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Yapi Air Batu. Koefesien korelasi (rx1y) sebesar 0,412 dan nilai lebih besar dari pada rtabel yaitu 0,361 pada taraf kesalahan 5% (0,412>0,361); dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat baca dan penguasaan kosakata secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Yapi Air Batu.Kata Kunci: minat baca, kosakata, teks prosedu

Didalam pengembangannya gas sebagai bahan bakar untuk kendaraan merupakan terobosan baru dalam pengembangan pemanfaatan jenis energi baru didunia transportasi. Didalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan bentuk lain dari produk LPG yaitu bahan bakar cair LPG yang terbentuk didalam tangki LPG yang kosong akibat reaksi kimia yang terjadi didalam tangki LPG sebagai bahan bakar alternatif. ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN SISTEM DAN KONSEP PRODUKTIVITAS PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR DAN JASA
Get PDFAbstrak: Upaya suatu bangsa untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pertama-tama harus dimulai dengan unit ekonomi, yaitu industri manufaktur dan jasa. Oleh karena itu memahami sistem dan konsep produktivitas dalam industri-industri tersebut menjadi penting. Secara umum, produktivitas suatu industri terkait dengan seberapa efektif input sumber daya dalam suatu proses (proses manufaktur, proses layanan), ditransformasikan menjadi nilai bagi pelanggan. Bahkan, konsep produktivitas berbasis manufaktur, sebagai sistem tertutup, mengasumsikan bahwa konfigurasi sumber daya input yang diubah dalam proses produksi tidak mengarah pada perubahan kualitas dalam output (asumsi kualitas konstan). Namun, dalam konteks layanan, sebagai sistem terbuka, perubahan dalam sumber daya produksi dan sistem produksi memang memengaruhi persepsi kualitas layanan. Itulah sebabnya, istilah produktivitas telah menciptakan banyak kebingungan dalam layanan, dan konsep produktivitas layanan sering kali digunakan secara sembarangan dan pengukuran yang tidak tepat. USING PEER ASSISTED LEARNING STRATEGY TO IMPROVE READING COMPREHENSION OF ANALYTICAL EXPOSITION TO THE ELEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 11 PALEMBANG
Get PDFThe objective of this study was to find out whether or not there was any significant difference on reading comprehension of analytical exposition between the eleventh grade students’ of SMA Negeri 11 Palembang who were taught by using Peer Assisted Learning strategy (PALS) and those who were not and to find out whether or not it was effective to use Peer Assisted Learning Strategy (PALS) to improve reading comprehension of analytical exposition to the eleventh grade students’ at SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. This study used quasi experimental method to conduct the research. There were 78 students was taken as sample. Each class consisted 39 students from both XI IPS 3 as experimental group and XI IPS 4 as a control group. In collecting the data, the test was used in reading comprehension as a pretest and posttest. To verify the hypothesis, the result of independent sample t-test found that t-obtained (11.077) was higher than t-table (1.9917) with degree of freedom (df=76), and the significance 2-tailed was 0.000. The result of the data showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It means that there was any significant difference on reading comprehension between the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 11 Palembang who were taught by using Peer Assisted Learning Strategy (PALS) and those who were not and also it was effective to use Peer Assisted Learning Strategy (PALS) to improve reading comprehension of analytical exposition to the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 11 Palembang.Keywords: Reading comprehension, Analytical exposition, Peer Assisted Learning Strategy
ANALISA ARC FLASH PADA SISTEM KELISTRIKAN FEEDER 6.6 KV SWITCH GEAR 01-B-1 SS#1B S. GERONG DI PT. PERTAMINA RU-III PLAJU
Get PDFAbstrak: Pada tulisan ini akan dilakukan analisis peristiwa arc flash. Tujuannya untuk menentukan insiden energi yang berpotensi hadir selama peristiwa arc flash serta lama waktu dari terjadinya energi arc flash. Analisis ini disimulasikan dan diamati dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 12.6.0. Permasalahan kali ini dilakukukan pengamatan pada one line diagram dengan cara mengatur nilai short circuit pada SS#1B S.Gerong di PT. Pertamina RU-III Plaju yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan nilai bahaya listrik ketika terjadi arc flash. Dalam simulasi ini mengamati adanya nilai arc flash pada one line diagram di Penyulang Bekasap 6 semua parameter bus 2, bus3, bus 4, bus 5, bus 6, bus 7, bus 8, bus 9, bus 21, bus RCL-38-BD-01, bus RCL-EOR-1, bus RCL-EOR-2, bus RCL-38-BE-10. Sebelum melakukan pengamatan pada short circuit, maka terlebih dahulu melakukan studi pengamatan dalam pengaturan daya pada power grid yang terdiri dari 3 phasa dan 1 phasa, setelah itu didapatkan nilai short circuit dan dapat menganalisa nilai arc flash yang dicari dalam tingkat kategori skala 0-4. Setelah mengetahui nilai kateogori bahayanya maka akan dapat menentukan alat perlindugan diri dalam bekerja dan label peringatan bahaya arc flash agar dapat menghindari resiko kecelakaan bagi pekerja.Kata kunci: arc flash, short circuit, Etap 12.6.0, alat perlindungan diri, label bahaya arc flas
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL CONCEPT MAPPING DAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS NARASI SD NEGERI 3 SEGALAMIDER BANDAR LAMPUNG

Bagi Indonesia peran pendidikan sangatlah penting untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan negara. Perkembangan dunia pendidikan Indonesia ditandai dengan adanya perubahan dan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, dengan penerapan model pembelajaran concept mapping dan aktivitas belajar terhadap kemampuan menulis narasi pada kelas eksperimen, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol tanpa pembelajaran concept mapping. Rancangan faktorial penelitian ini ada dua variabel terikat. Variabel bebas berupa penerapan model pembelajaran concept mapping dan aktivitas belajar serta varibel terikatnya berupa kemampuan menulis narasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rata-rata menulis narasi siswa yang menerapkan model pembelajaran concept mapping lebih tinggi dari pembelajaran konvensional. THE USE OF PIE TECHNIQUE IN TEACHING WRITING SKILL
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to investigate differences of students’ writing skill in analytical exposition text between the eleventh grade students of SMAN 11 Palembang who are taught by using PIE Technique and those who are not. The population of this study is the eleventh grade students of SMAN 11 Palembang in academic year of 2019/2020 wih the total number of students is 515 comprising 12 classes. The sample consists of two groups, experimental and control groups for each group consists of 40 students with the total numbers of 80 students. In collecting the data, pretest, treatment and posttest are used to obtain the data. The results show that the result of paired sample t-test in experimental group showed that the t-obtained (11.902) was higher that t-table (1.684). The result of paired sample t-test in control group showed that the t-obtained (5.609) was higher than t-table (1.684). The result of independent t-obtained (10.718) was higher than t-table (1.664). The data used to analyze by using t-test find that there is a significant difference in writing skill between the students who are taught by using PIE Technique and those who are not.Keywords: PIE technique, teaching, writing skill
PENGARUH LEVERAGE DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether or not the influence of Leverage (DAR) and Liquidity (CR) on Profitability (ROA) on Insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 - 2018. In this study using secondary data, and the sampling method using purposive random sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis that is normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 25. The test results show that the first hypothesis Leverage (DAR) and Liquidity (CR) variables together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA) with a level of sig. F (0.009) <α (0.05). The second hypothesis (H2) Leverage variable (DAR) effects the profitability (ROA) which is shown to have a significant value of 0.011 <α 0.05. And The third hypothesis (H3) variable Liquidity (CR) has no effect on profitability (ROA) which is shown to have a significant value of 0.233> α 0.05. No full textABSTRACK The Covid-19 Era budget is one of the government's steps to provide funds to tackle the pandemic by making adjustments or saving on spending by ministries / agencies for 2020. The budget for preventing Covid-19 is budgeted by reducing the allocation of costs to other posts (Refocussing and Reallocation Budget). Flexibility creates opportunities both in terms of timing and size of issuance according to local government financial conditions. Adjustment of the precautionary principle by taking into account the risks and costs, the smallest target achievement is decreasing, but the number of positive patients with Covid-19 is still increasing, making the implementation of official travel difficult, in the end it will affect the results of the results at the end of 2020 impact on responsible accounting information. This study focuses on the Covid-19 cost budget on responsibility accounting information. Survey on local government work units in 3 (three) major cities, namely Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung. The population in this study were 108 local work units, which returned 80 defective samples, the remaining 75 samples were ready to be processed. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM PLS using descriptive and verification methods. PENGARUH PENERIMAAN PIUTANG TERHADAP SERVICE CHARGE KARYAWAN THE ALTS HOTEL PALEMBANG
No full textABSTRACK The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Acceptance of Receivables Against Employee Charge Service at The Alts Hotel Palembang which is located at Jalan Rajawali no 8 Palembang. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how much influence receivables receivables to service charge employees The Alts Hotel Palembang. In this study using primary and secondary data with the method of analysis used is quantitative methods and analysis techniques used are simple linear regression method, correlation analysis, hypothesis test (t) and coefficient of determination The results showed that there is a positive influence between receipt of receivables to employee service charge The Alts Hotel Palembang because the calculation of t count value of 2.960> t table of 2.22814 and at significant 0.014 <0.05 then H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means receivables Affect the service charge at the level of α = 0.05 and can be indicated by the coefficient of determination of 0.467 or 46.7% which means that the service charge is affected by the receipt of receivables 46.7% while the remaining 53.3% influenced by other factors. The Alts Hotel Palembang still uses revenue recognition based on cash basis. Keywords : receivables receipt and service charg
