    ANALISIS PERCAKAPAN DALAM ACARA “TALK SHOW KICK ANDY DENGAN PENGARANG NOVEL NEGERI LIMA MENARAâ€

    ABSTRACT             The conversation analysis contained in the Kick Andy Talk Show video contains four subjects, including conversation topics, conversation structure, conversation conversation, and conversational discourse. On the topic of conversation found three topics, namely general topics, sustainable topics and real topics. Furthermore, in the conversation structure found conversation topics found at the beginning of the conversation, the conversation's core, and the end of the conversation. As for the conversational speech, there are two types of speech conversations. First off said with the turn set, the second instead of talking with automatic turn. The last analysis of conversation is the conversation discourse. The unity is shown in the cohesion and coherence that exists in the content of the conversation from beginning to end of conversation.“Analisis percakapan yang terdapat dalam video Talk Show Kick Andy memuat empat pokok bahasan, diantaranya topik percakapan, struktur percakapan, alih tutur percakapan, dan kepaduan wacana percakapan. Pada topik percakapan ditemukan tiga topik, yakni topik umum, topik yang berkelanjutan dan topik nyata. Selanjutnya, pada struktur percakapan ditemukan topik percakapan yang terdapat pada awal percakapan, inti percakapan, dan akhir percakapan. Adapun alih tutur percakapan berisi dua tipe alih tutur percakapan. Pertama alih tutur dengan giliran diatur, kedua Alih tutur dengan giliran otomatis. Analisis percakapan yang terkhir yaitu kepaduan wacana percakapan. Kepaduan ditunjukkan pada kohesi dan koherensi yang ada dalam isi percakapan dari awal hingga akhir percakapan.â

    Artikel ini berpretensi untuk melihat lebih jauh pengaruh moderatisme terhadap metodologi penelitian hukum Islam Al-Ghazâlî yang ternyata sangat kuat, karena di satu sisi ia mengamankan teori besar yang sudah mapan (dalîl qath’î) dari falsifikasi sehingga peneliti hanya bertugas untuk melakukan verifikasi terhadap seluruh fakta yang ada dengan mengandalkan kebahasaan, ratio legis, dan causa finalis sebagai perangkat analisis terhadap al-Qur’an, al-Sunnah, dan al-Ijma’ sehingga hasil penelitiannya berupa hukum yang tunggal dan rigid. Di sisi lain, ia mendorong peneliti untuk menemukan teori-teori pendamping yang memiliki basis eksperimental yang meyakinkan (dalîl zhannî). Pada aspek ini, peneliti dapat melakukan verifikasi terhadap fakta yang relevan dan dapat juga melakukan falsifikasi jika basis teorinya sudah tidak meyakinkan dengan berpedoman pada akal sebagai sumber refrensinya dan ketiadaan asal sebagai salah satu perangkat analisisnya sehingga hasil penelitiannya berupa pengetahuan tentang hukum yang plural dan relasional. &nbsp

    KONFIGURASI MURÂBAḤAḦ DALAM FATWA DSN

    Artikel ini ingin mengungkap konfigurasi murâbaḥaḧ dalam fatwa DSN yang ternyata pertama, bisa dikatakan sebagai produk utang yang dibingkai dalam skema akad jual beli atau merupakan upaya “islamisasi†kredit yang ditawarkan oleh bank konvensional. Kedua, murâbaḥaḧ dalam fatwa DSN juga sangat mirip dengan jual beli salam. Di mana pembelian baru akan dilakukan bank setelah barang yang dibeli itu pasti akan dibeli lagi oleh nasabahnya, setelah sebelumnya ada pesanan barang dengan spesifikasi yang jelas. Hampir tidak ada pembelian barang tanpa jaminan pembelian dari nasabah. Di antaranya penyebabnya adalah karena bank memang bukan “pedagang†serta tidak memiliki gudang dan tidak berkeinginan menyediakan stok barang. Ketiga, murâbaḥaḧ dalam fatwa DSN mirip dengan skema syirkah pada modal karena dibolehkannya pembiayaan tidak sepenuhnya oleh bank; dalam arti pada murâbaḥaḧ yang diatur fatwa DSN nasabah juga turut serta dalam modal barang yang dibeli atau dipesannya. Lebih tepatnya, modal awal murâbaḥaḧ tersebut berasal dari penjual (bank) dan pembeli (nasabah). Hal seperti itu justru merupakan sesuatu yang hampir selalu dilakukan pada kredit pada lembaga keuangan konvensional

    Early Childhood Education Program (PAUD) is a program for guidance aimed at children from birth (0 years) to 6 years (UU RI No. 20 Article I Paragraph 14 2003), conducted through the provision of educational stimuli to assist the growth and development of the body and spiritually so that children have readiness in entering further education.  then it is necessary that reliable educators in curriculum development because the preparation of the curriculum can not be done carelessly. Preparation of a curriculum not based on a strong foundation will be fatal to the failure of education. This study aims to describe (1) the concept of developing a learning curriculum in the Islamic Kindergarten An Nuur (2) Implementation of the concept in the process of learning in An Nuur Islamic Kindergarten. Manifold qualitative descriptive study of single case studies. Researchers at the same time acting as an instrument of data collection, which is required in the field. Method of data collection is done by three techniques, namely (1) in-depth interviews (in-depth interview), (2) observation, and (3) documentation. The process of collecting and analyzing the data of this study guided by the steps of qualitative research data analysis. Conclusion The study showed the following results: 1.     This research was conducted with the aim to find out about the management functions of scout extracurricular activities at SDN Rengel 1 and the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the extracurricular activities. This study is a descriptive study using qualitative research approach with a case study research design in terms of research focused on one phenomeno selected and to be understood in depth, regardless of the other phenomena. This research wascarried out directly by using field notes and a camera for documentation. Data was collected through in depth interviews and participant observation. To maintain the validity of the data, this study uses participatory extension techniques, persistence / constancy observation and triangulation. The results of this study are: the existence of extra-curricular activities program conducted by the school for one school year, the existence of organizational structures on any type of scout extracurricular activities, including the mobilization process or execution of scout extracurricular activities held in school after school hours intra ends at 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m

    This research aims to find out: (1) the mathematics learning process inincludes readiness of teacher before learning process, implementation andevaluation and follow up; (2) the inhibite factors encountered of slow learnerschild during mathematics learning process in inclusive class and the solution toit. It was a qualitative research. The subjects were taken by purposive sampling.The subjects of this research were mathematics teacherand special assistantteacher. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews andobservation. Techniques to validate that the data triangulation time. Thetechnique of data analysis used was consisted of data reduction, data display,and conclusion. The results of this study were: (1) preparation of Lesson Planhas done after one basic competence finished and any Lesson Plan modified forslow learners child. Before learning proses began, specific media teachers hasbeen prepared for slow learners child. In evaluation, teachers planned followup activities in remedial learning, enrichment programs, counseling services forreguler students or special needs children with the help of a special assistantteacher. (2) Factors or the difficulties which have been slow learners child wasdifficult about mathematics concepts, beside of that also may lost interest in thetask and refused to resume the task when they was bored.
