Whose target market is in the city of Quito, for people who exercise or practice sports. To determine this viability, an environmental analysis was carried out, which allows us to perceive the general situation of the country from the perspective of the mobile application publishing industry and the fitness market. Evaluación de una emulsión de CBD para uso potencial en diferentes medios
No full textCannabidiol (CBD) is a compound belonging to the cannabis plant, which has various pharmacological benefits. In the last decade, there has been a worldwide trend in the use of the cannabis plant in the industry where it is made from functional food to textile fibers. The present work seeks to evaluate CBD emulsions for potential use in different media (milk and water), to be used later in the elaboration of functional drinks. The stability of the emulsion and the physicochemical properties of the different emulsions established were evaluated, in addition to performing a cost-benefit analysis. For the development of emulsions, a total of 20 treatments were aplicated, combining two types of temperature, different mixtures of additives, two types of media, and controls without the presence of additives. The emulsion preparation process begins with the weighing of the inputs to be used, the pasteurizing of the media, mixing of the inputs and the pasteurized medium, liquefied of the mixture and finally cooled. The stability of the emulsion was measured by a 5-point hedonic scale and the physicochemical parameters that were evaluated were pH by strips and color by a color scale. As a result, the emulsion containing only guar gum in the water medium and at a cooling temperature showed better emulsion stability, pH stability, and color. Finally, the cost-benefit analysis was performed where the cost of production was obtained is 1.86 dollars, with a retail price of 2.25 dollars which granted a cost-benefit of 1.21 dollars.El Cannabidiol CBD es un compuesto perteneciente a la planta de cannabis, el cual tiene diversos beneficios farmacológicos. No full textThe degree work aims to create a proposal to improve for the accommodation area of the hotel San José de Puembo, through the application of a Quality Services Manual. In the first chapter the theoretical framework is developed, as well as the concepts of quality, history, evolution and development of hotels as service establishments. Finally we will discuss the measurement tools that will be applied in the project. In the second chapter we will mention the current situation of the organization; as well as the services and products offered. In addition to this, the actor maps, the guests experience during the stay and the type or group of guests that frequent the establishment are detailed. In addition to the analysis the results of the surveys carried out will be analyzed. The third chapter delves into the processes that the hotel is currently carrying out through the application of the Costumer Journal Map CJM. An internal audit will then be carried out based on the Calidad Turística Distintivo Q standard, taken from Quito Tourism, accompanied by their SWOT analysis. The fourth chapter proposes the execution of the quality policy established by objectives, goals and actions that will help to put into practice each one of the proposals. In this way, the process map can be successfully optimized to define the roles and responsibilities used to improve the quality of the service. In this chapter the CAME is developed, the communication matrix is proposed and we measure each of the indicators. This project culminates with the presentation of the budget and schedule that is to be executed for the application of the quality services manual, and the stimulation of investment recovery.El trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo crear una propuesta de mejora para el área de alojamiento del hotel San José de Puembo, mediante la aplicación de un Manual de Servicios de Calidad. En el primer capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico, así como también los conceptos sobre calidad, historia, evolución y desarrollo de los hoteles como establecimientos de servicio. Finalmente se harán mención las herramientas de medición que serán aplicadas en el proyecto. En el segundo capítulo se habla de la situación actual de la organización, así como también los servicios y productos que se ofrecen. Adicional a esto se detalla los mapas de actores, la experiencia del huésped durante la estancia y el tipo o grupo de huéspedes que frecuentan el establecimiento. Además del análisis Se analizarán los resultados de las encuestas realizadas. El tercer capítulo profundiza en los procesos que el hotel está llevando a cabo actualmente a través de la aplicación del Costumer Journal Map CJM. Luego se llevará a cabo una auditoría interna basada en el estándar Calidad Turística Distintivo Q, tomado de Quito Turismo, acompañado de su análisis FODA. El cuarto capítulo propone la ejecución de la política de calidad, establecida por objetivos, metas y acciones que ayudaran a poner en práctica cada una de las propuestas planteadas, De esta manera se podrá optimizar satisfactoriamente el mapa de procesos. Además de definir los roles y responsabilidades para mejorar la calidad del servicio. En este capítulo se desarrolla el CAME, se plantea la matriz de comunicación y se finaliza por medir cada uno de los indicadores. El presente proyecto culmina con la presentación del presupuesto y cronograma a ejecutarse para la aplicación del manual de servicios de calidad y se mencionara además la estimulación de recuperación de la inversión

The market segmentation, supply and demand projection study is carried out in the city of Quito taking into account the surveys, QFD and empathy map to define the needs in the jewelry market. In addition, a technical study is carried out to determine the ability to comply with the value proposition developed taking into account demand. unsatisfied, labor and installed capacity. These factors allow calculating the IRR, NPV and B on C that assists in establishing the feasibility, profitability and acceptance of the jewelry project for special events.Mediante el proyecto de tesis se plantea una propuesta de emprendimiento enfocada en la venta de joyas para eventos segmentado al mercado de estudiantes en Universidades privadas y cofinanciadas de Quito, Ecuador. Esto debido a que tienen mayores posibilidades de adquirir productos de lujo. Se utiliza como base el modelo de negocio Canvas para desarrollar un estudio de mercado ya que sirve para estructurar e interconectar información con el propósito de mejor visualizar las actividades necesarias para el funcionamiento de un negocio. Se realiza el estudio de la segmentación de mercado, oferta y una proyección de demanda en la ciudad de Quito tomando en cuenta las encuestas, QFD y mapa de empatía para definir las necesidades en el mercado de joyas. En adición se realiza un estudio técnico para determinar la capacidad de cumplir con la propuesta de valor desarrollada tomando en cuenta la demanda insatisfecha, mano de obra y la capacidad instalada. Trough transformation it has become a politic posture that seeks to break the gender stereotypes that society has welcomed. Drag challenges through artistic aspects the binary model of gender it also challenges the discriminations that the LGBTI community has to go through every day, specially the Trans community. There has been information about drag since the year 1550 approximately. Men performed in female roles in theater because women couldn’t participate, it was forbidden. The term DRAG comes from this era and means Dressed As A Girl. It is based in the representation of the female gender in an exaggerated way where a transformation with clothing, make up, wigs and acting occurs. It started being a representation only of the female gender but through the years now it represents also the male gender in a way called drag king. From start drag art has had a strong influence in the LGBTI groups, gender expressions and liberties. Daniel Moreno is one of drag theater pioneers in Quito. He and his partner created art and culture platform called Dionisios. Here people that wanted to do drag were welcomed. Nowadays new drag generations exist and other like Dionisios that remain in existence. This journalistic investigation proposes to evidence the characteristics and the current situation of drag culture in Quito. It also identifies drag artists evolution in Quito and internationally. It seeks to investigate the differences and similarities between the first and new generations of drag in Quito. Finally, rough specific cases, to know the implications that a person that does drag has to live every day in the city.El drag es una expresión artística que está ligada a la comunidad LGBTI, a través de la transformación que conlleva, se ha convertido en una postura política que busca romper los estereotipos de género que existen en la sociedad. El drag desafía mediante aspectos artísticos al modelo binario de género, así como las discriminaciones que sufren las personas de la comunidad LGBT, especialmente la comunidad trans. Se encuentran vestigios del arte drag desde el año 1550 aproximadamente. Los hombres representaban roles femeninos en obras de teatro, ya que las mujeres no podían participar, de allí se acuñó el término DRAG que significa Dressed As A Girl, vestido como una chica, en español. Actualmente, este espectáculo se basa en la representación del género femenino, de manera exagerada donde se produce una transformación a través de vestuario, maquillaje, pelucas y actuación. Empezó siendo un movimiento que representaba solo al género femenino, ahora también se representa al género masculino, denominado drag king. Desde sus inicios, el arte drag ha tenido una fuerte influencia en los grupos LGBTI, la expresión de género y las libertades. Daniel Moreno es uno de los pioneros del teatro drag en la ciudad de Quito. Él y su pareja crearon la plataforma de arte y cultura llamada Dionisios, que acogió a más personas que querían practicar este arte frente a un público. Actualmente existen nuevas generaciones y algunos colectivos, como Dionisios que permanecen vigentes. Esta investigación periodística propone evidenciar las características y conocer acerca de la situación actual de la cultura drag en Quito. According to the situational diagnosis carried out in this work through analyzes such as: 5 Porter's Forces, Pestel Analysis, SWOT Matrix, it is possible to determine the success factors of both the company and the industry that served to determine that a PMO is vital in an organization. The level of maturity in project management was determined through an exploratory study that the company does not have written procedures, established methodology, templates, lack of communication between stakeholders, the methodology has been done empirically because it is not counted with a knowledge base that allows all collaborators to use the same project language. According to the information collected, it was established as a proposal that the Project Office for the company TV Cable, plans to create it with a direct report to the Executive President and linked to strategic decision-making, which will have full responsibility, guidelines Implementation of the PMO proposal are in accordance with the PMBOK standards. No full textChildren who are in formal school stage and who have been diagnosed with childhood cancer, have several learning difficulties, due to their health and side effects of the treatment to control the disease. It is for this reason that it is proposed to develop a psychopedagogical curricular program to help the teaching-learning process of the Language and Literature. Research purpose is to help this population acquire literacy skills in a meaningful and effective way through the use of the proposed program. Methodology that was used is on a mixed approach which is based on the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data, making use of statistics to solve the hypothesis proposed, in addition to analyzing the data observed within a real context. Research type is bibliographic since it was reviewed and collected extensive information from books, magazines and websites, and it is also field, since it helped to collect data at the scene. Tools that were used in the research were based on the interview and questionnaires made to parents, and teachers, in addition to a checklist that applied in the home classes. Based on the research carried out, it is concluded that, the curricular adaptations are a support in the development of the reading-writing learning of children aged 6 to 7 diagnosed with cancer because, they allow to execute this process in a significant way, helping to acquire these skills in based on the objectives and skills that arise from their main needs (state of health, socio-emotional and learning), in order to avoid the unleashing of complex difficulties in their learning, school delay and educational dropout.Los niños que se encuentran en etapa escolar formal y que han sido diagnosticados con cáncer infantil, presentan varias dificultades en el aprendizaje, debido a su estado de salud y efectos secundarios del tratamiento para controlar la enfermedad. Es por este motivo que se plantea desarrollar un programa curricular psicopedagógico de ayuda para el proceso de enseñanza, aprendizaje del área de Lengua y Literatura. El propósito de la presente investigación es poder ayudar a esta población a adquirir las habilidades de lectoescritura de forma significativa y eficaz mediante el uso del programa propuesto. La metodología que se utilizó se basa en un enfoque mixto, el cual se trata de la recolección e interpretación de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, haciendo uso de la estadística para resolver la pegunta de investigación planteada, además de analizar los datos observados dentro de un contexto real. El tipo de investigación es bibliográfica, ya que se revisó y recolectó una amplia información de libros, revistas y sitios web, además también es de campo porque se asistió a recolectar datos en el lugar de los hechos. Las herramientas que se utilizaron en la investigación se basaron en la entrevista y cuestionarios realizados a padres de familia, y maestros, además de una lista de cotejo que se aplicó en la observación de clases de las maestras a los niños. A partir de la investigación realizada se concluye que, las adaptaciones curriculares son un apoyo en el desarrollo del aprendizaje lecto-escritor de niños de 6 a 7 años diagnosticados con cáncer porque, permiten ejecutar este proceso de forma significativa, ayudando a adquirir estas habilidades en base a los objetivos y destrezas que se plantean desde sus principales necesidades

No full textThe Wilson socks factory does not have a visual communication system to enter retail, which has begun to threaten its economic stability and that of its employees. Due to the import of Chinese product to the country for it’s low cost of manufacture and sale. To improve its image, it has been decided to redesign it’s brand, create signage, social networks, website, redesign of its sub-brands, and product labels, merchandise and corporate stationery design for the needs of users and the general public. To define its final design, the mixed research method was used, making use of interviews with the target user to a sample of 68 people from 20 to 35 years old and interviews with professionals related to the project's expertise in this case a community manager, factory’s owner and the product retailer. Finally, to choose between the proposals presented, an aqua color pallete scheme was chosen, this option was obtained from the results obtained in the surveys of the target user, a simple modern style was maintained at the same time to provide seriousness to the company. LTDA., Both for natural and legal persons in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. For compliance, the study was broken down into a total of 5 chapters, beginning with the introduction in which the background of the private security sector was analyzed. Additionally, the characteristics of the sector were analyzed, as well as the current diagnosis of its environment. Subsequently, the analysis of the industry was carried out, beginning with the study of the macro environment of the company, the sector and the competition, market research, customer analysis and ending with the SWOT matrix. In the next chapter, the generic strategy and marketing were developed. In the fourth chapter, the operational study was addressed with the technical and administrative requirements, as well as the KPIs that are implemented in the company. Finally, the financial plan is developed, which shows that the new line of transport services for securities and monetary species of the company L and M de Seguridad Privada CIA. LTDA in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas is feasible, where the Present Value of future cash flows is positive with a value of 195,163.49 USD, with an Internal Rate of Return of 91.62 percent higher than the cost of capital, in addition to recovering the investment in approximately 1 year, 2 months and 9 days.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la factibilidad de la creación del servicio de transporte de valores y especies monetarias para la empresa L and M de Seguridad Privada CIA. LTDA., tanto para personas naturales y jurídicas en la ciudad de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. Para su cumplimiento el estudio fue desglosado en un total de 5 capítulos, comenzando con la introducción en el que se analizaron los antecedentes del sector de seguridad privada. Adicionalmente se analizó en particular las características del sector, así como el diagnóstico actual de su entorno. Posteriormente se realizó el análisis de la industria, comenzando con el estudio del macroentorno de la empresa, del sector y de la competencia, la investigación del mercado, el análisis del cliente y finalizando con la matriz FODA. En el capítulo posterior se desarrolló la estrategia genérica y mercadeo.
