    TREN PARIWISATA DKI JAKARTA

    This research will explain tourism trends in Jakarta and various information related to obstacles that occur in the field. As a leading tourist area, DKI Jakarta can provide more complete information about tourist characteristics. A qualitative approach is used by taking respondents as many as 100 archipelago tourists and 10 Tourism Services Industry using accidental sampling, with one shot time method, where time is used only one time. The results of the study identified constraints in marketing in Jakarta, including airline ticket prices, relatively high tour package prices, low demand, and media competition.     STRUKTUR PASAR DAN KINERJA: STUDI KASUS PADA BANK UMUM DI INDONESIA

    The aim of this study is to find the relationship between market structure and performance of banking industry in Indonesia. Structure Conduct Performance Hypothesis and Relative Market Power Hypothesis are few of hypotheses among others that try to conclude relationship between those variables. This research use commercial banks that operate and alredy give their financial report to Financial Service Authority (FSA) in 2018 as a sample. This study shows that Relative Market Power Hypothesis in Indonesian banking. It means that policies that support bank merger or acquisition is not suitable for Indonesia.     DETERMINATION OF ASSET REVALUATION

    This study aims to analyze the factors that influence asset revaluation decisions. The sample in this study are all industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016 except the banking industry with a purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis in this study uses partial least square. The results showed that investment opportunities represented by the book value of the asset market did not affect asset revaluation. Debt equity ratios, debt asset ratios, current ratios, and fast ratios do not affect asset revaluation. Request a quote, and total assets do not affect asset revaluation. However, only the ownership structure represented by foreign ownership can have a positive effect on asset revaluation.     This study aims to identify factors that influence of job performance and career development at the Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Defence. Data were collected from 65 respondents using self-administration questionnaires, and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses.  The results show that work experience, competencies, and training directly affect performance, but only work experiences that directly affect career development. Finally, performance directly affects employee career development. Implications and suggestions are explained in the paper

    This study aims to analyze the role of organizational learning and innovation in improving the competitive advantage of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Mojokerto area. The study was conducted using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. In total, there were 100 IKM leaders in Mojokerto who became the respondents in this study. Hypothesis testing is done by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that organizational learning and innovation have a positive and significant effect on improving SMEs’ competitive advantage. The results of this study also prove that innovation can mediate the relationship between organizational learning and SMEs’ competitive advantage

    This study aims to examine that transmigrant community participation in the construction of KTM is very necessary and an important part in the development of KTM development. This research is a descriptive qualitative form by combining PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) analysis techniques and Non Parametric Statistics. The results of this study state that the level of education, place of business, community involvement, and KTM perceptions of the level of community participation in KTM development and the field of community participation indicate the existence of a link between participation in the progress of KTM development.     FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROFITABILITAS BANK BPR DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

    This study aims to estimate the effect of CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL on profitability (ROA) in rural banks in West Java Province for the period of 2012-2016. Data was collected from secondary data and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: only BOPO proved to have a negative and significant effect on ROA. While other variables, namely CAR and NPL have a positive but not significant effect, and NPL has a negative effect but not significant to ROA. The results of the study provide practical implications for management to pay attention to BOPO as the main predictor of ROA. Suggestions for future research are explained in the article.     This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya

    The development of the internet made the brand community move to online activities by using a social media chat group platform. This study aims to examine the relationship between social networking and brand trust on brand loyalty in the online brand community. Data were collected through a questionnaire of 150 respondents. Through SEM analysis (PLS), the results show that social networking has a positive effect on brand trust and trust mediates the relationship between social networking and brand. This finding implies that the brand community must pay attention to social networking activities that can increase brand trust and brand loyalty. Companies and communities need to think about how to develop strong relationships and bonds between members so that members feel the value of the brand and build a strong commitment with the brand.     ANALISIS BIAYA DAN NILAI TAMBAH PENGOLAHAN WINE MOLASE TEBU DI KARANG ASEM BALI

    This study is aimed to determine how much-added value gained and how much cost needed in processing molasses into wine. The data was used two types of data, primary and secondary. The primary gained from direct observation and interview, while the secondary gained from related literature and agencies. We used a descriptive data processing method. Collected data and information then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Quantitative data used to analyzed cost and added value. In the processing of molasses into wine, the results show got Rp262.500.000,- turnover and Rp96.325.000,- total production cost so that we gained Rp166.175.000,- profit income with 2,73 R/C score. This result makes it economically profitable and worth to be done. The added value gained from each liter of molasses processed into wine is Rp.87.350-, also interpreted as 31,20% added value ratio.
