     This study aims to analyze the influence of brand’s personality on purchase intention with Brand Trust as an Intervening Variable on Esgotado Bag. This research is quantitative using data collection methods of questionnaires and observations in stores and studios of Esgotado Bags. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a data processing model. This research is expected to understand the influence of brand's personality on purchase intention  with brand trust as an intervening variable. The result of this research is that Brand Personality has an effect on Buying Interest, Brand Trust Affects the Intention to Buy Esgotado’s bag, Brand’s Personality has no effect on Intention to Buy Esgotado’s bag.     The establishment of a company has a clear purpose. The company's goal is to achieve maximum profits and prosper the owner of the company or the shareholders (stockholders). One of the reasons why companies in Indonesia are vulnerable to economic turmoil is the weak implementation of good corporate governance. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is basically a concept that concerns the company's structure, division of tasks, division of authority, division of responsibilities of each element of the company structure. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the female board of directors, the age of the board of directors, educational background of the board of directors, and the board of directors of foreign nationality towards the value of the company in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The research method used in this study is a hypothesis test that is to analyze the influence of the female board of directors, the age of the board of directors, the educational background of the board of directors, and the foreign board of directors of corporate value. Based on the data obtained, the results of the educational background variables of the Board of Directors and foreign board of directors influence the value of the company, while the variable of the board of directors of women and the age of the board of directors do not affect the value of the company.     HUBUNGAN DISIPLIN DENGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI

    The aim of the study is to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees.The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 40 respondents using convenience sampling techniques. Respondents in the sample were civil servants in the Sub Directorate of Civil Service Archives II.B at the Jakarta State Civil Service Agency. The findings in this study indicate that there is an influence of work discipline on performance. This is indicated by the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of r = 0.823. The results of this study are strengthened by the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination which proves that the variable work discipline has a significant effect of 67.8%, while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other factors that do not count in this study

    The aim of this study is to examine the influence between service quality (SQ) and customer repurchase likelihood (CRL) is mediated by switching cost (SC) and trust (TR). Data were collected from 145 students of the Faculty of Economics in Malang City. SEM-PLS is used as an analytical tool to test the model. The results showed that SQ directly had a significant effect on CRL, TR, and SC. TR and SC have a significant effect on CRL. In addition, TR and SC have been proven to fully mediate SQ relations with CRL. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between SQ and CRL is a process model through TR and SC.     This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC.     The objective of this research is to know the effect of perceived quality, brand image towards customer loyalty through customer trust and customer satisfaction as intervening variables. The research model is the quantitative approach through a survey of 170 Mazda customers across 17 Dealers in Java, Kalimantan & Sulawesi. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The hypothesis test result shows that there is significant effect between perceived quality and brand image towards customer trust. And there is significant effect between perceived quality and brand image towards customer satisfaction. There is no significant effect between perceived quality towards customer loyalty and there is no significant effect between customer trust towards customer loyalty. But there is significant effect between brand image towards customer loyalty and there is significant effect between customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty. Based on the result, the company need to do marketing strategies by using 6P’s (People, Payplan, Product, Price, Place, Promotion) in order to enhance the positive impression of perceived quality and build customer trust through marketing activities to make a customer loyal to use Mazda car in Indonesia.     This study aims to research the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Profitability (ROA). The type of research in this study is quantitative research. The population of this study is Commercial Bank listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that provides annual financial reports with the observation period between 2013-2017. There are 42 Populations. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. There are 21 commercial banks that meet the criteria as the research samples. Data were analyzed using the method of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this research indicate that partially CAR, NPL, and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on ROA, LDR has a positive but not significant effect on ROA and NIM has a positive and significant effect on ROA.     ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH KEBIJAKAN LOAN TO VALUE

    The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference.     PERCEPTION OF FARMERS TOWARD ORGANIC PESTICIDE

    This study aims to analyze the perception of farmers in Central Java, toward the organic pesticides regarding their benefits, the safety of use, price and quality, easiness level, usage, the internal, and external factors affecting the perception of farmers, then level of education and knowledge of pesticide organic. This study is cross-sectional research with a sample of 36 potato farmers from Dieng Plateau, uses primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The results showed that the main perception of using organic pesticide was influenced by internal factors, the lowest perception score is for the usage.     The purpose of the study is to examine the antecedents of corporate value on commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial appearance of money from financial ratios is ROA (Return on Assets) and ROE (Return on Equity). The object of this research is commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. After the sample is taken to be observed using the purposive sampling method, there are 74 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that ROA and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on the value of the company.
