PENERAPAN THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR DALAM MEMPREDIKSI NIAT BELI PRODUK SECOND HAND: STUDY PADA KONSUMEN IGENERATION
Purpose- This study aims to determine the role of theory of planned behavior in predicting consumer purchase intentions of second hand products. Methods- The object of this studyis focused on second hand clothes. Total sampel were 180 respondents who were taken through purposive sampling method. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing used multiple regression analysis. Findings- The results of this study indicate that Attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control affect consumer purchase intention. Implications-The research can confirm the accuracy of TPB in predicting purchase intention of iGeneration consumers in the context of second hand clothing. This research is also useful for second hand clothing business actors in understanding the factors that influence consumer purchase intentions of second hand clothing. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPETENSI, BEBAN KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI LEMBAGA LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI (LLDIKTI) WILAYAH III JAKARTA
Purpose- This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership, competence, workload, and work environment on employee performance of The Higher Education Services Agency Region III Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- A sample of 71 participants was intentional with purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression is used to test the hypothesis. Findings- The results showed that leadership, competence, and work environment positively and significantly affect the employee's performance, while the workload negatively and significantly impacted the employee's performance. Implication- In efforts to improve employee performance, institutions need to pay attention and know what is the problem as a basis for correcting weaknesses and maintaining strengths through the implementation of leadership, competence, workload, and work environment properly

DAMPAK PILKADA SERENTAK 27 JUNI 2018 TERHADAP ABNORMAL RETURN DAN AKTIVITAS VOLUME PERDAGANGAN SAHAM DI BEI
Purpose-Analyze and empirically test the difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activities before and after the simultaneous local elections on June 27, 2018. Design/methodology/approach-Data collection is done by the documentation method. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being that the company’s shares were listed as issuers on the IDX which were included in the LQ 45 group during the study period from June 25, 2018, to June 30, 2018, and actively traded during the study period.Findings- The results of this study indicate that the elections affect the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This can be seen from the difference in the average abnormal return and the average trading volume activity before and after the elections. Implications-The results of this study will be able to help provide relevant information for capital market players to be more sensitive to direct or indirect activities that can affect stock prices.

PENGARUH CONTENT MARKETING TERHADAP CUSTOMER RETENTION DENGAN CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PADA PENGGUNAAN SITUS WEB ZOMATO
Purpose- The purpose of this survey was to analyze the influence of content marketing on customer retention and customer engagement as a mediated variable on the use of the Zomato website in Bandung.
Design/methodology/approach- The research method uses a descriptive analysis with purposive sampling technique. A total sample of 100 respondents with various consideration of characteristics. The statistical analysis used is SEM PLS.
Findings- The result of a research that content marketing variables have a significant effect on customer engagement. Customer engagement variables have a significant effect on customer retention. Content marketing variables have a significant effect on customer retention. The customer engagement variable acts as a full mediator between content marketing and customer retention.
Implications- The test results show that good content will improve the quality of a company’s involvement with customers and create customer loyalty to the company.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, COMPETENCY, AND MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE MINISTRY OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Purpose- This study is to analyze and test the influence of leadership, competence, and motivation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of DKI Jakarta.
Design/methodology/approach- This research uses quantitative methods, with simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression with a sample size of 136 people from a population of 205 people. Multiple linear regression is used to test the hypothesis.
Findings- Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it is found that the variables of leadership, competence, and motivation together influence the performance variable. Implications- The implications of this research can be used by related parties to improve the state apparatus through empowering leaders, increasing employee competence, and motivation.

MODEL HUBUNGAN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURIAL CULTURE DAN ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND-SET TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE MELALUI INNOVATION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Purpose-The main objective of this research is to study and analyze entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial mindset on organizational performance with innovation as mediation using quantitative descriptive.
Design/methodology/approach-Data were obtained from 280 respondents who are furniture entrepreneurs in DKI Jakarta. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM)partial least square (PLS).
Findings-The results show that entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset have a significant effect on organizational performance, but not for entrepreneurial culture. Innovation is proven to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial mindset to organizational performance.
Implications-Efforts to improve organizational performance can be implemented by encouraging entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset through a series of ongoing training.

PENGARUH KEUNIKAN PRODUK TERHADAP PEMBELIAN IMPULSIF TILLANDSIA DENGAN HARGA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI GIOFLORIST
Purpose- This study aims to analyze the effect of product uniqueness on impulsive purchases with price variables as intervening variables Design/methodology/approach- Quantitative methods are used to explain the relationship between variables with multiple regression analysis.Findings- Product Unique Variables and Price Variables affect the Impulsive Purchase variable, the Price Variable affects the Impulsive Purchase variable. And the price variable is not an intervening variable between the Unique Product variable and the Impulsive Purchase variableImplication/Limitation - Then the company can prioritize the Product Uniqueness variable first because it provides the greatest influence compared to the price variable in creating Impulsive Purchases.

PENGARUH KUALITAS SDM DAN INFRASTUKTUR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN INVESTASI DI GALERI INVESTASI BEI FEBI IAIN LHOKSEUMAWE
This study aims to explain the effect of human resources and infrastructure quality on investment growth in the Economic and Business Faculty (FEBI IDX Investment Gallery) IAIN Lhokseumawe. Data were collected using secondary data, and multiple regression was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that only investment has a significant effect on investment growth. The implications are infrastructure development have an important role to support investment and the number of potential investors in investing in the Islamic capital market
FAKTOR DETERMINAN KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN: PERAN PERSEPSI HARGA SEBAGAI PEMODERASI
The purpose of the study was to analyze determinant factors, location and perceptions of service quality on tenant loyalty with tenant satisfaction and price perceptions as moderating variables. There were 75 respondents who participated in this study. This study uses multiple linear regression methods to analyze existing variables. The results of the study show that building location and perceived quality of services have a direct effect on tenant satisfaction; Tenant satisfaction has a direct effect on tenant loyalty; and Price perception has an indirect effect (moderation) between tenant satisfaction and tenant loyalty.

MINIMALISASI BIAYA SIMPAN DAN BIAYA SETUP PADA MULTIPLE PRODUK: SIMULASI DENGAN CAPACITATED LOT SIZING PROBLEM
Lot sizing problem in production planning aims to optimize production costs (processing, setup and holding cost) by fulfilling demand and resources capacity costraint. The Capacitated Lot sizing Problem (CLSP) model aims to balance the setup costs and inventory costs to obtain optimal total costs. The object of this study was a plastic component manufacturing company. This study use CLSP model, considering process costs, holding costs and setup costs, by calculating product cycle and setup time. The constraint of this model is the production time capacity and the storage capacity of the finished product. CLSP can reduce the total production cost by 4.05% and can reduce setup time by 46.75%.
