ORGANIZATIONAL AMBIDEXTERITY: KETANGGUHAN YANG DIBUTUHKAN UNTUK KEBERLANGSUNGAN KINERJA ORGANISASI MASA DEPAN
Organizational ambidexterity has emerged as a new research paradigm in organizational theory, but some fundamental issues in this debate remain controversial. Ambidexterity is the ability to exploit existing capabilities and to explore new opportunities. Achieving exploitation and exploration enables organizational success, even organizational resilience to improve and maintain sustained superior performance, but creates tensions and challenging. The ambidextrous organization excels in utilizing existing products to enable additional innovation and to explore new opportunities to drive more radical innovation, but related research is limited. This article aims to advance our understanding of the prerequisites of organizational prerequisites, approaches to achieving them, and to address the impact of each level of individuals and organizations for the sustainability of ambidexterity organizational achievements

Dampak Insentif Pajak Perumahan Terhadap Potensi Penerimaan Pajak Negara Dan Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat : Kasus Provinsi Papua
Until now the government and private sector have not been able to address the backlog of 13.5 million housing units for ownership status and 7.6 million units for residential status. The high price of land has led to the high price of the house so that low-income communities (MBR) is not able to reach out to make a home purchase. In addition to the high price of land, tax factors also contribute to the high price of the house. The government plans to issue a policy for the provision of tax incentives, ie abolish VAT on home-forming material transaction. This policy is expected to house prices become cheaper, so the demand for housing increases, and encourage the relevant sectors to intensify its role in the construction of houses. It is expected to replace the lost tax potential and increase incomes. Analysis of the impact of tax incentives housing to potential state revenue and an increase in people's income, especially in Papua province is using the table IO because in addition to looking at the role each sector can also see the impact on taxes (income tax 21 Pph 25 Pph, VAT), and incomes (wage). Although in the short-term impact is still small, but very rewarding in the long run.

PERAN DIGITAL MARKETING DALAM EKSISTENSI BISNIS KULINER SEBLAK JELETET MURNI
Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research.

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan BBM oleh Toko Online di Indonesia
This study was conducted to answer the question of what is the factors affecting decision to use BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) to support online store business. With SME’s online store booming in Indonesia, this research was specially studied SME’s and micro online store as subject. Survey has been conducted by BBM chat message and online web page to SME’s online store that using BBM in Indonesia. A total of 187 valid respondents from 18 provinces and 58 cities in Indonesia responded to the survey. Analysis was conducted using SEM method with Lisrel 8.7 support which tested the 8 hypotheses. The result indicated that there are positive significant effects of perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness and trust toward BBM use intention for online store. However, this study didn’t find direct significant effects of perceived ease-of-use toward use intention. Perceived ease-of-use found to have significant indirect effect through the mediation effect of perceived playfulness. In fact, perceived playfulness is the main factor influencing the use intention of BBM for SME’s online store. This founding give insight for application developers to consider playfulness in developing social media applications for online business.

DAMPAK KEPUASAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PROMOSI PADA INTENSI UNTUK PINDAH DI PT XYZ
Human resources is one important aspect of a company, instability and uncertainty in terms of human resources or in this research referred to intention to move or high potential turnover may cause a negative impact on company operations and the increasing cost of human resource cost, in the form of training costs already invested in the employee until the cost of recruitment and retraining. High turnover also resulted in the organization is not effective because the company loses experienced employees and the need to retrain new employees.This research aims to analyze how much influence the employee satisfaction of supervision and promotion to intentions to move in PT XYZ. Data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained by interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data from literature study. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study show that the negative effects and significant correlation between employee satisfaction of supervision and promotion to their intention to move either be partially or together.

ANALISIS LAPORAN KEUANGAN PT. GATARI SEBAGAI DASAR PERTIMBANGAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT MODAL KERJA PADA PT.BANK DKI
This study aims to determine (a) measure the feasibility assessment takes into account the provision of working capital credit for PT.Gatari as additional capital by comparing financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity) for the period 2012-2015, and (b) measure the credit granting considerations on PT. Gatari according to standard financing considerations on PT. Bank DKI. This research is a descriptive method with the quantitative approach to PT. Gatari financial statements from its inception until today. The research sample is PT. Gatari financial statements in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The study shows that (a) the measurement of financial feasibility assessment showed good results because the calculation of the ratio is almost entirely according to the standard financial ratios applicable at PT. Bank DKI and (b) the measurement of supporting aspects of credit is good enough as a basis for credit supply PT. Bank DKI.

ANALISIS FAKTOR DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MEMILIH PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH (Studi Kasus Pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Ciputat)

The population in this study are all people who have a business in Ciputat and customers who visit the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat to finance. Convenience sampling method selected 100 of the people who have businesses and customers who visited the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat. Test analysis used in this study is to test the factor analysis. Tthis study show that (a) the factors that influence a client's decision in choosing a loan product Bank Syariah Branch Ciputat consists of five factors formed and (b) the most dominant factor influencing the customer's decision in choosing a loan product Bank Syariah Branch Ciputat is factor process (X7). Self-management is one step towards success. This means that to achieve something we must begin with self-management. One of them with positive thinking (Positive Thinking). This will facilitate our way to immediately succeed. Positive thinking will take us in the right direction. More recently there was a study that says that a happy plus hard work will lead to success. This means there must be a feeling of happiness within yourself. Human equipped by God incredible strength. The actual power is in him, the force of spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical.

MANAJEMEN KOMPENSASI KARYAWAN DI PT BNI 46 SUDIRMAN JAKARTA
The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of employee compensation and to identifying the main type of compensation at PT BNI 46 Sudirman Jakarta. The study design was quantitative research by using independent samples t-test. Data were collected from 60 employees using questionnaire with random sampling method. This study finds that there is significant differences response between two-group samples. The main types of compensation are financial and non-financial compensation. Financial compensation, namely: wages and compensation based on the achievement of the job target. While the type of non-financial compensation is a major career development or job promotions.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA MERLYNN PARK HOTEL DI JAKARTA PUSAT)
The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of transactional leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The methodology used is survey based. Primary data were collected from 40 employees of Merlynn Park Hotel in Jakarta. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The research resulted in mixed findings that only partially effect of motivation on performance. No significant relationship was found between transactional leadership and performance. Simultaneously, transactional leadership style and motivation no significant effect on performance.
