ANALISIS PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN 7P TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PENGGUNA GOJEK ONLINE
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to examine the impact of seven elements of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) on customer satisfaction of GOJEK users. Data were collected from 90 customers residing in South Jakarta using self-reporting questionnaires. Factor analysis is used to validate the instrument and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that although the elements of the marketing mix simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction, however partially, only the product have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (p-value 0.045). Based on these findings, the future research needs to re-examine the influence of marketing mix elements on customer satisfaction, in particular, transport mode users GOJEK by increasing the sample size and expanding the area of research so that research results can be generalized.

TINJAUAN KOMPARASI KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK SYARIAH MELALUI PENDEKATAN ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED (EVA)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine (a) What degree of financial performance of Islamic Banking through EVA approach with samples of the two largest Islamic banks, namely PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, and (b) how the competition level of return on investment returns through the value of EVA in two of the company's competitors. The population in this study were all Islamic banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of economic value added. This study shows that (a) The level of financial performance that has economic value to the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and (b) the level of financial performance that has economic value to the PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In addition, the competition level of return on investment to the two banks showed that each bank is able to provide economic added value for its stakeholders with the same degree of movement.

HUBUNGAN ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN UMKM: PERAN ASPEK PERMODALAN DAN PEMERINTAH SEBAGAI MODERATOR
Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) with of SMEs growth, and capital factors and government support as a moderator. Using the data collected from 90 SME’s, the study employs Hierarchical moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical results lead to the following conclusions: EO has a significant positive relationship with SME's growth, but the role of capital factors and government support as moderator unsupported. The implication of these findings is that the government and financial institutions as the two institutions need to increase their role to encourage the growth of SMEs in terms of information provision, access to markets, capital, and training needs so it can serve as a reference for determining the development strategy of SMEs in the future. From the business owners or SMEs themselves, this research can be used as guidelines for business performance improvement through entrepreneurship-oriented behavior.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the soundness and analyzes the factors that affect the soundness of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa and to find a formula the right strategy in the development of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis of health assessment and qualitative description on service quality. The research proves that the level of health KJKS BMT At-Taqwa through computation eight aspects (six financial aspects and the two aspects of the non-financial) shows KJKS BMT At-Taqwa at the level reasonably healthy and is influenced by factors of seven financial ratios are on the effects on health of the Cooperative. In addition there is a five-part strategy that can be developed by BMT KJKS At-Taqwa ie services and the addition of customers, financing, dissemination and promotion, health cooperatives, blue print and build a cooperative networking.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production for products produced by PT. DWA. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing industry specialized in automotive components. Its activity is carried out through a series of production processes, so that expenses spent in the production will be calculated into the cost of the production sold. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in Jakarta. Convenience sampling method selected one of the companies that get the confidence to assemble three national car project in Indonesia, namely Timor, Bakrie and Maleo. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of full costing with job order costing. This study shows that (a) determination of the cost elements associated with the cost of production and (b) determining the cost of production on a product-based job costing with full costing approach.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Supply Chain Management on the performance of the company. This study uses 165 manufacturing employees in Indonesia as a sample through www.googledocs.com. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and processed using Lisrel 8.7. The research proves that information sharing, long term relations, cooperation and integration process, positively and significantly influence the company's performance. But Long Term Relations has no significantly influence on the company’s performance.

PERAN LOCUS OF CONTROL PADA HUBUNGAN JOB INSECURITY, KOMITMEN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA
Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between job insecurity and its outcomes (job satisfaction and commitment), also to examine the moderator role of locus of control in this relationship. Data were collected from 143 employees across different industries, and also different job levels. A series of regressions are employed to test the hypotheses. The results showed that job insecurity was directly and negatively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research findings also showed that locus of control moderated relations between job insecurity and two studied outcomes (job satisfaction and commitment). This study offers implications for managerial practices. This result suggest for manager how to overcome the impact of job insecurity on commitment and job satisfaction through locus of control.

NASIONALISASI PT INALUM MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG PENANAMAN MODAL (UNDANG-UNDANG NO. 25 TAHUN 2007) : PRO KONTRA INDONESIA DAN JEPANG
Get PDFResearch in the sphere of Foreign Investments would be so remote in Indonesia, this research examines the Japanese joint venture legal entity with Indonesia, PT. Inalum which have a potential asset in supporting the improvement of the people's economy. Furthermore PT Inalum engaged in the aluminum smelting ore in North Sumatera that has a hydroelectric power plant which can generate 600 Megawatts of electricity. In Act number 25 of 2007 on Investment Article 7 declared that the nationalization of foreign investment companies occur with requirements, therefore in this study examines the "Nationalization PT Inalum according to Investment Law in Indonesia." Although this research is done normatively but we conducted interviews with informants of the Japanese in this case Mrs. Haruna Hiroko and delivery guidance interview conducted via email to a resource, Prof. Yuketa Hiroshi of Touin University in Yokohama, Japan. Results of the research noted that the completion of the nationalization of PT Inalum in Indonesia is not resolved by the Foreign Arbitration Board, as the mandate of the Act, but it is done by deliberation.

PERBANDINGAN METODE FUZZY TIME SERIES HSU DAN DOUBLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING PADA PERAMALAN NILAI TUKAR RUPIAH TERHADAP DOLAR AMERIKA
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine which accuracy is better between fuzzy time series method and Holt double exponential smoothing method. The data used is daily published rupiah exchange rate of Bank Indonesia in the period of 1 April 2016 until 17 june 2016. After being calculated, the error rate fuzzy time series Hsu method is at 0,6 %, while the error rate holt double exponential smoothing method is at 2,25%. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that the error rate forecasting rupiah exchange rate using fuzzy time series method is lower than the holt double exponential smoothing It means that the fuzzy time series hsu method has better accuarcy than Holt double exponential smoothing method. The result of forecasting in 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 respectively are Rp. 13355, Rp. 13375, Rp. 13395, Rp. 13465, Rp 13.475.

Kajian Potensi Dan Peluang Pembangunan Infrastruktur Di Sektor Sosial Dengan Skema KBPU
Get PDFThis study aims to formulate recommendations and opportunities for potential infrastructure development in the social sector by using KPBU scheme. The direct beneficiaries of this activity are the Deputy of Investment Planning as a unit that is directly responsible for formulating the proposed establishment of the Act related KPBU in the field of infrastructure investment. The output of this activity is also expected to be useful for investors in infrastructure and related stakeholders. Model cooperation Public Private Partnership in social infrastructure should take into account the uniqueness of each sector, particularly the constraints, risks and macro conditions, including fiscal policy and commitment to the objective of each sector. So that needs to be made cooperation mechanism Public Private Partnership in the field of social infrastructure by making adjustments to the conditions and limitations in the field of social infrastructure. Results and recommendations are discussed further in the paper.
