DAMPAK UTILITARIAN VALUE DAN EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING TERHADAP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DAN REVISIT INTENTION
This research was conducted in the Restaurant area of Taman Kencana Bogor Restaurant with a view to determining whether the attribute Experiential Marketing and Food Quality on Customer Satisfaction, which in the end as a determinant Revisit Intention Customers in Region Restaurants Taman Kencana Bogor. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method, samples of this study were 200 respondents as the basic criteria for SEM, all the respondent collected by purposive sampling. These results indicate that the variable Experential Marketing and Food Quality has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction, as well as variable Experiential Marketing, Food Quality and Customer Satisfaction after testing has a positive and significant effect on the variable Revisit Intention.

FEATURE,NILAI, KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGAN
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article.

ANALISIS QUALITY OF WORK LIFE PADA GENERASI X DAN Y ALUMNI FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN MANAJEMEN IPB
The quality of Work Life is one of effort that can be implemented by the company to increase job satisfaction and productivity of employees. Nowadays, employees in Indonesia dominated by Generation X and Y. The respondents of this study are alumni of Economic and Management Faculty of IPB. The objectives of this study are to identify the perception of Generation X and Y towards factors of Quality of Work Life and to formulate a strategy to increase Quality of Work Life based on perceptions of Generation X and Y. The source of primary data obtained by questionnaire method and secondary data obtained by study of literature. This research was using descriptive analysis method, Pairwise Comparison Method, and The House Model. The results of this study indicated 56% perception of Generation X towards factors of QWL appropriate with the theory regarding the factors QWL in Generation X and 52% perception of generation Y towards factors of QWL appropriate with the theory regarding the factors QWL in the generation Y. The strategy that becomes priorities to increase Quality of Work Life of Generation X is a safety at work, compensation, and conflict resolution. The strategy that becomes priorities to increase Quality of WorkLife of Generation Y is career development, compensation, and pride to the company.

THE EFFECT OF EVENT AND PUBLICITY TOWARDS BRAND AWARENESS ON FINANCIAL SERVICE AUTHORITY (OJK)
This study aims to find out the effect of event and publicity towards brand awareness on Indonesia Financial Service Authority, usually called with its abbreviation OJK. The research background is because OJK was newly established as a financial service authority, replacing Bank Indonesia. Therefore, exploring the awareness of the people about the function of OJK is interesting to be a research subject.This method used in this study is the quantitative method with 82 samples as the questionnaire respondents. The population chosen was an OJK’s event held at LPPI and Indonesia Banking School with 122 participants. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, correlation, determination, regression, hypothesis and ANOVA tests are used as a statistical approach in order to define the outcome of the survey. The results of this study are both event and publicity have a positive and a significant influence towards brand awareness partially and simultaneously. As the conclusion, OJK should continue its programs. On the other hand, OJK should find another public relations strategy to accelerate people awareness about the duties of OJK.

EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL PERUSAHAAN
Providing compensation to employees is important for every company, including PT INTI to retain qualified employees today and in the future. PT INTI is a company whose primary based as telecommunication contractor located in Bandung. This study was conducted to determine the effect between direct financial compensation variables and indirect financial compensation toward employee performance. This research uses the descriptive method and data analysis with the path and regression analysis. The result of this research is a descriptive condition of direct and indirect financial compensation in PT INTI in the reality of 2008 is not good based on continuum line where the average percentage is 30,21% where employee expectation to incentive and celebration of the holiday is large. In addition, the simultaneous test shows that there is no linear relationship between direct compensation and indirect compensation for employee performance at PT INTI.

PENGARUH PERPUTARAN KAS DAN PERPUTARAN PIUTANG TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN SUB-SEKTOR FOOD AND BEVERAGES TAHUN 2012-2016
The objective of this research is to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivable turnover to profitability (ROA). Data used in this study were secondary data from financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2012 to 2016 of a food and beverage manufacturing company. Independent variables in this research are cash turnover and receivable turnover, while the dependent variable in this study is profitability. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test (R2), F test and T-test. The result of these analyses showed that profitability was influenced simultaneously by cash turnover and receivable turnover. While on partial analysis showed only cash has significant influence to profitability.

PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
This study is aimed to examine the effect of institutional ownership and capital structure on the company’s value. The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 until 2014. The main data used in this research is the financial data in 2010 until 2014. Completed and selected financial data this research are 32 companies so that the samples in this research using five periods are 160. For examining data, this research uses panel data regression model. After running chow test and Hausman test, the most suitable method for the regression is fixed effects method. This research shows that institutional ownership has positive influence significantly on the company’s value, capital structure has no influence significantly on the company’s value

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PENGELOLAAN PEMBIAYAAN DAN RISIKO KEMENTERIAN KEUANGAN
This research aimed to determine whether there is influence between Training and Work Motivation to Employee Performance of Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. This research uses the quantitative method. The number of samples in this research was 50 respondents. This research uses the purposive sampling method to determine the samples with the criteria of employees who had attended training in 2016 – 2017. Method of completion of data used in this research were a questionnaire, interviews, and research literature. The result of t-test shows a significant influence of training variable on employee performance with t-value 2.382, meanwhile work motivation variable does not significantly affect the employee performance with t-value 1.654. Training and Work motivation variables simultaneously have an effect of 21.3% on employee performance.

PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and commitment to OCB.Data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples as many as 62 respondents who are the entire population of PT. TAW area west Jakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple regression methods. The results showed that Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB and Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB. Suggestion in this research job satisfaction most dominantly influence to OCB on salary indicator, promotion in this case company expected to increase employee job satisfaction by increasing employee salary, clarify system of appointment of permanent employees and career ladder, expected to increase organizational commitment to every employee for example with reward employees with integrity and high dedication to the company.
