    ANALISIS PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS KOMPUTER, PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PEMERINTAHAN PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

    The aim of this paper is to examine the effects of management information system, training and discipline on employees performance at government sector in Jakarta. The questionnaires were administeredto get primary data from 60 persons. Descriptive statistics and path analysis were used to explain the variance in outcome variables. The result shows that there is a significant influence of the variables of management information system, training and work dicipline toward the work performance among the employees, either partially or simultaneously. Partially, variable of management information system indicates the highest influence toward employees performance with R2 = 0,312. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three independent variables determine the highest influence toward variable of work performance with adjusted R2 = 0,469.     Paid plastic bags policy issued by The Ministry of Environmental and Forestry to reduce plastic waste problem and promote green behaviour lifestyle. In order to change consumer behaviour when using plastic bags, government need to look over the marketing of paid plastic bags policy. The objective of this study are to identify customer respons about using their own bags, customer perceptions of green marketing and green behaviour, analyze green marketing of paid plastic bags policy influence towards green behavior.Primary data are obtained by questionnaire method and the secondary data are obtained from Department of Industry and Trade. The data have been analyzed using structural equation model and descriptive analysis. The result of this study shows after the policy applied, more customers are willing to carry their own shopping bag and reduce using plastic bags. The price of plastic bags are still considered too cheap and should be increased.     The research aims to analyze the influence of corporate characteristic on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with institutional ownership as a moderating variable. The population of this research is manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDK) 2011-2015. Research sampling used purposive sampling technique. There are 22 samples that meet the criteria as a sample of research with 5 years of observation. The total sample studied was 110. The multiple regression analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The results indicate that firm size, firm age, and leverage have a significant influence on the corporate social responsibility; and simultaneously firm size, firm age, and leverage have a significant influence on the corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, institutional ownership weakens the effect of firm size on the disclosure of social responsibility. While institutional ownership weakens the effect of firm age and leverage on the disclosure of social responsibility.     This article aims to develop a short form of the locus of control scale. The study was conducted in two stages: a study of 66 respondents as pilot testing which aims to test content validity, structure validity, and internal consistency. Study 2 was conducted on 328 respondents used to test the validity and reliability of the scale evaluated by the PLS-SEM method (such as internal consistency, convergent validity, and discriminant validity). The analysis concludes that the 8-item locus of control scales tested have adequate validity and reliability.     The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of brand image and price towards mineral water customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 13 with 114 respondent of the sample which is the people of Medan Satria districts who has to consume Aqua mineral water more than three times in a week using nonprobability sampling method and convenience sampling techniques. The result of this research shows all the three hypothesis in this research are accepted, by partially and together with the coefficient of regression of brand image is 0,275 and price is 0,391.     PENGARUH ABILITY, BENEVOLENCE DAN INTEGRITY TERHADAP TRUST, SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PARTISIPASI PELANGGAN E-COMMERCE: STUDI KASUS PADA PELANGGAN E-COMMERCE DI UBM

    This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM.     This article aims to analyze the movement of Rupiah to US Dollar rate and to create ARIMA forecasting model. daily Rupiah middle rate from M11 2014 to M06 2017 is taken from www.bi.go.id. Eviews 6 portable is implemented to analyze the data. The results show that the movement of Rupiah to US Dollar rate tends to fluctuate and ARIMA (1,0,0) model 〖kurs〗_t=13395.21+0.983776〖kurs〗_(t-1) indicates that Rupiah rate affected by previous day(t-1) rate and model can be used to forecast the future exchange rate.     The study aimed to analyze the perceptions of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor on BPJS health service quality and satisfaction level of the national health insurance program and to analyze the effects of service quality on the doctors’ satisfaction. Questionnaires were utilized to obtain the primary data, while literature reviews were conducted to obtain the secondary data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research, in reference to the descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the doctors in Hermina Hospital Bogor on satisfaction and quality service of the National Health Insurance program, indicated that the program is considered unsuitable in its implementation. The results of multiple regression showed that the variables of BPJS service quality have influences on the satisfaction of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor.
