VALIDITAS ISI: TAHAP AWAL PENGEMBANGAN KUESIONER
Get PDFThis paper aims to identify the content validity techniques in the early stages of developing the questionnaire. Using the literature study, it can be concluded: first, there is no standard technique for accessing the content validity. The researchers can use a qualitative, quantitative, or mix methods. Second, the common qualitative techniques used are through in-depth interviews or FGDs with experts (logical validity) or users (face validity). Third, the common statistical techniques used in testing content validity in the last ten years is the content validity index (CVI) based on the expert agreement level on the item (i-CVI) or S-CVI on the questionnaire as a whole. Other statistical techniques such as Kappa coefficients, ANOVA, and correlation are also commonly used in the initial testing process of the questionnaire. Simulation and case study are discussed in the article.

Get PDFIn carrying out duties in giving lectures, the lecturers receive services from the university and the department in charge to serve the needs of the lecturers at XYZ University is Academic Service (AS). This research intends to measure the satisfaction of the lecturers regarding the services provided by Academic Service of XYZ University. Data analysis tool used in this research is the Multiple Regression Analysis.The test results show that the responsiveness and assurance factors have dominant influence on lecturers’ satisfaction at XYZ University.The conclusion from this research is that the five factors of service quality together have significant effect on lecturers’ satisfaction at XYZ University.

LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN: UJI KOMPARASI
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the relationship between locus of control and employee performance in a company in Jakarta. Using a sample of 54 employees (15 female and 39 male). This study tested the usefulness of locus of internal and external controls for explaining work performance using independent t-test. The results conclude that there is no difference in performance between employees who have a tendency to the locus of control internal with external, or in other words, the locus of control is not a factor that can explain the variation of performance. Limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are discussed.

Get PDFThe aims of this study is to find empirical evidence, that there is a significant relationship between the Non Performing Loan Ratio is reflected in indicators of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) with a Profitability Ratio that is reflected in the indicators Net Profit Margin (NPM).The collecting of data method is secondary sources from Quarterly Financial Report Rural Banks (hereinafter referred to as BPR) as the city of Tangerang. The sample in this study is BPRin Kota Tangerang are categorized as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SMEs). The hypothesis was tested by normality test and linear regression, The results of the study are not found empirical evidence that there is a significant relationship between Non-Performing Loan Ratios were reflected in NPL with Ratio Profitability indicators are reflected in indicators of NPM.These results indicate that required the mediating factor, namely the Contractual Interest Income from Loans and Expenses of Assets Allowance (hereinafter referred PPAPWD)

FAKTOR DETERMINAN PEMBENTUK STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR FARMASI PERIODE 2012 - 2016
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure.

UPAYA PEMERATAAN KONTRIBUSI PARIWISATA PADA PEREKONOMIAN BALI
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the distribution of income from tourism activities in Bali and to identify opportunities for more equitable utilization. The survey results show that: (1) the economic impacts of tourism activities on the Balinese economy can be seen from 3 aspects: sectoral output increase, employment output, and wage/salary output, which significantly affects the performance of particular sectors. The air transport sector in Bali is becoming the sector with the biggest increase in output and the increase in revenue due to the spending of foreign tourists. Meanwhile, the trade sector enjoys the highest employment absorption. (2) There is a gap between districts/cities in the Bali region which is shown by the amount of tourism share in business turnover in Badung regency compared to other regions. (3) There is still a chance of even distribution of tourism in Bali. Efforts to build tourist destinations in the peripheral region can be one option for efforts to state tourism activities in Bali.

ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. XYZ
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment toward employee performance in PT. XYZ. This study uses survey method and data collection techniques used is literature study, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study was all employees of PT. XYZ (XYZ Print), which amounted to 79 people. This study uses regression analysis mooted simple and multiple regression. The collected data were processed using SPSS 23. The results showed that motivation and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Motivation and commitment to the organization to have a greater influence on employee performance if both improved simultaneously rather than partially.

PENGARUH TRUST, PRICE DAN SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP INTENTION TO PURCHASE PELANGGAN BHINNEKA.COM
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%.
