Efektifitas Aplikasi Pupuk Kandang Ayam dan Bokashi Kayambang terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) di Lahan Berpasir
One of the plants favored by all levels of society is cucumber because the fruit is consumed in fresh form, besides that it is also an ingredient in cosmetics, medicines and can be used as industrial raw materials. The type of research land is sandy soil which has problems, namely poor structure, low water absorption and storage capacity. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of interaction between chicken manure and bokashi Kayambang on the growth and yield of cucumber plants on sandy soil. The study was arranged in a factorial manner, using a Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors, 3 levels and 3 repetitions. The research stages started from land preparation, nursery, planting, maintenance, fertilization, maintenance and harvesting. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the plants that were given single treatment with bokashi Kayambang had a very significant effect on plant height at 21 and 28 DAP, number of leaves at 14 DAP, fruit length and number of fruit. While the combination treatment of chicken manure with bokashi Kayambang did not occur in all the observed variables. Cucumber fruit production per hectare using chicken manure treatment 2 t ha-1 and bokashi Kayambang 15 t ha-1 resulted in a weight of 2,911, 6 kg -1
Salah satu tanaman yang disukai semua lapisan masyarakat adalah mentimun karena buahnya dikonsumsi bentuk segar, selain itu juga merupakan bahan kosmetika, obat-obatan dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri. Tipe lahan penelitian adalah tanah berpasir yang mempunyai masalah yaitu strukturnya buruk, kemampuan menyerap dan menyimpan air rendah. Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh pupuk kandang ayam dan bokashi kayambang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun pada tanah berpasir. Penelitian disusun secara faktorial, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 2 faktor perlakuan, 3 taraf dan 3 kali diulang. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari persiapan lahan, persemaian, penanaman, pemeliharaan, pemupukan, pemeliharaan dan panen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanaman yang diberi perlakuan tunggal bokashi kayambang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 21, dan 28 HST, jumlah daun umur 14 HST, panjang buah dan jumlah buah. Sedangkan perlakuan kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam dengan bokashi kayambang tidak terjadi interaksi di semua variabel pengamatan. Produksi buah mentimun per hektar dengan menggunakan perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam 2 t ha-1 dan bokashi kayambang 15 t ha-1 menghasilkan bobot sebesar 2.911, 6 kg -
Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) dalam Polybag Akibat Pemberian Pupuk KNO3 Berbagai Dosis
Shallots are one type of vegetable plant that has the potential to be cultivated in polybags to be used as filling plants in the yard of the house. The aim of the study was to determine the best dose of KNO3 fertilizer for the growth and yield of shallots in polybags. The treatments used in this study were unfertilized (0 g polybag-1), 0,3 g polybag-1, 0,6 g polybag-1, 0,9 g polybag-1, 1,2 g polybag-1, 1,5 g polybag-1, and 1., g polybag-1. The results showed that the treatment used had a significant effect on the growth and yield of shallots, especially on the variables of tuber diameter, dry bulb weight harvested per clump, and average dry weight harvested per tuber. KNO3 treatment dose of 0.9 g polybag-1 was the best treatment to increase the growth and yield of shallots in polybagsTanaman bawang merah merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yangberpotensi untuk dibudidayakan di dalam polibag untuk dijadikan tanaman pengisipekarangan rumah. Penelitian bertujuan unuk mengetahui dosis pupuk KNO3 yangterbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah dalam polibag. Perlakuanyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tanpa dipupuk (0 gpolibag-1), 0,3 g polibag1, 0,6 g polibag-1, 0,9 g polibag-1, 1,2 g polibag-1, 1,5 g polibag-1, dan 1,8 g polibag-1.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan yang digunakan memberikan pengaruhnyata pada pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah, terutama pada peubah diameter umbi,bobot umbi kering panen per rumpun, dan rata-rata berat kering panen umbi-1. perlakuandosis KNO30,9 g polibag-1 merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk meningkatkanpertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah dalam polibag
Kinerja Alat Pemipil dan Pengukuran Susut Pemipilan Jagung
At corn post-harvest handling activities, the shelling process is an important activity that needs special attention. One of the mechanical equipment for post-harvest handling of corn is the corn sheller. The purpose of this study was to measure the scattered losses and quality losses in the corn threshing / shelling process and to analyze the performance of the corn thresher / sheller machine. The results showed that the use of corn sheller with a rotating speed of 652 rpm with a tool capacity of 1.08 tonnes / hour resulted in practical scattered losses (TP) was 0.69%, scattered losses 1 (T1) was 1.85%, scattered losses 2 (T2) was 0.21%. and the scattered losses 3 (T3) was 1.46%. From the results of manual bleaching of shelled corn kernels according to the SNI 01-3920-1995 quality criteria regarding the quality of shelled corn (provided that the corn kernels are dried again until the moisture content reaches 14%), while the results of mechanically plucked corn kernels are not suitable with SNI 01-3920-1995 regarding the quality of shelled corn because it has a level of damage to the seeds> 8% due to the high moisture content of the corn kernels.Pada kegiatan penanganan pascapanen jagung, proses pemipilan merupakan aktivitas penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Salah satu peralatan mekanis untuk penanganan pascapanen jagung yaitu alat pemipil jagung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur susut tercecer dan susut mutu pada proses perontokan/ pemipilan jagung dan menganalisa kinerja mesin perontok/ pemipil jagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat pemipil jagung dengan kecepatan putar 652 rpm dengan kapasitas alat 1.08 ton/jam menghasilkan susut tercecer praktis (TP) sebesar 0.69%, susut tercecer 1 (T1) sebesar 1.85%, susut tercecer 2 (T2) sebesar 0.21% serta susut tercecer 3 (T3) sebesar 1.46%. Dari hasil pemutuan biji jagung yang dipipil secara manual sesuai dengan kriteria mutu II SNI 01-3920-1995 tentang mutu jagung pipilan (dengan catatan biji jagung dikeringkan kembali hingga kadar air mencapai 14%), sedangkan hasil pemutuan biji jagung yang dipipil secara mekanis tidak sesuai dengan SNI 01-3920-1995 tentang mutu jagung pipilan dikarenakan memiliki tingkat kerusakan biji >8% yang disebabkan karena masih tingginya kadar air biji jagung
Audit Pada Akun Penjualan Real Estate PT RAI
PT RAI is a property company based in Jakarta. Sales are the main activity of the company to increase revenue, the source of revenue comes from the sale of real estate. There are constraints in recording sales that resulted in misstatements in 2019, this change occurred because the company could not fully acknowledge sales because there were sales that were not recognized by PSAK 72. The purpose of this writing is to know the audit process and the results of the audit of real estate sales accounts at PT RAI. The source of data drafting this scientific work is secondary data with the method of data collection is a method of documentation and the analysis method used is quantitative descriptive. This article discusses the audit process of sales accounts that have been established by KAP TRR, based on the sales audit process conducted, the author notices some errors in the recognition of sales accounts. In the final stages of examination conducted correction journal related to these errors. Based on the discussion of this scientific work and the audit process that has been conducted at PT RAI, it can be concluded that the audit process on the sales account that has been done is sufficient. Audit adjustments have been made on the results of audit findings related to misstatements on sales accounts, then on the sales account there are no other material misstatements
Kinerja Keuangan Bank Syariah sebagai Implikasi atas Konsentrasi Kepemilikan
This study aims to examine the effect of ownership concentration and type of share ownership on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample used is Islamic commercial banks recorded in Indonesian Islamic Banking Statistics, with a study period of five years, from 2014 to 2018. Regression testing involves financial performance (ROA, ROE, and NPL) as the dependent variable; ownership concentration (K) and ownership type (INST, GOV, FAM and FOR) as independent variables; and some control variables, such as CAR, size, leverage, and company age. Data collected shows that all of Islamic Banks in Indonesia have concentrated ownership, therefore that factor should be omitted from independent variables. Based on hypothesis testing, we find that financial performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia are not influenced by it’s ownership type

ANALISIS RISIKO PRODUKSI CABAI MERAH DI DESA MARGOTOTO KECAMATAN METRO KIBANG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR
This research to analyze the risk of red chili production in Margototo Village Metro Kibang District East Lampung Regency. This research was conducted in Margototo Village Metro Kibang District East Lampung Regency. Methods Sampling was conducted using a simple random sampling method. With a sample of 37 farmers who participate in farmer groups that cultivate red chili. This research was conducted from December 2020 to January 2021. Coefficient of Variation (CV) analysis were used t answer. The results showed that the production risk of red chili farming in Maragoto Village Metro Kibang District East Lampung Regency had a low risk with a coefficient of variation for production risk of 0.31.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko produksi cabai merah di Desa Margototo Kecamatan Metro Kibang Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Penelitian dilakukan di di Desa Margototo Kecamatan Metro Kibang Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana (simpel random sampling). Dengan pemilihan sampel sebanyak 37 petani yang ikut dalam kelompok tani yang membudidayakan cabai merah. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2020 hingga Januari 2021. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut dianalisis dengan dengan menggunakan koefisien variasi (CV). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko produksi pada usahatani cabai merah di Desa Maragoto Kecamatan Metro Kibang Kabupaten Lampung Timur memiliki risiko yang rendah dengan nilai koefisien variasi untuk risiko produksi sebesar 0,31.

Uji Konduktivitas Benih pada Beberapa Genotipe Mutan Kedelai Hitam Generasi Mutan ke Tiga (M3)
At the selection stage in breeding with gamma irradiation mutation induction, seeds from the previous generation are needed to be planted in the field to obtain the next generation of mutants. The seeds before planting have undergone a storage period, during the storage period if the temperature, humidity, and storage conditions are not right it will affect the viability and vigor of the seeds which can reduce the germination of seeds in the field Tests to determine seed vigor can be done by conducting a conductivity test (DHL). The purpose of this study was to determine the conductivity value of each genotype of the third generation mutant and the percentage of germination of black soybean seeds during the storage period. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 10 mutant genotypes and 1 control (without irradiation), and each treatment was replicated four times. Observation variables were electrical conductivity/conductivity, germination rate, growth speed, growth synchronously, vigor index, and maximum growth potential. Based on the conductivity/DHL test, genotypes with high Conductivity/DHL values have a low percentage of germination, but the percentage of germination is still above 80% during the storage period, so it is expected that they will still have high germination ability in the field.
Keywords: electrical conductivity, black soybean, and conductivity.Pada tahap seleksi pada pemuliaan dengan induksi mutasi iradiasi sinar gamma, dibutuhkan benih hasil generasi sebelumnya untuk dapat ditanam di lapangan agar memperoleh generasi mutan selanjutnya. Benih sebelum ditanam telah mengalami periode penyimpanan, selama masa penyimpanan jika kondisi suhu, kelembaban dan wadah penyimpanan tidak tepat maka akan mempengaruhi viabilitas dan vigor benih yang dapat menurunkan daya berkecambah benih di lapangan. Pengujian untuk mengetahui vigor benih dapat dengan melakukan uji konduktivitas/Daya hantar listrik (DHL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai konduktivitas tiap genotip mutan generasi ke tiga dan persentase daya berkecambah benih kedelai hitam selama periode simpan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial yang dengan 10 Genotip mutan dan 1 Kontrol (tanpa iradiasi), dan setiap perlakuan di ulang sebanyak empat kali. Variabel pengamatan adalah Konduktivitas/Daya hantar listrik, Daya berkecambah, Kecepatan tumbuh, Keserempakan tumbuh, Indeks vigor, dan Potensi tumbuh maksimum. Berdasarkan uji konduktivitas/DHL, genotip dengan nilai Konduktivitas/DHL tinggi maka daya berkecambah memiliki persentase rendah, namun persentase daya berkecambah masih di atas 80% seama periode simpan, sehingga diharapkan masih memiliki kemampuan berkecambah tinggi di lapangan.

Sistem Akuaponik “Kulkas Hidup” Untuk Daerah Lahan Terbatas, Sulit Air dan Daerah Pasca Bencana
The high population growth has led to less land for agriculture and fisheries, while the demand for food is increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the survival rate of fish, daily growth rate, feed convertion ratio, character of aquaponic media, vegetable productivity, and water quality in a aquaponics.The results obtained by the survival rate at a fish density of 5 kg/bucket were 77-81%. The daily weight growth rate and feed convertion ratio at a fish density of 5 kg/bucket with feeding frequency of one time more effective. The character of the live system aquaponics media has many advantages, namely: water saving, simple system, no need for electricity, suitable for areas with minimal land, low investment costs, easy to implement, suitable for household production, the density of fish being raised is quite high. The productivity of vegetables is also good, the plant density is quite high, and good water quality. The aquaponics system of “kulkas hidup” can be used as a solution for food availability in densely populated areas, limited water areas and post-disaster areas.

Tingginya pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk menyebabkan semakin berkurangnya lahan pertanian dan perikanan, sementara di sisi lain permintaan akan bahan pangan semakin meningkat. Hal ini mendorong munculnya inovasi menciptakan budidaya pada lahan terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui survival rate ikan, laju pertumbuhan harian, feed convertion ratio, karakter media akuaponik, produktivitas sayuran serta kualitas air pada sistem akuaponik sebagai bentuk inovasi kulkas hidup. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi atas permasalahan pangan di daerah sempit, padat penduduk, daerah sulit air dan daerah pasca bencana. Hasil yang didapatkan Survival Rate pada kepadatan ikan 5 kg/ember cukup baik yaitu 77-81%. Laju pertumbuhan bobot harian serta feed convertion ratio pada kepadatan ikan 5 kg/ember dengan frekuensi pakan satu kali lebih efektif dan menguntungkan. Karakter media akuaponik sistem kulkas hidup mempunyai banyak kelebihan yaitu: hemat air, sistemnya sederhana, tidak membutuhkan listrik, cocok untuk daerah minim lahan, biaya investasi murah, mudah di laksanakan, cocok untuk produksi rumah tangga, kepadatan ikan yang dipelihara cukup tinggi. Produktivitas sayuran kangkung juga baik dengan media tanam cukup menggunakan arang kayu, kepadatan tanaman cukup tinggi, dan jumlah pakan ikan yang rendah sudah mampu menghasilkan kangkung yang banyak dengan kualitas air yang cukup baik. Akuaponik sistem kulkas hidup dapat dijadikan pilihan solusi untuk ketersediaan pangan di daerah yang padat penduduk, daerah sulit air dan daerah pasca bencana.

Training of Rejected Layer Chicken Meat Floss in the Karang Jaya Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Provience
Daging ayam ras petelur afkir memiliki kualitas yang rendah seperti aromanya yang amis dan tekstur dagingnya yang alot. Hal ini menyebabkan konsumsi masyarakat terhadap daging ayam ras petelur afkir rendah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pelatihan kepada PKK. Desa Karang Jaya terkait pengolahan daging ayam ras petelur afkir menjadi abon. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di desa Karang Jaya, Kecamatan Selupu Rejang kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi: transfer ilmu pengetahuan tentang ayam ras petelur, daging ayam ras petelur, abon, manfaat pembuatan abon, dan teknik pengemasan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan inti yaitu pelatihan pembuatan abon ayam ras petelur afkir, dan pengemasan abon. Sebelum dan setelah rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pengetahuan, keterampilan dan minat peserta terhadap pelatihan pembuatan abon. Hasil dari pelatihan ini terlihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 50%, keterampilan meningkat sebesar 78%, dan minat peserta baik sebelum dan setelah pelatihan tetap bertahan 100%. Simpulan dari kegiatan penabdian ini adalah bahwa kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan abon daging ayam ras petelur afkir telah berlangsung dengan baik, peserta antusias mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan pelatihan serta terjadi peningkatan dari segi pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta terkait abon ayam ras petelur afkir.

This causes people's consumption of rejected layer chicken meat to be scant. The purpose of the service activity is to conduct training Family Welfare Program at Karang Jaya Village related to the processing of refined laying chicken into floss. This training was held in Karang Jaya Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The stage of this service activities includes a transfer of knowledge about layer chicken, layer chicken meat, floss, the benefits of making floss, and packaging techniques. Then proceed with the core activities, namely training in made rejected layer chicken meat floss and packaging. Before and after a series of service activities, an evaluation of the knowledge, skill, and interest of the participants in the floss-making training was conducted. The result of this training showed that there was an increase in knowledge by 50%, skills have been well, the participants are enthusiastic about participating in a series of training activities and there has been an increase in the knowledge and skill of participants related to rejected layer chicken meat floss
