Pemetaan Sektor Agribisnis Pangan Unggulan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas
This study aims to map food commodities that are feasible to develop in Musi Rawas Regency. The method of calculation used to determine superior and non-superior commodities is the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The data used includes secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of Musi Rawas Regency in 2019, as well as primary data from interviews with farmers. The results showed that of the eight food commodities, there were 6 which were superior commodities, namely lading rice, sweet potato, maize, peanuts, green beans, and soybeans, while the other two, namely lowland rice and cassava, were non-superior food commodities
Karakteristik Sensori, Kimia dan Fisik Pempek dari Ikan Tenggiri dan Ikan Kiter pada Berbagai Formulasi
Pempek is one of the traditional snack food from Palembang which is made from fish and very popular in Indonesia. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of barred mackerel fish and pick handle barracuda fish meat on sensory, chemical, and physical properties and to determine the best economic formulation of pempek. This study used the Completely Randomized Design with six-level treatments of a combination of barred mackerel fish and pick handle barracuda fish, respectively, 200 g-0 g (P1), 160 g-40 g (P2), 120 g-80 g (P3), 80 g-120 g (P4), 40 g-160 g (P5), and 0 g-200 g (P6). The characteristics of pempek were observed on the sensory (color, aroma, taste, texture, and overall acceptance), chemical (moisture and protein content), and physical properties (hardness, cohesiveness, springiness). The result showed that the treatment only has a significant effect on the color parameter of sensory properties. The higher amount of use of pick handle barracuda fish significantly reduced the panelist preference on color. The best formulation chosen was the combination of 40 g barred mackerel fish and 160 g pick handle barracuda with an economic total raw material cost of Rp 12.750. Pengaruh Strategi Inovasi Startup (Futuristik, Ramah Lingkungan, Dan Keunggulan Kualitas) Fore Coffee Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen
ABSTRACT
The research objective was to analyze the influence of a startup innovation strategy in the form of a futuristic concept of digital services, environmental friendliness, and the quality advantages offered on customer satisfaction. In this study there are 4 variables and 15 indicators (3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable), then the minimum sample size is 15 x 6 = 90 samples. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and component-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Futuristic Concept plays a significant role in influencing consumer satisfaction of Fore coffee. Quality excellence has the most significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fore coffee. Environmentally friendly factors do not significantly influence customer satisfaction Fore coffee.

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi inovasi startup berupa konsep futuristis layanan digital, ramah lingkungan, dan keunggulan kualitas yang ditawarkan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel dan 15 indikator (3 variabel independen dan 1 variabel dependen), maka jumlah anggota sampel minimal adalah 15 x 6 = 90 sampel. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) berbasis komponen dengan menggunakan Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) sebagai alat analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Konsep Futuristis cukup berperan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Fore coffee. Keunggulan kualitas berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Fore coffee. Faktor ramah lingkungan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Fore coffee.

Reaksi Pasar atas Publikasi Laporan Keuangan Interim Diaudit Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan-Perusahaan yang Mempublik di Bursa Efek Indonesia
This study was conducted on interim financial statements of companies included in the calculation of the KOMPAS 100 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the consideration that the companies' shares included in the KOMPAS 100 index on average per year control more than 75% in volume trade and market capitalization on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) so that it is considered the most widely traded stock. Hence, it is expected that many interested parties (especially active investors) of the interim financial report and use accounting information from the company in its investment decisions. The study was conducted on quarterly financial statements, mid-year financial reports and quarterly financial statements.The results of this study indicate that the market responds widely to the announcement of the Interim Financial Report I and Interim Financial Report II published by the issuer. On the other hand the market does not respond broadly to the announcement of the Interim Financial Report III published by the issuer.The involvement of auditors in interim financial reports in the form of reviews and complete audits does not have an impact on improving the quality of information on interim financial statements received by investors. This is demonstrated by the absence of differences in market reactions to the publication of interim financial statements.Keywords: Interim Financial Reports, Market Reaction
Designing prototype system for academic information service with Cloud Computing basis
Academic service system is one of the supporting elements in education in high school or universities. Despite the rising awareness of the usefulness of the IT based academic system, some education institutions do not have the ability of developing and implementing the system, especially due to the limited financial condition. The development of cloud computing based information system appears as a new paradigm in IT world which enable the school to implement IT based academic information system without investing big expenses of IT tools. The research is to learn the design of architecture system and prototype system of the supporting software for the school academic services. Information System Design of River Water Quality in Lampung Province through Personal Extreme Programming Method
Water is vital natural resource for human and other living creatures as well as the capital for development. Nowadays, the need of clean water both quality and quantity increase sharply due to the increase of population. Although Indonesia is known to have 6% of world water resources or 21% of Asia Pacific, the scarce of water availability increase every year. The tendency of water consumption increases exponentially while the water availability decreases due to natural destruction and pollution. Similar condition also happens in Lampung province. Even though Lampung has some potentials of water resources, the problem of getting clean water appears in some places. To handle the problem, it is needed a system that can inform river water quality in Lampung so that the society can use and reserve the water resource. With Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, the development of water quality information system can be developed fast and effectively. Model Deteksi Dini Penyebaran Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman dengan Sistem SMS GATEWAY pada Kelompok Tani
Pest is an obstacle to world agriculture, spread can occur very quickly if too late to be controlled. The government has provided extension field as a builder of farmers in crop management field, pest management to monitor the progress of growth and yield of agricultural cultivation. The limited amount of extension is not proportional to the area of cultivation so that in case of pests likely to be too late to get information and also late in handling. Agricultural information system that is easily used by farmers to inform the incidence of pests and diseases.Through early detection system based on SMS Gateway can inform farmers pest attack by sending an SMS to the system, then the system automatically forward the information to the extension to be reviewed shortly. The Value chain Analysis at rattan Industry Cluster in south Lampung
The objective of this research is to make deep analysis of how the rattan industry cluster manages activities within its firm value chain. This is important because through value chain analysis, the activities that have and have not contribute value added to firm’s competitive advantage can be identified. The analysis used include the analysis of the internal condition was done in two ways, Resources Analysis and Capability Analysis. The next step was done to assess the value chain analysis of five primary activities and four support activities. The results showed the rattan industry cluster has several strengths that are distinctive competencies which include economies of scale, strong marketing and service excellence. Besides weaknesses is the limited space in the factory warehouse, workplace less representative, the number of quality control is still not good for the parts of steam, weaving and finishing, coordination is still lacking, yet it has its own trademark (patent), as well as employee performance still relatively low perceived.Keywords: rattan industry cluster, value chain, distinctive competencie
Pengaruh Media Tanam Hidroponik terhadap Pertumbuhan Bayam (Amaranthus sp.) dan Selada (Lactuca sativa)
As the human population rises, the demand for high nutritional foods, such as vegetables, also increases. However, agricultural land, especially in urban areas, is narrowing. Hydroponics can be one of the solutions to answer this problem. In addition to complete nutrition, hydroponic plants also require appropriate media for root attachment, water absorption, and aeration. Unfortunately, no studies have compared the growth of hydroponic plants using rockwool and sponge as affordable growing media. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of local rockwool, imported rockwool, and sponge as growing media on the growth of spinach (Amaranthus sp.) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa) using Deep Flow Technique (DFT). This study used a Completely Randomized Design with three treatment groups, i.e., three different growing media, for spinach and lettuce. At the harvest period, the number of leaves on each plant was counted, the crown fresh-weight was balanced, and the chlorophyll content was determined. Plant height was also measured for spinach. The results showed that the three types of growing media had no significant effect on the number of leaves, plant height, crown fresh-weight, and chlorophyll content of spinach. However, the number of leaves (25.25 ± 1.38) and the crown fresh-weight (141.27 ±16.49 g) of lettuce grown on the local rockwool media were significantly higher than the number of leaves (17.00 ± 0.77) and the crown fresh-weight (81.48 ± 9.50 g) of lettuce planted on the sponge media. Other hydroponic growing media’s influences can be investigated for further research, with additional growth parameters such as crown dry- weight, root fresh- and dryweight, as well as the determination of plant phytochemical contents. Moreover, the correlation between nutritional formulations and the type of growing media can be further examined to obtain the most optimum spinach and lettuce growth.As the human population rises, the demand for high nutritional foods, such as green vegetables, also increases. Moreover, the composition of nutrients can also be further examined to reveal the type of growing media and nutritional formulations that are most optimum for hydroponic spinach and lettuce growth
Pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi (SMKI) Pada Pusat Data UPT Puskom Polinela
In the implementation of ICT an educational institution, a data center is an ICT facility which is used as a placement, storage, and data and information processing. The ICT facilities are very risky at main business process when unmanaged appropriately. ISO27001 is an information security management system standard that can be used as a reference in designing a management of ICT facilities. This paper describes the design of an information security management system in a data center of State Polytechnics of Lampung (Polinela). This study begins by studying general description of the organization; defining the scope of the evaluation, and designing the tools. Expert judgment evaluation results show that the control of the recommended risk control is appropriate and can be applied to the locus of research.Key words : ISMS, security, information, managemen
