Studi Meta-analisis: Pengaruh Penambahan Kultur Starter pada Profil Fermentasi, Mikroorganisme, dan Metabolit Hasil Fermentasi Biji Kakao (Theobroma cacao L.)
Fermentation of cocoa beans can produce flavour precursors and colour changes in chocolate. Generally, this process is carried out for 5-7 days without adding starter culture. Adding a starter culture is considered to improve the quality of cocoa beans and shorten the fermentation time. The purpose of this study was to compare the starter cultures used in the cocoa bean fermentation process through a meta-analysis approach. Twenty-four related articles have been screened from the initial number of 110 articles. There are five starter cultures and six parameters that can be processed by Confidence Interval (CI) analysis. Calculating p and I2 values using STATA software was performed to see variations between studies and test the significance of their effects during the fermentation process through p values. The variation test between studies showed that the profiles of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and acetic acid bacteria (AAB) were heterogeneous. While the yeast profile, levels of lactic acid, acetic acid and pH between studies are homogeneous. The results of the study showed that the addition of starter culture will affect the levels of yeast profile (ES: 0.470; 95% CI: 0.371 to 0.569; p = 0.0); LAB profile (ES: 0.747; 95% CI: 0.600 to 0.894; p = 0,0); AAB profile (ES: 0.808; 95% CI: 0.663 to 0.953; p = 0.0); lactic acid (ES: -0.003; 95% CI: -0.162 to 0.156; p = 0.039); acetic acid (ES: 0.189; 95% CI: 0.01 to 0.368; p = 0.039) and pH (ES: 0.109; 95% CI: 0.001 to 0.218; p = 0.049). Using pure starter cultures can increase the number of microbes of the type added and increase metabolic activity by showing a decrease in acetic acid levels in cocoa beans at the end of the fermentation process. PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEGUNAAN PADA APLIKASI MONITORING PEMASANGAN JARINGAN PT XYZ DENGAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS): SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE
The Network Installation Monitoring Application currently used by PT XYZ in reporting network installation work has never been evaluated for the usability of the application. The measurement of the usability level of the network installation monitoring application is the initial stage to assess the success of website implementation. The research was conducted by giving questionnaires to respondents in the assessment and calculation of the number of sus scores that can be done with a small number of samples. There are 10 questions on the questionnaire with a rating scale of 1 to 5 for a rating of strongly agree. The result of the score calculation shows the number 75.7, so it is included in the good category or the application is feasible to use.Aplikasi Monitoring Pemasangan Jaringan saat ini diguanakan PT XYZ dalam melakukan pelaporan pekerjaan pemasangan jaringan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi usability pada aplikasi tersebut. Pengukuran tingkat kegunaan pada aplikasi monitoring pemasangan jaringan merupakan tahap awal untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi website. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada responden dalam penilaian dan perhitungan jumlah score sus yang dapat dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel yang sedikit. Pertanyaan pada kuisioner berjumlah 10 dengan skala penilaian 1 sampai 5 untuk penilaian sangat setuju. Hasil perhitungan score menunjukan angka 75,7 maka termasuk kategori good atau aplikasi tersebut layak digunakan
Android based Agriculture products price information system
The research is to design the price information system of agriculture products with Android technology basis. The system is useful for the farmers, society or any agribusiness people in getting agriculture product price information. the users are classified according to their accessibility right which are society users that only to access the price information, the users plus group that have the right to provide the price information and the administrator group that have full authority towards the system. The administrator can accept or deny the information provided by the user plus group. The system is developed in accordance with the stages of system/development life cycle (SDLC) through waterfall method. The stages are: analyzing stage to learn the functional and non functional system needs; designing system to design the physical system, logic and interface ; implementing stage that cover the implementing the programming language – Java , and android operating system; assessing stage to assess the system through Black Box testing and; maintaining stage to maintain the system. The assessment result indicates that the system works well; every button designed can function as expected. The test by users also shows that they get the easy access to the information. The users can easily understand the operating manual of the system as it is user frendly and equippped with product pictures visualization. In the future, it is suggested that the system come complete with more agricultural information as horticulture, plantation, fisheries, and livestock.Keywords: Android, Black Box, agriculture product price, informtion system, SDL
Multiplikasi Tunas Kentang Atlantik pada Berbagai Konsentrasi NAA dan Air Kelapa secara In Vitro
Salah satu upaya dan inovasi dalam penyediaan benih kentang unggul adalah melalui teknik in vitro. Penambahan hormon dan bahan alami lain pada teknik in vitro kentang seperti NAA dan air kelapa dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam perbaikan mutu benih yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan NAA terhadap multiplikasi tunas kentang atlantik secara in vitro, mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan air kelapa terhadap multiplikasi tunas kentang atlantik secara in vitro, dan mengetahui pengaruh interaksi perlakuan NAA dan air kelapa terhadap multiplikasi tunas kentang atlantik secara in vitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Politeknik Negeri Lampung pada bulan Oktober 2014 - bulan Januari 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi NAA yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu 0 ml-l dan 1 ml-l. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi air kelapa yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0 ml-l, 100 ml-l, 150 ml-l dan 200 ml-l. Dari hasil analisis data secara diperoleh bahwa perlakuan NAA dan air kelapa berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah hari pembentukan tunas (hari), jumlah hari pembentukan akar (hari) dan panjang tunas per eksplan (cm). Interaksi keduanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter jumlah hari pembentukan akar (hari) dan jumlah tunas cabang primer per eksplan
Pendederan Ikan Patin Pangasius hypophthalmus di Kolam Terpal
Ikan patin merupakan salah satu ikan unggulan budidaya di Indonesia. Produksi ikan patin nasional pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 1.149.400 ton. Pendederan merupakan tahap penting dalam pembenihan. Pada tahap ini sering terjadi kematian akibat perubahan lingkungan yang ekstrim. Pendederan ikan patin pada kolam terpal memiliki beberapa keunggulan yaitu biaya pembuatan murah, mudah dibuat dan dibongkar, serta dapat diterapkan di daerah lahan sempit. Tujuan dari kekeiatan ini adalah mengetahui pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup benih ikan patin. Benih ditebar dengan ukuran 1 inci dengan jumlah tebar 7.200 ekor, dengan ukuran kolam 2m x 1m, pemberian pakan secara at satiation dengan frekunsi 3 x sehari (pagi, siang dan sore). Dari hasil pemeliharaan selama 21 hari didapat SR benih ikan patin mencapai 85%, pertumbuhan panjang akhir 2.1 inch (5.25), pertumbuhan bobot akhir 1.09 gram dan rata-rata laju pertumbuhan panjang harian 2.1% dan rata-rata laju pertumbuhan bobot harian mencapai 5.275%
Deteksi Zona Rawan Tsunami Pesisir Kota Bandar Lampung Menggunakan Data Geospasial Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis
The Bandar Lampung coastal area naturally has the potential of a tsunami hazard. Historically the coastal area of Bandar Lampung City had been hit by a tsunami with a height of 10-30 meters in 1883 when the eruption of Mount Krakatau occurred. The partial collapse of Mount Krakatau, which occurred at the end of 2018, also had a tidal wave impact as high as 1-2 meters in the Bandar Lampung coastal area. This study aims to produce Thematic Maps of Tsunami Hazard Zones in the Coastal Areas of Bandar Lampung City as a source of information for the community and stakeholders. The method used is spatial analysis with GIS through the overlay method. The result shown that eight sub district in Bandar Lampung City are prone to tsunami hazards with risk categories up to very high risk categories
Perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan atas Usaha Katering (Studi Pada Katering SR)
SR catering is a food and beverage provider that is equipped with equipment and equipment for the manufacturing, storage, and presentation process in accordance with the location of the order. In 2018, the Government issued Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018 on the change of the tax rate which was originally 1% to 0.5%. This writing aims to explain the implementation of tax obligations on SR Catering suggested by the Tax Consultant Office Z. The data used is in the form of sales recapitulation for the period january 2019, a certificate of Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018, Annual Tax Return, and proof of deposit. The analytical method used this final task is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this writing show that SR Catering is subject to the tax rules of Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018 where SR Catering has a certificate stating that SR Catering has a certain gross circulation and is subject to Final Income Tax at a rate of 0.5% and in the implementation of its virginity SR Catering performs calculations, deposits, and reporting that has been in accordance with the government regulations.
ANALISIS PERUBAHAN PENGGUNAAN LAHAN PERTANIAN AKIBAT PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL BERBASIS CITRA SATELIT DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN
There are concerns that toll road construction will change livelihoods and reduce agricultural production. This study aims to map the potential agricultural land affected by toll road construction and to analyze the changes. The research was conducted from July to August 2020. The research site was in South Lampung Regency with the consideration that this area is one of the districts affected by toll road construction and is a center for food crops in Lampung Province. To see land changes carried out with a remote sensing system and then calculate the rate of land change. The rate of land conversion analyzed is in the period 2014 to 2020 in South Lampung Regency, with the assumption that in 2015, toll roads will be built and in 2020 the construction will be completed. The data source used is the 2014 and 2020 land use map of South Lampung Regency, the result of interpretation of Landsat imagery. The results showed that the toll road construction almost entirely took up agricultural potential land, both land used for plantations and food crops. From the total land area, 72.13 percent is plantation land and 25.12 percent is land planted with food crop commodities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan lahan pertanian potensial yang terkena pembangunan jalan tol dan dan analisa perubahannya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2020. Tempat penelitian di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan pertimbangan wilayah ini merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang terkena pembangunan jalan tol dan merupakan sentra tanaman pangan di Provinsi Lampung. Untuk melihat perubahan lahan dilakukan dengan system penginderaan jauh dan selanjutnya menghitung laju perubahan lahan. Laju konversi lahan yang dianalisis yaitu dalam kurun waktu tahun 2014 sampai 2020 di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan asumsi tahun 2015 mulai dibangun jalan tol dan pada tahun 2020 pembangunan sudah selesai. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah peta penggunaan lahan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun 2014 dan 2020 hasil interpretasi citra landsat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan jalan tol hampir seluruhnya mengambil lahan potensial pertanian baik lahan yang dimanfaatkan untuk perkebunan maupun tanaman pangan. Dari total luas lahan yang ada 72,13 persen merupakan lahan perkebunan dan 25,12 persen merupakan lahan yang ditanami komoditi tanaman pangan.

Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Hayati dan Pupuk Pelengkap Alkalis terhadap Kemantapan Agregat Tanah dan Hasil Produksi Cabai Merah (Capsicum annuum L.): The Effect of Bio Fertilizer and Alkaline Fertilizer Addition on Soil Aggregate Stability and Production of Red Chili (Capsicum Annuum L.)
Agregat tanah merupakan kesatuan partikel tanah yang melekat satu dengan yang lainnya lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan partikel sekitarnya. Kemantapan agregat tanah dapat didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan tanah untuk bertahan terhadap gaya-gaya yang akan merusaknya. Agregat tanah yang mantap akan mempertahankan sifat-sifat tanah yang baik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil produksi cabai merah (Capsicum annuum L.). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk hayati dan frekuensi pemberian pupuk alkalis terbaik terhadap kemantapan agregat tanah dan produksi tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annuum L.). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang disusun secara faktorial (3x3) dengan 3 ulangan dengan faktor pertama 3 taraf dosis pupuk hayati yaitu 0 l/Ha, 4 l/Ha, dan 8 l/Ha dan pemberian pupuk pelengkap alkalis yang terdiri dari perlakuan tanpa pupuk pelengkap, pemberian pupuk pelengkap 1 kali/minggu, dan pemberian pupuk pelengkap 2 kali/minggu sebagai faktor kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemberian pupuk hayati hingga 8 l/ha berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya kemantapan agregat tanah, bobot kering akar, dan bobot buah per petak secara signifikan. Pupuk alkalis dengan interval aplikasi 2 kali per minggu meningkatkan bobot kering akar dan bobot buah perpetak. Sedangkan interaksi kedua faktor hanya berpengaruh pada bobot buah per petak.

Dampak Kebijakan Harga Pembelian Pemerintah Terhadap Produksi Gula Kristal Putih
The policy objective of government purchase price (harga pembelian pemerintah – HPP) of plantation white sugar in Indonesia is to increase the production. However, while the government increase the HPP, the production was decreased. The purpose of this study was to analize the impact of HPP policy on production of plantation white sugar in Indonesia. This study uses ex-post simulation based on econometrics model (build from monthly time series data from 2012 until 2017, consist of 13 equations and estimated using 2SLS method). The result shows that an increase in HPP causes an increase in plantation white sugar production. However, an increase in labor wages cause decreased in production. The increase HPP also causes an increase in producer surplus.
