Modifikasi Mesin Peniris Minyak Sistim Tabung
The process of oil slicing is one process that can affect the oil content of the frying results. The remaining oil in fried foods when stored for a long time will cause a rancid odor. If consumed directly it will increase cholesterol levels. There are still many oil draining activities on the SME scale that still use traditional methods, namely by draining on the cage. In the previous study, a tube system slicing machine had been made with unhygienic washing machine scraping material. Existing tools can be upgraded by increasing the tube diameter. The research was carried out in several stages, namely: starting with modifying the drain tube, making a collection tube, making an oil outlet, making a frame and mounting an electric motor, making a transmission system, making an electrical system, assembling all the hardware and components. , testing the functional components, measuring the tube rotation of the drainer and testing the performance of the engine that was constructed. The tube was made with a diameter of 30, 35 and 40 cm. The cutting machine can function properly. The stability of the 40 cm diameter tube is better. The higher the tube the more unstable. From the results of testing to drain the 30-diameter diameter cassava chips can within 5 minutes reduce the oil content to 2.16%. Peniris diameter 35 cm 2.28%, peniris diameter 40 cm 2.35%. Dampak Amnesti Pajak dan Sistem Administrasi Modern terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak
The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the impact of tax amnesty and the modern administration system on taxpayer compliance on individual taxpayers in Lampung Province. The object chosen is the taxpayers having NPWP in Lampung Province. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and processed with Likert scale. The samples in this study were 114 people taken randomly. This research is a quantitative research with warpPLS 3.0 test equipment to process data obtained from questionnaires. The results of the study show that tax amnesty as well as the modern administration system has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance
Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Desa Di Kecamatan Waysulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan
Village financial performance reflects the village's ability to manage its resources. The performance of village financial management will determine whether or not the village funds are reached. As one of the public entities, village funds are one of the sources of income for the village that is used to finance various village expenditures in the form of village administration spending, village development spending, community development spending, and community empowerment spending. Local government efforts to extract funding sources derived from regional potentials and the ability to manage and utilize funding sources are finally reflected in the Village Budget (APBDesa). Efficient and effective village fund management is expected to improve village financial performance which in turn is expected to improve the welfare of rural communities. This study aims to determine the financial performance of the village in Waysulan District, South Lampung Regency. Financial performance is approached with 3 financial ratios, namely: independence ratio, efficiency ratio and growth ratio. Based on the discussion that has been done before, it can be concluded that in general the village financial performance in Waysulan District has not yet been resolved. This can be seen with an average independence ratio of 2.05% from a 100% scale, 100% efficiency ratio, and a growth ratio of 35%. Honey is a sweet substance produced by honey bees from flower extracts or plant parts. Food honey is important for human nutrition sources, containing 82.3% carbohydrates. Besides sugar, honey also contains minerals, proteins, and vitamins. Honey can be damage naturally if it has be fermented. Fermentation occurs by yeast at high water content (23-30%). Honey is safe from water content fermentation of 16% -21%, ideally 16-20%. Decreasing water content is the most important step in processing agricultural products. The decrease in water content can be do by drying. Drying can be do by giving heat to the material. Decreasing water content can be do by spraying hot grains that are smooth in moving air to accelerate evaporation of water, reduce temperature gradients, reduce flood damage. Another method of decreasing water content is spraying liquid material in low humidity (low RH) space in this air-conditioned room. At Low RH space, means having low vapor pressure so that it speeds up the evaporation of water. The purpose of this study is to design a honey water-lowering machine that is heated by spraying method in a low RH space. Test the performance of the water-lowering machine made. The research method is designing construction and performing performance tests. Performance tests include comparing moisture content and the final temperature of honey between those sprayed at 50 OC and those sprayed at 29 OC. From the observations, it can be conclud that the final moisture content of honey sprayed with a temperature of 50 OC is higher than the honey temperature of 29 OC. EFEKTIVITAS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR LIMBAH TAHU DALAM MENGURANGI PUPUK NPK PADA TANAMAN MENTIMUN
The Effectiveness of Tofu Liquid Waste Organic Fertilizer in Reducing NPK Fertilizer in Cucumber Plants. Tofu waste contains macro nutrients (NPK) and micro nutrients (Fe, Cl, Mn, Cu, Zn). Tofu waste has the potential to become liquid organic fertilizer (POC). The advantages of tofu waste can reduce the use of NPK on cucumber plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of tofu liquid wate oerganic fertilizer in reducing NPK fertilizer in cucumber plants. This research was conducted in farmers' fields on Jalan Sukarela, Kebun Bunga Kelurahan, Sukarami District Km 7 Palembang, South Sumatra, from July to October 2020. Separate plot design was used with 9 treatment combinations that were repeated 3 times. Main plot of tofu waste POC: without (P0), 180 ml / l (P1), and 360 ml / l (P2). Plot Children Percentage of NPK fertilizer from recommended dose (N): 25% (N1), 50% (N2) and 75% (N3). The results showed that the tofu waste POC 360 ml / l of water was very effective in reducing the use of NPK fertilizer by 50% of the recommended dose and increasing the cucumber yield by 472,17% when compared without giving tofu waste POC and NPK fertilizer 25 %Limbah tahu mengandung unsur hara makro (NPK) dan unsur hara mikro (Fe, Cl, Mn, Cu, Zn). Limbah tahu berpotensi menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC). Keunggulan limbah tahu dapat mengurangi penggunaan NPK pada tanaman mentimun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan pupuk organik cair limbah tahu dalam mengurangi pemakaian pupuk NPK pada tanaman mentimun Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di lahan petani di Jalan Sukarela Kelurahan Kebun Bunga Kecamatan Sukarami Km 7 Palembang Sumatera Selatan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2020. Rancangan Petak Terpisah yang digunakan dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 x. Petak Utama POC limbah tahu: tanpa (P0),180 ml/l (P1), dan 360 ml/l (P2). Anak Petak Persentase Pupuk NPK dari dosis anjuran (N): 25 % (N1), 50 % (N2) dan 75 % (N3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POC limbah tahu 360 ml/l air sangat efektiv dalam mengurangi penggunaan pupuk NPK 50 % dari dosis anjuran dan meningkatkan hasil mentimun 472,17 % bila dibandingkan tanpa pemberian POC limbah tahu dan pupuk NPK 25 %
Aplikasi Pupuk KNO3 dan NPK Pada Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Double Tone Di Main-Nursery.
One of the efforts that can be made to optimize the growth of double tone oil palm seedlings is to apply an appropriate combination of fertilization. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best KNO3 concentration and dose of NPK fertilizer in optimizing the growth of double tone oil palm seedlings in the main nursery. The research was carried out from December to July 2021. The research location was in the Oil Palm Seedling Business Unit of the Lampung State Polytechnic, Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RAK) which was repeated 5 times. The first factor is the concentration of KNO3 fertilizer which consists of 3 levels, namely 0%, 2%, and 4%. The second factor is the dose of Compound NPK fertilizer which consists of 2 levels, namely 2.5 g and 5 g. Observations were made on the variables of seedling height, seedling diameter, leaf greenness, number of midribs and leaf area. Observational data were analyzed by F test at level =5%. If the results of the analysis of variance are significant, then it is continued with the smallest significant difference test (BNT) at the level of =5%. The results showed that the application of 4% KNO3 with a dose of 5 g compound NPK fertilizer showed the best results in optimizing the growth of double tone oil palm seedlings in the main nursery on all observation variables.Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengoptimalan pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit doble tone adalah dengan penerapan kombinasi pemupukan yang sesuai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh konsenstrasi KNO3 dan dosis pupuk NPK terbaik dalam mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit doble tone di main-nursery. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember sampai dengan bulan Juli 2021. Lokasi penelitian di Unit Usaha Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit Politeknik Negeri Lampung, Rajabasa, Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang diulang sebanyak 5 kali. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pupuk KNO3 yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 0%, 2%, dan 4%. Faktor ke dua adalah dosis pupuk NPK Majemuk yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu 2,5 g dan 5 g. Pengamatan dilakukan pada variabel tinggi bibit, dimater bibit, tingkat kehijauan daun, jumlah pelepah dan luas anak daun. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F pada taraf α=5%. Jika hasil analisis ragam nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata terkecil (BNT) pada taraf α=5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian KNO3 4% dengan dosis pupuk NPK majemuk 5 g menunjukkan hasil yang terbaik dalam mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit doble tone di main-nursery pada keseluruhan variabel pengamatan
STRUKTUR PENDAPATAN DAN TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI PADI ORGANIK DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
This research aimed to analyze the income of organic rice farmers, household income of organic rice farmers, and the level of prosperity of organic rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency. The research method used in this study was the survey method. This research was conducted in Central Lampung Regency. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that in Central Lampung Regency there were still farmers who planted organic rice in three districts, namely Trimurjo District, Punggur District, and Seputih Raman District. Respondents were all farmers who planted organic rice in three districts with 31 farmers taken by census techniques. The data collection was carried out in January - March 2020. Data analysis used in this research was a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The result showed that the level of income of organic rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency was Rp41.166.291,54 per year. The level of household income of organic rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency was Rp89.906.452,83 per year. Based on the criteria of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2014, prosperity level of all organic rice farmers in Central Lampung Regency fell into prosperous category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani padi organik, pendapatan rumah tangga petani padi organik, dan tingkat kesejahteraan petani padi organik di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara puRposif dengan pertimbangan bahwa di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah masih terdapat petani yang menanam padi organik di tiga kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Trimurjo, Kecamatan Punggur, dan Kecamatan Seputih Raman. Responden adalah seluruh petani yang menanam padi organik di tiga kecamatan dengan jumlah petani sebanyak 31 orang dengan teknik sensus. Waktu pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari - Maret 2020. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan petani padi organik di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah sebesar Rp41.166.291,54 per tahun. Tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga petani padi organik di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah sebesar Rp89.906.452,83 per tahun. Berdasarkan kriteria Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2014 tingkat kesejahteraan obyektif, petani padi organik di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah 100,00% termasuk dalam kategori sejahtera.

Penambahan Suplemen Herbal Temulawak (Curcuma zanthorrhiza) Pada Pakan Terhadap Gambaran Darah dan Tingkat Kelulushidupan (Survival rate) Ikan Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepinus): indonesia
This final project will be carried out from July to August 2022 Teaching Farm Polytechnic State Polytechnic Lampung for 20 days starting from July to August 2022. This implementation aims to determine the total erythrocytes, leukocytes, and differential leukocytes and the survival of catfish fed with addition of temulawak herbal supplements to the immunity of catfish (clarias gariepinus). Maintenance use round tarpaulin pond with a diameter of 2 m with a stocking of 471 fish/m3 with two treatments namely K (without giving temulawak herbal supplement in feed) and A (supplementation of temulawak herb in feed). that seedThe size used is 5-9 cm. Maintenance is carried out for 20 days. From the results of maintenance on fish with treat the method of adding temulawak herbal supplements to feed, namely the survival rate of 98%, increase the good immune response in the body of the fish, the amount of feed consumption and growth performance, the average valueerythrocytes 2.83 × 106 cells/mm3, leukocytes 48.70 × 103 cells/mm3, lymphocytes 71.71%, neutrophils 16.42%, monocytes 6.14%, platelets116 × 103 cells/mm3 .Tugas akhir ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2022 Teaching Farm Polifish Farm Politeknik Negeri Lampung selama 20 hari dimulai bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2022. Pelaksanaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui total eritrosit, leukosit, dan diferensial leukosit dan kelulushidupan ikan lele yang diberi pakan dengan penambahan suplemen herbal temulawak terhadap imunitas ikan lele (clarias gariepinus). Pemeliharaan menggunakan kolam bulat terpal diameter 2 m dengan penebaran 471 ekor/m3 dengan dua perlakuan yaitu K (tanpa pemberian suplemen herbal temulawak pada pakan) dan A (pemberian suplemen herbal temulawak pada pakan). benih yang digunakan adalah ukuran 5-9 cm. Pemeliharaan dilakukan selama 20 hari. Dari hasil pemeliharaan pada ikan dengan perlakukan metode penambahan suplemen herbal temulawak pada pakan yaitu tingkat kelulushidupan 98%, meningkatkan respon imun yang baik pada tubuh ikan, jumlah konsumsi pakan dan kinerja pertumbuhan, nilai rata-rata eritrosi 2,83 × 106 sel/mm3, leukosit 48,70 × 103 sel/mm3, limfosit 71,71%, neutrofil 16,42%, monosit 6,14%, trombosit 116 × 103 sel/mm3

The drying process is an important step in the postharvest handling of agricultural materials with the aim of preserving, reducing the volume and weight of the material. Farmers generally do the drying process by drying agricultural material directly in the sun. Drying in this way is very dependent on weather conditions, drying takes place relatively long, cleanliness is poorly maintained, drying quality is relatively uneven and requires a large area. Efforts to overcome these problems are by applying the artificial drying method. Drying air characteristics are needed for successful drying, namely high temperature, low relative humidity and high air velocity. To obtain these characteristics, various types of dryers have been engineered. This research is the development of solar collectors that can move to the position of the sun. The purpose of the research was to design a solar collector to move to the position of the sun, to prove the movement of solar collectors and the speed of fluid flow to the performance of solar collectors. The variables used in the study include solar radiation, ambient temperature, data collection time, speed of fluid flow at the outlet, movement of solar collectors, temperature in the solar collector and the temperature of the solar collector outlet. The speed of fluid flow varied into 3 treatments, while the movement of solar collectors varied by 2 treatments. Data collection starts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the interval of data collection is every 30 minutes. The results of the study show that there is an increase in the performance of solar collectors that move to the position of the sun rather than a silent solar collector of 13.7% in the space of the solar collector and 2.6% at the outlet of the solar collector.
