Pengaruh Penerapan E-Filing, Sanksi Perpajakan, Dan Pengetahuan Perpajakan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Di Kota Bandar Lampung
Taxes are the main source of government & development financing. Realizing the magnitude of the tax benefits, the government implements various ways in order to maximize tax revenue through increasing taxpayer compliance by carrying out tax reforms, namely improving tax regulations and administration systems. Data obtained from the regional office of the Directorate General of Taxes in Bengkulu and Lampung shows the low compliance of individual taxpayers in the city of Bandar Lampung.This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-filing, tax sanctions, and knowledge of taxation on individual taxpayer compliance in Bandar Lampung City. The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who met the sample criteria from the total population of individual taxpayers registered at the Primary Tax Service Office in Bandar Lampung City. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the application of e-filing has a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance in Bandar Lampung City. (2) Tax sanctions have no significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance in Bandar Lampung City. (3) Knowledge of taxation has a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance in Bandar Lampung City
INSTALASI TEKNOLOGI BAGAN TANCAP (RACK CULTURE) KERANG HIJAU PADA KELOMPOK NELAYAN PANDAN ALAS, DESA SRIMINOSARI, LAMPUNG TIMUR
Sriminosari coastline is surrounded by mangroves and has high eco-tourism potential. Therefore,the local community initiatives to establish a Pandan Alas fishermen association to manage thefisheries and mangrove commodity. The commodity potential of the village is not only themangroves but also the presence of green mussel seeds which naturally found in the coastalwaters. This project intends to empower the Pandan Alas Fisherman Association in SriminosariVillage, the eastern region of Lampung, Indonesia. The local community is trained to culture thegreen mussels by introducing the rack culture system technology. This program carried outthrough a survey, focus group discussions (FGD), simulations, installation of rack culturetechnology, and evaluation. Green mussel cultivation has been run successfully in Sriminosari andhopefully to be a profitable and sustainable business.Desa Sriminosari dikenal sebagai desa yang dikelilingi mangrove (green belt) di sepanjang garis pantainya. Oleh sebab itu masyarakat berinisiatif membentuk kelompok nelayan Pandan Alas untuk memanfaatkan potensi alam. Salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan potensi minawisata mangrove. Potensi Desa ini sebenarnya tidak terbatas pada mangrove, salah satunya adalah adanya bibit kerang hijau (Perna viridis) yang secara alami dapat ditemukan di perairan pesisir pantainya. Program ini bermaksud membina Kelompok Nelayan Pandan Alas Desa Sriminosari, Lampung Timur, agar bisa memaksimalkan potensi kerang hijau yang dimiliki dengan introduksi budidaya kerang hijau sistem bagan tancap (rack culture). Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui proses survey, focus group discussion (FGD), pelatihan, instalasi teknologi bagan tancap, dan evaluasi program. Usaha budidaya kerang hijau dengan sistem bagan tancap telah berjalan dan harapannya dapat menjadi usaha yang menguntungkan dan berkesinambungan, serta menjadikan Sriminosari tidak hanya sebagai lokasi minawisata mangrove melainkan juga menjadi menjadi produsen kerang hijau di Lampung
Pengaruh Jumlah Ruas dan Konsentrasi Rootone-F pada Pertumbuhan Setek Kopi Robusta
Coffee is one of the commodities in Indonesia that excels in exports, and one of the most widely cultivated coffees in Indonesia is robusta coffee. Propagation by segment cuttings on Robusta coffee plants can produce new plants in large numbers and have the same gene characteristics as the parent in a short period. Then there is a growth regulatory administered exogenously (from outside) are an alternative way to accelerate root formation in plants. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the number of segments and concentration of Rootone-F on the growth of robusta coffee cuttings. The research was conducted for three months, from 23 March 2021 to 15 June 2021. The research was conducted at the Kaliwining Gardens, the Coffee and Cocoa Research Center, Jember. The statistical method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) by factorial. The first factor was the number of segments and the second factor was the concentration of Rootone-F; there were 12 treatment combinations and three replications. The results showed that the number of internodes' treatments was significantly different on shoot length, root wet weight, and root dry weight. The Effectiveness of The Gamification Model on Learning English in The Pandemic of Covid-19
The problem of decreasing student participation during the pandemic also occurs in learning English at SMK Negeri 1 Metro. Based on these problems, innovation in learning activities has been creating, namely Gamification-based E-Learning. The purpose of the research is to determine how effective of gamification model improve students' English skills. This study is quantitative research using an experimental approach where the researcher deliberately evokes the emergence of an event or situation. Researchers interviewed research subjects regarding their experiences about the effectiveness of the gamification method using Quizziz and Kahoot applications in online learning. They gave a questionnaire through the google form link to 69 students of class XII Hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Metro. It consists of 14 closed-ended questions in the form of multiple choice. Most of the students stated that learning using gamification was effective because it was related to the previous topics, fun, easy to understand, accessible, increased enthusiasm and interest for learning. It also did not spend a lot of internet data plans and time
Dioscorea hispida: economic potential and applications
Dioscorea hispida is one of the 600 edible plant species belongs to Dioscoreaceae family. It is distributed in tropical and sub-tropical regions of Philippines, China, Taiwan, New Guinea, Malaysia, Fujian, Bhutan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sikkim, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Africa. Each of the mature plant can produce up to 15 kg of tuber. However, it is economically insignificant due to the presence of toxic alkaloid dioscorine in the fresh tuber. The economic value and potential applications of D. hispida tuber starch will be discussed. Starch from D. hispida tuber has been researched for the applications in food and non-food industries. The starch was used as material in water filtration system, wastewater treatment, and thermoplastic film. The starch was also used as a food ingredient, and it can be further value added by converting it into glucose syrup and oligosaccharides prebiotic. Paste of D. hispida tuber has been shown to have ethno-pharmaceutical value in treating wound, vomiting and eye infection, and the fermented tuber (tape or tapai) has been shown to have health benefits in reducing hypertension and blood cholesterol level.
 
Potential of durian seed (Durio zibenthinus Murr.) flour as the source of eco-friendly plastics materials: a mini-review
Currently, plastics from non-renewable sources are being used less due to environmental concerns and switching to eco-friendly plastics. Eco-friendly plastics are usually produced from renewable materials, such as durian seed flour (DSF). DSF is a product made from durian seeds, and currently, it is only limited to a substitute for other ingredients in food products systems. However, DSF contains specific constituents that can be used to create eco-friendly plastics, rarely discussed. Thus, this mini-review briefly discusses the chemical composition and potential of DSF as a source of eco-friendly plastic materials
Upaya Meningkatkan Produksi Tanaman Lada Perdu Dengan Aplikasi Ga3 dan Npk Mahkota
Lada perdu merupakan inovasi perbaikan dan pengembangan teknologi budidaya. Lada perdu diperoleh dari perbanyakan vegetatif yang berasal dari sulur/cabang buah. Keunggulan lada perdu, yaitu bibit tanaman mudah tersedia, tidak memerlukan tiang rambatan, mampu berproduksi setelah usia tanam 1 tahun, pemeliharaan dan panen lebih mudah, tidak memerlukan pemangkasan, memiliki nilai estetika jika ditanam di pekarangan atau pot. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman lada perdu, maka diperlukan perbaikan dan pengembangan teknologi budidaya. Antara lain pemberian Gibberellic Acid (GA3) dan penambahan nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (a) menentukan konsentrasi GA3 yang terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman lada perdu, (b) menentukan dosis NPK Mahkota yang terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman lada perdu, dan (c) mendapatkan interaksi dari kedua perlakuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) berpola faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi GA3 (G) antara lain : 0 ppm (G0), 50 ppm (G1), 100 ppm (G2), 150 ppm (G3), dan 200 ppm (G4). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK Mahkota (P) antara lain : 0 g (P0), 25 g (P1), 50 g (P2), 75 g (P3), dan 100 g (G4). Analisis data dilakukan dengan sidik ragam (uji F) pada taraf nyata 5%, dan jika terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan, dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, jumlah bunga, dan jumlah buah. Pemberian Giberelin Acid (GA3) dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah bunga, dan jumlah buah. Pemberian NPK 50g dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, dan jumlah buah.

Produktivitas Air Pada Sistem Irigasi Tetes Untuk Tanaman Hidroponik Caisim (Brassica chinensis var. Parachinensis) Dengan Berbagai Ukuran Polybag Dan Media Tanam Yang Berbeda
his research was conducted in a plastic house at the Lampung State Polytechnic from June to October 2022. The study was a factorial experiment consisting of two factors with a randomized block design. The first factor is the type of planting media with 4 kinds, such as cocopeat, husk charcoal, sand, and soil. The second factor is the polybag size, such as small, medium, and large sizes. Each factor or treatment was repeated 3 times. The tools and materials used are drip irrigation, digital scales, polybags, pearl NPK fertilizer and caisim seeds. The objectives of the study were (1) to measure the growth and production of caisim plants on various planting media and polybag sizes, (2) to measure the amount of irrigation water used, and (3) to calculate the water productivity of caisim plants. The observed variables included crop production, amount of water use, and water productivity. Data analysis using ANOVA at the 5% significant difference test level. The results showed that there was no interaction between the type of planting media and the size of polybags, but the response in the treatment between types of planting media and between polybag sizes was significantly different. The type of media significantly affected the number of leaves, plant height, production, and water productivity of hydroponic caisim plants using a drip irrigation system. Polybag size did not significantly affect the number of leaves, plant height, production, and water productivity of hydroponic caisim plants using a drip irrigation system. In hydroponic caisim cultivation using drip irrigation, cocopeat growing media gave an average number of 9.8 leaves, plant height 34.4 cm, production 97.1 g, and water productivity 6.18 kg/m3 and was not significantly different from soil medium
ANALISIS LAND RENT USAHATANI PADI MENJADI USAHA BUDIDAYA IKAN PATIN DI KECAMATAN SEPUTIH RAMAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
This research aimed to analyse the economic value of farmland (farmland rent) and determined the factors that affect convertion of paddy land into Patin fish farm at Seputih Raman Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency. In this research the researcher employed survey method. The research location was chosen purposively with the consideration that in Seputih Raman Subdistrict there were farmers whose paddy farmlands were converted into ‘Patin fish farm and that it was also the second largest Patin fish producing area in Central Lampung Regency. Based on Roscoe’s theory, the samples of the research consisted of 30 paddy farmers and 30 Patin fish farmers. The primary (respondent interview) and secondary data (BPS data) of the research were taken from March to May 2020. The methods used in data analysis were; land rental analysis and logit analysis. The result showed that the value of the land rental on Patin fish farming per hectare per year was higher than the land rent value of the paddy farming per hectare per year. The internal factors that affected the decision to convert paddy land into the ‘Patin’ fish pondwere; age of the farmers, education background, farming experience, and land size. Besides, there were external factors that encouraged farmers to make decisions to convert paddy farmland into ‘Patin’ fish pond; they were the price of ‘Patin’ fish which was higher than paddy and the frequency of harvesting ‘patin’ fish which was little higher than paddy. The main factor that encourageed farmers to keep farming paddy was the cost of the paddy farming which was lower than ‘patin’ fish farming.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai ekonomi lahan usahatani padi menjadi usaha budidaya ikan patin dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani mengalihfungsikan lahan usahatani padi menjadi usaha budidaya ikan patin di Kecamatan Seputih Raman Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan pertimbangan Kecamatan Seputih Raman terdapat petani yang melakukan alih fungsi lahan usahatani padi menjadi budidaya ikan patin dengan daerah produksi ikan dari kolam terbesar kedua di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 petani yang tetap melakukan usahatani padi dan 30 petani yang melakukan alih fungsi lahan usahatani padi menjadi budidaya ikan patin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis land rent, dan analisis logit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai land rent budidaya ikan patin per hektar per tahun lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai land rent usahatani padi per hektar per tahun. Faktor internal yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengambilan keputusan alih fungsi lahan usahatani padi menjadi budidaya ikan patin adalah umur petani, pendidikan, pengalaman berusahatani dan luas lahan. Faktor eksternal yang mendorong petani dalam pengambilan keputusan alih fungsi lahan usahatani padi menjadi budidaya ikan patin adalah harga ikan patin lebih tinggi dari padi dan frekuensi panen ikan patin lebih sering. Faktor eksternal yang mendorong petani padi tetap melakukan usahatani padi adalah biaya usahatani padi lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan biaya budidaya ikan patin.

PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN BIOAKTIVATOR BERBASIS ISI RUMEN SEBAGAI STARTER PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH PETERNAKAN DI KELOMPOK TANI GEMBALA JAYA DESA KARANG JAYA
Kelompok Tani Gembala Jaya adalah kelompok tani yang mata pencaharian utamanya adalah sebagai petani. Kelompok tani ini juga memiliki usaha sampingan yaitu usaha ternak kambing. Secara prinsip kelompok tani ini telah menerapkan pertanian terpadu yaitu dengan memanfaatkan pupuk kandang yang dihasilkan ternak sebagai pupuk di lahan pertanian. Masalah prioritas pada Kelompok Tani Gembala Jaya adalah kekurangan pupuk kandang yang disebabkan lambatnya proses dekomposer dan belum tepatnya penanganan limbah pupuk kandang ternak kambing yang dimilikinya sehingga perlu disuplai dari luar Desa Karang Jaya. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut diantaranya : 1) Melakukan sosialisasi tentang penanganan limbah peternakan yang baik, 2) Melakukan sosialisasi tentang manfaat pembuatan dekomposer berupa bioaktivator berbasis isi rumen, dan 3) Melakukan pendampingan pelatihan pembuatan bioaktivator berbasis isi rumen sebagai dekomposer limbah ternak yang dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk tanaman. Pelatihan ini juga bermanfaat bagi kelompok tani ternak untuk bisa mengolah limbah peternakan sehingga meminimalisir pencemaran lingkunga serta peningkatan pengetahuan mereka, sehingga dengan kegiatan in ada peningkatan pengetahuan terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi terbarukan. Mitra sasaran untuk kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Tani yang berjumlah 15 orang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dengan melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi tentang pengolahan limbah peternakan terutama feses kambing, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan pembuatan bioktivator berbasis isi rumen. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok tani tentang pembuatan bioaktivator sebagai starter pengolah limbah peternakan.Kelompok Tani Gembala Jaya adalah kelompok tani yang mata pencaharian utamanya adalah sebagai petani.
