Pola Infestasi Serangan Hama Pada Tanaman Mutan Kedelai Hitam Detam 4 Prida Generasi Tiga (M3): Infestation Patterns of Pest Attack on Black Soybean Detam 4 Mutant Plant on Third Generation (M3)
The black soybean plant is one of the food crops whose existence is very necessary for the consumption of the population in Indonesia. People of Indonesians very consumted with sweet flavorings, but do not want to make the risk of diabetes. Black soybeans in addition to being the main ingredient in making sweet soy sauce, also has benefits for mothers who are breastfeeding because of the rich nutritional content of benefits for the growth and development of the baby. Due to the high demand for black soybeans, the government encourages farmers to further increase the production of black soybeans. One of the government's efforts is to release the Detam Prida 3 and Detam 4. However, in these production efforts, there are pest to the decline in the quality and quantity of production caused by pest attacks of black soybean plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of pest infestations on soybean plants both in the vegetative and generative. In this study using Detam Prida 4, observations were carried out every day from the vegetative to the generative. Observations are carried out daily after planting. The observation made is to determine the pattern of attack infestation, which is not harmful to the current condition (+), harm at the time condition (++), and very dangerous at the time (+++). From the results of this study the pests that attack black soybeans in the vegetative phase are seed flies, armyworms, and aphids that attack from the seventh day after planting and pests that attack black soybeans in the generative phase, namely leaf roller caterpillars and green ladybugs that attack 30 days after planting.Tanaman kedelai hitam merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang keberadaanya sangat diperlukan bagi konsumsi penduduk di Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia gemar sekali mengkonsumsi makanan dengan diberi perasa manis, namun tidak ingin membuat resiko penyakit diabetes. Kedelai hitam selain sebagai bahan utama pembuatan kecap manis, juga memiliki manfaat bagi ibu yang sedang menyusui karena kandungan nutrisi yang kaya manfaat untuk tumbuh kembang sang bayi. Dikarenakan tingginya kebutuhan kedelai hitam, maka pemerintah mendorong petani untuk lebih meningkatkan produksi kedelai hitam. Salah satu upaya pemerintah adalah dengan melepas varietas Detam Prida 3 dan Detam 4. Namun dalam upaya produksi tersebut, ada kendala penurunan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi yang disebabkan oleh serangan hama tanaman kedelai hitam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola infestasi serangan hama pada tanaman kedelai baik pada fase vegetatif dan fase generatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan kedelai varietas Detam Prida 4, pengamatan dilakukan setiap hari dari fase vegetatif sampai dengan fase generatif. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap hari setelah tanam kedelai hitam. Pengamatan yang dilakukan adalah menentukan pola infestasi serangan yaitu tidak membahayakan pada kondisi saat itu (+), membahayakan pada kondisi saat itu (++), dan sangat membahayakan pada kondisi saat itu (+++). Dari hasil penelitian ini hama yang menyerang tanaman kedelai hitam di fase vegetatif yaitu lalat bibit, ulat grayak, dan kutu daun yang menyerang dari hari ke tujuh setelah tanam dan hama yang menyerang tanaman kedelai hitam di fase generatif yaitu ulat penggulung daun dan kepik hijau yang menyerang 30 hari setelah tanam
A Populasi dan Intensitas Serangan Hama Setothosea asigna pada Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Desa Gunung Cahya Kematan Buay Rawan Kabupaten Oku Selatan : Population and Intensity of Pest Attack Setothosea asigna on Palm Oil (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in Gunung Cahya Village, Buay Rawan District South Oku Regency
Palm oil (Elaies guineensis Jacq.) belongs to the palm group which produces oil and is used as a raw material for the food and cosmetic industries so that palm oil occupies an important position in Indonesia. One of the obstacles faced in increasing the production of oil palm plants is the attack of plant pest organisms. One of them is the presence of pests. One of the important pests on oil palm plants is the leaf-eating caterpillar, namely the fire caterpillar (Setothosea asigna). Setothosea asigna can cause oil palm plants to suffer leaf damage up to 50%. So that it can cause oil palm plants to lose production up to 78% in the first year after the pest attack and 40% in the second year after the attack. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in population and intensity of pest attacks on two oil palm fields with different plant ages. This research was conducted in Gunung Cahya Village, Buay Rawan District, South OKU Regency. Observations were made by survey methods and direct observation methods (Scan sampling) by calculating the number of populations and determining the intensity of pest attacks. Then the oil palm plants were observed as many as 30 plants/land and the data obtained were carried out by t-test. The results showed that the population and intensity of attack of Setothosea asigna in land 1 was lower than in land 2. In land 1, oil palm plantations had produced good fruit, so treatments such as fertilization and land clearing were routinely carried out. While on land 2 oil palms have not been properly cared for because the plants are in their growth period or TBM (Immature plants) and during their growth period, corn is still planted between plants.Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaies guineensis Jacq.) termasuk kedalam golongan palma yang menghasilkan minyak dan sebagai bahan baku industri makanan maupun kosmetik sehingga kelapa sawit menduduki posisi penting di Indonesia. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan produksi tanaman kelapa sawit ini salah satunya adalah serangan organisme penganggu tanaman. Salah satunya adalah adanya serangan hama. Hama penting pada tanaman kelapa sawit salah satunya adalah ulat pemakan daun yaitu ulat api (Setothosea asigna). Setothosea asigna dapat mengakibatkan tanaman kelapa sawit mengalami kerusakan daun hingga mencapai 50%. Sehingga dapat menyebabkan tanaman kelapa sawit dapat kehilangan produksinya mencapai 78% pada tahun pertama setelah serangan hama dan 40% pada tahun kedua setelah serangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan populasi dan intensitas serangan hama pada dua lahan kelapa sawit dengan umur tanaman yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Gunung Cahya Kecamatan Buay Rawan Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan metode survey dan metode pengamatan langsung (Scan sampling) dengan menghitung jumlah populasi dan menentukan intensitas serangan hama. Kemudian tanaman kelapa sawit diamati sebanyak 30 tanaman/lahan dan data yang didapat dilakukan uji t. Hasil pengamatan didapatkan bahwasanya populasi dan intenseitas serangan Setothosea asigna lahan 1 lebih rendah dibandingkan di lahan 2. Lahan 1 tanaman kelapa sawit sudah menghasilkan buah yang baik, sehingga perawatan seperti pemupukan dan pembersihan lahan sudah rutin dilakukan. Sedangkan pada lahan 2 kelapa sawit belum dilakukan perawatan dengan baik karena tanaman dalam masa pertumbuhan atau TBM (Tanaman belum menghasilkan) dan selama masa pertumbuhannya di sela tanaman masih ditanam tanaman jagun
Perlakuan Benih menggunakan Agensia Hayati terhadap Pertumbuhan beberapa Varietas Jagung (Zea mays) di Instalasi Penelitian dan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (IP2TP) Tegineneng: Seed Treatment using Biological Agent on The Growth of some Varieties of Corn (Zea mays) in Instalation of Agricultural Technology Research and Assessment Installation (IP2TP) Tegineneng
Jagung (Zea mays) merupakan tanaman serealia yang memiliki nilai strategis dan ekonomis serta berpeluang untuk dikembangkan karena posisinya sebagai sumber utama karbohidrat dan protein setelah beras, jagung juga merupakan sumber pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan benih menggunakan agensia hayati terhadap pertumbuhan beberapa varietas jagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Instalasi Penelitian dan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (IP2TP) Tegineneng pada bulan Maret-April 2022. Penelitian disusun secara faktorial dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah perlakuan benih (P), yang terdiri atas 2 taraf yaitu: tanpa agensia hayati (P0) dan dengan agensia hayati (P1). Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri atas 4 varietas yaitu: varietas JH 37 (V1), varietas Nasa 29 (V2), varietas Pertiwi 5 (V3) dan varietas Pertiwi 6 (V4). Sehingga terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan yaitu: P0V1, P0V2, P0V3, P0V4, P1V1, P1V2, P1V3, P1V4. Pengaruh perlakuan terhadap parameter yang diamati dianalisis menggunakan Anova, apabila terdapat beda nyata di lanjut dengan uji DMRT pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perlakuan benih menggunakan agensia hayati memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 28 hst pada V3 atau varietas Pertiwi 5 (56,70 cm), jumlah daun pada V3 atau varietas Pertiwi 5 (3,98-7,80 helai) dan daya tumbuh pada (V4) atau varietas Pertiwi 6 (41,25%) dan (V3) atau varietas Pertiwi 5 (40,50%). Intensitas serangan hama dan penyakit populasi tertinggi terdapat pada bulai terutama pada umur 21 hst
Penggunaan Automatic Feeder Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Rasio Konversi Pakan Pada Budidaya Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei)
Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Budidaya udang yang semakin pesat sehingga pakan menjadi variabel terbesar dalam biaya produksi yaitu mencapai 50-60, sehingga perlu adanya sebuah teknologi yang dapat mengontrol dalam proses pemberian pakan udang. Automatic feeder adalah mesin pemberi pakan otomatis yang bekerja menggunakan tenaga listrik dan dapat diatur waktu pemberian pakan dan jumlah pakan yang diberikan. Pemeliharaan menggunakan kolam HDPE dengan penebaran 189 ekor/m² dengan dua perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, perlakuan yang dilakuakan yaitu : M (pemberian pakan manual) dan A (menggunakan automatic feeder). Benur yang digunakan PL-10. Pemeliharaan selama 63 hari. Dari hasil pemeliharaan nilai rata-rata bobot udang dengan perlakuan metode pemberian pakan automatic feeder pada kolam A1 yaitu 17,61 gram, SR 44,1% dan FCR 1,23. Kolam A2 ABW akhir 12,06 gram, SR 68,2% dan FCR 1,27. Kolam A3 ABW akhir 15,94 gram, SR 54% dan FCR 1,21. Pada perlakuan metode pemberian pakan manual ABW akhir pada kolam M1 yaitu 14,16 gram, SR 39,8% dan FCR 1,43. Kolam M2 ABW akhir 9,94, SR 55,1% dan FCR 1,32. Kolam M3 ABW akhir 16,46 gram, SR 21,9% dan FCR 1,55. Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. PENAMBAHAN SINBIOTIK (Lactobacillus dan Ekstrak Ubi Jalar) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEHATAN BENIH IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloticus) : indonesia
Tilapia is an important part of freshwater aquaculture in Indonesia. This fish has a high survivability and tolerance for poor water quality and has become a leading commodity for freshwater aquaculture in several Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia. Probiotics are food additives in the form of live microbes that have a beneficial effect on the host by increasing the balance of microbes in the digestive tract. Tilapia rearing was using a cement pond 4x3 meters with a total of 2 pools. Preparation of the container begins with installing the tarpaulin. After that, clean or rinse the pool. Then the pond is filled with water as high as 30 cm from the beginning of maintenance to harvest and left for 1-2 days. Ponds are aerated to increase oxygen levels in the water. Maintenance was carried out for 30 days until the size was 6-8 cm, with commercial feeding in the form of pf800 which had been mixed with synbiotics. From the results of tilapia rearing, it was concluded that the addition of synbiotics in the feed to improve the health of tilapia seeds during 30 days of maintenance was normal. The addition of sweet potato extract and lactobacillus as probiotics is good for fish health.Ikan nila merupakan salah satu bagian penting perikanan budidaya air tawar di Indonesia. Ikan ini mempunyai kemampuan bertahan hidup yang tinggi dan toleransi terhadap kualitas air yang buruk dan menjadi komoditas unggulan budidaya air tawar di beberapa negara Asia Tenggara termasuk Indonesia. Probiotik merupakan makanan tambahan dalam bentuk mikroba hidup yang memberi pengaruh yang menguntungkan bagi inang dengan cara meningkatkan keseimbangan mikroba dalam saluran pencernaan. Pemeliharaan menggunakan kolam semen, yang berukuran 4x3 meter, dengan jumlah 2 kolam. Persiapan wadah diawali dengan melakukan pemasangan terpal. Setelah itu, membersihkan atau membilas kolam. Kemudian kolam diisi air setinggi 30 cm dari awal pemeliharaan hingga panen dan dibiarkan selama 1-2 hari. Kolam diberi aerasi untuk meningkatkan kadar oksigen dalam air. Pemeliharaan dilakukan selama 30 hari sampai berukuran 6-8 cm, dengan pemberian pakan komersial berupa pf800 yang telah dicampurkan sinbiotik. Dari hasil pemeliharaan ikan nila ini disimpulkan bahwa penambahan sinbiotik dalam pakan untuk meningkat kesehatan benih ikan nila selama pemeliharaan 30 hari yaitu normal. Penambahan ekstrak ubi jalar dan lactobacillus sebagai probiotik baik untuk kesehatan ikan. Untuk melihat kesehatan ikan nila kita dapat melihat dari gambaran darah nya.  
Dampak Amnesti Pajak dan Sistem Administrasi Modern Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak
The purpose of this study was to find empirical evidence of the impact of tax amnesty and the modern administration system on taxpayer compliance on individual taxpayers in Lampung Province. The object chosen is the taxpayer who already has an NPWP in Lampung Province. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents with Likert scale. The sample in this study were 114 people. Samples were taken randomly (rendom sampling). This research is a quantitative research with warpPLS 3.0 test equipment, to process data obtained from questionnaires. The results of the study show that tax amnesty has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, as well as the modern administration system has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Rancangan Sistem Filtrasi Ganda untuk Pengolaan Air Limbah Laundry Rumah Tangga
The household laundry wastewater contains detergents that can cause water pollution. The habit of many household to directly throw the laundry wastewater into water body, will have an impact on environmental damage in the future. Some previous researchers have made observations on filtration system to treat laundry wastewater. The development of current filtration technology, has recommended the double filtration system for drinking water and wastewater treatment. This research is an experiment to design double filtration system for household laundry wastewater treatment. The research were designed the multiple filtration system for the household laundry wastewater treatment, with parameters observations such as: color,smell , TSS and pH. The result of this experiment shown that the water produced by the system becoming harmless and colorless. The Observations on TSS parameter values shown a decrease of 26.27%, from 150 ppm to 110 ppm, while the pH value are increased from 5.4 to 5.8. Keywords : Filtration, Wastewater, Laundry Wastewate
Modernisasi Pengolahan Eyek-Eyek (Cassava Cracker) untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Usaha Pengolahan Beras Siger (Tiwul Modifikasi)
Cassava cracker (eyek-eyek) is a traditional snack made from cassava which can be developed as an effort to diversify products from the Siger Rice (modified tiwul) business because of the similarity of raw materials and equipment. The study aims to modernize the processing of the cassava cracker (eyek-eyek) and examine the increase in the productivity of the siger rice business by the modernization of the cassava cracker (eyek-eyek) processing. The study was carried out in three stages, namely 1) modernization of cassava cracker (eyek-eyek) processing using mechanical/semi-mechanical equipment in the form of grated machines, press equipment, and forming equipment, 2) productivity improvement analysis of cassava cracker (eyek-eyek) 3) analysis of business productivity improvement of siger rice. The analysis results showed that modernization of the cassava cracker (eyek-eyek) processing would increase production capacity (100 kg to 200 kg), decrease production time (8 hours to 4 hours), increase product uniformity (80% to 100%) and increase the income of a group of women farmers per month (IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 3,000,000), and increase business profits per month (IDR 800,000 to IDR 1,600,000). The analysis results also show that modernization of the processing of eyek-eyek (cassava cracker) has increased the productivity of siger rice business as reflected in the increase in business income per month (IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 7,000,000), business profits per month (IDR 1,400,000 to IDR 3,000,000), and the number of workers involved (2 to 3 person). Kajian Paket Teknologi Budidaya Ayam Kub Di Lampung
Study of Adaptation Technology for Chicken Farming (KUB) in Lampung has been conducted in three locations, namely Sri Basuki Village Batanghari District East Lampung Regency, Panca Tunggal Village Merbau Mataram District South Lampung Regency, and Karunia Indah Village Bandar Lampung. The study aims to educate breeders in the Lampung region through the introduction of KUB chicken with the technology package that has been prepared by BPTP Lampung. At the same time reviewing the cultivation technology package model on the performance of KUB chicken in three areas in Lampung. The ration used consists of 45% corn, 15% rice polish, 40% commercial concentrate. The content of CP is 17,26% and ME 2.743 kcal/kg. Feed using ad libitum. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. KUB chicken assessment using BPTP Lampung technology models in three regions (Bandar Lampung, South Lampung, and East Lampung) gave a good response to weight gain, consumption, conversion and age of first laying eggs. Usaha Budidaya Itik Pedaging Jenis Hibrida dan Peking
Broiler ducks are ducks that are able to grow fast and can efficiently convert feed into meat with high nutritional value. Broiler ducks have good flesh structure and structure. The good meat structure of broilers is now becoming more popular among the people, because the taste of the meat is tasty and tasty. Broiler ducks known by the public include hybrid ducks and Peking ducks. The ever-increasing need for duck meat is not matched by the availability of enough duck meat in the market, to meet the needs of the community. This could be the potential to cultivate broilers as evidence that poultry business and agribusiness, especially ducks are still wide open with promising profit prospects. The method used is: to maintain broilers totaling 50, each of which consists of 25 hybrid ducks and peking 25 tails, then feeding and drinking, taking data through recording weighing weight, and analyzing the profitability of broiler duck farming. Based on maintenance for 42 days, the data obtained was the consumption of 3.645 g / tail hybrid rations and the consumption of 3.727g pork duck / tail, United Nations hybrid duck 1.168,8 g and peking duck 1.171,04 g, FCR hybrid duck 3.11 and Peking duck 3.18 and hybrid duck mortality 4% and Peking 12%.
