Analisis Penggunaan Sistem E-Filing dalam Pelaporan SPT Tahunan Menggunakan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) pada KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang
The purpose of this research is to analyze the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results of this study can be an input for the government, in this case the Directorate General of Taxation in improving e-Filing services so that more optimal benefits.The sample of research is individual taxpayers (WPOP) registered in KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang, calculation data using questionnaires sent online. Further data are analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS software support. The number of samples of this study are 119 WPOP (e-filing users) registered in KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. The results of the analysis are as follows: first, the perceived ease of use has a significant and positive effect to the actual rate of E-Filing used. Second, the perceived usefulness has a significant and negative effect to the Actual System Usage of e-Filing. Third, the perceived of attitude has a significant and positive effect to the Actual System Usage of e-Filing. Fourthly, the Behavioral Intention to Use of e-filing has a significant and positive effect to the Actual System Usage of e-Filing. Overall the independent variables has significant effect to the Actual System Usage of e-filing on the WPOP registered in KPP Pratama Tanjung Karang. Tata Laksana Pemeliharaan Ayam Cemani Di Peternakan NF Temanggung Jawa Tengah
This study was aimed to observe rearing management of cemani chicken in NF Farm, Temanggung, Central Java. NF Farms was chosen purposively due to the high population. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, direct observation of maintenance management which includes cage and chicken feed cemani. The result showed that Cemani chickens in grower period used battery cage 120 x 60 cm2 for 2-3 chickens in each cage, while in layer period used litter cage 6x4 m2 and each cage consisted of 1 male and 5 female cemani chicken. Feeding management NF farm for 1-3 days old were only given drinking water added by palm sugar. 3- 40 days old Cemani chickens were fed 511 given 25-30 g/bird/day with 22% protein content and 3,050 kkal/kg energy. Whereas for the grower period feed is divided into two, at the age of 41-75 days, chickens are fed with BR 1 and corn ratio 1:1, and for 76 days- 6 months old, they are fed with ground corn, bran and BR 1 with the ratio 1: 1 : 1 as much as 80 g / head / day. Keywords: Cemani, Rearing management, Feedin
Aktivitas Antibakteri Minuman Sinbiotik Cincau Hijau dengan Penambahan Sari Buah Terhadap Staphylococcus aureus dan Eschericia coli Selama Penyimpanan
 Synbiotic beverage of Premna oblongifolia Merr extract has the ability to suppress the growth of pathogenic bacteria that cause diarrhea, such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, and Salmonella sp. This study was conducted to determine the antibacterial activity of synbiotic beverage of Premna oblongifolia Merr extract with the addition of guava or pineapple fruit juice against the test bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli during storage time. Products were stored for 28 days in the refrigerator (4°C ± 2°C). Antibacterial activity was assayed by the agar diffusion method. The average of the data was presented on tables and diagrams, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the inhibition of Escherichia coli growth was greater than Staphylococcus aureus. Synbiotic beverage of Premna oblongifolia Merr extract with addition of guava juice during storage produce a log of total BAL range from 10,90-10,27 Log colonies/ml, equivalent to 8,0x10 10 10 -1,9x10 CFU/ml, total acid 0,50-0.90%, and pH 3,61-3,84, while the addition of pineapple juice has resulted in a log of total BAL range from 10.82-10.11 Log colonies/ml, equivalent to 6,8x10 10 10 -1,3x10 CFU/ml, total acid 0,54- 0,95%, and pH 3,52-3,76.Keywords: synbiotic beverage, Premna oblongifolia Merr, fruit juice; antibacterial activityÂ
TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP E-SERVICES PEMASARAN ONLINE MAKANAN OLAHAN AYAM MELALUI E-COMMERCE (STUDI KASUS PADA AYIPS BANDAR LAMPUNG)
Since Ayips pioneering the business, Ayips has been doing marketing online by using Instagram, Whatsapp, GoFood and GrabFood to aim to introduce the product to consumers more widely and quickly. To achieve the goal, Ayips has to fulfill the expectations of its consumers by electronic services also known as e-services. The research aims to analyze e-services performance in the online marketing of chicken Ayips by e-commerce to fulfill the expectation of its costumers. Ayips Bandar Lampung was chosen purposely. The samples used in this study were 75 people. The data was analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that Ayips' willingness to answer questions and help customers if they have trouble dealing online needs improvement.Sejak awal merintis usaha, Ayips melakukan pemasaran online dengan memanfaatkan media elektronik yaitu Instagram, Whatsapp, Gofood dan GrabFood dengan tujuan untuk mengenalkan usahanya kepada konsumen secara lebih luas dan cepat. Untuk dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut Ayips harus memenuhi harapan konsumennya melalui pelayanan elektronik atau e-services. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja e-services dalam pemasaran online ayam Ayips melalui e-commerce untuk memenuhi harapan konsumen. Ayips Bandar Lampung dipilih secara sengaja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang. Data pada penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesediaan Ayips untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan membantu konsumen saat mengalami kesulitan dalam pemesanan online perlu ditingkatkan
PENYEDIAAN PAKAN SILASE DARI TANAMAN UBIJALAR DALAM MENUNJANG SISTEM PERTANIAN BERKELANJUTAN
The study aims to evaluate the response sweet potato clones by pruning to tuber production and silage making experiments. In the field using Split Plot design with 3 replays. Sweet potato clones are placed as plots and pruning periods as the main plot. V₁: Kuningan Putih, V₂: Beta-2, V₃: Kuningan Merah, V₄: BIS-OP-61, V₅: 73-OP-5, V₆: BIS-OP-61-♀-29, V₇: BIS-OP-61-OP-22. The clone sweet potato consists of trimming period ages 90 dap, 120 dap and 150 dap. The result of trimming stroge is then preserved in the form of silage. Silage making as follows: each clons was cut to a size of 3-5 cm, then used to lower the moisture content. Storage is cut, weighed and added tubers according to treatment is: S1= 100% storage, S2 = 90% storage + 10% tubers, S3= 80% storage + 20% tubers, S₄ = 70% storage + 30% tubers. The nutritional value composition of sweet potato silage has of DM 7.07-23.33%, OM 78.04-91.45%, ash 8.57-21.96%, CP 6.90-16.14%,and CF 17.87-57.57% based on dry materials. The value of sweet potato silage of DMD 42.36-63.71%, OMD 38.85-63.64% and TDN 33.24-56.54%.Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi respon klon ubijalar dengan pemangkasan terhadap produksi umbi dan percobaan pembuatan silase. Di lapang menggunakan rancangan Split Plot dengan 3 ulangan. Klon ubijalar sebagai anak petak dan periode pemangkasan sebagai petak utama. Klon ubijalar terdiri dari: V₁: Kuningan Putih, V₂: Beta-2, V₃: Kuningan Merah, V₄: BIS-OP-61, V₅: 73-OP-5, V₆: BIS-OP-61-♀-29, V₇: BIS-OP-61-OP-22. Periode pemangkasan umur 90 hst, 120 hst dan 150 hst. Hasil pemangkasan brangkasan ubijalar kemudian diawetkan dalam bentuk silase. Pembuatan silase sebagai berikut : brangkasan masing-masing klon dipotong berukuran 3-5 cm, dilayukan untuk menurunkan kadar air. Brangkasan dipotong, ditimbang dan ditambahkan umbi sesuai perlakuan, adalah: S₁ = 100% brangkasan ubijalar, S₂ = 90% brangkasan ubijalar + 10% umbi, S₃ = 80% brangkasan ubijalar + 20% umbi, S₄ = 70% brangkasan ubijalar + 30% umbi. Komposisi nilai nutrisi silase brangkasan ubijalar mempunyai kisaran kandungan BK antara 7.07-23.33%, BO 78.04-91.45%, abu 8.57-21.96%, PK 6.90-16.14%, dan SK 17.87-57.57% berdasarkan bahan kering. Nilai Kecernaan silase mempunyai kisaran kecernaan BK 42.36-63.71%, Kecernaan BO 38.85-63.64% dan TDN 33.24-56.54%
Tiga Tahap Formulasi Strategi Pembangunan Sektor Pertanian di Kabupaten Lebak
The agricultural sector development strategy should be based on a comprehensive identification of various problems and the involvement of various interest groups. This study aims to produce priority alternative strategies for the government in Lebak Regency. The research method used in this study was a research based on qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection method used in qualitative data was interviews and quantitative data was questionnaires. The source of information that was being searched was Lebak regency government, farmer, agricultural expert, and strategic management expert. From the data collected, it was sorted according to the stages and then analyzed using SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results of the study show that first, several internal and external factors were identified from the interviews, second, the strategic position of the Lebak Regency government in agricultural development efforts was grow and build position, and third, there were nine alternative priority strategies for the development of the agricultural sector. The strategy that becomes the main alternative is “Be active in collecting information on assistance or cooperation programs from the central, provincial, regional government or other institutions”. This strategy is the first priority ranking that needs to be considered in the local government policy of the Lebak Regency.Strategi pengembagan sektor pertanian harus didasarkan pada indetifikasi komprehensif dari berbagai permasalahan dan keterlibatan berbagai kelompok kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan strategi-strategi alternatif prioritas bagi pemerintah di Kabupaten Lebak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berbasis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada data kualitatif berupa wawancara dan data kuantitatif berupa kuesioner. Sumber informasi yang dilakukan penelusuran adalah pemerintah Kabupaten Lebak, petani, ahli pertanian dan ahli manajemen strategi. Dari data yang terkumpul dipilah sesuai tahapan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, teridentifikasinya berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal dari hasil wawancara, kedua, posisi strategi pemerintah Kabupaten Lebak dalam upaya pembangunan pertanian berada pada posisi grow and build, dan ketiga, terdapat sembilan alternatif strategi prioritas bagi pengembangan sektor pertanian. Strategi yang menjadi alternatif utama adalah “aktif dalam menjemput informasi program bantuan atau kerjasama dari pemerintah pusat, provinsi, daerah atau lembaga lain”. Strategi tersebut sebagai peringkat prioritas pertama yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kebijakan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Lebak
Pengaruh Lama Pelayuan dan Pencacahan Daun Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon winterianus Jowitt ex Bor) pada Rendemen dan Mutu Citronella Oil
Lemongrass plants (Cymbopogon winterianus Jowitt ex Bor), used for their own essential oils through the distillation process. Before distillation process, lemongrass leaves are usually withered to reduce air content, and also reduce their size to be more effectively extraction. The research to study the effect of withering and chopping of citronella leaves before being distilled, on the yield and quality of lemongrass oil produced. The study was conducted in a Randomized Block Design, with factorial arrangement, the first factor withered (0, 1, 2, and 3 x 24 hours) and the second factor was the size of the material (chopped and not chopped). Waterand steam distillation were used. The observations made on the raw material water content, yield, specific gravity, total citronellal, total geraniol, solubility in alcohol, and color. The length of withering affected the yield and total geraniol, the size of the material affected the total geraniol. The length of withering with the size of the material affected the total citronellal, where the total citronellal of the chopped material is higher than the not-chopped, and the longer withering made the total citronellal of citronella oil is higher. Agricultural sector is a major contributor in the economic structure of Lampung. More than 44,75% people work in agricultural sector. However, the productivity of the agricultural sector was lower than other economic sectors. This study was conducted to analyze the development of agricultural sector based on the condition of the output, added value, and supply contribution basis. Method of cross-tabulation analysis was conducted on Input Output Table Lampung in 2010. The results of the analysis showed that the agricultural sector in Lampung province was still dominant in the economic structure of the region. But attention to the downward trend that occurred in each sub-sector needs to be paid because stagnation and slowing growth rate will be higher. Output contributions of agricultural sector were dominated by food crops, fisheries, plantation, and livestock. Meanwhile, the greatest added value contributor were primary agricultural sector and the food industry in the downstream (agroindustry). Respon Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kailan (Brassica oleracea L) dengan Pemberian Berbagai Dosis dan Frekuensi Aplikasi Bio-Urin: Growth Response and Production of Kailan(Brassica oleracea L) with Various Doses and Frequency of Bio-Urine Applications
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kailan (Brassica oleracea L) dengan pemberian berbagai dosis dan frekuensi aplikasi biourin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Musi Rawas pada bulan April – Juli 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial, dengan 2 perlakuan yaitu: Perlakuan Pertama Dosis Bio-Urin (D) yaitu : D1 = Dosis 50 ml/L air, D2 = Dosis 100 ml/L air dan D3 = Dosis 150 ml/L air. Perlakuan Ke dua Frekuensi Aplikasi (F) yaitu : F1 = Aplikasi 2 kali pada umur 7 dan 14 HST, F2 = Aplikasi 3 kali pada umur 7, 14 dan 21 HST, dan F3 = Aplikasi 4 kali pada umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 HST. Aplikasi biourin dilakukan sesuai perlakuan dan disiramkan pada media tanam dan dilakukan pada pagi hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan dosis bio-urin yang diaplikasikan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada peubah jumlah daun, panjang akar dan berat segar tanaman. Pada perlakuan frekuensi aplikasi bio-urin berpengaruh sangat nyata hanya pada peubah jumlah daun sedangkan interasi ke dua perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada semua peubah. Hasil penelitian pada perlakuan dosis bio-urin menunjukan bahwa D2 = Dosis 100 ml/L air mempunyai hasil terbaik pada peubah jumlah daun dan berat segar tanaman dan pada perlakuan frekuensi aplikasi bio-urin ditunjukan pada F2 = Aplikasi 3 kali pada umur 7, 14 dan 21 HST yaitu pada tinggi tanaman, panjang akar dan berat segar. Sedangkan pada interaksi ke dua perlakuan tertinggi pada perlakuan D2F2.

Respons Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Sorgum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) Terhadap Pemberian Pupuk Bokashi Kotoran Sapi dan Waktu Penyiangan Gulma di Tanah Rawa Lebak: Growth Responses and Production of Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. moench) to Cow Manure Fertilizer and Weeding Time at Swamp Land
Data from the Directorate of Serelia Cultivation shows that Indonesia's sorghum production in the last 5 years has only increased slightly from 6,114 tons to 7,695 tons. The increase in domestic sorghum production needs special attention because Indonesia has great potential for sorghum development (Subagio and Aqil, 2013), therefore it is necessary to respond to the growth and production of sorghum (Sorghum Bicolor L. moench) plants to the application of cow dung bokashi fertilizer and weeding time in the Lebak swamp. This study aims to determine the response of growth and yield of sorghum plants. This research has been carried out by Lr. Karang sublime, Talang Putri Village, Plaju District, Palembang. The design used was a randomized block design (RAK) which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of two factors, namely the weeding time factor (P) and the cow dung bokashi fertilizer dose factor (K). The treatment factor for weeding time consisted of 3 levels, namely P1 (7 DAP), P2 (14 DAP), P3 (21 DAP) and the dose treatment factor for cow dung bokashi fertilizer consisted of 3 levels, namely K1 (bovine bokashi fertilizer 100g per plant). K2 (bovine dung bokashi fertilizer 150g per plant), K3 (cow dung bokashi fertilizer 200g per plant), so there were 9 treatment combinations with 3 replications/group, where each treatment consisted of 27 plants with 4 sample plants. The variables observed in this study consisted of 1) plant height (cm), 2) flowering age (days), 3) fruit weight (g). The results showed that the treatment of weeding time for 14 days after planting and the application of 200g cow dung bokashi fertilizer per plant had a significant effect on all observed variables.Produksi sorgum Indonesia dalam 5 tahun terakhir hanya meningkat sedikit dari 6.114 ton menjadi 7.695 ton, peningkatan produksi sorgum di dalam negeri perlu mendapat perhatian khusus karena Indonesia sangat potensial bagi pengembangan sorgum maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman hasil tanaman sorgum (Sorghum bicolor L. moench) terhadap pemberian pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi dan waktu penyiangan gulma di rawa lebak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman shorgum. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Karang luhur Kelurahan talang putri Kecamatan Plaju, Palembang. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang disususn secara faktorial yang terdiri dai dua faktor yaitu faktor waktu penyiangan gulma (P) dan faktor Dosis pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi (K). Faktor perlakuan waktu penyiangan gulma tediri dari 3 taraf yaitu P1 (7 hst), P2 (14 hst), P3 (21 hst) dan faktor perlakuan dosis pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu K1 (pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi 100 g-1 tanaman), K2 (pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi 150 g-1 tanaman), K3 (pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi 200 g-1 tanaman), sehingga terdapat 9 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan waktu penyiangan gulma selama 14 hari setelah tanam dan pemberian pupuk bokashi kotoran sapi 200 g-1 tanaman memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap semua peubah yang diamati.
