Chemical weed control in cultivated plants generally uses one herbicide active ingredient, but its effectiveness in controlling weeds can be increased by mixing herbicides. Mixing of more than 1 active ingredient can be additive, synergistic, and antagonistic with other active ingredients. Therefore, it is necessary to study the combination of herbicide active ingredients that will be used. The aim of the study was to determine the herbicide properties of a mixed 2,4-D dimethyl amine + Isopropylamine Glyphosate applied to the weeds Ottochloa nodosa, Cyperus rotundus, and Praxelis clematidea whether additive, synergistic, or antagonistic. The research was carried out from December 2020 to February 2021, at the Integrated Field Greenhouse and Weed Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. Using a Randomized Block Experiment Design (RAK) with treatment consisting of the herbicide Goldenstar with a single active ingredient 2,4- D dimethyl amine 100g/l with doses of active ingredients consisting of 25, 50, 100, and 200 g/ha, Isopropylamine Glyphosate 300 g/l with doses of active ingredients consisting of 75, 150, 300, and 600, g/ha and herbicides Goldenstar active ingredient mixture of 2,4-D dimethyl Amine + Isopropylamine Glyphosate 100/300 g/l with a dose of active ingredients consisting of 50, 100, 200, and 400 g/ha and control treatment (without herbicides). The target weeds included Otthocloa nososa, Cyperus rotundus, and Praxelis clematidea. Analysis to test the nature of herbicide mixture using the MSM (Multiplicative Survival Model) test. Furthermore, the co-toxicity value was calculated by comparing the expected LD50 and treatment LD50 values. The results showed that mixing herbicide with the active ingredient 2,4-D dimethyl Amine + Isopropylamine Glyphosate 100/300 g/l on the dry weight accumulation of the weeds Ottochloa nodosa, Cyperus rotundus, and Praxelis clematidea had an LD50 of 1.8424 g/ha and an LD50 of treatment. The expectation is 4.8270 g/ha with a co-toxicity value of 2.6 (co-toxicity value > 1) so that the herbicide mixture with the active ingredient 2,4-D dimethyl Amine + Isopropylamine Glyphosate 100/300 g/l is synergistic. . The production and trade of agricultural products in global markets will undergo changes due to shifts in demand and production patterns. Although demand for pepper is likely to remain strong, pepper production is prone to fluctuations due to various factors, particularly natural ones. This study aims to predict future changes in the production and trade of the world's largest pepper-producing countries and identify macro-level improvements needed to enhance the pepper production and trade system in Indonesia. Using time-series analysis (i.e., double exponential smoothing) with FAOSTAT data from 1961-2020, this study predicts that the competitive landscape among pepper-producing countries is likely to change over the next 15 years. Some producing countries may overtake others in terms of pepper production and trade. Consequently, Indonesia needs to respond to these changes by implementing various sectoral-level improvements, such as investing in sustainable development, improving infrastructure, and addressing political factors, in addition to improving farmer-level practices. The production and trade of agricultural products in global markets will undergo changes due to shifts in demand and production patterns. This study aims to estimate and validate the accuracy of estimated Total Digestible Nutrient (TDN) content in forages based on the chemical composition of feed. Data on nutrient composition for estimates were obtained from the BR-CORTE database consisting of 86 types of forages and primary data from observations consisting of 19 types of forages. Analysis data is used Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient (R2), and root mean square error (RMSE) for estimation models, variance test (ANOVA), and T-test for validation. The results showed that forage TDN had a negative correlation with Neutral Detergent Fibre (NDF) (P <0.01) and lignin (P <0.05), but was positively correlated with Non-Fibre Carbohydrate (NFC) (P <0.01), Ether Extract (EE) and Crude Protein (CP) (P<0.01). Thus, the TDN value can be estimated from the chemical composition in the feed. The regression equation that will be used to estimate forage TDN content is TDN = 0.482 NDF + 1.538 EE + 0.699 NFC + 0.718 CP (R2=0.994). Then, this equation is validated and compared to the Hartadi’s and Wardeh’s equations. The results of the T-test showed that the TDN value estimated is non significantly different with TDN Hartadi for cattle (P>0.05). It concluded TDN value of local forage can be estimated based on this estimation models. This study aims to estimate and validate the accuracy of estimated Total Digestible Nutrient (TDN) content in forages based on the chemical composition of feed. Fertilization is one way to improve fertility to increase the growth of sweet corn. One of the essential nutrients needed by sweet corn is potassium. Potassium can be obtained from inorganic fertilizers such as KCl or organic fertilizers, such as husk ash. The purpose of this study was to determine the best potassium fertilizer dose to increase the growth of sweet corn. The treatment was arranged factorially consisting of 2 factors and using a randomized block design. The first factor are the dose of potassium fertilizer (K) which consists of: 4 levels of dose: 0 kg / ha KCl (K0), 50 kg / ha KCl (K1), 100 kg / ha KCl, and 150 kg / ha KCl (K3). The second factor is the dose of husk ash, which is 0 tons / ha husk ash (S0) and 1 ton / ha husk ash (S1), so there are 8 treatment combinations. Each treatment combination was repeated three times, so that there were 24 experimental unit plots. The variables observed included: plant height, number of leaves, and stem diameter. Potassium fertilizer application is carried out once at the age of 1 week after planting and application of ash husk 1 week before planting. The data obtained were then analyzed and then continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of α = 5%. The results showed that there were no interactions between potassium fertilizer and husk ash at the height, number of leaves, and diameter of sweet corn plants. Potassium fertilizer has a significant effect on increasing plant height and stem diameter of sweet corn plants at 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 MST. But there is no significant effect on the number of sweet corn leaves. Husk ash application has no significant effect on all observed variables. Application of potassium fertilizer at a dose of 150 kg / ha is able to produce the best growth of sweet corn by increasing plant height and stem diameter. Keywords : Sweet Corn, Potassium, Husk As

The utilization of digitalization-based information technology is currently being developed in all units in an agency. State Polytechnic of Lampung (Polinela) is one of the tertiary institutions that continuously improve the system towards digitalization. One of the most exciting things to develop is the Student Creativity Program Proposal Selection System (PKM). PKM is one of the programs launched by the Directorate General of Higher Education, this activity is an effort to facilitate, foster, and realize students' creative and innovative ideas that can have a positive impact on improving student achievement and university achievement. Based on observations and interviews with the committee directly involved in the Polinela level selection activities, in the last 3 years, the number of students who compiled the proposal has increased, and the selection system for the PKM proposal within the Polinela environment is still being done offline, this is felt by the committee for less efficient and effective in the collection of plans in the form of hardcopy and softcopy sent by email. The process of monitoring the selection of PKM proposal evaluation activities has not been optimal, therefore it is necessary to build a digitizing system based on PKM selection that can improve the performance of this process. The method to be made is tailored to the needs of end-users so that it can accelerate the process of selecting PKM proposals. The advantage of the system to be built is that all plans are uploaded online and reviewers can directly assess them online. This System Development uses the Agile Model, a database that is built using the Normalization Technique by testing the system using black-box testing. Keywords: Agile Model, black box testing,  Normalization Technique, PK
