DISEMINASI PRODUK PANGAN BERBAHAN BAKU TEPUNG JAGUNG MODIFIKASI BAGI KWT KENANGA DESA MARGOMULYO LAMPUNG SELATAN
The processing business of processed corn products run by the KWT Kenanga is the lack of variety of processed corn products produced which are limited in the form of marning. One way to expand the use of corn as a food ingredient is the processing of modified corn flour and its processed products. The results of field reviews and discussions with women farmer groups found that the existence of corn processing was minimal at the location and assistance such as counseling and additional insight were not obtained by partner women farmer groups. The activity proposer team has designed the method of activity which is applied by means of counseling, training, consultation, and guidance, as well as evaluation. After counseling, mentoring is carried out by monitoring and evaluating innovation programs provided or implemented in KWT. Improved understanding and technicalities regarding the dissemination of modified corn flour processing technology and its processed products by 85%.
Respon Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Pakcoy (Brassica campestris var. chinensis) Hidroponik pada Pemberian Konsentrasi Pupuk NPK dan Pupuk Daun
Hydroponic crop cultivation generally uses AB mix nutrient. However, the expensive price of AB Mix nutrient caused increasing production costs. In addition to the expensive price, the availability of AB Mix is also limited. As an alternative, there is a need for more affordable fertilizer such as compound fertilizer and foliar fertilizer. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the best compound fertilizer concentration to growth and yield of Pakcoy; (2) determine the best foliar fertilizer concentration to growth and yield of Pakcoy; (3) determine the interaction between compound and foliar fertilizer to growth and yield of Pakcoy. This study was used Split Plot Randomized Block Design consist 2 replicated. Main plot was compound fertilizer concentration and sub plot was foliar fertilizer concentration.The resulted of this study was (1) 2.5 g/L compound fertilizer concentration provide the best growth and yield of Pakcoy; (2) there was no significant effect of foliar fertilizer concentration; (3) there was no interaction between tho treatnments
Sistem Smart Monitoring pada Budidaya Tomat Cherry di Media Tanah
Living a healthy lifestyle is one of the important aspects for human well-being. One way to start a healthy lifestyle is by consuming fruits and vegetables. Cherry tomatoes have become a popular alternative for a healthy snack. The quality of healthy fruits is, of course, supported by healthy plant growth. Therefore, a smart monitoring system for cherry tomato plant growth was developed to assist cherry tomato farmers in monitoring the quality of plant growth. This system is designed using two systems: image processing using the Orange application to assess the fertility quality of plants, with data captured through a camera. The second system is an environmental monitoring system for plant growth, obtained through LDR, thermistor, and soil moisture sensors. The sensor data is processed using a Multiplexer and WeMos as the controller, and the results are displayed on the Thingspeak website. The designed system indicates the health quality experienced by the test plants, and users can view the sensor readings on the web to observe various environmental factors influencing the plants. Based on the results of several experiments, it is known that the system can function according to the initial goals, and environmental factors affect the quality of plant growth, although they may not be the primary factors.Pola hidup sehat menjadi salah satu aspek yang penting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia. Salah satu cara untuk memulai pola hidup sehat yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur. Tomat Cherry merupakan salah satu jenis buah yang kini marak menjadi alternatif panganan sehat. Kualitas buah yang sehat tentunya perlu didukung dengan pertumbuhan tanaman yang sehat. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sistem smart monitoring untuk pertumbuhan tanaman tomat cherry untuk membantu para petani dalam memantau kualitas pertumbuhan tanaman. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan dua sistem, yaitu image processing menggunakan aplikasi Orange untuk melihat kualitas kesuburan tanaman yang mana datanya diambil melalui kamera. Sistem kedua merupakan sistem pemantauan lingkungan tumbuh tanaman yang akan diperoleh melalui sensor LDR, thermistor, dan soil moisture sensor. Data tersebut akan diolah menggunakan bantuan Multiplexer dan WeMos sebagai kontrolernya, yang mana hasil baca data tersebut akan ditampilkan pada website thingspeak. Sistem yang dirancang akan menunjukkan kualitas Kesehatan yang dialami oleh tanaman uji, dan user dapat melihat data pembacaan sensor melalui web untuk melihat beberapa faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi tanaman. Berdasarkan hasil dari beberapa percobaan dapat diketahui bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan awal, dan faktor lingkungan mempengaruhi kualitas tumbuh tanaman, meskipun belum tentu menjadi faktor utamanya
MONITORING RUMPON TRADISIONAL DI TELUK HURUN, BANDAR LAMPUNG SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN EFEKTIFITAS PENANGKAPAN IKAN
Teluk Hurun telah menjadi daerah penangkapan ikan oleh nelayan di sekitar pesisir Lampung. Penangkapan ikan menggunakan purse seine biasanya memerlukan alat bantu pengumpul ikan, atau biasa disebut rumpon. Penggunaan rumpon dimaksudkan agar nelayan tidak melaut terlalu jauh untuk mencari daerah penangkapan ikan, sehingga efisiensi biaya operasional melaut dapat diminimalisir. Sejauh ini, rumpon ditenggelamkan beberapa waktu sebelum trip penangkapan berlangsung. Padahal, rumpon tradisional dengan atraktor daun kelapa membutuhkan waktu tunggu untuk dapat berfungsi secara efektif sebagai pengumpul ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memonitor secara berkala hingga didapatkan gambaran kondisi rumpon perminggunya dan memperkirakan usia rumpon dapat efektif digunakan sebagai alat bantu penangkapan ikan. Underwater survey dilakukan diakhir minggu, selama lima minggu berturut-turut yang meliputi pencatatan, perekaman dan pendokumentasian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumpon memerlukan sekitar 4 – 5 minggu untuk dapat efektif sebagai pengumpul ikan. The Implementation of Rapid Application Development (RAD) Method at Aquaponics Cultivation Monitoring System
Aquaponics is a cultivation method that combines plant cultivation and freshwater fish farming. Aquaponics can be applied to a limited land such as house yard, which is very suitable to be applied in urban areas with limited land. Aquaponics cultivation requires a controlled environment and more maintenance and care compared to other cultivation techniques such as hydroponics, since cultivators must maintain and take care for both plants and fish at the same time. To get the maximum yields, it is necessary to control the time, ambient temperature, humidity value, water level, pH, and water temperature. The existing aquaponics farming that are carried out by farmers or cultivators in general still uses a simple system through measuring the pH level of the water (using the pH meter equipment), water level, water temperature, and ambient temperature, so that farmers or cultivators need more time and manpower to maintain and take care of the plants and fish. Therefore, we need a solution in the form of a monitoring system that can monitor the environmental conditions of plants and fish continuously throughout the day. The monitoring system developed has the ability to monitor time, ambient temperature, humidity, water level, pH, and water temperature. The system was developed using the rapid application development (RAD) system development method. The RAD consists of four stages: requirements planning; system design; construction; and cutover. The test result using the black box testing method prove that the monitoring system can monitor time, ambient temperature, humidity, water level, pH, and water temperature
Micropropagation of Java Cardamom (Amomum compactum)
Java cardamom (Amomum compactum) is hardly propagated with rhizome without the mother plant. In vitro culture could overcome the problem through mass propagation for seedling production or other purposes such as genetic material for mutation breeding. The aim of the research was to generate protocol of establishing Java cardamom micropropagation. This research consisted of 4 aspects i.e. shoot induction of mother plant (without Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) and using PGR BAP (6-benzylaminopurine) 1000 ppm), explant origin selection (main stem, rhizome bud height >3 cm, rhizome bud height ≤3 cm and lateral rhizome), sterilization procedure establishment (4 methods differ in the use of detergent, HgCl2, Alcohol, NaOCl, Ethanol, Iodine and soaking time in fungicide and bactericide) and shoot multiplication (MS 0, MS 0 + BAP 1 ppm and MS 0 + BAP 1 ppm + NAA 1 ppm). Result showed the application of 1000 ppm BAP to mature plant could induce shoot emergence. The best explant source was rhizome bud that smaller or equal to 3 cm. The highest survival rate (71%) was recorded when explants disinfected with 70% alcohol for 30 seconds and 0.1 % mercuric chloride for 5 minutes. Java cardamom in vitro culture showed highest shoot multiplication rate in MS 0 + BAP 1 ppm medium (multiplier of 10 shoots/explant in 18 weeks). MASKULINISASI IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloticus) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN LARUTAN MADU (Apis mellifera linneus)
Male tilapia is preferred by cultivators because it has a higher growth speed or matures quickly (sexual maturity) than female tilapia. Efforts need to be made to increase the production of tilapia by applying masculinization to increase the production of male tilapia. Masculinization activities can be carried out using the hormone 17α-Methyltestoteron. However, the use of these hormones usually leaves a carcinogenic residue which not only does not meet food safety requirements but also endangers consumers. Efforts to masculinize can be done by immersing the larvae in a water solution of honey. Honey contains chrysin which acts as an aromatase inhibitor resulting in increased hormone production and male traits become dominant. The purpose of this activity is to determine the male sex ratio from immersing tilapia larvae in honey solution. The larvae used were 7 days old, then soaking was carried out for 20 hours using honey with a concentration of 15 ml/L capable of producing 76% male seeds.Ikan nila jantan lebih disukai oleh pembudidaya karena memiliki kecepatan tumbuh lebih tinggi atau cepat dewasa (matang kelamin) dari pada ikan nila betina. Perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan produksi ikan nila dengan aplikasi maskulinisasi untuk meningkatkan produksi ikan nila jantan. Kegiatan maskulinisasi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan hormon 17α-Methyltestosterone. Namun, penggunaan hormon tersebut biasanya meninggalkan residu karsinogenik yang bukan saja tidak memenuhi syarat keamanan pangan tetapi juga membahayakan konsumen. Upaya maskulinisasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara perendaman larva dalam media air larutan madu. Madu mengandung chrysin yang berperan sebagai aromatase inhibitor sehingga mengakibatkan produksi hormon meningkat dan sifat-sifat jantan menjadi dominan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengetahui rasio kelamin jantan dari perendaman larva ikan nila dalam larutan madu. Larva yang digunakan berumur 7 hari, kemudian perendaman dilakukan selama 20 jam menggunakan madu konsentrasi 15 ml/L mampu menghasilkan 76% benih berkelamin jantan
OPTIMALISASI FORMULA MINUMAN OLAHAN JERUK NIPIS (Citrus aurantifolia) DENGAN PARAMETER KAREKTERISTIK PRODUK
Jeruk nipis merupakan salah satu jenis buah-buahan dikenal dengan kandungan vitamin C yang tinggi dan mengandung senyawa kimia yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh. Sehingga jeruk nipis dapat diolah menjadi minuman. Minuman olahan merupakan minuman yang diolah dalam bentuk cair maupun serbuk yang tidak mengandung bahan tambahan pangan maupun mengandung bahan tambahan pangan baik alami maupun sintetik dan dikemas dalam kemasan siap saji. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan formulasi yang optimal dalam pembuatan minuman olahan jeruk nipis menggunakan program Design Expert Versi 13 metode Mixture D-Optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dua tahap yaitu, analisis bahan baku yaitu untuk mengetahui kadar vitamin C dan nilai pH dari sari jeruk nipis dan menentukan formulasi awal untuk menentukan batasan awal formula minuman olahan jeruk nipis serta pengujian pH pada formulasi awal untuk menentukan jenis pengawet yang akan digunakan. Sedangkan penelitian utama yaitu untuk mengetahui formulasi optimal menggunakan program Design Expert Versi 13 metode Mixture D-Optimal, serta formulasi tersebut dilakukan analis respon kimia yaitu penentuan kadar vitamin C, kadar gula total, dan nilai pH. Respon fisika yaitu total padatan terlarut. Respon organoleptik terhadap atribut warna, aroma, dan rasa. Minuman olahan jeruk nipis terbuat dari sari jeruk nipis, sukrosa, air, trehalosa, dan natrium benzoate. Dari 10 formulasi yang direkomendasikan kemudian dihasilkan 1 formula optimal. Formulasi tersebut menghasilkan kadar vitamin C 28,49 mg/100g, kadar gula total 22,03%, pH 2,84, total padatan terlarut 21,18°Brix, warna dengan skor 4,97 (agak suka), aroma dengan skor 5,57 (suka), dan rasa dengan skor 5,17 (suka). Formula optimal produk minuman olahan jeruk nipis yang dihasilkan oleh program Design Expert Versi 13 memiliki nilai desirability 0,852.

Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Dispersi Kepemilikan dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Kebijakan Deviden
This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of ownership structure on the dividend policy of property companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019, (2) The effect of dispersion of ownership on the dividend policy of property companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019, (3) Effect of capital structure on dividend policy of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data. The population in this study were property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The samples of this study were 10 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data were obtained using the financial statements of property companies for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results, this study indicates that (1) the ownership structure has a positive effect on the dividend policy of property companies. (2) Dispersion of ownership does not affect the dividend policy of property companies. And (3) Capital structure has no effect on dividend policy of property companies
PENGAWETAN SERANGGA MENGGUNAKAN RESIN UNTUK MEJAGA KETERSEDIAAN BAHAN PRAKTIK
Dalam kegiatan pelayanan praktikum ada beberapa hal yang harus di persiapkan, salah satunya adalah bahan praktik berupa serangga, baik yang bersifat predator maupun yang berperan sebagai hama. Ketersediaan hama di lapangan tidak selalu melimpah dan dapat diperoleh dengan mudah, hal ini di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain : iklim dan cuaca, ketersediaan tanaman inang, jenis tanaman yang di budidayakan, penggunaan pestisida. Pada pelayanan praktikum perlindungan tanaman, pengendalian hama terpadu, pengendalian hama penyakit pasca panen, ketersediaan specimen serangga dari berbagai ordo dan species baik sebagai obyek identifikasi maupun untuk uji toksik harus selalu tersedia. Pada praktikum Pengenalan dan identifikasi serangga baik sebagai hama maupun predator kendala yang sering terjadi adalah kerusakan koleksi serangga pada insectarium, dari kondisi yang selalu terjadi pada setiap praktikum maka penulis terinpirasi untuk melakukan metode atau cara penyimpanan (pengawetan serangga) menggunakan resin. Ternyata dengan cara ini ketersediaan bahan berupa serangga terutama yang tidak tersedia di lapang dapat teratasi, sehingga proses pelayanan praktikum pada mata kulaiah yang memerlukan specimen serangga sebagai bahan praktikum dapat terpenuhi.
