Optimasi Produksi Tanaman Kedelai Edamame (Glicine max. (L) Merrill) Dengan Pengaturan Jarak Tanam Dan Pemberian Kompos
Soybean plants (Glycine max (L) Merrill) are annual plants, have white or purple flower colors and have various shapes and sizes for leaf and seed characters. Soybean production in Lampung province in 2015 was 9.82 thousand tons of dry beans, decreased by 3.96 thousand tons (28.76%) compared to 2014. Crop productivity is strongly influenced by the environment and the variety of plants planted, and the spacing is also closely related to the plant population. Spacing arrangement is very influential on plant growth and yield. One of the efforts that can be done to improve soil fertility is by giving compost. Compost is the final substance of a fermentation process of piles of garbage / plant litter and sometimes also includes animal carcasses. This study used a randomized block design with 3 replications, the treatment was given 2 factors, spacing and compost application. The purpose of this study was to increase the yield of edamame soybean optimally with the treatment of spacing and giving organic compost. The results showed that based on least significant different show that the best interaction between spacing planting and compost application on all variable is J2K2 (15cm x 40cm + 12 ton/ha). While the lowest treatment on the J0K0 (15cm x 20cm + 0 ton/ha)
Kombinasi Dosis Pemupukan dan Frekuensi Sadap terhadap Produktivitas Individu Tanaman Karet
Fluctuating rubber prices cause rubber planters to suffer losses, especially when prices are low as of right now. Planters apply high-intensity tapping to obtain maximum production but this is not balanced with optimal fertilization and actually has a negative impact on the sustainability of rubber plantations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of fertilizing doses and tapping frequency on the productivity of rubber plants and to obtain optimal fertilizer doses and tapping frequency when rubber prices are low. The research method used a randomized block design (RBD), with six combination treatments of tapping frequency and fertilization. The results showed that the highest volume of latex was produced in the S/2 d3 ET treatment of 2.5% 100% fertilization, while the variable dry rubber content (DRC), tapping frequency treatment d3 (B, D, F) produced higher DRC and was significantly different compared to tapping frequency treatment d2 (A, C, E). The highest KKK was obtained in treatment F, namely 38.6%. Observation of individual plant production (g per tree per tapping), 50% - 100% fertilization treatment can increase the production of both tapping frequency d2 and d3. The highest production was obtained in treatment F (S/2 d3 ET2.5% 100% fertilization). So, tapping with d3 tapping frequency combined with 100% fertilization dose produces the highest individual plant productivity. Analisis Reaksi Pasar dan Pergantian Auditor Sebelum dan Sesudah Restatement
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there are differences in market reactions and auditor changes before and after the restatement the company. In this study, three variables were used, market reaction, auditor changes and restatement. This research used quantitative method. The populations are all company listed on Indonesia Exchange IDX in the period of 2017 to 2019 taken with purposive sampling method. The test method uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank-Test test because the normality test shows that the data are not normal. The data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show that there is a difference in the average abnormal return before and after the restatement; there is no difference in the average trading volume activity before and after the restatement; and there is no difference in the change of auditors before and after the restatement because the change of auditors has been regulated in Indonesian regulations
Pengaruh CAR, LDR, BOPO dan NPL terhadap ROA pada Sektor Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2019
This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, BOPO and NPL on ROA in the banking sector in the Indonesian stock exchange. Using Purposive Sampling method, involving 2018-2019 periods, the current research obtained 33 companies that meet the criteria, so the total number of samples is 66 company financial reports. The method of data collection is through secondary data documentation obtained from downloading financial reports published by www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that CAR and NPL have no effect on ROA, while LDR, BOPO have effects on ROA. And CAR, LDR, BOPO and NPL collectively affect RO
MODIFIKASI ROUNDED BOTOOM FLASK DAN MICROWAVE OVEN SEBAGAI ALAT DISTILASI MINYAK ATSIRI UNTUK MENDUKUNG PRAKTIKUM LABORATORIUM
Minyak atsiri merupakan hasil metabolit sekunder dalam tanaman, dapat diperoleh dari berbagai bagian tanaman, yaitu akar, batang kayu, biji, buah, bunga, daun , pucuk daun, getah, kulit buah, kulit pohon, ranting, dan rimpang. Proses pengambilan minyak atsiri dilakukan dengan distilasi. Distilasi merupakan pemisahan komponen-komponen suatu campuran dari dua jenis cairan atau lebih yang berdasarkan perbedaan tekanan uap dari masing-masing dari zat tersebut. Setiap tanaman memerlukan perlakukan sistem distilasi yang berbeda dalam menghasilkan minyak atsiri. Pada penelitian ini dirancang distilasi air dengan memodifikasi Rounded botoom flask dan Microwave oven sebagai alat destilasi minyak atsiri. Alat penyulingan yang telah ada umumnya didesain dalam skala industri dan home industri sedangkan penyulingan pada distilasi air dengan microwave oven didesain skala laboratorium dan penelitian. Distilasi air dengan memodifikasi Rounded botoom flask dan Microwave oven pengaturan suhu sangat dapat diseting konstan dengan sistem pemanasan menggunakan termostat. Microwave oven didesain menggunakan gelombang elektro magnetik dengan frekuensi di atas 3 GHz maka jika gelombang mikro diserap Rounded botoom flask atau labu alas bulat dengan bahan tanaman yang mengandung atsiri maka akan terjadi efek pemanasan, sehinga uap air dan uap minyak dicairkan dengan cara mengalirkan pada jenis condensor Liebig yang didinginkan dalam air melalui kondensor. Pencairan uap dilakukan dengan mengalirkan air pendingin yang berlawanan arah dengan aliran uap minyak. Air dimasukan dibagian bawah kondensor dan dikeluarkan melalui bagian atasnya.

Marketing Information System of VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) Using Operational Database
The virgin coconut oil (VCO) marketing information system uses an operational database with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) as its database and its function in providing information. Improvement in making the design of VCO products on trade in the information system to enlarge the marketing of VCO trade. Utilization of information technology in open competition through mastery of skills, especially information technology, the internet in the form of a marketing information system based on operational databases. The research data uses the JSON object type marked with curly brackets ({}) and arrays as square brackets ([]), in this research object uses 3 objects consisting of 10 fields, namely: Product Name in string data, Price for string data type, product image type string model, object name string data type, category string data type, location string data type, address string data type, contact name string data type and availability of string data type in building a VCO marketing pricing information system that allows admin user can change data create, insert, update or delete data in operational database
Penelitian Pendahuluan tentang Pengukuran Performance dan Load Testing pada Learning Management System (LMS)
This preliminary study aims to measure the performance of the Moodle-based online learning system for Learning Management System (LMS) of Lampung State Polytechnic. This is done by conducting performance and load testing on LMS to gain a deeper understanding of the server performance in handling high user loads. The measurements were carried out using Apache JMeter with predefined scenarios provided by Moodle. The test results showed that most of the services were accessible well and fast, but there were some services that experience increased response time as the number of users increases.Penelitian pendahuluan ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja server sistem pembelajaran daring berbasis Moodle pada Learning Management System (LMS) Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mengukur pengujian performa dan beban pada LMS guna mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang kinerja server dalam menghadapi beban pengguna yang tinggi. Pengukuran dilakukan degan menggunakan Apache JMeter dengan skenario yang telah disediakan oleh Moodle. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar layanan dapat diakses dengan baik, namun ada beberapa layanan yang mengalami peningkatan response time seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengguna
Analisis Usaha Penggemukan Sapi Potong di PT XX Lempuyang Bandar
PT XX merupakan salah satu perusahaan penggemukan sapi potong atau feedlot yang berada di Provinsi Lampung. Perusahaan ini mampu menjual sapi potong lebih dari 8.500 ekor setiap tahunnya. Bakalan sapi potong diimpor dari negara Australia khususnya wilayah Sandover yang kemudian digemukkan dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan hingga akhirnya siap dijual kepada konsumen dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir, yaitu mengidentifikasi bagan alir produksi ternak sapi potong di PT XX, dan menganalisis keuntungan usaha pada usaha ternak sapi potong di PT XX. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif yang meliputi analisis pendapatan, analisis break even point (BEP), analisis return cost ratio (R/C Ratio), dan benefit cost ratio (B/C Ratio). Proses produksi sapi potong PT XX dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu : Penerimaan bakalan sapi potong, penimbangan bobot sapi rata-rata, bongkar muat sapi potong, karantina, pengambilan sampel darah, pemeliharaan sapi potong, grading, penimbangan sampling, dan penjualan sapi potong. Pendapatan di PT XX sebesar Rp7.724.344.238,00, BEP produksi sebesar 45.257,39 kg, BEP harga sebesar Rp2.353.384.716,00, R/C Ratio sebesar 1,27, dan B/C Ratio sebesar 0,27. Maka dapat dinyatakan usaha penggemukan sapi potong di PT XX layak untuk dijalankan
PENYULUHAN HIDROPONIK METODE NUTRIENT FILM TECHNIQUE (NFT) UNTUK SAYURAN DAUN DI PT GREAT GIANT PINEAPPLE
The service activity with the title Hydroponic Counseling Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) Method for Leaf Vegetables at PT Great Giant Pineapple was attended by 11 employees. PT GGP, especially the LOB plant section, will develop a business of cultivating horticultural crops other than fruits. The company has available facilities and infrastructure needed for hydroponic cultivation. However, there is still a lack of knowledge for the implementation of the NFT hydroponic system, so training in the NFT hydroponic system is needed for the experts who work there. Polinela as a partner of PT GGP, especially lecturers of the Horticultural Crop Production Technology study program, facilitates NFT system hydroponic training which is also very capable in the field of hydroponics to assist partners (PT GGP) in using and utilizing the hydroponic installations they already have. This training was carried out by delivering material on hydroponic cultivation, NFT systems, calculation and dissolution of nutrients; discussions, and direct demonstrations. Demonstration activities on nursery activities on rockwoll media and direct checks on installations that have been installed by discussing problems in the field. The results of the discussion included: The roof of the green house is too short; The table frame in each gully is too far away; There is no bypass between the pipe connection from the nutrient tank to the gully connecting pipe; The pipe between the outline hose to return to the nutrient tank is as flat as the floor; The distance between the netpot in each planting hole is too close to the bottom of the gully, The nutrient tank is a white storage box which can cause the nutrients in it to heat up faster. During the activity, participants were actively involved in asking questions and sharing experiences and obstacles faced during hydroponic cultivation. During the activity, participants found solutions to their problems. The service team opens space and time for participants to communicate via whatsapp if they find problems. The results of this service activity are pakchoy seeds that have been sown and 7-day-old pakchoy seeds that the service team brought. The results of the activities that have been carried out can be concluded that the implementation of this service activity can increase the knowledge and skills of PT. GGP employees in cultivating leaf vegetable plants in the hydroponic NFT system.Kegiatan pengabdian dengan judul Penyuluhan Hidroponik Metode Nutrien Film Technique (NFT) untuk Sayuran Daun di PT. Great Giant Pineapple diikuti oleh 11 orang karyawan. PT GGP khususnya bagian LOB plant akan mengembangkan usaha budidaya tanaman hortikultura selain buah-buahan. Perusahaan ini telah tersedia sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan untuk budidaya hidroponik . Namun masih minimnya ilmu untuk pelaksanaan hidroponik sistem NFT, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan hidroponik sistem NFT untuk tenaga ahli yang bekerja disana. Polinela sebagai mitra dari PT GGP khususnya dosen program studi Teknologi Produksi Tanaman Hortikultura menfasilitasi pelatihan hidroponik sistem NFT yang juga sudah sangat capable dalam bidang hidroponik untuk membantu mitra (PT GGP) dalam menggunakan dan memanfaatkan instalasi hidroponik yang telah mereka miliki. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan penyampaian materi budidaya hidroponik, sistem NFT, perhitungan dan pelarutan nutrisi; diskusi, dan demontrasi langsung. Kegiatan demonstrasi pada kegiatan persemaian pada media rockwoll dan dilakukan pengecekan langsung pada instalasi yang sudah terpasang dengan mendiskusikan masalah di lapang. Hasil diskusi tersebut antara lain: Atap green house terlalu pendek ; Rangka meja di setiap gully terlalu jauh; Belum terdapat bypass antara sambungan pipa dari tangki nutrisi ke pipa penghubung gully; Pipa antara selang outline untuk kembali ke tangki nutrisi sama datar dengan lantai; Jarak antara netpot di setiap lubang tanam terlalu dekat dengan dasar gully, Tangki nutrisi merupakan storage box berwama putih yang dapat menyebabkan nutrisi di dalamnya akan lebih cepat panas. Selama mengikuti kegiatan, peserta terlibat aktif dalam bertanya dan berbagi pengalaman dan kendala yang dihadapi selama melakukan budidaya hidroponik. Terlihat dari selama kegiatan berlangsung peserta menemukan solusi bagi masalah mereka. Tim pengabdian membuka ruang dan waktu bagi peserta untuk berkomunikasi melalui whatsapp jika menemukan masalah dalam. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah benih pakchoy yang telah disemai serta bibit pakchoy umur 7 hari yang yang dibawa tim pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan PT. GGP dalam membudidayakan tanaman sayuran daun secara hidroponik sistem NF
THE EFFECT OF PRESERVATION METHODS ON THE STORAGE OF YELLOW PUMPKIM PUREE
Puree is a fruit paste with a moisture content of about 60% of the process of steaming and crushing the fruit or often called a ready-to-cook (RTC) product. One of the problems of this puree is that high moisture content causes the puree to easily be damaged. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storage temperature, addition of sugar, the use of ammonium benzoate to shelf life of pumpkin puree. Treatment of the study were (1) Addition of sugar with level 20%; 30%; 40%; and 50%, (2) addition of sodium benzoate, with level 1,000 ppm, 2,000 ppm, 3,000 ppm, and (3) storage temperature, with room temperature level and cool box. The results showed that (1) Storage at cold temperatures (0-5oC) was more effective to increase shelf life of yellow pumpkin puree compared with addition of sugar and use of ammonium benzoate preservatives, (2), sugar addition to 30% less effective for prolonging life keep the pumpkin puree, (3) The addition of ammonium benzoate to 3,000 ppm can improve the shelf life of the yellow pumpkin puree
