Get PDFGaya belajar peserta didik harus berubah baik dari segi cara mengajar sekaligus penyiapan bahan ajar yang akan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu usaha yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pendidik adalah dengan menyajikan pembelajaran mengunakan media interaktif melalui pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi salah satunya melalui aplikasi canva. Namun belum semua mereka memiliki keterampilan dan kemampuan dalam membuat media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi canva tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 03 Labuah Gunuang, Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban, dengan pesertaterdiri dari seluruh guru SD Negeri yang berjumlah 34 orang. Kegiatan terlaksana sesuai rencana dan target. Seluruh peserta mengikuti setiap kegiatan pelatihan dengan fokus, semangat dan antusias. Hasil pengukuran terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan capaian 93,1%. Hasil evaluasi terhadap tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan diperoleh bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan berada pada persentase 97,06% dan kemampuan dalam menggunakan media canva dalam membuat media pembelajaran berada pada capaian 95,1

No full textThe life of a journalist is a life full of challenges, so it requires good physical and mental health. Therefore, there is a need for regular health checks and providing education, not only physical health but also mental health. The aim of this activity is to carry out community service activities for journalists regarding improving physical and mental health. The method used is the direct implementation method at the Radar Kediri Office. The number of participants was 31 people. The activities carried out consist of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results obtained were that 36% had prehypertension, 26% had prediabetes and journalists were very enthusiastic about demonstrating again the stress management that was taught. This activity is really needed to improve the performance of journalists, because their lives require excellent health

The research findings show a positive and statistically significant correlation between quality and purchase intention. The impact of product quality on purchase intention is positive and statistically significant. The impact of brand awareness on purchase intention is positive and statistically significant. Customers\u27 familiarity with a brand may decrease over time, but it remains influential. It can be a moderating factor in the relationship between service quality and the likelihood of purchasing. Improving and regulating the relationship between product quality and purchase intention can be facilitated by increasing brand awareness

Get PDFLeadership is necessary in running the wheels of the organization. The direction and goals of the organization must be commanded by a leader who is reliable, has a vision for the future, and has integrity. Visionary leadership is needed to answer the challenges of the organization in the future, in order to survive and develop. This study aims to determine how visionary leadership affects job satisfaction and employee performance with work climate as mediation. The research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo with a population of 93 permanent employees. This type of research is quantitative using the SEM-PLS program, the primary data used is a questionnaire. The types of tests carried out are outermodel, discriminant validity test, iscriminant validity test, reliability test, then proceed with the inner model to see the direct and indirect effects. The results showed that visionary leadership had no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t-stat value of 0.284 < 1.96 and a pvalue of 0.777> 0.05 (significant). Visionary leadership has no positive and significant effect on performance with a t-stat value of 0.549 < 1.96 and a pvalue of 0.583 > 0.05 (significant). Visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction when mediated by work climate pvalue 0.000 < 0.05 (significant), and has a positive and significant effect on performance with work climate as mediation with a pvalue of 0.000 < 0.05 (significant)

Perbandingan Pendekatan Metode Peramalan Naive Approach, Simple Moving Average dan Weighted Moving Average dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Prediksi Penjualan JNE Kopma UNY
Get PDFJNE Kopma UNY\u27s logistics demand increases 2% per week, the manual courier allocation system is unable to keep up, predictions are accurate and real-time is needed. However, there is no exact accuracy for this case. The study was conducted to determine the accuracy of the smallest Mean Percentage Error (MPE) at JNE Kopma UNY by observing sales data for 2022 to predict demand. The data was analyzed using the Naive Approach, SMA and WMA methods, then measured using the MPE to determine the best forecasting method. The software used is Microsoft Excel 2016. The 3 Month (SMA) produces the highest sales prediction (Rp. 38,668,850) for January 2023 compared to Naive Approach (Rp. 35,086,330) and 3 Month WMA (Rp. 37,993,380). 3 Month SMA is proven to be superior with the lowest MPE (12.07%) and consistent performance. Naive Approach is inaccurate (MPE 20.26%) and 3 Month WMA performance is unstable (MPE 14.27%). This research recommends 3 Month SMA for JNE Kopma UNY to increase the accuracy of sales predictions and optimize stock. Opportunities for further research are open regarding the application of 3 Month SMA in various contexts

Dan Bagaimana penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindakpidana penggelapan uang? Pengaturan tindak pidana penggelapan dan sanksi dalamhukum pidana Indonesia diatur di dalam Dalam KUHP Buku II Pasal 372-377Sedangkan Penggelapan didalam KHUP terbaru yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 1Tahun 2023 Tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana. Tindak PidanaPenggelapan diatur di dalam BAB XXVI yang terdiri dari Pasal 486, 487, 488, 489,490 dan 491 dan Tindak pidana penggelapan uang banyak terjadi di dalamkehidupan sehari-hari. Pelaku tindak pidana penggelapan bisa dilakukan olehsiapapuun juga, tidak hanya masyarakat melainkan pejkabat yang memiliki Jabatandisebuah instansi dapat melakukan tindak pidana penggelapan uang. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode penelitian metode penelitian Yuridis Normatif dengan datasekunder terdiri dari bahan-bahan hukum premier, sekunder dan tersier. Pengaturantindak pidana penggelapan dan sanksi perlu disosialisakan kepada masyarakat agarmasayarakat paham bahwa tindak pidana penggelapan bisa terjadi secara massifdan tidak di sadari oleh masyarakat. This study aims to identify, prioritize and prevent supply chain risks. The research procedure uses the House OF Risk (HOR) model in two phases to prioritize and address risk agents based on ARP values and calculate Total Effectiveness with related calculations to determine rosk mitigation priorities. The HOR 1 study states the process of activities and risks in the supply chain of various events, such as material calculation errors, machine breakdowns, and raw material scarcity. The HOR 2 study with findings includes preventive measures, communication strategies, inventory management, production evaluation, ergonomics, supplier sourcing, and equipment maintenance. Get PDFKeadaan Pandemi Covid-19 memerlukan kerja ekstra dari hampir semua tenaga kesehatan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para tenaga kesehatan tersebut Pemerintah harus ikut campur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah untuk memenuhi hak tenaga kesehatan selama Pandemi Covid-19 dan pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan secara perundang-undangan. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah dalam membentuk kebijakan-kebijakan untuk memenuhi hak tenaga kesehatan sudah cukup baik, walaupun masih mendapati kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Pemberian insentif bagi tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu masalah yang hingga kini belum dapat teratasi. Diharapkan sektor pemerintahan yang memeliki wewenang terkait kebijakan tersebut untuk meningkatkan sosialisasi kebijakan agar dapat diterima dan dimengerti oleh semua pihak fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sehingga memberikan dampak baik bagi tenaga kesehatan, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan pemerintahan itu sendiri
