Análisis económico y financiero de Inclass Designworks SL y comparación sectorial.
Con este trabajo lo que se pretende es analizar la situación económica, financiera y patrimonial,
así como realizar un análisis estratégico de Inclass Designworks SL con el objetivo de facilitar
la toma de decisiones de los grupos de interés.
Para ello, se ha realizado una gran variedad de ratios en el periodo 2019-2023 y se ha
comparado con el sector, con la finalidad de que sirviera de apoyo para analizar con más detalle
la situación de Inclass Designworks, obteniendo unos resultados que indican que Inclass
Designworks se encuentra en equilibrio financiero y económico, y no presenta problemas de
posibles impagos
Foliar or irrigation application of salicylic acid and methyl jasmonate regulate postharvest ripening and chilling tolerance of green pepper fruit by modulating both antioxidant and lipid metabolism
Green pepper quality deteriorates during cold storage due to membrane lipid damage and oxidative stress,
leading to chilling injury (CI). The main aim of this study is to investigate the effects of preharvest applications of 0.5 mM salicylic acid (SA) and 0.1 mM methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on ’Herminio’ green peppers, applied via foliar
spraying and irrigation, to enhance chilling tolerance. Therefore, the physiochemical traits, CI incidence, antioxidant metabolism, and fatty acid (FA) composition after 28 days at 2◦C followed by 2 days at 20◦C (shelf-life) were analyzed. Both SA and MeJA treatments, irrespective of application method, reduced weight, firmness, and colour losses compared to the control. Treated fruits also showed better colour retention, with irrigation showing superior hue angle values. The phytohormones modulated postharvest ripening, increasing total acidity after 28 days. Notably, preharvest applications, especially SA applied via irrigation, significantly mitigated the CI incidence. This protection was linked to enhanced non-enzymatic antioxidant systems, including increased total phenolic content (TPC), hydrophilic-total antioxidant activity (H-TAA), lipophilic-total antioxidant activity (LTAA) and total carotenoid content (TCC). The study also revealed that the irrigation application of SA reduced saturated fatty acid (SFA) content, while MeJA irrigation decreased specific SFA and increased unsaturated fatty acid (UFA) content. Thus, SA irrigation resulted in the highest UFA/SFA ratio. In conclusion, preharvest applications of SA and MeJA modulated antioxidant and lipid metabolism, improving postharvest quality and
enhancing chilling tolerance. Irrigation with 0.5 mM SA proved most effective, demonstrating its potential for
commercial application to enhance green pepper storability and health benefits. Finally, this research provides
valuable insights into the physiological effects of these phytohormones on green pepper fruit
La digitalización en empresas del sector de la naranja de la provincia de Castellón
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado analiza el grado de digitalización de las empresas del sector
de la naranja en la provincia de Castellón, en un contexto marcado por la despoblación
rural, la competencia y la necesidad de innovación para mantener la competitividad. A
través de una encuesta realizada a 21 empresas, se evalúan las herramientas digitales
implementadas y los resultados obtenidos.
El estudio incluye un análisis detallado de una cooperativa líder en el sector, destacando
sus inversiones en fertiirrigación inteligente y sistemas de visión artificial, y
demostrando mediante indicadores financieros que estos proyectos son rentables.
Además, se estudia la integración de esta empresa en un grupo hortofrutícola más
amplio, lo que ha permitido nuevas inversiones como un cuadro de mando y cobots.
Las conclusiones reflejan que la digitalización no solo es viable, sino necesaria para
afrontar los retos del sector citrícola actual, aumentar la eficiencia, reducir costes y
ofrecer productos de mayor calidad.This thesis examines the level of digitalization in orange-producing companies in the
province of Castellón, within context of rural depopulation, competition, and the
pressing need for innovation to remail competitive. Through a survey sent to 21
companies, the study assesses the implementation of digital tool and their outcomes.
A detailed case study is presented on a leading cooperative in the citrus sector,
highlighting its investments in smart fertigation and artificial vision systems. Financial
analyses confirm the profitability of these initiatives. Furthermore, the cooperative’s
integration into a larger agri-food group enabled the adoption of advanced technologies,
such as digital dashboards and collaborative robots.
The conclusions show that digital transformation is not only feasible but essential for
addressing the current challenges in the citrus industry, improving efficiency, reducing
costs, and delivering higher-quality products
Oxygen-Mediated Sequential Down-Conversion in Perylenediimides
Perylenediimides (PDIs) are among the best-known chromophores
for optoelectronic applications. Their photophysics in oxygen-rich
environments remains, however, underexplored. In this study, we investigate
three different PDI derivatives using steady-state and time-resolved absorption
and emission spectroscopy in toluene with different oxygen concentrations.
Unsubstituted PDI and 1,7-bay-substituted PDI featuring diphenylphenoxy
groups exhibit oxygen-mediated sequential down-conversion. Upon photoexcitation,
the singlet excited state (S1) of PDIs interacts with molecular oxygen
(3O2) to generate singlet oxygen (1O2) via the formation of the triplet excited
state (T1) of PDIs. Subsequently, (T1)s of PDIs sensitize an additional 3O2 to
produce a second 1O2. Overall, one (S1) produces two 1O2. Importantly, this
process depends on energy requirements: on one hand, the energy difference
between (S1) and (T1), and on the other hand, the (T1) energy level should
exceed that of 1O2. Our work illustrates the oxygen-mediated sequential down-conversion in perylenediimides and reveals its effect
Sideritis carpetana (Labiatae), a new high-mountain Mediterranean species from the marble outcrops of the Sierra de Guadarrama (Central System, Madrid, Segovia, Spain)
A new species of Sideritis (Sideritis carpetana) is described from the calcareous, high-mountain
Spanish flora in the central part of the Iberian Peninsula. It is found in a Mediterranean
climate at high-elevation, perennial, calcareous grasslands, as well as in marble screes
of anthropogenic origin in the Sierra de Guadarrama, Central System (Spain), in a reserve
area within the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, at 1996 m asl. Taxonomic morphological
measurements were performed on collected specimens from Sierra de Guadarrama
as well as on geographically-adjacent Sideritis (i.e., S. glacialis, S. pungens, S. hyssopifolia).
The relationships among them were then explored with multivariate analysis. Sideritis carpetana
is a dwarf shrub with an erect or decumbent habit, growing up to 15 cm; non-woody
twigs with long hairs of 3–4 cells, leaves are entire, linear-oblanceolate, sparsely covered
with trichomes; inflorescence is spiciform or slightly verticillated, flowers are yellow and
nutlets ovoid. A key is supplied to help distinguish it from other high-mountain Iberian
species included in section Sideritis. The species is unique in its combination of morphological
and autoecological characters. S. carpetana shares similarities with S. glacialis, a
species from Sierra Nevada, and its northern Mediterranean variant, S. glacialis subsp.
fontqueriana from Sierra de Gúdar. They share morphological characters that are absent
in other high-mountain Sideritis, reinforcing their Mediterranean character, as opposed to a
more temperate or submediterranean character, such as those of the hyssopifolia group
Guía de Intervención en Terapia Ocupacional para pacientes con Meduloblastoma: estrategias basadas en la evidencia.
Introducción El meduloblastoma es el tumor maligno más común en el cerebelo infantil, cuyos tratamientos son cirugía, radioterapia y quimioterapia. Aunque la tasa de supervivencia ha aumentado, muchos menores enfrentan secuelas neurológicas, como problemas de atención, coordinación motora y memoria, entre otros. La terapia ocupacional es clave en su rehabilitación, ayudando a mejorar la funcionalidad, promover la independencia y apoyar la reintegración escolar. Esta guía se centra en un enfoque integral y personalizado para optimizar la recuperación física, emocional y social de los pacientes con meduloblastoma. Objetivo La finalidad principal de esta guía es ofrecer información a terapeutas ocupacionales sobre intervención en pacientes con meduloblastoma, con el fin de mejorar aspecto tanto cognitivos, físicos como bienestar emocional y psicosocial, y con ello promover su autonomía y calidad de vida. Desarrollo de la guía Para la elaboración de la guía se ha obtenido información realizando una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura existente de la temática, consultando las bases de datos PubMed, así como, algunas páginas web específicas sobre meduloblastoma. Tras este proceso, se ha diseñado una guía a través de la herramienta y página web “Canva”. La guía está formada por 34 páginas y consta de 5 apartados con sus correspondientes sub-apartados.Introduction Medulloblastoma is the most common malignant tumour of the cerebellum in children and is treated with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Although the survival rate has increased, many children face neurological sequelae, such as problems with attention, motor coordination and memory, among others. Occupational therapy is key to their rehabilitation, helping to improve functionality, promote independence and support school reintegration. This guide focuses on a comprehensive and personalised approach to optimise the physical, emotional and social recovery of patients with medulloblastoma. Objective The main purpose of this guide is to provide information to occupational therapists on intervention in patients with medulloblastoma, in order to improve cognitive, physical, emotional and psychosocial well-being, and thus promote their autonomy and quality of life. Development of the guide For the preparation of the guide, information was obtained by carrying out an exhaustive review of the existing literature on the subject, consulting the PubMed databases, as well as some specific web pages on medulloblastoma. Following this process, a guide was designed using the ‘Canva’ tool and website. The guide is made up of 34 pages and consists of 5 sections with their corresponding sub-sections
The collective construction of canon in Harry Potter fanfilms
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado profundiza en la evolución e interacción entre los fans y los productos culturales que crean y consumen, analizando específicamente los ‘fanfilms’ de Harry Potter como un ejemplo de la participación activa de la audiencia. La investigación se centra en cómo estas creaciones audiovisuales, realizadas sin ánimo de lucro y distribuidas a través de Internet, desdibujan la línea entre el ‘fanon’ y el canon para dar cabida a nuevos personajes, conceptos e historias.
Esta investigación busca explorar un ámbito apenas estudiado en la literatura hispanohablante sobre los ‘fanfilms’ de Harry Potter: cómo su canon se construye de forma colectiva, la forma en la que se distribuyen en redes sociales, la creciente diversidad en los personajes, sus aspectos técnicos y estéticos y si suponen o no una infracción de copyright.
Se emplea una metodología cualitativa basada en el visionado y análisis de 20 ‘fanfilms’ de la ‘Era de los Merodeadores’ publicados en YouTube entre 2012 y 2025, seleccionados según criterios de relevancia y representatividad temática. Además, se realiza una entrevista al académico Lucas Gagliardi, autor de otra investigación sobre los ‘fanfilms’ del universo potteriano.
Los resultados permitirán demostrar que los ‘fanfilms’ operan como una extensión legítima de la narrativa, incluso en los casos en los que contradicen el canon oficial. Se reforzará su carácter como espacios de resistencia simbólica, que exploran nuevas relaciones y personajes ‘queer’ ante el creciente rechazo de los fans a J. K. Rowling. También se demostrará cómo estas producciones se convierten en un canon alternativo al llenar vacíos narrativos, expandir las historias de los personajes y construir nuevas convenciones dentro del ‘fandom’.This TFG delves into the evolution and interaction between fans and the cultural products they create and consume, specifically analyzing Harry Potter fanfilms as an example of active audience participation. The research focuses on how these non-profit audiovisual creations, distributed online, blur the line between fanon and canon to make room for new characters, concepts and stories.
This research aims to explore an area that has been barely adressed in Spanish-language literature on Harry Potter fanfilms: how their canon is built collectively, the way they are distributed through social media, the growing diversity of characters, their technical and aesthetic aspects, and whether or not they constitute copyright infringement.
A qualitative methodology is used, based on the viewing and analysis of 20 fanfilms from the ‘Marauders Era’, published on YouTube between 2012 and 2025, selected according to standards of relevance and thematic representativeness. Additionally, an interview was conducted with academic Lucas Gagliardi, author of another study on fanfilms within the Harry Potter universe.
The findings will prove that fanfilms function as a legitimate extension of the narrative, even when they contradict the official canon. Their nature as spaces of symbolic resistance will also be reinforced, as they explore new relationships and queer characters in response to the growing rejection of J. K. Rowling by the fans. These productions will also be shown to operate as an alternative canon by filling narrative gaps, expanding character stories, and establishing new conventions within the fandom
Development and Characterization of Pectin and Beeswax-Based Coatings Enhanced with Anthocyanins and Its Antioxidant and Antifungal Properties
Currently, approximately one third of food is wasted; to counteract this, several novel packaging technologies have been developed to extend its shelf life, among
which active packaging stands out. In this research, filmogenic solutions of pectin and
beeswax with the addition of bioactive compounds as anthocyanins were developed and
characterized to evaluate their potential application as active coatings. The antioxidant
and antifungal activity of anthocyanins and coatings were determined, and the rheological
properties, pH, color, SEM and FT-IR of the coatings were evaluated. The antioxidant
activity of the anthocyanins had IC50 values of 79.52 and 56.14 µg/mL for DPPH• and
ABTS•+
, respectively, and 0.25% (w/v) for the antifungal activity against Colletotrichum
siamense, which was inhibited by 32.16% and had morphological affectations in the fungus.
The best formulation for coating was obtained with 3% (w/v) pectin, 1% (w/v) wax, and
1% (w/v) Tween 80, and 0.1, 0.25, and 0.5% anthocyanins were added. The rheological
properties showed adequate viscosity values (0.08–0.12 Pa·s), and the pH values were acidic
(3.05–3.78) and showed reddish tones. FT-IR analysis showed that the interactions between
the components included the C=O stretching band being shifted due to intermolecular interactions and SEM micrographs showed that the film coatings presented continuous areas
of pectin with embedded wax crystals. Promising results were obtained for antioxidant
and antifungal activity for the coatings. The formulations presented suitable characteristics
for their use as active coating in food
Validación de un nuevo modelo para el entrenamiento quirúrgico en inserción de drenajes ventriculares para el tratamiento de la hidrocefalia
Introducción: El sistema ventricular cerebral genera el líquido cefalorraquídeo (LCR), cumpliendo funciones clave de protección y homeostasis del sistema nervioso central. Alteraciones en su dinámica pueden originar hidrocefalia, con o sin obstrucción al flujo de LCR. En casos agudos, el drenaje ventricular externo (DVE) es la intervención de emergencia ideal. Recientemente, han surgido nuevos métodos de entrenamiento para su colocación, evaluando con este trabajo la formación basada en realidad virtual (RV).
Hipótesis y objetivo: El uso de tecnología de RV en un entorno tridimensional puede suponer un nuevo método de entrenamiento quirúrgico válido para la colocación de un DVE. Se analizarán determinadas variables para evaluar si existen diferencias significativas en comparación con los métodos de formación tradicionales.
Material y metodología: Tras la revisión bibliográfica y análisis de la literatura, se diseña un estudio clínico aleatorizado y doble ciego, con 24 participantes sin experiencia neuroquirúrgica previa. Estos son divididos en grupo A de formación clásica y grupo B de formación avanzada con RV. Se emplean modelos físicos impresos en 3D y un entorno virtual a partir de imágenes radiológicas anonimizadas. La precisión de la inserción del DVE se evaluó mediante neuronavegación, registrando variables clave como distancia a la diana, trayectoria, localización de catéter, tiempo e intentos.
Resultados: El análisis estadístico de los datos recogidos muestra que existen diferencias significativas entre grupos a la hora de localizar el punto de Kocher (p = 0,02), y respecto a la distancia del catéter a la diana en el modo ‘vista de trayectoria’ (p = 0,015), siendo ambos más precisos en el grupo de formación avanzada. La ubicación del catéter en función de las áreas de confianza establecidas y el éxito del drenaje según su localización anatómica fueron dos variables que también mostraron superioridad significativa al comparar ambos grupos (p = 0,0058 y p = 0,015, respectivamente).
Conclusiones: El grupo que recibe la formación en un entorno virtual muestra una mejoría significativa para localizar el punto de entrada óptimo y dirigir el drenaje en la trayectoria correcta, con una mayor precisión y menor riesgo de daño cerebral. Son necesarios futuros estudios sobre la aplicación de este tipo de entrenamiento en la práctica clínica habitual.Introduction: The cerebral ventricular system contains cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plays a key role protecting and regulating the central nervous system homeostasis. Variations in CSF dynamics can lead to hydrocephalus, with or without obstruction of CSF flow. In acute cases, an external ventricular drain (EVD) is the ideal emergency intervention. Recently, novel training methods have emerged for EVD placement, evaluating with this study the virtual reality (VR)-based training.
Hypotheses and objective: The use of VR technology in a three-dimensional environment may represent a valid new surgical training method for EVD placement. To assess this, specific variables will be analyzed to determine whether significant differences exist based on the kind of training received prior to the procedure.
Materials and methods: Following a literature review, a randomized, double-blind clinical study was designed involving 24 participants without prior surgical experience. Participants were divided into group A (classical training) and group B (advanced VR-based training). Physical models were 3D-printed, and a virtual environment was created from anonymized radiological images. EVD placement accuracy was assessed using neuronavigation, recording key variables such as target distance, trajectory, catheter location, procedure time and number of attempts.
Results: Statistical analysis of the collected data shows significant differences between groups in identifying Kocher’s point (p = 0.02) and in catheter-to-target distance in “trajectory view” mode (p = 0.015), both being more accurate in the advanced training group. Both the catheter placement according to predefined confidence zones, and drainage success based on anatomical location, showed significant superiority in the advanced training group (p = 0.0058 and p = 0.015, respectively).
Conclusions: The group that received advanced VR-based training showed significant improvement in identifying the optimal entry point and directing the drain along the correct trajectory, with greater precision and a lower risk of brain injury. Further studies are needed to evaluate the application of this type of training in routine clinical practice
