Efektifitas metode belajar renang dengan bantuan teman untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlit
Get PDFBeberapa atlit mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan renang gaya dada. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya kepercayaan diri atlit dalam melakukannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau efektifitas metode renang dengan bantuan teman untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri Atlit dalam melakukan renang gaya dada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi experimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 79 orang atlit renang. Kemudian dilakukan penarikan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sehingga didapatkan 41 orang yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Intrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen tentang kepercayaan diri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik t-test. Data dianalisis dalam dua kelompok, yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Perangkat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode renang dengan bantuan teman efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlit dalam berenang gaya dada. Dengan taraf signifikansi 6.42 dan ? = 0.05
The contribution of learning motivation and self-confidence towards the resolution of students'learning problems
Get PDFStudents' ability to solve learning problems is influenced by the factors of learning motivation and self-confidence. Students who are able to solve problems in learning will be able to get satisfying results. Students who are unable to solve problems in learning will experience failure in achieving a goal. This study aims at looking at the contribution of learning motivation and self-confidence to the ability to solve the problem of student learning at SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. This type of research was quantitative with correlational methods. The sample of this research was the students of class X and X1 of SMAN 1 Lintau Buo identified from the AUM PTSDL results having the most problems. The research instrument used a learning motivastions, self confidence and the resolution of students learning problems. The result of the reliability test of the learning problem-solving ability was 0.759. The research data were analyzed by using multiple regressions. The research findings showed that: learning motivation, in general, was in the high category. The students’self-confidence was generally in the high category. The students' problem-solving abilities were generally in the high category. The learning motivation contributed positively and significantly to the learning problem-solving abilities. The self-confidence contributed positively and significantly to students' learning problem-solving abilities, and the learning motivation and self-confidence together contributed positively and significantly to the students' learning problem understanding abilities
Differences in Self-Concept of Students from Intact Families And Non-Intact Families
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the phenomenon of the number of students from non-intact families lacking self-confidence, thus causing him to be less able to see himself positively. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in self-concept of students from intact families and families not intact. This research is a quantitative type of research with a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students of SMP 25 Padang in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 744 students. The total sample of 260 students (150 students from intact families and 110 students from non-intact families) was selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage formula technique and formula t test with the help of SPSS for Windows 16. 0. The results revealed that (1) self-concept of students from intact families were in the high category (2) self-concept of students from non-intact families in the category quite high, and (3) there is a significant difference between the self-concept of students from intact families and non-intact families with a significant level of 0,000. Based on the results of the study it was suggested to counselors to be able to provide guidance and counseling services, information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services and group counseling services to students from non-intact families, in order to help students realize positive self-concepts
The effect of parents’ support, learning methods, and learning motivation on student’s learning achievement in social science (ips) subject
Get PDFThe goals of this research is to analyze at first the effect of parents support and acquired ability on their motivation in learning social sciences .The second effect parents support, acquired ability and motivation in learning social sciences on their achievements. This research was quantitative research which consisted of three indipendent variables and one dependent variable. The research was conducted on students at two thuosand sixteenth and two thuousand seventeen.The results showed that the first there is not a significant effect between parents support on their motivation and there is a significant effect acquired ability on their motivation in learning social sciences at student. The second there is a significant effect between parents support, acquired ability, and motivation in learning social sciences on their achievements at students
Workshop on scientific journal writing for school counselor in Pamekasan
Get PDFCounselors as an educator qualification are required to continuously improve and develop academic qualifications and competencies. Professional development is carried out with a variety of things including writing scientific papers. This activity is conducted to provide training of school counselors to write the results of research that has been done, specifically with regard to making scientific articles that are ready to be submitted in reputable national and international journals. The subjects of this service are all Pamekasan school counselors. The method of implementing scientific article writing training activities for Pamekasan counselors is carried out through 3 stages, namely problem identification, implementation and evaluation. Data collection by qualitatively using analysis of interview results and observations of the participants in the activity. Training results show, after participating in this training activity, school counselors in Pamekasan have gained insight, knowledge and skills about writing scientific articles. This training has helped alleviate the workload of school counselors, especially related to scientific publication obligation

For this reason, counselors and counselors must make various counseling and counseling services, one of which is group guidance services, including efforts to prevent sexual harassment among students. Group counseling services can be done with a variety of approaches, one of which is the approach and techniques of expressive therapy counseling. The expressive therapist believes that individuals are different in expressing what is in themselves, there are individuals who are more open to express what is felt in him, including communicating the anxiety he feels. The results show that there is an increase in understanding and knowledge of school counselors / school counselors, especially in terms of implementing counseling in schools. During this time in school, counseling teachers carry out counseling with traditional methods, namely asking with special techniques, but after this training the counseling teacher can conduct counseling with an expressive therapy approach

The effectiveness of group guidance in increasing the students assertiveness on prevent drug abuse
Get PDFDrug abuse in the form of increased aseertiveness through group guidance services in efforts to prevent drugs is rarely done is schools. This study aims to see the effectiveness of guidance services group in increasing student assertiveness to prevent drug abuse. This study used quantitative research with experimental methods Quasi Experiment Design approach through the design of the Non Equivalent Control Group Population research students of SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat and research samples of class XI Mekatronika and XI Audio Visual. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed using Wilxocon Signed Rank Test and Kolmogorov Smirnov Two Independent. Based on the results of the study it was found that group guidance services were effective in increasing student assertiveness to prevent drug abuse.
Training on matrix model value clarification technique approach in PKn-IPS learning for elementary school teachers in Talawi Sawahlunto sub-district

In practice of learning sometimes teachers ignore the guidance of attitudes and character values. This is caused by lack of teacher’s skills to implement the learning approach in learning Civics and Social Science. So that impact to low student character and student unready to face competition globally. The purposes of this training are to increase insight and train teachers in Talawi to apply VCT approach model matrix in Civics and Social Science lesson, in order to improve the student’s character. The targets are elementary school teachers in Talawi (20 people). The method in this training consists of Lecture Method, Question and Answer, Discussions, used to describe the material, encouraging active participation of teachers, selecting material to be designed with steps of VCT model matrix. Recitation Method for training teachers to designing RPP with VCT matrix. Simulation Method to train teachers to implement Civics and Social Science learning with VCT model matrix. The results are teachers in Talawi can understand, design-implement, improve their skills in implementing Civics and Social Science with VCT matrix model that can influence the improvement of student’s character values
Training Increases Understanding of Teachers and Parents About Healthy Food for Children with Autism
Get PDFAutism is a developmental disorder in the brain characterized by the appearance of 3 repetitive, restrictive, stereotypical and obsessive behaviors. Even though there is no definite cause for autism, but some parts of the brain such as the amygdala, hippocampus, limbic system, cerebellum and the cerebral cortex experiences developmental histochemical to anatomic disorders. Until now there are no drugs to cure autism. However, if a child is on a food type diet specifically that discipline can really reduce to his autism. Especially for those who have good intelligence, then they are able to follow the level of education to college. This training activity was attended by all teachers in the Mandiri Character School which was attended by parents of students. This activity was considered successful because parents and teachers were enthusiastic in attending this event. Parents have a high curiosity to regulate a balanced diet for autistic children. Parents and teachers feel this activity is very useful in providing educational services for children with autism, because autistic children must follow a diet program to reduce the child's autism. Therefore, managing a balanced diet is very important for the success of the therapy and the learning process. Thus this activity is very beneficial for parents and teachers in providing services for children with autism. It is expected that parents at home can regulate healthy food patterns for autistic children, while teachers in schools can pay attention to the types of foods that autistic children may and may not consume
