Konselor dalam Konseling Kelompok Pada Pendekatan Analisis Transaksional
Analisis transaksional berakar dari tradisi psikodinamika. Analisis transaksional juga mendapat pengaruh dari konsep keadaan ego dan pemikiran Erikson tentang perkembangan manusia yang berupa rangkaian urutan dalam kehidupan seseorang, yang kemudian disebut Berne sebagai life script. Pendekatan analisis transaksional banyak digunakan tidak hanya dalam bidang konseling dan psikoterapi, tapi juga dalam bidang lain seperti pelatihan pendidikan, manajemen dan komunikasi. Pendekatan analisis transaksional cocok digunakan untuk membantu klien dalam menangani berbagai tipe dan tingkat problem dan disfungsi. Mencakup situasi problematic sederhana, melalui reaksi stress sementara, hingga kesulitan berelasi dan emosi yang jauh mengakar serta gangguan kepribadian
Comprehension Level Analysis Self Student of SMAN 2 Tilatang Kamang
This research is motivated by field phenomena in schools where many students do not have self-understanding, most students do not understand their strengths and weaknesses, both in terms of interests, abilities , personality, and attitudes. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 285 students enrolled in the 2022/2023 academic year with a sample of 166 people, who were selected using the simple random sampling technique. Collecting data in this study used a self-understanding questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data was processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques . The results showed that students' self-understanding at SMA Negeri 2 Tilatang Kamang was in the moderate category with a percentage of 59.09%. Based on the aspect of self-understanding categorized: (1) the aspect of interest is in the low category 38.6%, (2) the aspect of ability is in the high category 43.4%, (3) the personality aspect is in the medium category 48.2%, (4 ) the attitude aspect is in the high category, namely 45.8%. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that counseling teachers can provide assistance in the form of information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services
Pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan orang tua terhadap kemampuan membimbing matematika anak (survey pada taman kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Koto Tangah)
Early childhood education needs to develop mathematics. The process of mathematical development in children does not escape the guidance and role of parents. Factors supporting parental guidance include education and parental occupation. This study aims to describe the effect of parents' educational background and occupation on the ability to guide children's mathematics. This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method with 186 parents of kindergarten children in the Koto Tangah sub-district as respondents. Analysis of research data was carried out using the percentage of multiple regression with dummy variables using SPSS 26. Data collection from the study used a questionnaire validated by expert judgement techniques and reliability test using Cronbach's alpha formula with the results obtained that is 0.90. The research findings are (1) in terms of parental education, it is in a good category in encouraging children's development, (2) in terms of parents' work, it is in a good category in improving the ability of teachers to monitor children, (3) the effect on increasing mathematical abilities. ,5%, (4) the effect of work on the ability to encourage mathematics by 7.1%, (5) gender does not affect the ability to develop, (6) work and gender together on the ability to develop mathematics by 8 ,3%. (7) overall education, occupation and gender contribute or influence the ability to guide children's mathematics
Kindergarten principal leadership and academic supervision of supervisors as contributing factors to kindergarten teacher performance
Research based on phenomena that show a decline in teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the contribution of kindergarten principal leadership and academic supervision to performing kindergarten teachers. This type of research is quantitative, with a descriptive correlational approach. The population in this study were kindergarten teachers, amounting to 43 people. Respondents in this study amounted to 43 people. The instrument used is a Likert model scale and a questionnaire about teacher performance, the leadership of the kindergarten principal, and the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor. Test the validity using the product moment correlation. For the reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha. The requirements analysis tests carried out are; normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that; 1) there is a contribution from the leadership of the kindergarten head to performing the kindergarten teacher, 2) there is the contribution of the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor to the kindergarten teacher’s performance, and 3) there is the contribution of the leadership of the kindergarten head and the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor to the kindergarten teacher performance
Utilizing Social Media for Enhancing English Language Learning Among High School Students in Sungai Penuh
This research investigates the role of social media as a tool for enhancing English language learning among high school students in Sungai Penuh. With platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok widely accessible and popular among students, the study examines their effectiveness in promoting language practice, vocabulary development, and engagement outside the traditional classroom. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and focus group discussions with students from various high schools to understand their experiences and attitudes towards social media as a learning aid. Findings reveal that social media offers a dynamic, interactive environment that supports language acquisition, aligning learning with students’ daily activities. However, challenges such as distractions, the need for structured guidance, and content quality concerns were identified. The Influence of Family Support and Self Esteem of the Drug Abuse Prevention on Senior High School
The aims of the study are to analyse influence of family support and self esteem on the prevention of drug abuse. The method of the study is quantitative method, using descriptive type. The population of the study are 2453 students, they are from senior high school of SMAN 1, 2, and 5 South Bengkulu, the sample are 301 students which is choose using proportional stratified random sampling technique, and the instrument used was questionnaire. The result of the study states that there is a significant relationship of family support and self esteem of the drug abuse prevention senior high school of SMAN 1, 2, and 5 South Bengkulu are 10,6%. Konseling Kelompok Berbasis Pendekatan Adlerian Untuk Meningkatkan Rasa Percaya Diri Peserta Didik
Students have various problems, one of which is related to self-confidence that needs to be explored and eradicated. School counselors have challenges in alleviating students' trust problems in schools. Counselors are required to have competence in counseling services in schools. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of group counseling based on the Adlerian approach to increase students' self-confidence. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach. A literature study is a method used to collect data or sources related to the Adlerian approach that was adopted in a study and then analyzed by the descriptive analysis method. The Adlerian approach is one of the most popular approaches to group counseling in practice. In this article, we will discuss the analysis of group counseling based on the Adlerian approach to increase students' self-confidence. Based on the analysis of the group counseling approach, the Adlerian approach can increase students' self-confidence.
Pendekatan Adaptif dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam di MTsN Siulak: Strategi untuk Mengatasi Keragaman Gaya Belajar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dalam pendidikan Islam di MTsN Siulak, khususnya pada tiga siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar berbeda: auditori, visual, dan kinestetik. Melalui pendekatan penelitian tindakan kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individual siswa guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif—seperti penggunaan media visual untuk siswa visual, narasi cerita untuk siswa auditori, dan kegiatan fisik untuk siswa kinestetik—dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan personal dalam proses pembelajaran di madrasah untuk mengatasi perbedaan gaya belajar, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pengajaran yang lebih efektif dan inklusif di MTsN Siulak. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dalam merancang metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan berdampak positif bagi keterlibatan siswa di kelas
The Contribution of Internet Utilization towards the Student Learning Outcomes
The emergence of the internet has a major effect on human life, including in education. The internet contributes to academics so that it has a very important role for student learning success. This research aims to describe the contribution of internet utilization as a learning resource towards the student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Padang. This study used a descriptive quantitative research method, and the data were analyzed by using the simple linear regression. The population of this research was 920 students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang, and the sample chosen was 279 students selected by using the proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a scale of internet utilization with a Likert model. The findings of this research showed that the use of the internet as a learning resource contributes towards the student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Padang with an effective contribution 40.4%
Peer Corrective Feedback (PCF) pada Keterampilan Menulis Teks Eksposisi Hortatory Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Peer Corrective Feedback (PCF) terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa dalam teks eksposisi hortatori pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris, menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan metode non-equivalent pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebihi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang menerima perlakuan PCF dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat perlakuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes keterampilan menulis sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan keterampilan menulis yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor post-test mencapai 82,57, sementara kelas kontrol hanya 74,20. Uji t-sampel berpasangan mengindikasikan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PCF berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis siswa, menekankan pentingnya pendekatan interaktif dan kolaboratif dalam pembelajaran menulis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efekti
