Методическое обеспечение этнокультурной деятельности общедоступных библиотек: анализ современного состояния
Get PDFThe current methodological support of ethno-cultural activities of public libraries is analyzed. There are described its main areas: publication of methodological materials and organization of the scientific conferences and seminars. There is characterized the formed theoretical basis allowing to determine the further ways of the development of ethno-cultural activities. The contemporary regional schools of library and ethnic research are presented. There is revealed the value of libraries ethno-cultural activities in the context of the main documents of the national and cultural policy of the Russian Federation: “The Basic Principles of State Cultural Policy”, “Strategy of State National Policy up to 2025”, “The Concept of State Policy on Migration up to 2025”. The attention is paid to the role of libraries as informational, cultural and educational centres in the process of integration and adaptation of migrants. The regional libraries best practices (Perm, Nizhny Tagil) aimed at migrants cultural and speech adaptation are described. The definition of a modern public library as the centre of inter-ethnic and inter-cultural interaction is embodied in the Model Standard of the Public library activities. The characteristics of multicultural composition of population of the Russian Federation and the specific features of its service are presented.Проанализировано современное методическое обеспечение этнокультурной деятельности общедоступных библиотек. Раскрыты его основные направления: издание методических материалов, проведение научных конференций и семинаров. Дана характеристика сформированной теоретической базы, позволяющей определять дальнейшие пути развития этнокультурной деятельности библиотек. Представлены современные региональные школы этнобиблиотековедческих исследований. Показано значение этнокультурной деятельности библиотек в контексте главных документов национальной и культурной политики Российской Федерации: «Основ государственной культурной политики», «Стратегии государственной национальной политики Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года», «Концепции государственной миграционной политики на период до 2025 года». Уделено внимание роли библиотек как образовательных, культурных и информационных центров в процессе интеграции и адаптации мигрантов. Раскрыт опыт деятельности региональных библиотек (Пермь, Нижний Тагил), направленный на культурно-речевую адаптацию мигрантов. Дано определение современной общедоступной библиотеки как центра межкультурного и межнационального взаимодействия, закрепленное в Модельном стандарте деятельности общедоступной библиотеки. Дана характеристика состава поликультурного населения Российской Федерации и специфика его обслуживания

Get PDFThe research reveals the features of the development of the German-language book publishing in Samara in the second half of 19th - the beginning of the 20th centuries. There was analyzed the publishing activities of certain associations, enterprises and individuals, connected with the Evangelical Lutheran community of St. George. The author proves that the Samara German language book publishing used the printing houses of other regions. There is provided information on book production of Samara Germans, preserved in the holdings of the Russian State Library, National Library of Russia and Library of the Russian Academy of Sciences.В исследовании раскрываются особенности развития немецкоязычного книгоиздания в Самаре во второй половине XIX - начале XX века. Проанализирована издательская деятельность отдельных объединений, предприятий и частных лиц, связанных с Евангелическо-лютеранской общиной Св. Георга. Автор доказывает, что полиграфической базой самарского немецкоязычного книгоиздания служили типографии и типолитографии других регионов. Приводится информация о книжной продукции немцев Самары, сохранившейся в фондах Российской государственной библиотеки (РГБ), Российской национальной библиотеки (РНБ) и Библиотеки Российской академии наук (БАН)

Get PDFThe collective monograph by S.Yu. Volzhenina, S.S. Guzner, L.A. Kozhevnikova “Library sector in the socio-economic system of region: methodology and methods of performance evaluation” (Novosibirsk, 2015) discusses the problems of theory and methodology of economics of library activities. The impetus for conducting the study was the need to identify the new approaches to the analysis of the status and development of librarianship in the region in the framework of the subject of the Russian Federation. The book presents the new solutions to one of the most complex problems of librarianship. There are substantiated the new terms: “Library Sector”, “Regional Library Sector”, “Regional Library Cluster”. There is described the model system of indicators and indices for assessing the activity of libraries and the method of determination of assessment of their contribution to the social production of the region. The model is tested and endorsed on the basis of library sector of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region - Ugra.В коллективной монографии С.Ю. Волжениной, С.С. Гузнера, Л.А. Кожевниковой «Библиотечная отрасль в социально-экономической системе региона: методология и методика оценки эффективности» рассматриваются проблемы теории и методологии экономики библиотечной деятельности. Импульсом к проведению исследования послужила необходимость выявления новых подходов к анализу состояния и развития библиотечного дела на уровне региона в рамках субъекта Российской Федерации. В книге представлены новые решения одной из сложных библиотековедческих проблем. Обоснованы новые термины: «библиотечная отрасль», «региональная библиотечная отрасль», «региональный библиотечный кластер». Описана модель системы показателей и индексов оценки деятельности библиотек и методика определения оценки их вклада в общественное производство региона. Модель апробирована на базе библиотечной отрасли Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа - Югры

Get PDFOn the basis of archival documents of the Russian State Military Historical Archive there is analyzed reorganization of the printing plant of the Land Noble Cadet Corps, executed in 1768, and its consequences. There are considered the questions of organization of printing production and book trade, relations with the authors and private clients, the economic viability of the printing plant in the late 1760-ies - early 1770-ies. The revealed data allow to assert that during that period the printing plant of the Land Noble Cadet Corps retained its significance as an important center of production and dissemination of secular printed book.На основе архивных документов Российского государственного военно-исторического архива в статье проанализированы реорганизация типографии Сухопутного шляхетного корпуса, проведенная в 1768 г., и ее последствия. Рассмотрены вопросы организации полиграфического производства и книжной торговли, взаимоотношений с авторами и частными заказчиками, экономической рентабельности типографии в конце 1760 - начале 1770-х годов. Выявленные данные позволяют утверждать, что в этот период типография Сухопутного шляхетного кадетского корпуса сохранила значение важного центра производства и распространения светской печатной книги

Get PDFCollection development circumstances change due to the active use of online electronic resour-ces. The notion of “acquisition” extends not only to the library’s own collection, but also to remote access electronic resources. The forthcoming of new acquisition objects and new acquisition methods in the electronic environment has broadened the traditional acquisition process. Materials acquired to the library’s own collection and licensed by the library have different forms of storage and methods for providing users’ services. The method of dividing the collection in a temporary and permanent parts based on the form of documents’ ownership is considered, and the properties of documents related to the temporary collection - aggregation, chronological characteristics of material availability, renewability, legal conditions - are described. Online electronic resources features affect the properties of a temporary collection, such as reliability, dynamics, selectivity. Traditional acquisition processes have been replaced by the new processes - licensing, maintenance of financial documents for payment of services on access, registration of licensed online electronic documents. Nowadays the libraries should transform the collection development processes in terms of working with remote access electronic resources

In the framework of the Book Fair there are traditionally held creative and professional meetings, conferences, presentations and workshops. The major professional events of the fair, significant for book and library community, are described. The project on the unified sectoral calendar, designed to coordinate the flow of events of the book industry and form the unified cultural and literary space, is presented. Special attention is paid to the presentation of the bibliophilic edition of M.V. Seslavinsky “Russian Book Rarities of the 20th century: 333 Selected Books”.Подводятся итоги Международной ярмарки интеллектуальной литературы non/fictio№ 18, проходившей 30 ноября - 4 декабря 2016 г. в Центральном доме художника в Москве. В рамках ярмарки традиционно проводятся творческие и профессиональные встречи, конференции, презентации и мастер-классы. Рассказывается об основных профессиональных событиях ярмарки, значимых для книжной и библиотечной общественности. Презентуется проект единого отраслевого календаря, призванный координировать поток мероприятий книжной отрасли и формировать единое культурно-литературное пространство. Особое внимание уделяется презентации библиофильского издания М.В. Сеславинского «Русские книжные редкости ХХ века: 333 избранные книги»

Get PDFOn the basis of archival documents stored in the holdings of the Russian State Library (RSL) there are studied the issues relating to the condition of the Rumyantsev Museum in the period between the February and October Revolutions of 1917. The revolutionary events gave impetus to the discussion at the Council of State Rumyantsev Museum (SRM) of its tight situation, as well as proposals of staff employees on its reorganization and allocation of the Museum Library as an independent institution. Presented debates had an impact on further development of librarianship and museum work in the country after the October Revolution of 1917.На основе архивных документов, хранящихся в собрании Российской государственной библиотеки (РГБ), исследованы вопросы, касающиеся положения Румянцевского музея в период между Февральской и Октябрьской революциями 1917 года. Революционные события дали толчок к обсуждению на Совете Государственного Румянцевского музея (ГРМ) тяжелого состояния музея, а также предложений сотрудников по его реорганизации и выделения Библиотеки Музея в самостоятельное учреждение. Представленная полемика оказала влияние на дальнейшее развитие и библиотечного, и музейного дела в стране после Октябрьской революции 1917 года
