Информационное обеспечение сферы культуры: успехи, проблемы, перспективы
No full textThe 2nd International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “Information Context of Culture: Resources, Technologies, Service” was held on October 11—12, 2022. Conference organizers are the Russian State Library (RSL), the Russian State Library of Arts (RSLA) and St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture (SPSIC). The purpose of the event is to summarize scientific research and practical experience on the issues of information support in the cultural sector, demonstrate the best achievements, identify problems and ways to overcome them. The leitmotif of the forum was the topic of cooperation between libraries, archives and museums of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. During two days of the forum, more than 80 representatives of the cultural sector from the RSL, the RSLA, the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library, the national libraries of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, public libraries of almost two dozen regions of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as from the universities of culture in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Tashkent, as well as from the South Ural State University, worked in video communication mode. During the event, more than 900 viewings of the broadcasts of the meetings were recorded on the RSL YouTube channel. Within the framework of the conference, there were held the plenary session, two sessions of the Section “Information potential of libraries for the development of the cultural sector” and two special events: The 12th Conference/Meeting of the heads and specialists of information services on culture and art “Libraries — in the Year of Cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia” and the Round table “Development of library and information space on the basis of border libraries of the CIS member states: conceptual approaches and advanced directions”. In order to improve the work on information support for representatives of the cultural and art sector, the conference participants recommended to promote digital transformation aimed at the formation of common access resources on culture and art and improvement of information services; as well as to strengthen cooperation on the formation and mutual use of information resources created by the libraries of the CIS member states.11—12 октября 2022 г. прошла II Международная научно-практическая онлайн-конференция «Информационный контекст культуры: ресурсы, технологии, сервис». Организаторы конференции: Российская государственная библиотека (РГБ), Российская государственная библиотека искусств (РГБИ) и Санкт-Петербургский государственный институт культуры (СПбГИК). Цель мероприятия — обобщение научных исследований и практического опыта по вопросам информационного обеспечения сферы культуры, демонстрация лучших достижений, выявление проблем и путей их преодоления. Лейтмотивом форума стала тема сотрудничества библиотек, архивов и музеев государств — участников Содружества Независимых Государств. В течение двух дней форума в режиме видеосвязи работали более 80 представителей сферы культуры из РГБ, РГБИ, Президентской библиотеки им. Б.Н. Ельцина, национальных библиотек Казахстана и Узбекистана, общедоступных библиотек почти двух десятков регионов Беларуси, Казахстана и России, а также из Московского, Санкт-Петербургского, Челябинского и Ташкентского вузов культуры, Южно-Уральского государственного университета. Во время мероприятия было зафиксировано более 900 просмотров трансляций заседаний на YouTube-канале РГБ. В рамках конференции были проведены пленарное заседание, две сессии секции «Информационный потенциал библиотек для развития сферы культуры» и два специальных мероприятия: XII Конференция (совещание) руководителей и специалистов служб информации по культуре и искусству «Библиотеки — в Год культурного наследия народов России» и круглый стол «Развитие библиотечно-информационного пространства на базе приграничных библиотек государств — участников СНГ: концептуальные подходы и перспективные направления». В целях совершенствования работы по информационному обеспечению представителей сферы культуры и искусства участники конференции рекомендовали содействовать цифровой трансформации, направленной на формирование общедоступных ресурсов по культуре и искусству и совершенствование информационного обслуживания; укреплять сотрудничество по формированию и взаимному использованию информационных ресурсов, созданных библиотеками государств — участников СНГ

No full textThe All-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation “Gribanov Readings — 2022” was held on December 14—16, 2022 at the National Library of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The article discusses the problems of the book culture of the regions of Russia; this theme was in the focus of attention of conference participants and was the subject of scientific discussion at the plenary session and in the course of the sections: “National and local history bibliography: history, status and new horizons”, “Reading infrastructure: research, exchange of experience”, “Historical and cultural studies to preserve the cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the Russian North, Siberia and the Far East” and “Digital transformation of libraries”. Within the framework of the conference, there were organized the round table “Modern Library Education: exchange of opinions of practitioners and theorists, managers and performers, teachers and students, readers and librarians” and the First Regional Festival of Scientific Research Cinema “Science Cinema”. The conference aroused great interest in the professional and scientific community. More than 130 specialists took part in it — theorists and practitioners of library and information activities, experts in the book industry, philosophers, historians, ethnographers, cultural scientists, art historians, employees of archives and museums from 30 regions of Russia, as well as from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Mongolia. The conference was aimed at identifying the main vectors of the history and current trends in the development of book culture in the regions of Russia, assessing the role of books and reading, bibliography, modern book publishing, discussing the key issues of the domestic book market, finding ways to digitally transform libraries and preserve the best traditions of the development of the book industry.Всероссийская научно-практическая конференция с международным участием «Грибановские чтения — 2022» состоялась 14—16 декабря 2022 г. в Национальной библиотеке Республики Саха (Якутия). В статье рассматриваются проблемы книжной культуры регионов России, которые оказались в центре внимания участников конференции, стали предметом научной дискуссии на пленарном заседании и в процессе работы секций: «Национальная и краеведческая библиография: история, состояние и новые горизонты»; «Инфраструктура чтения: исследования, обмен опытом»; «Историко-культурные исследования по сохранению культурного наследия коренных народов Севера, Сибири и Дальнего Востока»; «Цифровая трансформация библиотек». В рамках чтений был организован круглый стол «Современное библиотечное образование: обмен мнениями практиков и теоретиков, руководителей и исполнителей, преподавателей и студентов, читателей и библиотекарей» и I Региональный фестиваль исследовательского кино Science Cinema. Конференция вызвала большой интерес в профессиональном и научном сообществе. В ней приняли участие более 130 специалистов: теоретики и практики библиотечно-информационной деятельности, эксперты книжной отрасли, философы, историки, этнографы, культурологи, искусствоведы, сотрудники архивов и музеев из 30 регионов России, а также из Беларуси, Казахстана и Монголии. Конференция была нацелена на определение основных векторов истории и современных тенденций развития книжной культуры регионов России, на оценку роли книги и чтения, библиографии, обсуждение ключевых вопросов современного книгоиздания, отечественного книжного рынка, поиск путей цифровой трансформации библиотек и сохранения лучших традиций развития книжной отрасли

No full textThe 10th All-Russian Forum of Public Libraries “Model Libraries and Modernization Quality Standard” was held on November 18—19, 2022 at the National Library of Russia (St. Petersburg). More than 600 participants registered to attend the forum in 2022 (in offline and online format). More than 230 people attended the forum in-person. The forum considered the results of implementation of the National project “Culture” in the field of creating model municipal libraries, as well as problems that have arisen in connection with the modernization in the library sector. The author reveals in detail the content of the main events of the forum — the plenary session and three Round tables (“Modernization quality standard of public municipal library”, “Collections of model libraries: formation, study, promotion”, “Municipal libraries of new generation: exchange of experience and ideas”).The article reports on summarizing at the forum of the results of implementation of the project “The Genius of the Place” 2022 and on awarding the libraries-participants that declared themselves as a “point of talents concentration”. The speakers noted that libraries achieved particular success in working with the audience in the field of creative industries. A total 21 libraries got awards. The article lists the most interesting projects (“Send the Skill”, “ProRobot”, “Master — magic touch”, etc.).The author presents the results of the All-Russian competition “Libraries. PROmotion”. 750 applications from 80 subjects of the Russian Federation participated in the competition. The winners of the competition in 2022 are Berezovsk Centralized Library System of the Sverdlovsk region, Astrakhan Library for Youth named after B. Shakhovsky, Gubkinsky Centralized Library System of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, National Library of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Moshinsk Library of the Nyandom Central District Library of the Arkhangelsk Region.Within the framework of the event, the exhibition of publishing products, new information technologies, goods and services “Library Context — 2022” took place.The Forum, held since 2007, over the years of its existence has become the platform of All-Russian level, where the public discussion of the results and prospects of modernization of the library sector in Russia takes place. The author marks the significance of the All-Russian Forum of Public Libraries as the largest event in the cultural life of Russia.Х Всероссийский форум публичных библиотек «Модельные библиотеки и стандарт качества модернизации» состоялся 18—19 ноября 2022 г. в Российской национальной библиотеке (Санкт-Петербург). Более 600 слушателей зарегистрировались для участия в форуме в 2022 г. (в офлайн- и онлайн-формате). Количество очных участников составило более 230 человек. На форуме рассматривались итоги реализации национального проекта «Культура» в сфере создания модельных муниципальных библиотек, а также проблемы, возникшие в связи с модернизацией в библиотечной сфере. Подробно раскрыто содержание основных мероприятий форума: пленарного заседания и трех круглых столов («Стандарт качества модернизации общедоступной муниципальной библиотеки», «Фонды модельных библиотек: формирование, изучение, продвижение», «Муниципальные библиотеки нового поколения: обмен опытом и идеями»).На площадке форума были подведены итоги реализации проекта «Гений места» 2022 г. и состоялось награждение библиотек-участниц, заявивших о себе как о «точке концентрации талантов». Выступающие отметили, что библиотеки достигли особых успехов в работе с аудиторией в области креативных индустрий. Всего была награждена 21 библиотека. В статье перечислены самые интересные проекты («Скинь Skill», «ProРобот», «Мастер — золотые руки» и др.).Подведены итоги Всероссийского конкурса «Библиотеки. ПРОдвижение». На конкурс было отправлено 750 заявок из 80 субъектов Российской Федерации. Победители конкурса в 2022 г.: Березовская ЦБС Свердловской области, Астраханская библиотека для молодежи им. Б. Шаховского, ЦБС г. Губкинского Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, Национальная библиотека Республики Саха (Якутия), Мошинская библиотека Няндомской центральной районной библиотеки Архангельской области.В рамках мероприятия состоялась выставка издательской продукции, новых информационных технологий, товаров и услуг «Библиотечный контекст — 2022».Форум, проводимый с 2007 г., за годы существования стал площадкой всероссийского уровня, на которой происходит общественное обсуждение результатов и перспектив модернизации библиотечной отрасли России. No full textProject activity is a tool for diversifying the management of modern library in the conditions of high complexity and uncertainty; it is a way to complete and strengthen the power vertical by horizontal ties of self-organizing peer groups. Participation in project activities allows building a space of trust between the administration and the library staff, forming shared goals and values, and contributes to strengthening consensus.Project activities contribute to the effective solution of complex tasks facing the modern library: embedding libraries in the knowledge economy, working in the format of social hub, implementing the agenda of creative industries. By helping to build partnerships with representatives of different communities, the project activities contribute to the development of material and technical resources of library, as well as the creation of new services, products and services. In addition, project activity is an important tool for developing the creative and organizational potential of library specialists.The article discusses the experience of the Irkutsk Regional Universal Scientific Library named after I.I. Molchanov-Sibirskiy on the systematic implementation of project activities in the central regional library and the network of libraries of the Angara region. The author analyses the main tools of project activity: the Regulations on project activity of the Irkutsk Regional Universal Scientific Library, the Project Council, strategic sessions and innovative project “descents”. The paper describes the concept of the regional network socially oriented project “Library for government, society, individual”. The author gives statistics of the implemented projects, as well as determines the areas of effective application of process and project management in the library.Проектная деятельность — инструмент диверсификации управления современной библиотекой в условиях высокой сложности и неопределенности, способ достройки и усиления вертикали государственной власти горизонтальными связями самоорганизующихся одноранговых групп. Участие в проектной деятельности позволяет выстраивать пространство доверия между администрацией и сотрудниками библиотеки, формировать совместные разделяемые цели и ценности, способствует укреплению консенсуса.Проектная деятельность содействует эффективному решению сложных задач, стоящих перед современной библиотекой: встраиванию библиотек в экономику знаний, работе в формате социального хаба, реализации повестки креативных индустрий. Помогая выстраивать партнерские отношения с представителями разных сообществ, проектная деятельность содействует развитию материально-технической базы библиотеки, созданию новых сервисов, продуктов и услуг. Кроме того, она является важным инструментом развития творческого и организаторского потенциала специалистов библиотек.В статье рассматривается опыт Иркутской областной государственной универсальной научной библиотеки им. И.И. Молчанова-Сибирского (ИОГУНБ) по системному внедрению проектной деятельности в центральной региональной библиотеке и сети библиотек Приангарья. Проанализированы основные инструменты проектной деятельности: Положение о проектной деятельности ИОГУНБ, Проектный совет, стратегические сессии и инновационно-проектные «десанты». Описана концепция областного сетевого социально ориентированного проекта «Библиотека для власти, общества, личности». Приведена статистика реализованных проектов, определены области эффективного применения процессного и проектного управления библиотекой

No full textThe author analyses participation of the Russian State Library (RSL) in the International Fair of Intellectual Literature non/fictio№ 24, which took place on December 1—5, 2022. The paper presents the review of new scientific publications of the RSL “Pashkov Dom” Publishing House. The top list of the non/fictio№ 24 includes two new publications of the RSL “Pashkov Dom”: the book devoted to L.M. Koval “The Keeper of the History of Leninka” (2021) and “The Art of Valery Pokatov: Pages of Life and Creative Work” (2021).In 2022, the Russian State Library celebrated the 160th anniversary of the opening of the Moscow Public Museum and the Rumyantsev Museum. The anniversary stand of the RSL presented publications on the history of the library, catalogues of the collections and exhibitions, issues of the journals “Observatory of Culture”, “Bibliotekovedenie” (Library Science), etc. The leaders of sales were the collection of articles “‘This very first seal was beautiful: round, dimensional, pureʼ. The book culture of the era of Peter the Great” (2022), the publication of the comedy by A.S. Griboyedov “Woe from Wit” (2022), the album-catalogue by S.P. Utva “Gifts of the Imperial House to the Moscow Public Museum and Rumyantsev Museum” (2022).Of particular note is the monograph “Essays on the Development of Bibliographic Activity of the Russian State Library” (2022) and the second edition of the collective work “Scientific Research in Libraries: Subject Themes, Organization, Presentation of Results” (2023).The article summarizes the publishing trends in Russia formulated by the experts on December 2, 2022 at the discussion “Digitalization of book production and the future of the industry, skills of forming a comprehensive publishing project” in the framework of non/fictio№ 24.The significant event of 2022 was the 17th season of the “Big Book” National Literary Award, established by the Centre for the Support of Russian Literature. The solemn ceremony of awarding the prize winners took place on December 8, 2022 at the Pashkov House of the Russian State Library.Проанализировано участие Российской государственной библиотеки (РГБ) в Международной ярмарке интеллектуальной литературы non/fictio№ 24, которая состоялась 1—5 декабря 2022 года. Представлен обзор научных новинок издательства РГБ «Пашков дом». В топ-лист non/fictio№ 24 вошли две новинки издательства РГБ «Пашков дом»: книга о Л.М. Коваль «Хранитель истории Ленинки» (2021) и «Искусство Валерия Покатова: страницы жизни и творчества» (2021).В 2022 г. РГБ отметила 160-летие открытия Московского публичного музеума и Румянцевского музеума. No full textFrom August 30 to September 3, 2023, the 36th Moscow International Book Fair was held at the Expo Centre Central Exhibition Complex on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. The Forum brought together participants from various regions of Russia, as well as representatives of 21 countries, including seven countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Germany, China and Iran, and was attended by more than 34 thousand people. The VKontakte social network has become a partner of online broadcasts and the official MIBF network. More than 300 events were held at seven venues. Publishers from Moscow, St. Petersburg and 26 other Russian regions presented their books.The article presents an annual review of the activities of the MIBF: The National competition “Book of the Year — 2023”, the competition of the Russian Library Association “The Best professional Book of the Year”, the 3rd Readers’ Assembly of the Commonwealth, the industry conference “Book Market of Russia — 2023”, the Moscow International Children’s Book Fair. In the event context of the most relevant events for the library industry, libraries’ understanding of their role in the socio-cultural life of society is revealed: achievements and initiatives aimed at preserving heritage, promoting books and reading are noted, new projects, including book publishing, are presented, the results of the participation of the Russian State Library and the publishing house “Pashkov Dom” in the MIBF-2023 are summed up.С 30 августа по 3 сентября 2023 г. в Центральном выставочном комплексе «Экспоцентр» на Краснопресненской набережной проходила 36-я Московская международная книжная ярмарка (ММКЯ). Форум объединил участников из различных регионов России, а также представителей 21 страны, в том числе семи стран Содружества Независимых Государств, Германии, Китая и Ирана; его посетили более 34 тыс. человек. Социальная сеть «ВКонтакте» выступила партнером онлайн-трансляций и официальной сетью ММКЯ. Состоялось более 300 мероприятий на семи площадках. Свои книги представили издательства из Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга и еще 26 российских регионов.В статье представлен ежегодный обзор мероприятий ММКЯ: Национального конкурса «Книга года — 2023», конкурса Российской библиотечной ассоциации «Лучшая профессиональная книга года», III Читательской ассамблеи Содружества, отраслевой конференции «Книжный рынок России — 2023», Московской международной детской книжной ярмарки. No full textThe biography of Colonel Grigory Alexandrovich Pushkin (1868—1940), grandson of Alexander Pushkin, is reconstructed on the basis of unknown materials of the Manuscripts Department and the Archive of the Russian State Library (RSL). The article told about his service in the Imperial and Red Armies, his family and difficult financial situation after 1917. It is shown what bureaucratic difficulties accompanied the assignment of his personal pension in 1923 and subsequent assistance. Particular attention is paid to the solution of the housing problem and obtaining accommodation in Moscow.The Letters of G.A. Pushkin to G.P. Georgievsky (1919), V.D. Bonch-Bruevich (1933) and P.S. Popov (1933), are published in full for the first time, as well as letters from Yu.N. Pushkina to V.S. Nechaeva (1936) and from V.D. Bonch-Bruevich to G.A. Pushkin (1933), which are kept in the Manuscript Department of Russian State Library.Article restores the history of G.A. Pushkinʼs working at the State Library of the USSR named after V.I. Lenin based on the Personnel Files. From 1936 till 1938 he signed temporary employment contracts, while he worked on a permanent position only from January 1939 to January 1940.G.A. Pushkin’s biography is analyzed in the context of the social history of the Russian nobility after 1917 and its adaptation to the Soviet reality. The author concludes that the official persecution of the former elite promoted the appearance of the staff with wide knowledge, proficiency in foreign languages and organizational experience in the State Library of the USSR named after V.I. Lenin. They influenced the development of the library as a research center.На основе неизвестных материалов отдела рукописей и архива Российской государственной библиотеки (РГБ) реконструирована биография полковника Григория Александровича Пушкина (1868—1940), внука А.С. Пушкина. Рассказано о его службе в императорской и Красной армии, семье и сложном материальном положении после 1917 года. Показано, какими бюрократическими сложностями сопровождалось назначение ему персональной пенсии в 1923 г. и последующая помощь. Особое внимание уделено решению квартирного вопроса, получению жилья в Москве.Впервые полностью опубликованы письма Г.А. Пушкина Г.П. Георгиевскому (1919), В.Д. Бонч-Бруевичу (1933) и П.С. Попову (1933), Ю.Н. Пушкиной В.С. Нечаевой (1936) и В.Д. Бонч-Бруевича Г.А. Пушкину (1933), хранящиеся в отделе рукописей РГБ.На основе личного дела детально выяснена история устройства Г.А. Пушкина на работу в Государственную библиотеку СССР им. В.И. Ленина. В 1936—1938 гг. с ним заключались временные трудовые договоры, а на постоянной должности он находился только с января 1939 по январь 1940 года.Биография Г.А. Пушкина анализируется в контексте социальной истории русского дворянства после 1917 г., его адаптации к советской действительности. Сделан вывод о том, что официальные гонения на бывшую элиту способствовали появлению в Государственной библиотеке СССР им. В.И. Ленина сотрудников с обширными знаниями, владением иностранными языками, организаторским опытом. Они повлияли на развитие библиотеки как научного центра

No full textDue to the lack of a comprehensive study of the employees of the Library of the General and Main Staff, this article is the first to provide the most comprehensive list of its leaders and library personnel and to describe them by such criteria as education, military or civilian rank, military experience, scientific publications, historical research, membership in the Imperial Russian Military Historical Society. The primary objectives of this study were: to identify the names of librarians and their assistants, to chronicle their occupation of these positions and to determine the time frame of each of them in their post. The article uses chronological, source and comparative analysis methods. For the solution of the problem we assembled a large representative source base including 68 address calendars, 22 monthly calendars, 10 yearbooks, 7 lists of books received by the Library of the General and Main Staff between 1911 and 1917, as well as pre-revolutionary publications on the history of the General Staff and its book collection.For the first time the author divides into periods the history of the Library of the General and Main Staff in pre-revolutionary period of its existence — from 1811 to 1917. The most important result of the research, new for historiography, is the full reconstruction of the list of librarians and library personnel and chronicle of their posts, which are set out in accordance with the worked out periodization. Within each of the periods, the most important events in the history of the library are indicated, which enables the contribution of librarians and librarians in its functioning and development to be evaluated.В связи с отсутствием комплексных исследований кадрового состава библиотеки Генерального и Главного штаба в настоящей статье впервые приводится наиболее полный список ее руководителей и библиотечного персонала и дается его описание по таким критериям, как образование, принадлежность к военному или гражданскому чину, наличие боевого опыта, печатных научных трудов, занятие историческими исследованиями, членство в Императорском Русском военно-историческом обществе. Первоочередными задачами проведенного исследования стали: выявление имен библиотекарей и их помощников, составление хроники занятия ими этих должностей, с определением временных рамок пребывания каждого из них на своем посту. В статье использованы методы: хронологический, источниковедческого и сравнительного анализа. Для решения поставленных задач собрана обширная репрезентативная источниковая база, включающая 68 адрес-календарей, 22 месяцеслова, 10 ежегодников, 7 списков книг, поступивших в библиотеку Генерального и Главного штаба с 1911 по 1917 г., а также дореволюционные печатные издания, посвященные истории Генерального штаба и его книжному собранию.Впервые представлена авторская периодизация истории библиотеки Генерального и Главного штаба в дореволюционный период ее существования — с 1811 по 1917 год. Важнейшим и новым для историографии результатом исследования стала самая полная реконструкция списка библиотекарей и библиотечного персонала и хроники занимания ими этих должностей, которые изложены в соответствии с разработанной периодизацией. В рамках каждого из периодов указаны наиболее значимые события, произошедшие в истории библиотеки, что позволяет оценить вклад библиотекарей и библиотечных сотрудников в ее функционирование и развитие
