This research is intended to conduct a legal comparison between Indonesian law with French and German law regarding match fixing in football with the aim of studying the options whether the law in the two countries can be applied to our national law for the improvement of national law. This research is conducted with the type of normative legal research using secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials obtained through literature study. The approach to conducting this norm comparison is included in the micro approach whose focus is the regulation of law. The method used in this research is the functional method, which means that in this research what is compared is the law as it functions and applies in a particular society in a particular place. The result and conclusion of this research find that Indonesia does not have specific regulations regarding match fixing in sports, especially football and Indonesia should be able to make “legal reforms” by regulating the application of the concept of private sector corruption, elements of prohibited actions such as accepting, giving, and requesting gifts, rewards, certain benefits for themselves or other parties that can affect the outcome or process of the match, as well as regulating more severe sanctions related to fines considering the motivation for committing match fixing crimes is financial gain with reference to French and German criminal law

The state is responsible for protecting the entire Indonesian nation in the organization of housing or a decent place to live. Nowadays, many people find it difficult or even unable to fulfill the needs of a livable residence due to their low income. This problem is then accommodated by Article 15 paragraph (1) of Law No. 20/2011 which stipulates that the government is responsible for the construction of public flats. One of the public flats in Indonesia is Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa (Rusunawa), which is a flat with rental status and built using State Budget (APBN) and / or Regional Budget (APBD) funds with its main function as housing. Basically, the ownership of the Rusunawa unit is based on the Building Ownership Certificate (SKBG), which is a proof of ownership of a flat unit on state or regional property in the form of land or waqf land by way of rent. This means that the owner of the Rusunawa unit doesn’t have property rights, but only has the right to rent for a certain period of time in accordance with the agreement. Thus, Rusunawa should not be traded carelessly, but the fact is that Rusunawa is often traded by certain individuals and even this practice is also supported by policy makers. The purpose of writing in this study is to determine the legal validity of the practice of buying and selling Rusunawa and what legal liability can be carried out against the practice of buying and selling Rusunawa

Abstract This paper describes the understanding of decentralization that develops into asymmetrical decentralization in special regions that are given privileges by the state, in this case a special autonomous region which will then describe how decentralization in Indonesia towards the Papua special autonomous region related to the form and structure of local government. Asymmetric decentralization is unavoidable as a result of a country that has a special autonomous region because a region that cannot be equated with other regions, so special treatment is needed for local governments in developing the potential of the region. The results of this study show that decentralization is the transfer of authority from the central government to the regions, and asymmetric decentralization itself is the transfer of authority to regions that are special and different from other regions. One of the asymmetrical decentralization to the Papua region is in the form of a regional government system that is different from other regions, where Papua has governing bodies such as the Papuan People's Representative Council, Papuan People's Assembly, and Governor whose position is different from other government bodies

Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common sexual problems in men. Drugs available on the market can be used to treat this problem, but the use of these drugs often causes unwanted side effects. The use of natural ingredients as an alternative treatment is increasingly popular, one of which is a herb made from chili jamu (Piper retrofractum Vahl). Metabolite profiling of the chili jamu plant turns out to be different depending on the location of growth. It is thought to result in differences in natural conditions and circumstances which result in differences in aphrodisiac activity. Cabe Jawa was extracted with 96% ethanol and analyzed using LC/MS. Ten secondary metabolites were detected namely Salsolinol, Quercetin, Caffeoyl putrescin, Diferuloyl putrescine, Feruloyl tyramine, Hydroxychloroquine, Tetrahydropapaveroline, Piperine, N-Oleyl-Leucine, and Capsaicin. In silico test was done using sildenafil as a control in the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor and PDB ID 2H42 as protein. From the results of in silico tests, it was known that piperine had activity as a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor with binding energy and inhibition constant values of -8.62 kcal/mol and 0.485 uM
