Observations of the leadership and various employees at the Pasuruan Regency Education and Culture Office indicate that employee performance remains suboptimal, primarily due to insufficient emotional intelligence, which hampers their ability to manage personal emotions and interact effectively with others. This deficiency adversely affects their thoughts and actions. Additionally, there is a notable lack of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), characterized by employees' reluctance to assist colleagues with incomplete tasks and limited interaction among peers, which complicates the provision of advice when encountering work-related issues. From the performance assessment survey results indicate that employee initiative and cooperation are considered lacking. This can lead to suboptimal work performance, which will have an impact on the company's sustainability. Therefore, this study was conducted to further discuss this issue. Furthermore, employees exhibit a preference for solitary work and display dissatisfaction when required to engage in teamwork. Moreover, the absence of incentive from both superiors and colleagues results in employees neglecting their respective responsibilities and failing to assist one another. The work atmosphere is detrimental due to loudness and lack of cleanliness, resulting in decreased employee comfort and ultimately diminishing performance. This study's results revealed a substantial simultaneous impact on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, there exists a partial significant effect of Emotional Intelligence, organizational citizenship, and work environment variables on employee performance. The motivation variable is recognized as having no meaningful influence

This study examines the challenges faced by the Office of University X in promoting student exchange programs due to its ineffective guidebook. Using a descriptive method, data were collected through an online questionnaire (N=20 students), informal interviews with staff and students, document analysis, and library research. The small sample size resulted from a short data collection period (two to three weeks) and the heavy academic workload of senior students. Findings revealed weaknesses in the previous guidebook, including a plain monochrome design, lack of visuals, text-heavy content, and limited distribution. Consequently, only 40% of respondents were aware of the program, although 85% expressed interest. Guided by Cognitive Load Theory and Mayer’s Multimedia Learning Principles, the redesign applied evidence-based improvements: (1) mobile-first responsive layout, (2) high-contrast color and clear typography, (3) infographics and icons to aid comprehension, (4) concise, chunked content with bullet points, and (5) interactive elements such as clickable links and QR codes. Post-assessment results indicated strong positive responses: 80% of students found the new guidebook more engaging, 70% appreciated its visual appeal, and 100% agreed that infographics clarified complex information. Moreover, 80% reported increased motivation to join exchange programs after viewing the redesigned version. The study proposes three strategies for continued effectiveness: (1) active online distribution via portals and social media,  (2) biannual updates with new data and testimonials, and (3) development of interactive tools such as chatbots or virtual info sessions. Strategic design improvements can thus enhance educational resources and reduce administrative burdens

Indonesia's population, estimated at 282 million in 2024, presents significant entrepreneurial potential, yet the nation faces a high unemployment rate (8.5%) among high school graduates. To address this, the government launched the National Entrepreneurship Movement (GKN) and incorporated entrepreneurship education into the 2013 Curriculum. Beyond policy, parental influence, student self-belief (Locus of Control), and drive (Need for Achievement) are crucial psychological factors. This study uniquely integrates internal factors (Locus of Control, Need for Achievement) and external influences (Role of School, Role of Parents) to explain high school students’ entrepreneurial intentions in Indonesia a combination rarely examined empirically. The novelty lies in this unified model of psychological and contextual motivators. Using a quantitative survey with 103 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression (IBM SPSS 26). The findings reveal that Locus of Control, Role of School, and Role of Parents significantly and positively influence entrepreneurial intention; Need for Achievement does not. This study contributes to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by emphasizing both contextual and psychological antecedents. Practically, the results provide strategic insights for schools and families to enhance Indonesia’s youth entrepreneurship ecosystem and long-term economic resilience

ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI POSISI BATERAI DAN FORMASI PENUMPANG TERHADAP KESTABILAN DINAMIS KENDARAAN LISTRIK CEVI-C1

Abstract—Vehicle dynamic stability is influenced by many factors, but the main influencing factor is distribution of mass within the vehicle. Previous battery position of CEVI-C1 was located in the front and rear compartments. After being reconditioned, the battery position is located in the rear compartment only. There is no prior research on the effect of changes in battery position and passenger formation on the dynamic stability of CEVI-C1. Therefore, a dynamic stability analysis of CEVI-C1 is needed. The dynamic stability of CEVI-C1 is assessed through the vehicle's directional behavior when cornering. This behavior can be determined through several analyzes, which is slip, skid, and roll analysis. The results of the analysis show that CEVI-C1 tends to understeer in all variations. The results of CEVI-C1 skid analysis show that the average maximum vehicle speed in all variations of battery position and passenger formation has a value of 52 km/h. In the roll analysis, the battery position in the middle and front compartments has a maximum speed value of 72 km/h, while the battery position in the rear compartment has a value of 55 km/h. This difference is due to different vertical position of the vehicle's center of mass (CG). From the results of slip, skid, and roll analysis, it can be concluded that the battery position in the front compartment of CEVI-C1 has a better dynamic stability value than other compartments. Keywords: battery position, electric vehicle, passenger formation, roll, skid   Abstrak—Kestabilan dinamis sebuah kendaraan dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, namun pengaruh utama kestabilan ini adalah distribusi massa dalam kendaraan.

This study examines the impact of foreign investment, domestic investment, COVID-19, and interest rates on economic growth across 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2010 to 2023, a period encompassing both pre- and post-pandemic phases. The urgency of this research lies in understanding how these factors have influenced regional economic performance, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted global and local economies. This study uses a Panel data regression model, fixed-effects, and robust standard errors. The result analysis reveals that the regression model explains that 44.33% of the variation in economic growth can be attributed to domestic and foreign investments; and interest rates. The probability test results show that foreign investment significantly affects economic growth more than domestic investment. Interest rates did not significantly impact economic growth during the COVID-19 period, as indicated by the statistical analysis. It implies that despite its potential role in stabilizing the economy, interest rate policies may have been less effective in fostering growth during the pandemic. These findings highlight the critical role of foreign investment and pandemic-related factors in shaping economic growth dynamics in Indonesia provinces

Papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.) are known to contain bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and saponins, which exhibit antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial properties, making them promising for topical pharmaceutical preparations. However, achieving optimal physical characteristics in cream formulations requires careful selection and proportioning of emulsifiers. This study investigates the effect of varying ratios of stearic acid and triethanolamine on the physical properties of creams containing ethanol-extracted papaya leaf extract. The extract was obtained via maceration using 96% ethanol and confirmed to contain active compounds through phytochemical screening and thin-layer chromatography. Eight formulations were developed using a Simplex Lattice Design (SLD) with stearic acid concentrations ranging from 15–17% and triethanolamine from 2–4%. Physical evaluations included tests for pH, viscosity, adhesion, and spreadability. All formulations met standard of cream quality requirements, but the optimal formula was identified at 15.20% stearic acid and 3.79% triethanolamine, offering the most desirable physical characteristics. This formulation strategy demonstrates the potential for producing effective and stable papaya leaf creams, with implications for natural-based dermatological product development.   Submitted: 05-05-2025, Revised: 18-06-2025, Accepted: 25-06-2025, Published regularly: June 202
