Kreativitas Guru dalam Mengelola Kelas untuk Mengatasi Kejenuhan Belajar Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri
Get PDFKreativitas guru dalam mengelola kelas sangatlah penting karena akan mengembangkan keberhasilan guru dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru bidang studi Pendidikan Islam dalam mengelola kelas untuk mengatasi kejenuhan belajar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri dan juga untuk mengetahui gejala kejenuhan belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru bidang studi Fiqih 2 orang, al-Qur’an Hadits 2 orang, Akidah Akhlak 2 orang, dan Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam 2 orang dan juga 6 siswa yang mengikuti materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru dalam mengelola kelas untuk mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri ada lima point temuan, yaitu: 1) pengecekan situasi dan kondisi siswa guna untuk memahami dan memastikan bahwa para siswa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, 2) guru juga memanfaatkan media pembelajaran dengan baik dalam pembelajaran, 3) guru penata lingkungan belajar dengan baik, 4) mengembangkan strategi pengajaran, 5) dan strategi pemberian motivasi. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangsi kepada guru-guru untuk meninjau ulang kembali terhadap keadaan dan kondisi yang dialami siswa saat kegiatan belajar mengajar sedang berlangsung dalam menghandle kelas
Pemanfaatan Hyperlink untuk Multimedia Presentasi pada Pembelajaran Teks Anekdot
Get PDFThis study aimed to provide an alternative multimedia option for learning anecdotal texts that are easy and cheap for teachers and interesting and memorable for students. Teachers get many choices in multimedia learning media, which are certainly the most in-demand by students in schools. This case is especially for learning anecdotal texts that have not yet developed. The research method used the development of Rusman, Dedi, and Cepi Microsoft PowerPoint. Researchers used observational data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The spiral techniques were employed to analyze the data. The validation results from 3 experts consisting of lecturers, teachers, and computer experts were obtained by 82% and 39 students by 84%. These results indicate that the product is feasible after development
Volleyball passing model through game-based approach
Get PDFPassing in volleyball is highly significant to support the game. Good passing will determine the course of attack and defense in the game. This research aims at creating volleyball passing models to improve students’ passing skills. It uses the method of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The analysis stage is to identify the source of the cause of the performance gap. The design stage is, verifying the desired performance, and the appropriate test method. The develop stage, namely, conducting, and validating learning resources. The implementation stage is preparing a learning environment and involving participants. The evaluate stage, namely, assessing the quality of learning processes, and products, both before and after implementation. Participants in this study are elementary school students who are in the fifth grade, as many as 64 people. The instrument used in this study is a test of passing up and passing down volleyball. This research found: (1). Based on the analysis carried out, passing is a crucial skill in volleyball games, however, students still experience various obstacles in their learning and motor skills. (2). The design stage is to inventory the tasks that students will do related to volleyball learning. (3). The develop stage has produced 13 games of volleyball passing model content which were validated by experts, and the proper media was chosen to help learning volleyball passing. (4). At this stage, the passing model is applied to the participants. (5). The evaluation results show significant results from the volleyball passing model through a game-based approach to volleyball passing skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the volleyball passing model through game-based approach can be used in volleyball learning to improve the underhand and overhand passing skills

Get PDFThis research problem relates to private higher education institutions which are nomenclature under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology through LLDIKTI. This model institution in the national discourse is identical to the General Higher Education institution (PTU). Meanwhile, if examined into the institution, it is found that the basic concept is Islam. The institution in question is the Islamic University of Riau. Islamic University of Riau itself is categorized as a PTU institution, on the other hand, this institution is also characterized by Islam. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is focused on social situations consisting of places, actors, and activities that interact synergistically. Meanwhile, the data analysis used consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are the Islamic University of Riau is a higher education institution based on Islam. Although by regulation it is considered a Public Higher Education (PTU), the Islamic University of Riau remains consistent with the basic idea of its establishment. Meanwhile, the implementation of chess dharma da'wah Islamiyah in realizing a civil society campus at the Islamic University of Riau has been well programmed and carried out consistently in various existing units. The Islamic da'wah model is carried out by providing Islamic guidance for all academics. With good Islamic coaching, a good understanding of Islam is formed, so that all academics have the awareness to play a role in Islamic da'wah

No full textArboretum Gambut merupakan salah satu PT. Pertamina RU II, Sungai Pakning yang dikelola oleh kelompok masyarakat Kampung Jawa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ditemukannya lahan yang terselamatkan dari kebakaran lahan gambut di sekitar Kampung Jawa pada tahun 2013-2015. Pada dasarnya masyarakat Kampung Jawa adalah masyarakat yang berpendidikan rendah dan kurang memiliki kesadaran masyarakat akan kelestarian lingkungan sebagai kawasan eduwisata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kegiatan CSR dari PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning dalam membangun partisipasi masyarakat untuk mewujudkan Arboretum Gambut Marsawa sebagai ekowisata di Kabupaten Bengkalis dalam perspektif komunikasi lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi lingkungan yang dilakukan PT Pertamina dalam program CSR dalam mewujudkan Arboretum Gambut sebagai ekowisata dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu penilaian, perencanaan, produksi, tindakan dan refleksi. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam mewujudkan Arboretum Gambut sebagai ekowisata di Kabupaten Bengkalis sudah efektif, hal ini terlihat dari keterlibatan masyarakat secara sukarela dalam program-program yang mengarah pada perubahan sosial. Keempat tahapan tersebut adalah upaya edukasi, solusi komprehensif dalam mewujudkan Arboretrum Gambut sebagai Ekowisata di Kabupaten Bengkalis
KONSEP DIRI PEREMPUAN CANTIK DI INSTAGRAM
Get PDFThis article discusses how the self-concept of beautiful women on Instagram by the phenomenon of beauty standards on Instagram. The impact of this image of beauty standards makes women feel insecure, comparing themselves to others on Instagram and losing their motivation. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach. This research uses aspects of self-concept, through Knowledge, Expectations, and Assessment. As A result of this study, nformants use the information on Instagram to be able to add insight. The informants also learned to love themselves and felt much more comfortable and motivated with their current version of themselves. The informants actually learn from previous experiences so that they can continue to improve themselves so that in the future they become better people.
Artikel ini membahas mengenai konsep diri perempuan cantik di Instagram berdasarkan dari fenomena standar beauty di Instagram. Dampak dari standar kecantikan ini membuat perempuan tidak percaya diri, membandingkan diri dengan perempuan lain di Instagram dan kehilangan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan aspek dari konsep diri yaitu Pengetahuan, Harapan, dan Penilaian. Hasil penelitian adalah informan memanfaatkan informasi yang ada di Instagram untuk dapat menambah wawasan. Para informan juga belajar untuk mencintai diri sendiri dan merasa jauh lebih nyaman dan termotivasi dengan versi diri mereka saat ini. Para informan justru belajar dari pengalaman sebelumnya agar bisa terus memperbaiki diri sehingga kelak menjadi orang yang lebih baik

However, in the daily life of children aged 4-5 years, there are those who have delays in language development or are less clear in the pronunciation of letters. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to examine the language development of children who experience delays with the method of phonetic and semantic stages. The method used by the researcher is classroom action with a variety of role-playing and sound playing. The results of the study indicate that the language of RR has significant increase, namely, RR is willing to communicate with his peers and pronounces the letter S clearly
The hidden curriculum in a Filipino pre-service physical educators’ virtual ecology
Get PDFThe study was geared toward determining the factors embedded in “hidden curricula” in an online learning environment of a physical education teacher education program. This qualitative-descriptive study considered a complete enumeration of the Bachelor of Physical Education students from a state university in Pampanga, Philippines who voluntarily participated in this qualitative investigation (n = 135) by responding to structured and open-ended questions. Aided by Thematic Analysis, findings revealed six emerging themes that described the embedded hidden curricula in the online learning environment, namely: contributory factors in an online learning experience (OLEx); educational opportunities in the new normal learning set-up; unfavorable factors in using online learning environment; and proposed inputs in enhancing the teaching-learning process in an OLEx. The implications derived as an outgrowth of the identified positive and negative factors as expressed by the participants provided a conceptual understanding of the contemporary picture of the hidden curricula and how it would define the future of an effective online learning experience
Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Puskesmas Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Puskesmas adalah salah satu bentuk birokrasi yang sangat diharapkan kontribusinya dalam membangun kesehatan masyarakat di pedesaan. Sejumlah fakta menggambarkan bahwa ternyata masih banyak masyarakat penerima layanan seperti di Puskesmas Rambah Kecamatan Rambah yang mengeluh karena lemahnya pelayanan kesehatan yang mereka terima.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja Puskesmas Rambah dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian digunakan sejumlah teori kinerja sementara untuk mendapatkan data dipergunakan sejumlah instrumen pengumpul data seperti kuesiner, wawancara observasi serta dokumentasi. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid dari kuesioner dan wawancara, penulis menetapkan sejumlah responden dari pihak Puskesmas sementara masyarakat penerima pelayanan penulis jadikan sebagai informan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif penulis menggunakan dua tehnik pengumpulan data yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari responden, informan dan observasi serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dari berbagai sumber seperti data dokumen, Karena tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplonari, maka sifat penelitian ini adalah diskriptif analitis. Dari hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Puskesmas Rambah kecamatan Rambah kabupaten Rokan Hulu berada pada kategori baik. Kemudian sejumlah hambatan diketahui sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Puskesmas Rambah seperti terbatasnya SDM, fasilitas serta tingkat disiplin pegawai yang masih renda. Karena itu melalui penelitian ini disarankan agar Pemda kabupaten Rokan Hulu untuk menambah Puskesmas Pembantu guna mengurangi kunjungan masyarakat ke Puskesmas Induk sehingga pelayanan dapat di optimalkan
