Get PDFThe flow of globalization, technological developments, and science requires teachers to be able to answer challenges by increasing self-competence. One of the competencies needed to deal with this is creativity in the form of scientific work. Having the ability to write scientific papers is one of the factors that can improve the professionalism of a teacher in addition to being able to make lesson plans, make teaching materials, learning media, and so on. However, based on observations there are still many teachers, especially at SMP N 2 Dumai, have not been able to understand how to write scientific papers properly and correctly, including how to cite and make references using computer application systems, so far teachers are still using the manual system. This problem is certainly very important to find a solution, because the demands in the world of scientific publications at this time, especially journals that have national and international accreditation, are required to use computer applications, one of which is the mendeley reference manager as a condition for acceptance (acceptable / anti-reject) in the journal target publication. . Therefore, this training is one of the efforts to improve the quality of teachers. The training is carried out using a classical and individual approach. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the Mendeley reference manager tutorial for writing scientific papers for teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Dumai can be categorized as successful and according to the set targets

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the importance of learning motivation on learning outcomes at school. A person will not get good learning outcomes without motivation. This motivation can come from within and from outside. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes in Indonesian. This type of research includes descriptive research using quantitative approaches and correlation methods. The population and sample of the study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Siak Hulu, totaling 4 classes, namely XI IPA1 as many as 20 students, XI IPA2 as many as 20 students, XI IPS1 as many as 24 students and XI IPS2 as many as 25. The sampling technique in this study used a technique Nonprobability is a saturated sample. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on learning motivation in Class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Siak Hulu, this was evidenced by t count (3,462) > from t table (1,979) with a significant level of 0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of motivation on learning outcome

Not only that, night clubs business people also commit violations such as allowing nightclubs, being a place for transactions and the use of illegal drugs, selling liquor, providing women as entertainers, carrying out prostitution activities and becoming a gambling place. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the duties of the CivilService police units in enforcing the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation and its obstacles. The methods used are descriptive and qualitative methods; The informants in this study were Satpol PP personnel and night club owners. Data collection techniques are observations and interviews. the the results of the study are the ineffectiveness of night club supervision carried out by the Satpol PP because even though it is prohibited to operate, the night club remains open so that it is increasingly disturbing for people who gather. the obstacles found in this study are the absences of regulations that specifically regulate night clubs and weak coordination

Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Padi Sawah di Desa Kepala Pulau Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau
Get PDFMasalah yang dialami usaha petani padi sawah di desa Kepala Pulau adalah minimnya modal usaha, rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani, kurangnya penggunaan teknologi pertanian sehingga produksi padi sawah yang optimal tidak tercapai. Disamping itu, optimalisasi lahan sangat rendah, hal ini terkait dengan cara pengelolaan yang kurang intensif dan masih bersifat tradisional yang berakibat pada tingkat efisiensi pengusahaan belum pada kondisi yang efisien secara ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menganalisis karakteristik petani dan profil usaha padi sawah di Desa Kepala Pulau Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau, (2) Merumuskan strategi dalam pengembangan usaha padi sawah di Desa Kepala Pulau Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 41 petani padi sawah secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Karakteristik petani padi sawah adalah rata-rata berada pada usia yang produktif yaitu 48 tahun, tingkat pendidikan 8 tahun, dan pengalaman berusahatani rata-rata 24 tahun, selanjutnya jumlah tanggungan keluarga rata-rata 4 jiwa dan profil usaha tani yang ditekuni oleh petani padi sawah di desa Kepala Pulau yaitu masih tradisional yang mana dikenal dengan sistem batobo, kemudian modal usaha adalah modal sendiri. (2) Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor-faktor untuk merumuskan strategi berdasarkan data faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang diperoleh koordinat terletak pada kuadran I yaitu strategi SO (Strength dan opportunities). Situasi ini menunjukkan situasi yang sangat baik dan menguntungkan, dimana petani ataupun penyuluh dan pemerintah desa Kepala Pulau memiliki kekuatan dan peluang sehingga dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki petani mampu memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang ada untuk meningkatkan hasil pendapatan dari usahatani padi sawah yang dilakukan

Get PDFRegulasi perbankan di Indonesia secara sistematis dimulai pada tahun 1967 dengan dikeluarkan UU No.14 Tahun 1967 tentang pokok-pokok perbankan sebagai pedoman pengaturan tentang perbankan di Indonesia. Ini merupakan undang-undang perbankan yang pertama kali dibuat oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia di zaman kemerdekaan Indonesia.Kemudian titik terang pendirian Lembaga bank dengan system syariah dimulai pada tahun 1992 tentang perbankan, di mana perbankan hasil diakomodasi. Undang-undang ini menyebutkan ada dua unsur perbankan nasional yaitu perbankan berdasarkan prinsip bagi hasil dan bank yang dioperasikan berdasarkan kepada prinsip rate interest (bunga). Pada periode Undang-undang No.10 Tahun 1998 yang diharapkan dapat memperluas ruang gerak perbankan syariah, ternyata belum cukup mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan operasional syariah. Melihat dari kenyataan yang ada dalam undang-undang tersebut sehingga pada tahun 2008 merupakan era penting bagi perkembangan regulasi bank dan keuangan syariah. Pada tahun ini telah dikeluarkan Undang-undang No.21 Tahun 2008 tentang perbankan syariah yang disahkan pada tanggal 17 Juni 2008. Dengan lahirnya undang-undang tentang bank syariah ini, apakah memang benar-benar eksistensi bank syariah itu telah memiliki kekuatan paying hukum, dan bagaimanakah dengan peraturan-peraturan tentang bank syariah yang ada pada undang-undang sebelumnya. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan, penulis mengadakan penelitian terhadap buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti, terutama buku Undang-undang No.21 Tahun 2008 sebagai data primer dan buku-buku lainnya yang berkaitan dengan perbankan syariah sebagai data sekunder. Akhirnya hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa eksistensi bank syariah dalam periode Undang-undang No.21 Tahun 2008 tentang perbankan syariah bisa semakin kokoh kedudukannya dalam hukum tata perbankan di Indonesia, karena dalam undang-undang ini telah diatur tentang perbankan syariah secara spesifik, dan dengan lahirnya undang-undang ini bank syariah memiliki paying hukum sekaligus merupakan puncak regulasi undang-undang bank syariah

Analisis Makna dan Pelesetan Berbahasa pada Stiker Media Percakapan Whatsapp Mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Islam Riau
Get PDFThe way to communicate that is widely used by young people today is through the electronic media whatsapp, where this application can send text, images, stickers, and so on. A sticker consisting of supporting text and images can be used as an expression of the feelings that are being felt by the sender of the sticker. This study uses qualitative research, the method used is the library method which was carried out in 2022. The object used in this study is a sticker on social media obtained from social media or Whatsapp communication media. In collecting data, the researcher used a purposive technique, namely by collecting several stickers in the form of text and images, in Indonesian and the regional language, namely Javanese as a supporter of the stickers. The researcher found 10 data in the form of stickers from Whatsapp Groups, 6 data discussing the relationship between text and images on stickers and 4 data discussing semantic puns on stickers equipped with supporting images. The data obtained are categorized into two forms. This digital sticker serves as a communication material and a humor function
Economic Feasibility Analysis of Fishing Job Operation in Well YS13
Get PDFOil consumption in Indonesia has increased from year to year. However, the increasing demand for oil and natural gas is inversely proportional to oil and gas production, which always declines from year to year. One of the factors causing the decline in production is the well damage. Well YS13 is a well that is damaged in the form of fish in the well. A fishing job is the most appropriate option to solve the problem of the presence of fish in the well because the fish in the well must be removed to continue well production activities or drilling activities. This study aimed to determine the economic feasibility of fishing job activities to be carried out at the YS13 well. The research begins with the preparation of the required data, then calculate the predicted production of the YS13 well with the decline curve method, estimates the cost of the fishing job, and economic fishing time (EFT). And determines the economic feasibility of the fishing job project by calculating profit indicators, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Pay Out Time (POT). The results of calculations using the decline curve method obtained that the total production for 20 months is 4293.52 bbl. The EFT value is 3 days with Ps = 10% and the total cost of fishing is 147.367,20, IRR = 114%, and POT = 1.44. From the results of the calculation of the economic feasibility, the project is considered feasible to be carried out
Readiness to become a physical education teacher: An analysis of the four teacher competencies
Get PDFTeacher competency standards are the main capital that must be possessed by teacher candidates. This study aims to find out how much the level of readiness of students to become a teacher in Department of Physical Education, Universitas Islam Riau. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is were students of the Department of Physical Education with a total number of 240 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. Based on this technique, the number of samples used was 41 students. The instrument in this study uses questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the percentage calculation technique. The results showed that the readiness of students of the Department of Physical Education to become a competent teacher with teacher competency standards that must be possessed by students was ready. It can be seen from the achievement of 84% in the range of 81% -100% with a very strong category. Limitation of this study which is the number of respondents who are only 41 people is certainly not enough to describe the actual situation. It is recommended for further researchers to develop this research so that other parties can contribute to the development of research and science in the future
